Device for the vibration de-excitation of electrical machines It is known, for example from the German patent specification No. 70712'4, to put a resistor (vibration resistance) in series with the excitation machine for larger electrical machines with an exciter for rapid de-excitation,
to short-circuit the bypass regulator of the exciter and to switch on an equivalent resistor of a certain size in its place either immediately or after a certain time.
The activation of the oscillation resistance causes a polarity reversal of the excitation machine and thus triggers a de-excitation of the visual oscillation, which is accelerated by the short-circuiting of the shunt regulator and leads to a rapid periodic process in which the direction of excitation changes repeatedly and which gradually changes without special precautions ends.
To shorten this periodic process, a damping resistor was therefore immediately switched into the exciter circuit of the exciter as a replacement for the short-circuited shunt regulator, or the point in time at which it was switched on was set by a time relay. The response time of the same corresponds to the time in which the open-circuit voltage of the generator has dropped to zero for the first time.
However, it does not take into account that this no-load voltage becomes zero at different times depending on the previous load conditions or the state of excitation of the generator at the beginning of the visual oscillation disregard and that the time relay also becomes zero in the event of a fault , for example in the event of a terminal short-circuit in the machine, the correct switch-on time for the substitute resistor does not occur.
It is also known to turn on the equivalent resistor from a single operating variable, namely the current of the pole wheel circle of the machine to be de-energized to make dependent. But even here the shortest possible de-excitation time is not achieved, because the switching on of the equivalent resistor is only carried out with the second change of direction of the pole wheel current, i.e. at a point in time when the voltage of the machine to be de-energized has already returned. is.
Even the zero crossing of the pole wheel current cannot be used alone as a criterion for switching on the substitute resistor, since. the NT zero crossing of the pole wheel current and the zero crossing of the no-load armature voltage are not identical in time.
The invention adapts the termination of the de-energization process by switching on the equivalent resistor to the current operating state of the machine and in each case the shortest possible de-energization time is achieved with simple means. It does not matter whether the operating state of the machine that existed when the de-excitation was initiated corresponded to an idling, any load or a malfunction, for example a partial or completely multi-phase terminal short-circuit.
The invention consists in that the substitute resistor is switched on automatically and adapted to the operating state that was last in each case by means of switching means that are simultaneously triggered as a function of two electrical variables, of which at least one is connected to the elements of the pole wheel circuit is taken, and which are chosen so
that the tripping function for the switching means resulting from the tripping dependency, at least in the tripping area, has a similar unambiguous course as that generated by switching on the visual oscillation resistance, the function that characterizes the disappearance of the operating parameters (voltage, current) of the electrical machine to be de-energized.
It would be conceivable per se to use only the armature current of the laser line to be de-excited or also its excitation flow as a criterion for the point in time at which the substitute resistor is switched on. The resources and measures required for this would, however, be extensive and cumbersome.
The invention will be explained in more detail a.11 hand of some embodiments shown in the drawing. It shows: FIG. 1 the principle of the known anti-vibration circuit, FIG. 2 an exemplary embodiment of the invention, FIG. 3 an illustration of the current and voltage ratios as an explanation of FIG. 2, FIG. 4 another exemplary embodiment of the invention,
FIG. 5 shows a graphical representation as an explanation of FIG. 4, FIG. 6 shows another exemplary embodiment, FIG. 7 shows a circuit example that achieves the purpose of lead as in FIG. 6, but with different means.
In Fig. 1 the anchor action of a zii de-exciting Synehronmaseh.ine is with. 1 and its pole wheel, which carries the excitation winding, with? The Svnehronmasehine 1, is eizelt by an E1, Te, ermaschine 3, 5, whose armature 3- see through a pure Ohm, normally short-circuited by a contact k1.
Resistance, the so-called 'oscillation resistance 4 in the Polra: dstroinkkreis of the synchronous machine. The excitation winding of the excitation machine is denoted by 5 and excites it via the control resistor 6 i111, shunt. The current directions in the excitation circuits of the two machines for the normal state are shown by the thin arrows.
