  <B>Zusatzpatent</B>     zum        hauptpatent    Nr. 3091.83.    Verfahren zur Herstellung eines wasserunlöslichen     Disazofarbstoffes.       Gegenstand des vorliegenden Patentes ist  ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines wasser  unlöslichen     Disazofarbstoffes,    welches darin  besteht, dass man 1     Mol    dianotiertes     1-Amino-          2-methoxyBenzol    in saurem Medium mit 1     Mol          1-Amino-2-methoxynaphthalin    kuppelt, die er  haltene     ),minomonoazovex-bindung        weiter-          diazotiert    und mit 1.

       Mol        Oxybenzol.    kuppelt.  



  Der neue, wasserunlösliche     Disazofarbstoff     färbt, in üblicher Weise     dispergiert,        synthe-          t.isehe        Poly        amidfasern    in rotbraunen Tönen  von guten Licht-, Nass- und     Sublimiereeht-          heitseigensehaften.    Streifiges Nylon wird da  bei gleichmässig gedeckt. Der neue     Disazofarb-          stoff    kann bei erhöhter Temperatur auch zum  Färben von Polyester- und     Polyaerylnitril-          fasern    verwendet werden.

   Er eignet sieh auch  zum Färben von Lacken, Ölen, Kunstharzen  oder von künstlichen Fasern in der Masse.  



  Im nachfolgenden Beispiel bedeuten die  Teile Gewichtsteile, und die Prozente sind in       Gewichtsprozenten    angegeben.  



       Beispiel:     24,5 Teile     1-Amino-2-methoxybenzol    wer  den in 400 Teilen Wasser und 64 Teilen kon  zentrierter Salzsäure gelöst und die Lösung  durch Zusatz von 400 Teilen Eis auf 0  ab  gekühlt. Hierauf dianotiert man das     1-Amino-          2-methoxybenzol    mit einer Lösung von 14 Tei  len     Natriumnitrit    in 40 Teilen Wasser. Nach  beendigter Dianotierung tropft man zum     Di-          azogemiseh    eine Suspension von 35 Teilen       1-Amino        2-methoxynaphthalin    in 200 Teilen    Wasser hinzu und fügt zur Beschleunig  der Kupplung 45 Teile     Natriumacetat    zu.

    Nach beendigter Kupplung versetzt man die  Reaktionsmasse mit 200 Teilen     Natriumchlo-          rid    und filtriert die ausgeschiedene     Monoazo-          verbindung    ab. Sie wird in 2000 Teilen Was  ser und 64 Teilen konzentrierter Salzsäure an  gerührt, die Aufschlämmung durch Zusatz  von Eis auf 10-15  gestellt und mit einer  Lösung von 15 Teilen     Natriumnitrit    in 50 Tei  len Wasser dianotiert.

   Hierauf wird die     Di-          azolösung    filtriert und das Filtrat mit einer  Lösung von 20 Teilen     Oxybenzol    in 200 Teilen  Wasser, 48 Teilen     Natriumcarbonat,    21 Teilen       36o/oiger        Natriumhydroxydlösung    und 80 Tei  len     Natriumacetat    bei 0-5  vereinigt, wobei  Kupplung zum     Disazofarbstoff    eintritt. Die  ser wird     abfiltriert,    neutral gewaschen und  getrocknet. Der neue, wasserunlösliche     Disazo-          farbstoff    ist ein braunes Pulver und färbt       Polyamidfasern,    wie z. B.

   Nylon und  Per  lon , und Polyesterfasern, wie z. B.      Dacron ,     in rotbraunen Tönen von guten Echtheits  eigenschaften.
