Description
Zusatzpatent zum Hauptpatent Nr. 278942. Verfahren zur Umwandlung eines Azofarbstoffes. Gegenstand des vorliegenden Patentes ist ein Verfahren zur Umwandlung eines Azo- farbstoffes, welches dadurch gekennzeichnet ist,
dass man den durch saure Kupplung von 1 Mol 1-Carboxz=2-diazobenzol-5-sulfonsäure rll 1t. 1 Mol 1- Amino-7-oxy naphthalin 3-siilfon- säure erhältlichen Azofarbstoff mit, verdünn ter Salzsäure kocht.
<I>Beispiel:</I> 46,7 Teile des aus 1-Carboxv 2-diazobenzol- 5-sulfonsäure durch saure Kupplung auf 1.- Alnino-7-oxynaphthalin-3-sulfonsäure erhält liehen Farbstoffes werden in 1400 Teilen Wasser kochend gelöst und durch Zutropfen von 50 Teilen konzentrierter Salzsäure ange säuert. Nach kurzem Kochen geht der ent standene Niederschlag völlig in Lösung. Man stellt die Lösung mit Natriumhydroxyd alkv:- lisch und fällt den Farbstoff mit Natrium chlorid aus.
Er ist ein rotes Pulver, welches sich in Wasser mit roter, in konzentrierter Schwefelsäure mit braunroter Farbe löst.
Claims (1)
- PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Umwandlung eines Azo- farbstoffes, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man den durch saure Kupplung von 1 Mol 1- Carboxy-2-diazobenzol-5-sulfonsäure mit 1 Mul 1-Amino - 7 - oxynaphthalin-3 ,s2dfonsäure er hältlichen Azofarbstoff mit verdünnter Salz säure kocht. Der neue Farbstoff ist ein rotes Pulver, welches sich in Wasser mit roter, in konzen trierter Schwefelsäure mit braunroter Farbe Löst.Er besitzt die Zusammensetzung EMI0001.0042
