Description

     Spitalbetteinrichtung.

Fig. 1 das Bett.

   Fig. 2 ein fahrbares Bettgestell.

Fig. 4 ein Tragband des Bettgestelles mit Tragbandrahmen im Schnitt,
Fig. 3 ein Werkzeug zum Einhängen der Tragbänder in den Rahmen des   Bettgestelles ;
Fig. 6 zeigt die Anwendung des Werk zeuges.

     Hospital bed facility.

The present invention relates to a hospital bed facility and aims to facilitate the care of paralyzed and impure patients, the elderly and post-operative cases, etc. The invention is based on the fact that the hospital bed unit comprises a bed and a frame with detachable straps, which are intended as a body support, of which the two parts are adjustable in height, the whole with it. that by adjusting this part, the patient lying in bed on the straps can be lifted with the straps.

so that it only lies on the straps hung in the frame and can be put back on the bed without being touched.

One of the two parts is set up to be mobile.

In the accompanying drawing, an example embodiment of the subject of the invention is illustrated. It shows :
Fig. 1 the bed.

Fig. 2 shows a mobile bed frame.

Fig. 3 shows the bed and the half-raised bed frame with raised frame.

4 shows a support band of the bed frame with support band frame in section,
3 shows a tool for hanging the support straps into the frame of the bed frame;
Fig. 6 shows the application of the tool.

The bed 1 consists of a frame 1 with an invisible spring mattress, feet 2 and a horsehair mattress 3. The frame consists of a frame 4 with a headband 5 and a footrest 6 as well as a number of attachable carrying straps 7. There are four round racks on the frame 4 8 welded on, each of which is stuck in a tube 9 which is provided with swivel castors 10. The roles may be missing. Two tubes 9 are connected to one another by a rod 12 and struts 13. Bearings 14 and 15 are also welded to the tubes 9, in each of which a tube 16 is rotatably mounted.

Toothed wheels 17 are keyed onto the tubes 16 and engage the toothing of the Zalm rods 8. Furthermore, a respective snow helical gear 18 is wedged onto the pipes 16, in which the worms 19 sit on the pipe 20 which is mounted in the bearings 22 which are welded to the pipes 9. A crank 23 can be attached to one end of the tube 20, with which the rod 20 can be rotated and the toothed racks 8 with the frame 1 can be raised or lowered.

The Schneeken If) are self-locking so that the frame 4 remains in place even under load. To raise and lower the frame 4, for example, scissors or threaded nuts can also be used, which are formed as chain wheels and are rotated by a common chain. Furthermore, the bed can also be mobile and its mattress adjustable in height instead of the frame 4. However, this would have the disadvantage that the patient could not be driven over an operating table and lowered onto it.

The fastener tapes 7 are expediently made of a washable material, for example plastic material. Since the aluminum material has tensile strength, they can be very thin so that the patient can lie on them all the time, and since these support straps lie on the mattress of the bed when the frame is lowered, the patient does not feel them. These fastener tapes are provided at their ends with two eyelets 25 which can be hooked into the pins 26 of the frame 4. A tool 27 according to FIG. 5, which has two hollow pins 28 which fit into the eyelets 25 and the bore of which is larger than the diameter of the pins 26, is used to suspend the fastener tapes.

The pins 28 can thus be plugged into the eyelets 26, and the strap can be pulled over the pins 26 with the handle 27a of the tool 27 so that the hollow pins 28 grip over the pins 26. By holding the band 7 in place and tilting the tool 27, the hollow pins 28 can be removed from the eyes 25 and pins 26 so that the eyes 25 grip over the pins 26. The straps 7 are somewhat longer than the width of the frame 4, so that they can be grasped at their ends and lifted out of the pins 26.

In many cases it is expedient to fasten one or both ends of the straps 7 according to FIG. 4 to a rail 30 which has pins 26a and is provided with holes which engage over the pins 26. The rail 30 is provided with handles 32 so that, as shown in FIG. 4, it can be lifted off the frame 4 with the hinged straps, whereby it is possible to turn the patient lying on the bed by rolling.

The patient is placed on the straps lying on the bed mattress.

To lift the patient, the frame with the raised frame 4 is moved over the bed and the frame 4 is lowered. After attaching the straps, the patient is lifted from the bed by raising the frame. He then lies on the belts like on a hammock. Debris can now be removed from the bed unhindered, and the patient on the raised frame can be cleaned from below after the appropriate carrying straps have been unhooked. It is also possible to treat a wound from below in this way without having to change the patient's position.

After this procedure has been carried out, the straps can, if necessary, be re-attached and the frame lowered onto the freshly made bed.

An excellent decubitus treatment is possible by slightly lifting the frame and thus the patient from the bed.

Namely, if the patient is slightly lifted from the bed while lying on the straps, the main parts, which are too heavily stressed when lying on the bed, can be relieved, so that; the ; Relocate the pressure points to other locations or evenly distribute them over the entire surface. By varying the strength of this relief, it is possible to achieve a far greater difference in the relief of decubitus endangered areas. The possibility of lifting the patient by means of the carrying straps also enables the body bowls, air and water pillows, heating pads, etc.

Placing wedge pillows underneath, elevating individual parts of the body, etc. is also made easier when using the frame. By pushing the frame away from the bed, the long extensions required in surgery can be accomplished excellently. The drawn frame also makes it possible to bring a patient onto the operating table and from the operating table back to the hospital bed without lifting him / her, that is, without having to change position.

This can be done by lifting the patient lying on the carrying straps from the bed by lifting the carrying strap frame and rolling it on the frame into the operating room, where the frame above the operating table is then lowered with the patient, which is done emotionally slow lowering can be done with extreme care. Now the individual fastener tapes or the rails 30 with the fastener tapes are released from the frame 4 of the bed frame, so that this can be pushed aside until after the operation, whereupon the reverse process takes place after the operation.

All handouts that are usual at the bedside are facilitated by the fact that an accessible space can be created between the bed and the patient.

For example, enema, decubitus treatments, such as. B. hair dryer, can be made much easier without repositioning the patient. Colon baths can also be performed after removing individual straps.

The bed frame can also be used as a bed in emergencies, disasters, war or any other increased need for bed. In this case, a wire spring mattress can be hung in place of the straps.
