Description

  

      Spannvorrichtung    an     Verschalungen    von Mauern.    Gegenstand der Erfindung     ist    eine Spann  vorrichtung an Verschalungen von Mauern,  bei der zwischen den beiden     Verschahtngen     ein     Distanzhalterstüek    eingesetzt ist, das die  einander gegenüberliegenden Verschalungs  wände in der vorbestimmten Entfernung von  einander festhält, und bei der mit. jedem Ende  des     Distanzhalterstüekes    Mittel mit einer Auf  lageplatte gelenkig auswechselbar verbunden  sind, durch die die einander gegenüberliegen  den Verschalungswände mit dem Distanzstück  zusammengehalten werden.  



  Der Erfindungsgegenstand ist auf der  Zeichnung in zwei beispielsweisen Ausfüh  rungsformen dargestellt.  



       Fig.    1 zeigt eine Seitenansicht der Spann  vorr     iehtung.     



       Fig.    2 ist ein Grundriss zu     Fig.1.     



       Fig.    3 zeigt eine zweite Ausführungsform.  Die Spannvorrichtung besitzt ein     Dista.nz-          halterstüek    1 aus Flacheisen mit Löchern 2  zum Einsetzen von konischen Stiften 3, durch  die der Zwischenraum zwischen den beiden  Verschalungsbrettern 4 in einer vorbestimm  ten Entfernung gehalten wird. Über die aus  den Verschalungsbrettern 4 vorstehenden En  den des     Distanzhalterstückes    1 greift je ein  gabelförmiger Kopf 5, der mit einer Schrau  benspindel 6, einer Auflageplatte 7     und    einer  Mutter 8 mit einer Schutzhülse     8a    verbunden  ist. Die Schutzhülse     8a    überdeckt das Gewinde  der Gewindespindel und schützt es vor Be  schädigungen.

   Der Gabelkopf besitzt zwei par  allel zueinander angeordnete Querbohrungen

Das kürzere Ende des  Stiftes 10 ist durch die äussere Bohrung der  Gabel und ein Loch am Ende des     Distanzhal-          terstüekes    1 gesteckt und dient zur gelenkigen  auswechselbaren Verbindung dieser Teile mit  einander. Der Kopf 11 am Stift 10 verhindert,  dass der Stift 10 aus der Gabel 5 gezogen wer  den kann und verlorengeht.

   Die Auflageplatte  7 liegt auf den Querbalken 12 der Verscha  lungswand 4 auf, und durch Anziehen der  Muttern 8 können die Bretterwände 4 fest  gegen die Stifte 3 am     Distanzhalterstück    1  verspannt werden.  



  Nach einer zweiten Ausführungsform       (Fig.    3) sind in dem     Distanzhalterstück    recht  eckige Lochungen 14 angebracht, in die Keile  15 eingesetzt sind, die die Entfernung beider  Verschalungsbretter 4 voneinander bestimmen.  



  An Stelle einer Gewindespindel kann auch  ein Flacheisen 16 mit zueinander versetzten  rechteckigen Schlitzen 17 und einem Keil, der  gegen die Auflageplatte 7 drückt, Verwen  dung finden. Das Flacheisen besitzt auf der  dem     Distanzhalterstück    1 zugekehrten Seite  eine Gabel 18 mit Stift 10 zur Verbindung  mit dem     Distanzhalterstück    1.

       Fig. 3 shows a second embodiment.   According to a second embodiment (Fig. 3) rectangular holes 14 are made in the spacer piece, are inserted into the wedges 15, which determine the distance between the two shuttering boards 4 from each other.



  Instead of a threaded spindle, a flat iron 16 with mutually offset rectangular slots 17 and a wedge which presses against the support plate 7 can be used. On the side facing the spacer piece 1, the flat iron has a fork 18 with a pin 10 for connection to the spacer piece 1.
