Post with an insulator for securing an electrical conductor wire. The invention relates to a post with a. Insulator for attaching an electrical wire's rule, especially for electrical pasture fences.
In the known posts of this type, the fastening point of the insulator on the post is permanently attacked by rust, and the insulator can easily be damaged, or there is a risk of excessive current for extended systems.
The invention aims to address these disadvantages. avoid and create a pile structure in which a high-quality insulator can be taken, which does not require maintenance due to its secure arrangement and fastening.
According to the invention, the insulator extends in the longitudinal direction of the post with a lateral recess arranged in it.
An embodiment of the subject invention is explained in more detail below on tape of the drawing. 1 shows a side view of the head of a post according to the invention, FIG. 2 shows a front view of this post head.
A concrete pile 1 of approximately square cross-section is provided with four reinforcing rods, of which FIG. 1 shows rods 2 and 3 and FIG. 2 shows rods 3 and 4.
The post has a lateral recess 5 through which the rods 3 and 4 extend. In the recess 5 there is also an insulator 6, the plane in a horizontal, d. H. a plane perpendicular to the isolator axis, has an elongated cross-section, and which isolator is made of porcelain, insulating glass or some other suitable material and can have annular ribs 7 to extend the path for any leakage currents.
Furthermore, the insulator 6 is provided with two inner channels 8 and 9 through which the rods 3 and 4 are passed. The space between the wall of the channel 8 or 9 and the rod 3 or 4 is filled with a filling 10 or 11 made of elastically flexible material, such as. B.
Rubber, filled in, so that when the concrete pile is formed, no mortar can penetrate between the rods and the insulator and no water can collect there either. It is also conceivable to arrange the resilient filling only on one end part of the channel 8 or 9.
The ends 12 and 14 of the insulator 6 protrude somewhat into the upper wall 13 and into the lower wall 15 of the recess 5, respectively. As a result of this design, lateral forces exerted on the insulator are transmitted directly to the material of the pile, and the insulator 6 cannot move against the rods 3 and 4. This is very important, since otherwise moisture could easily penetrate between the insulator 6 and the walls 13 or 15 and the insulator could tear due to the bars 3 and 4 rusting.
Also, if the isolator 6 were not firmly clamped, very high local compressive stresses in the isolator 6 would easily occur if the pile were subjected to bending with the recess 5 in the Dmiekzone lying in the Dmiekzone, so that it could break . However, if the insulator 6 is fixed in the pile. clamped in, the compressive stresses are applied when the pile is formed exactly on the upper and lower end face of the insulator. Closing contact surfaces of the concrete mass evenly distributed on the insulator 6, so that the latter will contribute significantly to the strength and rigidity of the pile if the load is at least such. That the insulator is in the pressure zone.
If, on the other hand, the insulator is in the closed zone, the tensile stress is taken over by rods 3 and 4 without hindrance. The strength ensured by this construction is. in particular of importance when the recess receiving the insulator is at a large distance from the pile head, which z. B. is the case when the pile, in addition to the recess 5 with the insulator 6 near the head, also has a recess with an insulator for a quenching wire lying in ge ringerer height.
In order to prevent rainwater flowing off the pile from flowing over the insulator, the upper surface 13 of the recess is included. a drip edge 16 is provided.
With the help of a separate wire end looped around the center of the insulator, it can be inserted. Cut-off wire easily fastened to the insulator 6. The construction can be made so resistant that a significant tensile stress in the wire does not present any difficulties even for corner posts. If necessary, the insulator 6 can be replaced by two insulators which each surround one of the rods 3 and 4. will.
It is of great advantage if the post, as is the case with the one shown, does not have any parts protruding beyond its normal profile, so that the transport of these posts is simplified. becomes.
