Description
Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Monoazofarbstofes. Gegenstand des vorliegenden Patentes ist ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Monoazo- farbstoffes, das dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass man 1 Mol diazotiertes 1-Amino-2,4- bis(methylsulfonyl)-benzol mit 1 Mol 1-(N Oxäthy l-N-cyanäthyl) - amino -3 - chlorbenzol kuppelt.
Der so erhaltene Monoazofarbstoff ist neu und eignet sich zum Färben von Lacken, Acetatkunstseide und synthetischen Polyamid- und Polyesterfasern.
Im nachfolgenden Beispiel bedeuten die Teile Gewichtsteile. <I>Beispiel:</I> 25 Teile 1-Amino-2,4-bis(methylsulfonyl)- benzol werden in 50 Teilen konzentrierter Essigsäure angerührt. Nach 2 Stunden gibt man der hasse 27 Teile 30 % ige Salzsäure zu und versetzt sie bei 10 mit einer Lösung von 7 Teilen Natriumnitrit in 20 Teilen Wasser.
Wenn die Umsetzung beendigt ist, vereinigt man die gebildete Diazoverbindung mit einer Lösung von 22,5 Teilen 1-(N-Oxäthyl-N-cyan- äthyl)-amino-3-chlorbenzol in einer Mischung aus 50 Teilen Wasser und 25 Teilen 30o/oiger Salzsäure.
Nach erfolgter Kupplung filtriert man den erhaltenen Farbstoff ab, wäscht ihn säurefrei und trocknet ihn.
Der neue '-#lonoazofarbstoff färbt Acetat- k.mstseide orange mit sehr guten Echtheits eigenschaften.

The subject of the present patent is a process for the preparation of a monoazo dye, which is characterized in that 1 mol of diazotized 1-amino-2,4- bis (methylsulfonyl) benzene is mixed with 1 mol of 1- (N oxäthy lN-cyanoethyl) - amino -3 - chlorobenzene couples.
The monoazo dye obtained in this way is new and is suitable for dyeing paints, acetate rayon and synthetic polyamide and polyester fibers.
In the following example, the parts are parts by weight. <I> Example: </I> 25 parts of 1-amino-2,4-bis (methylsulfonyl) benzene are mixed in 50 parts of concentrated acetic acid. After 2 hours the hasse is added to 27 parts of 30% strength hydrochloric acid and at 10 a solution of 7 parts of sodium nitrite in 20 parts of water is added.
When the reaction is complete, the diazo compound formed is combined with a solution of 22.5 parts of 1- (N-oxethyl-N-cyano-ethyl) -amino-3-chlorobenzene in a mixture of 50 parts of water and 25 parts of 30o / oiger hydrochloric acid.
After coupling has taken place, the dye obtained is filtered off, washed acid-free and dried.
The new lonoazo dye dyes acetate silk orange with very good fastness properties.