A contactor (not shown) with contacts k1 and k is used for quick de-energization. triggered. It initially causes the oscillation <Zngsv-resistor 4 to be switched on by opening the contact k1 and short-circuiting of the regulating resistor 6 by closing the contact k @. Instead, either immediately.
or after a certain time the switching on of an equivalent resistor 7 is effected by opening the contact k '. The thin arrows indicate the current directions before de-excitation. The bold arrows -eben the Stromrich lines immediately after switching on the visual resistor 4 on; the dashed arrows show the current directions after the current in the oscillation resistor 4 has become zero for the first time and has changed direction. This also applies equally to the other FIGS. 2, 4, 6 and 7.
In Fig. \? denote them with. The same reference numerals provided elements the same objects as in Fig. 1. It is shown to stand after the vibration resistor 4 is already switched on, the replacement resistor 7 is still bridged.
It is switched on by opening the contact cr, which belongs to a viewing means, your relay A. The relay <B> _A </B> and thus the contact, a. are in simultaneous release-dependency on the differential effect of two S <B> 0 </B> voltages,
One of which is proportional to the pole wheel voltage and the other to the pole wheel current. The release winding A1 lies above a switching contact 1; .3 directly on the terminals of the excitation winding of the Synelironmaehine 1, 2.
The second winding <12 is parallel to the Sellwinglings resistance -1-, the voltage drop of which is proportional to the current in the pole wheel circuit.
The contact f3 is expediently closed automatically when the tendon de-excitation is initiated. The at the R'ieklungen @li and A2 of the relay A are switched on in such a way that you see 'a difference effect' results.
Pig. 31 shows the course of various voltages in the exciter or armature circuit of the 'synchronous machine 1, 2 (Fig. 2,) as a function of time t. The triggering of the tendon control had taken place at time t ", at which the viewing win- # -qiTig." Ividerstand 4 was latched by opening k1. It is also assumed
that there was previously an operating state of the synchronous machine that was one. Idle arises. The curve 1.1 shows the course of the armature voltage of the synchronous machine 1, 2. The curve 12 represents.
(with the opposite sign) the voltage U, on the excitation winding of the pole wheel 2 and on the excitation coil Eil, that is the voltage between points I and II in Fig. 2 ', and the curve 13 on the Sehwinglingsicherung 4 and on the E1 -1 pick-up coil E12 occurring voltage Tr ", that is the voltage between points 1I and III in Fig. 2; represents.
When the oscillation resistor 4 is switched on at time t ", the energy stored in the excitation wave of the pole wheel 2 is discharged via the oscillation resistor 4. The voltage drop that occurs generates an excitation current in the excitation signal 5 of the excitation machine 3 via the still short-circuited contact n .
The field of the excitation winding 5 is thereby made to disappear, and after the remanence has been overcome, the current in the armature circuit of the excitation machine reverses its direction. This is the case at the point in time t1, from which the voltage TT, which has been continuously decreasing until then, at the visual resistance 4 (curve 13) becomes negative.
The curve 12 of the pole wheel voltage TT, which is drawn with the opposite sign, initially increases up to time t1, but then also decreases. The curve 14 represents the difference between the pole wheel voltage TT and the voltage TT at the oscillation resistor 4. Since the curve 12 is shown with opposite signs, the curve 14 results in FIG. 3 by adding the curves 12 and 13.
It represents the trigger function for switching on the equivalent resistor 7, which is brought about at about time t2 at a certain minimum value of the curve 14 by opening the contact a. The dashed curve 11, which shows the course of the armature voltage of the synchronous machine 1, 2, has a similarly clear course, especially in the tripping area, as the curve 14 used as the tripping function for switching on the equivalent resistor. The latter therefore represents a simulation to a certain extent the armature represents tension.
In the event of a rapid regulation being triggered in an excited state of the synchronous machine 1, 2, which corresponds to a certain load state, the fundamental relationships of the illustration according to FIG. 3 do not change.
