Crane ropeway The invention relates to a crane ropeway with a trolley and at least one actuator, with between these effective seed coupling members and with a load hook on the pulling and hoisting rope in the travel period and releasing by working together of trolley and actuator in the lifting and lowering period Holding organ.
Known devices of this type need a very complicated mechanism for switching the various work positions. The crane cable railway according to the invention is characterized by two switching positions that are effective when the trolley and actuator work together at different distances from each other, in one of which the weight of the trolley on the inclined carrying rope when the hauling rope slackens the holding organ for < / B> the load hook is switched to release the latter.
The crane cableway according to the invention can have one or two adjusting devices.
In the drawing, of two exemplary embodiments of the invention, the trolley and an actuating device are shown schematically in mell- reren viewing positions. FIGS. 1, 4 and 5 show different working positions of the transport trolley cooperating with the lower actuating apparatus, for which purpose FIGS. 2 and 3 show individual support members .
FIGS. 6, 7 and 8 show schematically the interaction between the transport trolley and the upper adjusting device in the various working positions.
For the sake of simplicity, the interaction between the transport trolley 1 and the upper adjusting device 41 is first described for the crane cable car according to FIGS. 6 to 8. The transport trolley 1 , which acts as a pulling and hoisting rope, runs through the transport trolley 1 , which is movable by means of rollers 27 on the supporting rope 26 Via a deflection pulley 28. The adjusting device 41 supports the hoisting rope 9 by means of a pulley 45. At one end of the hoisting rope 9, a cable winch is known Way provided.
At the other end, the hoisting rope 9 carries a load hook 8 which with the holding flap 7 is attached to a hinge 36 <at one end / B> is rotatably mounted on the trolley 1 , cooperates. The Ilalteklappe 7 has a locking element for a cone-shaped downward widened locking element 29 that is fixed above the load hook 8 on the conveying part 9 educated.
The locking member is a bo- (yen-shaped tongue with a guide slot that is narrower than the lower diameter of the locking piece 29 in the vertical plane imagined by the support cable 26).
In this guide seat, the piece of the conveyor rope, which is provided between the load hook 8 and the locking piece, 29 , from between the free end of the tongue and the part of the retaining flap that forms the flap 7 provided through opening 31 which is effective for the locking piece when the retaining flap is pivoted downward into the open end of the guide seat.
The switching of the retaining flap 7 for the release of the locking piece 29 takes place under the weight effect of the transport carriage 1 when the conveyor rope slackens by disengaging a lock - meehanism. This locking mechanism consists of the following parts: On the arm 6 of a shift lever 6, 15 which on the transport carriage 1 in a joint 39 Is movable, a ratchet tooth 22 is formed which, in the locking position, engages under a nose 24 of the retaining flap 7 .
The locking position is secured by a spring 35 The lever 6, 15 is an angle lever, the other arm 15 of which is a pivot bearing 44 for one above yours Sehwerpunk-tes mounted coupling pawl 30 , which has a recess delimited by teeth 47, 48 of unequal length in relation to its pivot bearing 44, which cooperates with a locking bolt 46 provided on the actuator 41.
The effective plank length of the upper tooth 48 of the coupling pawl 30 is selected to be somewhat greater than the distance between the transport carriage 1 from the actuating device in the two in FIG. 6 </ B> and 7 illustrated switching positions.
The interaction between the transport trolley 1 and the upper adjusting device 41, which is anchored in a stationary manner by holding ropes 42 and 43 during a certain operating phase at a freely selectable point of the supporting rope 26 , is achieved marked by the two characteristic switching positions, # as shown in FIGS. 6 and 7 .
If the transport trolley 1 is pulled uphill with the help of the conveyor rope 9 , the right-hand side in the drawing is caused by the coupling pawl, which is freely hanging downwards on the swivel joint 44 due to its own weight > 30 with the retaining bolt 46 of the actuating device and slides over this with the ratchet 47, so that it reaches the position shown in FIG. 6, in which the ratchet 48 opens the retaining bolt 46 is seated.
This position is given by the meeting of the attachments 49 and 50, which are provided on the transport trolley 1 or on the actuating device 41, but also by the direct abutment of boundary surfaces of the trolley 1 and the actuating device 41 could be replaced.
If the hauling rope 9 is now left on, the transport carriage 1 can be seen rolling downwards due to its own weight. The coupling pawl 30 allows such a movement, however, only until the tooth base of the same rests on the retaining bolt 46.
With the further displacement impulse of the transport carriage 1 given on the valley side, the retaining bolt 46 now forms a pivot bearing for the toggle lever 6, 1.5 and causes a pivot around its bearing 39 Counter-clockwise misalignment. This pivoting has the consequence that the locking pawl 22 from the.
Already the nose 24 of the 1-valley flap 7 emerges, whereby the holding folder 7 sinks downwards around its pivot point 36 under the influence of its own weight .
This position is in Fi.-. 7 illustrated. In the further course of the downward pivoting of the retaining flap 7 , the vertical strand of the hoisting rope 9 comes to stand in the area of the opening 31 of the retaining flap. In this position, the locking piece 29 can pass down through the retaining flap unhindered and the load hook 8 can be lowered to the ground.
If the load 34 is now attached to the hoisting rope 9 at the loading point and this is pulled uphill, the transport trolley 1 becomes the actuating device 41- as a result of the carrying rope < B> 26 approximated smooth running cable component.
