Fig. 11 bis 16 Einzelheiten.
Record changer. The present invention relates to a record changer with a motor-driven turntable, in the hollow axis of which a rod is axially displaceable, which compresses a rubber body.
The invention consists in that the rubber body is mounted in slot-shaped openings of a hollow axis of the plate holder and radially penetrates the hollow axis: In the accompanying drawing, two exemplary embodiments of the subject of the invention are shown. Show it:
Fig. 1 is a plan view of the control mechanism supporting base plate according to the first embodiment, Fig. 2 is a horizontal section directly below the base plate, Fig. 3 to 5 is a section according to the Li lines III-III or IV-IV or
V-V of Fig. 1, Fig. 6 a section along the line VI-VI of Fig. 2, Fig. 7 a section along the line VII = VII of Fig. 4, Fig. 8. The second embodiment in a view of. below, Fig. 9 is a view in direction A of Fig. 8, Fig. 10 is a section along the line i X-X of Fig. 8,
Figures 11-16 for details.
The device according to FIGS. 1 to 7 has a base plate 1 to which the entire control mechanism is attached and which also carries the turntable 2. The Plat tenteller 2 is firmly connected to a screw 3. by means of a cone 3a (Fig. 4). The screw 3 is rotatably mounted on a hollow axle 4 which is attached to a plate 5. The plate 5 is firmly connected to the base plate 1 through 'pillars 5'. In. the hollow axle 4 is a stacking shaft 4 ', which is hollow, let in. In the stacking shaft 4 'a rod 6 is mounted axially displaceably ver.
This rod 6 lies with its sintered end; which has a slot on a lever 7 which is firmly connected ver via an axis 8 with a lever 9 (Fig. 6). In the upper end of the rod 6 be there is a conical turning 6a (Fig. 7), which is milled back on two opposite sides (Fig. 4). The stack shaft 4 'is guided by means of a pin 10 in a groove 10' of the axis 4.
In the stacking shaft 4 'there is a slot 4 ", in which a prismatic rubber body 11 is clamped via a pressure plate 14. The pressure plate 14 is supported by means of a cylindrical bore on the rod 6. Below the slot 4" are the stacking shaft 4' offset by 90 and opposite each other two conical holes 12 provided, in each of which a ball 13 is located (Fig. 7). The holes 12 are formed so that the balls 13 can not fall out.
With the worm 3, a worm wheel 15 can be brought into engagement, which is firmly connected to a control shaft 17. The latter is stored with their ends in bearing bushes 18 and 19. The bearing bush 19 is by means of a compression spring 20 in the slot 19 'of the bearing web 26 vertically displaceable Gela Gert. The worm wheel 15 has a tooth-free gap 16 (Fig. 4).
On the base plate 1 is the tone arm base 30, which carries the tone arm support 31 and tone arm 31 'via balls 33 and hollow shaft 32. At the lower end of the hollow shaft 32 a friction lever 34 is be fastened. Within the hollow shaft 32, the Tonarmhubstange 35 is axially displaceable GE superimposed. The friction lever 34 carries a bolt 36 (Fig. 2) which protrudes through the slot 38 of the lever 37 and is connected to the latter.
At the other end of the lever 37, a lever 40 is movably attached by means of bolts 39. The lever 40 is frictionally connected to the bolt 41 by a spring 42 (Fig. 5). The latter is stored in a sleeve 43 which opens up a slot 43 '. A feeler lever 44 is attached to the upper end of the shaft <B> 't1 </B>. One end of a lever 45 protrudes into the slots 43 'of the sleeve 43 and 41' of the bolt 41. The latter is pulled to the sleeve 43 by a tension spring 46.
The lever 45 is rotatably mounted on the starter lever 48 via bolts 47 and has a stop lug 49 which rests on the bolt 50 of a cam disk 51. The cam 51 has curved sections 52, 53, 54, 55 and 56 on the circumference.
The cam disk 51 is fastened on the axis 57. The latter is mounted in a hollow axle 5.8, which is also attached to the base plate 1. The upper end of the axle 57 is firmly connected to the plate switch 59. A switch 60 is placed on the base plate 1, the switching lever of which rests against the curve 5 of the disk 51.
On: the button lever 44 a pawl lever 61 (Fig. 1) is rotatably mounted by means of bolts 62. The pawl 61 can be brought into engagement with the nose 64 of a lever arm 63 which is under the action of a spring 63 ′ and can pivot about a bolt 65. The bolt 65 carries a pin 66 (Fug. 6), on which the nose 67 of the cam 68 rests. The latter is attached to the control shaft 17. An adjustable screw 69 is let into the shaft 17 at the level of the lever 9.
