Description

  

  Verfahren zur Herstellung eines metallhaltigen     Azofarbstoffes.       Gegenstand des vorliegenden Patentes ist  ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines metall  haltigen     Azofarbstoffes,    welches darin besteht,  dass man 1     Mol        diazotiertes        1-Oxy-2-amino-          -1-nit.robenzol    mit 1     Mol        l-Oxy-2-a.cetylamino-          4-methy-lbenzol    kuppelt und die erhaltene       Monoazoverbindung    mit. einem     kobaltabgeben-          den    Mittel behandelt.  



  Im nachfolgenden Beispiel bedeuten die  Teile Gewichtsteile.    <I>Beispiel:</I>    20 Teile der durch Kuppeln von     diazotier-          tem        1-Oxy-2-amino-4-nitrobenzol    mit     1-Oxy-2-          acetylamino-4-methylbenzol    erhältlichen Mono  ;     azoverbindung    werden in 400 Teilen Wasser  suspendiert. Man erhitzt die Suspension auf       75-80 ,    setzt der gebildeten Lösung 17 Teile  kristallisiertes     Natriumacetat    und 17 Teile  kristallisiertes     Kobaltosulfat    zu und erhitzt. sie  8 Stunden lang auf 85-90 .

   Man fällt hierauf  die     Kobaltkomplexverbindung    mit     Nat.rium-          chloricl    aus, filtriert sie ab und wäscht sie mit       l0%4,#-er        Natriumehloridlösung.       Der neue     kobalthaltige        Azofarbstoff    löst  sich in Wasser mit rotbrauner Farbe und färbt 25  Wolle, Seide und synthetische Polyamid  fasern aus neutralem Bad in licht-     und        walk-          echten    rotstickig braunen Tönen.
