Racket for timepiece. It is always difficult to ensure proper adjustment in a watch when the hairspring is struggling a little between the racquet pins. In fact, during an oscillation of the balance-spring, the active length of the balance-spring varies four times, the balance-spring being sometimes free between the pins, sometimes pressed against one or the other of them. This drawback can be remedied by keeping the hairspring constantly tight between the pins, but it becomes necessary that the latter be released when it is desired to make a retouching .de adjustment by the racket.
The racket according to the invention satisfies this condition. It is characterized in that it is formed of two superposed elements, mounted coaxially with one another and carrying, one, the key and the other, the pin, one of said elements having at the at least one projection intended to act on an elastic part of the other element capable of being deformed and of resuming its original position, causing in its movement the pin, respectively, the key, and thus freeing the coil.
The appended drawing represents, by way of example, an embodiment and a variant of the subject of the invention.
Fig. 1 is a plan view of this embodiment.
Fig.2 is a section taken along line II-II of Fig.1.
Fig. 3 is a plan view of the racket above. FIG. 4 is a section taken along line IV-IV of FIG. 3.
Fig. 5 is a plan view of the racket below.
Fig. 6 is a section taken along line VI-VI of FIG. 5.
Fig. 7 is a plan view of a detail of the variant.
Fig. 8 is a section taken along line VIII-VIII of fig. 7.
The racket shown in the drawing is formed from two superimposed elements 1 and 2, which we will call for convenience the racket on top and racket on top respectively. These elements are shown in isolation in figs. 3 to 6. A plug 5, freely adjusted in the cock 3, is a kitten carrying the pierced stone 6. Two screws 7, screwed into the plug 5 and into the cock 4 , attach these two pieces to the rooster 3.
The counter-pivot 8 is driven into a bore of the jack 4. This latter could also be a. bumper kitten holder.
The elements 1 and 2 are held coaxially on the cock 3 by a rim 9 of the cockerel, and can rotate around the latter.
The racket 1 above has the shape of a new year having, on the one hand, a tail 10 serving to actuate the racket and, on the other hand, an ear 11 - carrying a racket key 12. This key is fixed to the rack above 1 by means of a tenon 13 ter mine at its upper end by a screw head 14; the latter can therefore be actuated from above the cock 3, even when the latter is in place in the timepiece. In the ear 11 is further provided an opening 15, the role of which will be described below.
The racket below 2 is in the form of a fork, the arms of this fork being designated by the numbers 16 and 17. It has an adjustment 18 on which the racket turns on top 1, whose tail 10 is housed between the arms 16 and 17. On the side opposite these two arms, the racket 2 below has an ear 19 carrying a pin 20.
The lug 19 has a projection 21 directed upwards, which is in this case the conical tip of the pin 20.
When the two elements 1 and 2 are in place (see fig. 1 and 2), the racket below 2 rotates smoothly on the coqueret 4, while the racket above 1 turns freely on the racket below 2. Both ears 11 and 19 partially overlap, so that the projection 21 engages in the opening 15 of the element 1. The tail 10 has a slight play 22 between the arms 16 and 17 of the fork.
The part 23 of the ear 11 between the opening 15 and the annular part of the element 1 is thin enough to be able to yield elastically.
The racket described and shown operates as follows: When the tail 10 is turned in one direction, there is first a slight lost path until said tail comes into contact with: one of the arms 16 or 17.
During this movement. 'the ear 11 of the racket above 1 is forced to rise because of the projection 21 engaged in the opening 15. In its upward movement, the ear 11 drives the racket key 12 and thus releases the hairspring (not shown).
If the rotation of the tail 10 is continued, the latter drives in rotation, through the intermediary of one of the arms 16 or 17, the racket below 2, so that the adjustment adjustment can be done as usually. When you let go of the tail 10, the elasticity of the part 23 of the ear 11 makes you resume. the racket above 1 its original position.
The clamp formed by the pin 20 and the key 12 can be kept open to facilitate the installation of the hairspring. To do this, it suffices to turn, using a screwdriver, the screw head 14 through an angle of approximately 90.
In the variant shown in FIGS. 7 and 8, the projection 2.1 and the opening 15 are deleted; in their place, the ear VJ of the racket below 2 has two side projections 24-. When we do. turn the tail 10 of the racket on top 1, the ear 11 goes up on one of these projections 24, which raises the key 12 and releases the hairspring.
The racket described above improves the isochronism of the balance-spring assembly and has the advantage of remaining by its shape similar to the rackets that are usually found in watches, which facilitates alterations and re-dressing. . In addition, any false maneuver is excluded and the hairspring does not run the risk of being deformed during an adjustment adjustment.
The possibility of activating the key 12 from above is present. the advantage of being able to make the hairspring beat in very good conditions before it is fixed - between pin 2.0 and the key 12.
The racket described and shown can be combined with a mobile eyebolt holder, in order to facilitate the setting of the exhaust.