The spring 70 (Fig. 1) is attached to the button 44 by screw 71 and presses on the bolt 72, which is attached to the pawl 61. A bolt 73 is let into the turntable 2.
The mode of operation of the described embodiment is as follows: First, a number of the abzuspie looming records are inserted over the stacking shaft 4 ', where they rest on the balls 13 protruding over the stacking shaft. This emerges particularly clearly from FIG. 7. In order to play a record, one adjusts the handle 48 '(Fug. 1) standing in front of the base plate 1 in a clockwise direction. Since the handle 48 'is firmly connected to the lever 48, the stop lug 49 rotates the cam disk 51 via the bolt 50 in the direction of the arrow I (Fig. 2), and curve 52 releases the switching lever 60a of the switch 60. The current of the drive motor is switched on.
The turntable 2 and the worm 3 are initially turning empty. Simultaneously with the pivoting of the lever 48, lever 45 is pushed to the left (Fig. 2). The bolt 41 receives a small clockwise rotation through the free end of the lever 45 and moves the button lever 44 ge against the center of the turntable 2. The pawl 61 engages over the upturned nose 64 on the pawl lever 63. The bolt 73 rotates with the The turntable 2 runs over the button lever 44 and gives it a push.
The latter is pushed away from the center of the turntable 2 and describes a small counterclockwise rotation about the bolt 41. As a result, the ratchet lever 63 describes a small clockwise rotation with the center in the bolt 65 (Fig. 2). Since the stop bolt 66 is rotated away from the nose 67 of the cam 68 (Fug. 6), and the spring 25 can relax NEN.
It rotates the camshaft 17 and thus the worm wheel 15 via the bolt 24 and the disk 23, so that the latter comes into engagement with the worm 3. Thus, the shaft 17 is driven by a motor in the direction of the arrow. First, the pin 57 resting on the I \ Tocken 22a lowers.
The cam disk 51 immediately receives a rotation in the direction of arrow I (Fig. 2): by friction of the eccentric. 22b of a sleeve 22 fixedly connected to the shaft 17 until the plate switch 59 is on the records. At the same time, an eccentric 21 '' 'runs onto the friction lever 34 and tries to turn the latter in the counter-clockwise direction.
But since the friction lever strikes the bolt 47a, the tonearm 31 'is also in its starting position from still (Fig. 2). The screw 69 now runs onto your lever 9 (Fig. 6). As a result, the lever 7 moves against the rod 6 and the latter is pushed upward ge (Fig. 4). The prismatic rubber body 11 in the slot in the stacking shaft 4 'is pressed via the pressure plate 14 to the inner edges of the records, which are thus held in this position.
The conical rotation on the rod 6 moves at the same time so far upwards until the bottom plate is exposed from the rubber body and the balls 13 can give way inwards, so that the bottom plate falls on the turntable 2, which immediately turns the record .
In the meantime, the shaft 17 has rotated so far that the friction between the eccentric 22b and the cam disk 51 has ceased to act. While the record is falling, the plate button 59 has turned clockwise (FIG. 1) depending on the size of the record, caused by the contact of the record on the inclined surface 59a. At the same time, the cam 51 with the. Plate button 59 turned back because both parts are firmly connected via axis 57, so that one of the curves <B> 55 </B> or 56 (depending on the size of the plates)
when the friction lever 34 is rotated, it is applied to the bolt 34a.
Now the cam 21a of a bush 21 runs up on the tonearm lift rod 35 and lifts the tonearm 31 'with the latter. The eccentric 21 'on the bridge 21 now touches the friction lever 34, which is connected to the tonearm hatter 31 and the tonearm 31' via the hollow axle 32 and rotates the latter in a clockwise direction with the pivot point in the base 30 until the friction lever 34 with the bolt 34a is present at curve 55 or 56.
The cam 21a now lets the lift rod 35 down so that the tonearm 31 'can touch the edge of the soundplate with its needle in the inlet groove on the sound. At the same time, the bolt 57 is lifted by the cam 22a and thus the cam disk 51 is brought out of the area of action of the bolt 34a of the friction lever 34, so that the tone arm 31 'can play freely.
In the meantime, the camshaft 17 has covered almost one turn and the spring 63 'pulled the ratchet lever back into its starting position, the nose 67 of the cam 68 (Fig. 6) also runs on the pin 66 at the moment, since the tooth gap 16 of the Gear 15 is back in the starting stable. At the same time, however, the worm wheel 15 and the worm 3 are no longer engaged, so that the switching mechanism rests.
