Description

  

  Verfahren zur Herstellung     eines        kobalthaltigen        Azofarbstoffes.       Gegenstand. vorliegenden Patentes ist. ein  Verfahren zur Herstellung eines     kobalthal-          tigen        Azofarbs@¯toffes.    Das Verfahren ist da  durch gekennzeichnet, dass man     diazotiertes          2-Amino-phenol-4-äthylsulfon    mit.     6-Butyl-          2-oxy-napht.halin    kuppelt und die erhaltene  Verbindung mit     kobaltabgebenden    Mitteln be  handelt.  



  Der erhaltene neue,     kobalthaltige        Azofarb-          stoff    stellt ein dunkles Pulver dar, das  Wolle aus neutralem oder schwach saurem  Bade in bordeauxroten Tönen von sehr     guter     Wasch-,     Walk-,        .Seewasser-,    Reib- und Licht  echtheit färbt.  



  <I>Beispiel-:</I>  20,1 Teile     2-Amino-phenol-4-äthyl-sulfon     werden in 250 Teilen heissem     Wasser    mit  7.7,5 Teilen     konz.    Salzsäure gelöst, auf 5  ab  gekühlt und mit einer     33proz.        Natriumnitrit-          lösung        (entsprechend        6,9        Teilen        100%i)

          di-          rekt        diazotiert.    Durch Zugabe von     Natrium-          bicarbonat    stellt man     neutral    und giesst die       Diazoniumverbindung    bei 0 bis 3  in eine Lö  sung von 15,1 Teilen     6-Butyl-2-oxy-naphtha-          lin,    11     Volumteilen        10n-Natronlauge    und  12 Teilen wasserfreier Soda     in    500 Teilen  Wasser.

   Nach Beendigung der     Farbstoffbil-          dung    filtriert man den ausgefällten Farbstoff  ab und wäscht ihn gründlich mit verdünnter    Kochsalzlösung. Man schlämmt ihn in 800 Tei  len Wasser von 80  an, gibt 60 Teile Kobalt  acetatlösung (entsprechend 3,54 Teilen Ko  balt) zu, erhitzt während drei     Stunden    auf  80 , stellt durch Zugabe von     Natriumcarbo-          nat    alkalisch und erhitzt noch weitere drei  Stunden auf 80 bis 85 . Danach gibt man  Kochsalz zu, bis der     kobalthaltige    Farbstoff  ausfällt, worauf man filtriert und trocknet.

    Der neue Farbstoff, ein dunkles Pulver,  färbt Wolle aus neutralem oder schwach sau  rem Bade in bordeauxroten Tönen von sehr  guter Wasch-,     Walk-,    Seewasser-, Reib- und  Lichtechtheit.
