Description
<B>Zusatzpatent</B> zum Hauptpatent Nr. 278942. Verfahren zur Umwandlung eines Azofarbatoffes. Gegenstand des vorliegenden Patentes ist ein Verfahren zur Umwandlung eines Azo- farbstoffes, welches dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass man den durch saure Kupplung von 1 Mol 1-Carboxy-2-diazobenzol-4-sulfonsäure mit 1 Mol l.-Amino-7-oxynaphthalin-3-sulfon- säure erhältlichen Azofarbstoff mit verdünn ter Salzsäure kocht. <I>Beispiel:</I> 46,7 Teile des aus 1-Carboxy-2-diazobenzol- 4-sulfonsäure durch saure Kupplung auf 1-Amino-7-oxynaphthalin-3-sulfonsäure erhält lichen Farbstoffes werden in 1400 Teilen Wasser kochend gelöst und durch Zutropfen von 50 Teilen konzentrierter Salzsäure ange säuert. Nach kurzem Kochen geht der entstan dene Niederschlag völlig in Lösung. Man stellt die Lösung mit Natriumhydroxyd alkalisch und fällt den Farbstoff mit Natriumehlorid aus. Er ist ein rotbraunes Pulver, welches sich in Wasser mit roter, in konzentrierter Schwe felsäure mit braunroter Farbe löst.
Claims (1)
- PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Umwandlung eines Azofarb- stoffes, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man den durch saure Kupplung von 1 Mol 1-Carboxy- 2-diazobenzol-4-sulfonsäure mit 1 Mol 1-Amino- 7-oxynaphthalin-3-sulfonsäure erhältlichen Azofarbstoff mit verdünnter Salzsäure kocht. Der neue Farbstoff ist ein rotbraunes Pul ver, welches sich in Wasser mit roter, in kon zentrierter Schwefelsäure mit braunroter Farbe löst. Er besitzt die Zusammensetzung EMI0001.0025