By playing the record, the tonearm 31 'pivots towards the center of the turntable. If the record is played a little way, the sound arm 31 'and with it the friction lever 34 and the bolt 36 have moved so far that the latter is present at the other end of the slot 38 of the lever 37. With each rotation of the record, the tonearm 31 'moves a small amount against the Zen center and thus also the.
Bolt 36, which in turn pushes the lever 37 and, via the pressure coupling (FIG. 5) and bolt 41, the lever 44 against the center of the platter.
Since the displacement is only very small, the pawl 61 cannot latch into the nose 64 of the pawl lever 63, and as soon as the bolt 73 on the lever 44 opens, the latter is pushed back again. If the record is played and the tone arm 31 'runs on, the end groove, it describes a much larger path per revolution.
of the turntable. The lever 44 will also describe a greater rotation due to the friction described (FIG. 7), so that the pawl 61 latches into the nose 64 of the pawl lever 63, with which the working cycle already described above is repeated.
begins, If the last plate has been played, the plate switch 59 rotates in its counterclockwise direction (Fig. 1) until the bolt. 59b rests on the edge <B> 59e, </B> of the hollow shaft 58. At the same time, the cam 21a runs on pin 35 and lifts the tonearm 31 ', as already described, from the record.
As soon as the tonearm is lifted off the record, the eccentric 21 '' 'runs on the friction lever 34 and causes the latter to rotate in a counterclockwise direction until the friction lever 34 rests on the bolt 47a, so that the tonearm 31' is in its starting position If the eccentric 21 'now runs onto the lever 34, the latter can no longer rotate clockwise,
since the bolt 34a is at the curve 52. The plate switch 59 has, as described above, rotated into its end position and thus also the cam 51 adjusted accordingly. The tonearm 31 'thus remains in its starting position.
If you see now the pin 57 (Fig. 3), then the curve 54 turns on the lever of the switch 60 (Fig. 7), the electric current and the motor turns off.
Want. if the played disks are removed from the turntable, the disk button 59 is rotated clockwise until the bolt 59b rests against the edge 59d (FIG. 3) of the hollow axle 58-.
Then the stacking shaft 4 'is rotated by 90 so that the milled surfaces 6' (FIG. 4) come to rest on the rod 6 at the level of the balls 13 (FIG. 7) and the latter can give way inwards so that the records being played can be lifted off.
In the plate holder shown in FIGS. 4 and 7, instead of a rigid plate 14, a leaf spring can be inserted between the rod 6 and the rubber body 11, which is bent in its longitudinal center. This middle part is then supported on the rod 6, while the outer ends of the spring rest against the rubber body 11 from below. When the rod 6 is pushed upwards, the lowermost parts of the rubber body 11 are pressed slightly outwards and thus securely hold the second lowest and the records above.
The lowest record falls in the Mo ment of pushing the bar 6 already down. It is also possible to make an incision in the rubber body from its underside in the longitudinal center, which also has the purpose of so that when the plate 14 is pushed upwards. the lowermost parts of the rubber body 11 are pressed slightly outwards.
In the second exemplary embodiment according to FIGS. 8-13, all the same parts or parts serving the same purpose are denoted in the same way as in the previous figures. As can be seen from FIGS. 8 and 11; the lever 48 is provided with a tab 48a through which a rod 71 protrudes. This rod 71 is firmly seated in an axis of rotation 72 which is passed through the base plate 1 and is provided with the power button 70 on the upper side.
When this knob is turned, the lever 48 can therefore be pivoted and thus the switch 60 can be actuated via its nose 49 and the pin 50 fastened on the disk 51 in the manner already described, thus closing the circuit for the motor 90.
On the lever 48 (Fig. 8) a push rod 74 is articulated, which is ge on a pin 75 and spring 76 is under the action of a train. Both the pin 75 and the spring 76 are firmly connected to the base plate 1. The free end of the rod 74 carries an upturned tab 75a, which is at least near a pin 73 det.
This pin 73 is attached to the bolt 65 already be written. The purpose of the rod 7.4 is to release the control shaft 17 when the motor circuit is switched on so that the worm wheel 15 sitting on it comes into engagement with the worm 3.
If, in fact, the arm 4 is pivoted forward and the rod 74 is thus adjusted against the action of the spring 76, the tab 75a hits the pin 73 and thus pivots the bolt 65. The pin is thereby removed in the manner already described 66 from the nose 67 of the cam 68, with which the control shaft 17 is free.