Depending on the amount of the existing load and the corresponding energy stored in the excitation winding of the pole wheel 2 (Fig. 2), the response of the relay El causing the difference function (curve 14) is more or less far to the left of the point in time t2, which results from the idle operating state in the event of de-excitation, that is to say the insert resistor is switched on correspondingly earlier.
In the case of rapid de-energization from an operating state that corresponds to an internal short circuit or a terminal short circuit of the synchronous machine, the conditions are analogous, but the time t @ for switching on the equivalent resistor 7 is even further to the left of the time line tg, so even earlier.
In the event of a short circuit, the armature voltage of the synchronous machine 1, 2, which disappears more slowly when de-energized from other operating states, is no longer present from the start. However, this is irrelevant for the response of relay A, since the voltage of the synchronous machine is not decisive for the process itself.
There he gives see. Depending on the type of excitement that has been present in the syn- chronism, the shortest 'quick de-excitation times are adapted.
In the device according to FIG. 4, which shows a circuit similar to FIG. 2 with partly the same 'switching elements and reference numerals, an automatic switching of the 5 of the exciter 3 is made during the Entregluigsvorganges so that the winding is always on the Points of the pole wheel with the highest voltage.
As an automatic switching means, a riehimgssensliehes relay 33 is provided in parallel to the oscillation resistor 4, which has a switching contact b parallel to a resistor 7 '. The contacts h.1 to k1, as well as the current direction arrows correspond to those of FIG. 1. In addition, when the contacts 1, 1 to k3 are activated, a further contact k4 is opened.
The relay B can be a normal, direction-insensitive relay, which is made sensitive to direction by an upstream valve 15 for example.
The mode of operation of the circuit according to FIG. 4 is explained in more detail with reference to FIG. The curve <B> 1 </B> 6 shows the voltage LT., On the armature of the exciter 3, that is the voltage between points I and III in FIG. 4.
At time t1, in which the voltage U, at the Sehwing-Lings Resistance 4 goes through zero as a result of the reversing pole wheel current (see FIG. 3), the initially low armature voltage ZT, of the exciter (curve 16) between the Pole wheel voltage ITe (Iiui - e 12 with Ue) occurring points <B> 1 </B> and II. The relay R therefore responds shortly after t ,, so that the contact b moves out of the rest position shown,
in which he short-circuits the resistor 7 ', it is switched to work. Here, on the one hand, the resistor 7 'is placed in parallel with the oscillation resistance 4 and, on the other hand, the excitation 5 via the still closed. Contact a. connected directly to the armature 3 of the exciter. The pole wheel voltage I- then runs approximately according to the dashed curve 12 'and the armature voltage I' @ of the exciter machine 3, 5 approximately naeli the curve 16 '.
After reversing the direction of current in the main exciter circle "to 4, that is, after the exciter machine has overcome the back EMF of the pole wheel 2 due to its higher voltage, a ver strengthened counter voltage is generated by the relay 13, so that the remanence of the pole wheel 2 destroyed even faster than in the previous embodiment according to FIG. 2 and the synchronous machine 1, 2 is de-energized even more quickly.
The voltage at the armature 1 of the synchronous machine no longer runs along the curve 11, but rather along the curve 11 '. The relay <1 responds again as shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, if the difference between the voltage L 'at the oscillation resistor 4, that is the voltage between points II and III in FIG. 4 and the voltage Ue at the pole wheel 2 ( between points I and II) has reached the set minimum value.
It is. It is also possible to bring about the simultaneous tripping dependency of the switching means switching on the equivalent resistor 7 ('FIG. 1) by a tripping function other than that selected in the examples according to FIGS. 2 and 4. Thus, if necessary, a function can also be achieved by adding up two voltages, one of which is proportional to the armature voltage of the exciter 3 and the other to the rotor current,
which at least in the tripping area has a similarly clear course as the function mentioned above, which characterizes the disappearance of the armature voltage and / or the armature current of the synchronous machine in the case of de-energization. Tensions can be taken from the one direct at the terminals of the anchor a 'of the exciter and the other from the vibration resistor 4, as in the previous examples.
