Description

         

  Verfahren     zur    Herstellung einer     arylsubstituierten        Pyrazolinverhindung.       Im Hauptpatent ist ein Verfahren zur Her  stellung einer     arvlsubstituierten        Pyrazolin-          v        erbindung    beschrieben, welches dadurch ge  kennzeichnet ist, dass man eine den Rest

    abgebende     Verbindung    mit     Phenylhydrazin-          p-sulfonsäure        kondensiert.     



  Gegenstand des vorliegenden Patentes ist  gleichfalls ein Verfahren zur Herstellung einer       arylsubstituierten        Pyrazolinverbindung,    bei  welchem die den oben genannten Rest ab  gebende Verbindung mit     Phenylhydrazin-m-          sulfonsäure    kondensiert     wird.     



  <I>Beispiel:</I>  44,8 Teile     Phenylhydrazin-m-sulfonsäure     werden in 350     Volumteilen    einer     wässrigen,          10%igen        Natriiuncarbonatlösimg        gelöst        und     einer     wässrigen    Lösung von 42 Teilen     Benzal-          acetophenon    in 100     Volumteilen    Äthanol zu  gesetzt. Die so erhaltene Mischung wird dann  während sechs Stunden auf dem Dampfbad  erhitzt, in welcher Zeit der Alkohol ver  dampft.

   Hierauf wird die Lösung abgekühlt         und        mit        1000        Volumteilen        einer        10        %        igen          Natriumchloridlösung        verdünnt,    wobei das       Natriumsalz    des     1-(m-Sulfophenyl)-3,5-di-          phenyl-pyrazolins    als gelbe Plättchen ausfällt,  die     abfiltriert    und mit wenig Wasser und  Äther gewaschen werden.

   Durch Ansäuern  einer Lösung dieses     Natritunsalzes    mit Salz  säure wird die freie Säure in Form von blass  gelben Kristallen erhalten.  



  Die neue Verbindung, das     1-(m-Sulfo-          phenyl)-3,5-diphenyl-pyrazolin,    findet als       Aufhellungsmittel    Anwendung.

  <I> Example: </I> 44.8 parts of phenylhydrazine-m-sulfonic acid are dissolved in 350 parts by volume of an aqueous 10% sodium carbonate solution and an aqueous solution of 42 parts of benzalacetophenone in 100 parts by volume of ethanol is added. The mixture thus obtained is then heated on the steam bath for six hours, during which time the alcohol evaporates.

   The solution is then cooled and diluted with 1000 parts by volume of a 10% strength sodium chloride solution, the sodium salt of 1- (m-sulfophenyl) -3,5-diphenyl-pyrazoline precipitating as yellow platelets, which are filtered off and washed with a little water and ether getting washed.

   By acidifying a solution of this sodium salt with hydrochloric acid, the free acid is obtained in the form of pale yellow crystals.



  The new compound, 1- (m-sulfophenyl) -3,5-diphenyl-pyrazoline, is used as a lightening agent.

PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Herstellung einer arylsub- stituierten Pyrazolinverbindung, dadurch ge kennzeichnet, dass man eine den Rest EMI0001.0051 abgebende Verbindung mit Phenylhydrazin- m-sulfonsäure umsetzt. Die neue Verbindung, das 1-(m-Sulfo- phenyl)-3,5-diphenyl-pyrazolin, bildet blass gelbe Kristalle.