Instead of the tension spring 25 in the first exemplary embodiment, in this embodiment a flat spring 77 is attached to the plate 5, which presses on a cam 78 firmly connected to the shaft 17. As soon as the shaft 17 is free, the spring 77 acts via the cam 78, a brief rotation of the former, until the worm wheel 15 comes into engagement with the worm 3. As a result, the game already described begins again here.
During the aforementioned rotation of the bolt 65, the ratchet lever 63a, which is firmly connected to it and shown in FIG. 16, has been pivoted to the extent that the spring 63 'has been moved beyond the dead center position passing through the axis of the bolt 65 . The pin 66 thus remains outside the path of the rotating cam 68.
After about half a turn of the shaft 17, its cam 78 meets a pin 66a connected to the bolt 65 and rotates the bolt 65 back into its previous position via the latter, so that after a full turn of the shaft 17 the nose 67 of the Cam 68 is back on pin 66. The pins 66 and 66a expediently consist of one piece.
Analogously, the pawl lever 63a is pivoted into the other end position as soon as the end groove of the lever arm 44 is pivoted so far when the tone arm enters the end groove that the pawl 61 is attached to the pin 63a of the pawl lever.
As can be seen from FIGS. 9, 12 and 14, the eccentric 21 'is laterally provided with a further curve 21 ″. The latter controls a bolt 28 which is axially displaceable in the shoulder 26 of the base plate 1 and is under the action of the spring 27. As soon as the eccentric 21 'has adjusted the h'riction lever 24 so far that the tonearm 31' is above the initial groove, the narrow part of the curve 21 "has been adjusted to the level of the bolt 28.
The spring 27 is thus able to press the bolt 28 against the friction lever 34 and thus hold the latter together with the sound poorly. The tonearm is then lowered onto the initial groove in a known manner from the cam 21a via the pin 35. In the next moment, however, the wider part of the curve 21 ″ pushes the bolt 28 away from the friction lever again, so that the tonearm is now free again and can therefore also play freely in the grooves of the record.
As shown in Figs. 8 and 13. the drive motor 90 is not with the plate 1, but. connected to a special support plate 80. The plate 1 is resiliently verbun via buffer 81 with the plate 80, which means that a minimum of vibrations is transferred to the base plate 1 and thus to the records.
Between the motor and the disk drive roller (not shown) there is a continuously variable friction wheel gear mechanism 82, 83, the roller 83 of which is slidably mounted, while the roller 82 is wedged on the rotor shaft itself. The latter is under the action of a compression spring which presses the roller 82 against the roller 83. The roller 83 is rotatably mounted in a hollow shaft 84, wel che by means of pins 85 in a helical linear groove 86 of a sleeve 87 engages.
The latter also has an annular groove 88 around which an endless drive member 89 is looped. The drive member 89 also wraps around a roller 91, on the axis 92 of which a handle 93 is attached above the base plate 1. By turning the handle 93, the sleeve 87 can therefore be rotated and consequently the roller 83 can be adjusted in the axial direction by means of the groove 86 and the pins 85. In this way, a stepless regulation of the speed of the turntable being played can be achieved in a simple manner.
The described constructions have the advantage that the entire drive mechanism is controlled by a single control shaft which is used to trigger the various movements. A particular advantage lies. in addition, the fact that the control shaft and tone arm are not necessarily coupled to one another, but that the latter is only set in motion by friction between the eccentrics 21 ', 21 "' with the friction lever 34. In this way, a foolproof approach is obtained drove the tonearm.
This means that the latter can easily be adjusted by hand in any way without any repercussions on the control mechanism. On the contrary, due to the friction connections it is always possible for the tonearm to pivot only as far as the friction lever 34 allows. A particularly simple and gentle solution with regard to the plate changer is made possible by the arrangement of the balls 13 and the rubber body 11, with actuation of the rod 6 being sufficient to achieve the desired effect.
Of course, it is also possible to produce an analog mechanism in which, after playing a record, the tone arm is moved outwards in the manner described and then, by pivoting the plate button 59, the switch 60 causes the motor to be switched off.
In this case, the handle 4 $ must be swiveled each time to record a record, while in the example shown this only has to be done the first time before recording the entire stack of records and all subsequent control movements are controlled automatically. After playing from the last plate will then be in a known manner by mediating the Plat tentasters 59, the shutdown of the engine acts be.