In the device according to Fig. 6, the variables forming the ata release function for switching on the equivalent resistor are level. if formed by the interaction of two voltages. In contrast to FIG. 2, however, the voltage of the armature 1 of the synchronization machine 1, 2 is used as one of the quantity that is decisive for switching on the equivalent resistor 7. The other variable is again the voltage or the current that arises across the oscillation resistor 4. in the pole wheel circle.
Apart from the relay B with the contact. B and a relay D with the contacts d, and d2, another relay C with the contacts cl and c2 is provided, which is to close via a converter 20 and one when initiating the EntregLUigsvorganges contact 1c5 establishes the dependency of the connection of the equivalent resistance on the armature voltage of the synchronous machine. Relays D and Bist each have a valve 21 or
'? 2 provided in different forward directions, so that depending on the direction of the voltage at the oscillation resistor 4, only one of the relays can always respond. However, polarized relays can also be arranged.
The mode of operation of the device according to I'ig. 6 is as follows for the case that at the moment of de-excitation the synchronous machine 1, 2 was in an excitation state corresponding to an idling or a load case: After the contacts lel and ki are opened and the contacts <I> 7c2 </I> and 1c5, relays h and C respond immediately. Relay D does not initially receive any. Electricity, since the valve 22 blocks. Contacts b, cl and c2 close.
As soon as the current in the pole wheel circuit and thus the voltage at the oscillation resistor 4 change direction to zero, relay B drops out again and contact b opens again. The relay D then responds, opens its normally closed contact d1 and closes contact d2.
This process takes place relatively quickly, so that the fall of the contact b almost coincides with the response of the relay D. When the contact d2 is made, the excitation winding 5 is connected directly to the armature 3 of the excitation machine via the closed contacts e2 and k2, thus accelerating the de-excitation process. This point in time corresponds approximately to the point in time ti in FIG.
If the voltage of the synchronous machine falls below a certain minimum value, relay C drops and opens contacts ci and c2 again. This causes the equivalent resistor 7 for the control resistor 6 to be switched on and thus the de-excitation process to be terminated. When the contact di was opened, the resistor 7 'was also switched on. Since this is high-eared, it had no effect.
If the de-excitation is initiated from a short circuit in the event of a malfunction, the relay C cannot respond due to the lack of armature voltage of the synchronous machine. The relay B responds, however, whereby the contact b is closed.
After reversing the direction of the current in the pole wheel circuit of the synchronous machine and reversing the (voltage at the oscillation resistor 4, contact b opens again. When relay D then responds and contact cl, opens and d2 closes, then the excitation winding 5 on the armature 3 of the exciter, the replacement resistor 7 switched on.
The automatic switching of the exciter winding of the exciter via the replacement resistor directly from the magnet wheel of the synchronous machine to the armature of the Erre germaschine can instead of a relay arrangement, as shown in Figures 4 and 6 Darge, also relay and contactless by a special A switched valve arrangement takes place. For this purpose, FIG. 7 shows an example in which the circuit according to FIG. 2 is used.
Parallel to the oscillation resistor 4 are two oppositely directed valves 31 and 32, the connection point of which leads via the substitute ividerqtand 7, which can be switched on by the relay A, to the excitation winding 5 of the exciter 3. Before the de-excitation process is initiated, the current in the pole wheel circle has the direction indicated by thin arrows.
After switching on the vibration resistance 4 by opening the Kontaktre k11, k12, the current then flows, as indicated by thick arrows, via the valve 31 and reverses the excitation 5 of the exciter. As soon as the voltage of the energizing machine has overcome the voltage at the pole wheel 2 after the polarity has been reversed, the current flows in the direction of the arrows drawn in broken lines via the valve 32 and the vibration resistance 4.
In this way, similar to the previous example, the exciter machine is excited by the higher voltage, thereby accelerating the de-excitation process. The relay A then switches the equivalent resistor 7 when the status already described with reference to FIG. 2 is reached by opening the contact a.
The invention is not limited to the examples described with reference to the figures; especially not to an application in synchronous machines. The invention can also be used, for example, to exclude the tendons of direct current generators or synchronous motors that are operated via an exciter machine.