The angle lever 6, 15 goes back under the action of the spring 35 into the position shown in FIG. 6, in which it is thus when you touch it of the abutment saws 49 and 50 the coupling pawl 30 with its longer tooth 48 still rests on the retaining bolt 46.
If the load is lifted further, the retaining flap 7 is also pivoted upwards again about its pivot point 36 . Here, its nose 24 runs up against the saw surface of the tooth 22 and thereby causes, counter-clockwise, a slight misalignment of the angle lever 6, 15 about its pivot point 39. </ B > This slight pivoting is sufficient to lift the tooth 48 of the coupling pawl 30 over the retaining bolt 46,
so that after the retaining flap 7 has been pivoted fully up to the lower edge of the carriage frame, the coupling pawl 30 freely downwards the one shown in FIG. 8 assumes a hanging position.
When the conveyor rope 9 has recently slacked off, the coupling pawl 30 can now slide with its left-hand limit over the link bolt 46 without being hooked into it. The transport, vague 1. with the load can thus be transported downhill.
If the rope layer is too steep or the load to be transported is too small, either a dead load is attached to the rope or a spring is inserted between the retaining flap 7 and the trolley frame.
The interaction of the transport carriage 1 with the lower adjusting device 2, which can be moved into a preselected working position of the suspension cable and by means of the fastening points 32 and 33 the holding ropes to be provided are held in place without being misaligned
takes place in the embodiment according to FIGS. 1 to 5 likewise by the successive assumption of two characteristic holding positions of the carriage with respect to the actuating device. The training of the facility is described at the same time as its mode of operation:
After, for example, the coupling between the trolley and an adjusting device arranged above the trolley on the support cable 26 has been released, the trolley rolls with the one on the load hook 8 be fastened load 34 downhill, with the retaining flap 7 over its nose 24 by the tooth 22 of the carrying belly 6 in the locked position, secured by the spring 35, (Fig. 1). The cone 29 is located between the arched tongue and your part 38 the retaining flap 7,
Through their slot in the tongue, which is smaller than the diameter of the lower conical surface 29 , the end of the hoisting rope carrying the load hook 8 passes down. When the trolley 1 approaches the lower adjusting device 2, the outer limit of the coupling pawl 4 hinged on the trolley comes into contact with the locking bolt 3 of the adjusting device and runs against it until the pawl 4 is pivoted around the joint 11 , it latches into the bolt 3 .
This first switching position between the trolley 1 and the actuator 2 is shown in FIG. 1 . The double-armed shift lever 5 , which is mounted independently of the coupling pawl 4 on the trolley 1 by means of the joint 11 , is still parallel to the carrying cable A For a better overview In Fig. 2, the coupling pawl 4 and in Fig. 3 the shift lever 5 are shown on their own.
When the load 34 is now to be lowered for the purpose of loading, the hoisting rope 9 is released. At the moment, as it is recorded by FIG. 1, the load cannot yet sink down, however, because the nose 24 of the retaining flap 7 is supported by the tooth 22 of the support lever < B> 6 is held, so that see the cone 29 of the hoisting rope 9 on the boundaries of the one in the retaining flap 7 The slot and thus prevents the load from falling.
As a result of the hoisting rope 9 being wet, the transport trolley 1 will slide further downwards on the carrying rope 26 due to its weight, which is increased by the load 34, until the second holding position shown in FIG. 4 is reached, in which see the trolley 1 and the holding apparatus 2 directly - appropriate stops could also be seen for this purpose Touch - .
During the transition to the second switching position shown in FIG. 4, the contact surface 12 of the switching lever 5 abuts the locking pin 3 of the lower actuator 2 and is up to the stop of the trolley 1 is pivoted to the actuating device 2 about the pivot point 11 . The other lever arm, equipped at the end with an elongated joint guide 1-3 , is connected to the end of an angled arm 14 of the support lever <B through this guide > 6,
Which has a second angled arm 15 against the upper actuating device as an upper switching element, at the end of which the coupling pawl described in the first example “by weight action in the described holding positions” 30 is attached.
The pivoting of the shift lever 5 also results in an oppositely directed misalignment of the support lever 6, whereby its support tooth 22 disengages from the nose 24 of the retaining flap 7 is brought so that it swings downwards by its own weight about its pivot bearing 36 on the transport carriage 1 . As a result, the cone 29 comes into perpendicular coincidence with the opening 31 of the flap and, under the influence of the load 34, emerges from the retaining flap 7 through it downward.
The end of the hoisting rope is released, so that the load 34 on the load hook 8 is lowered to the loading point by further slackening on the M-pulley.
If the load is deposited at the loading point, the hauling rope is atif wound for the purpose of returning the transport carriage 1 to the loading point marked for example by the upper adjusting device. It runs around the deflection roller 28 and is guided on the steering roller 37 provided at the free end of the retaining flap. Its end moves upwards with the load hook 8 and the cone 29 , the cone 29 passes through the opening 31 into the retaining flap 7 .
The nose 24 of the retaining flap slides upwards on the outer boundary of the roughness tooth 22 of the lever 6 and swings the support bracket 6; when the retaining flap 7 is raised further The supporting tooth 22 snaps under the nose as a result of the action of the spring 35 . The cone rests on the upper part 308 of the retaining flap which forms the flap. The upper limit interacts with the end 17 of a release lever 10 , which is rotatably arranged on the transport trolley by means of a bearing pin 16 .
A spring 18 tries to hold the lever 10 in a position determined by a stop 40, in which the end 17 of the release lever 10 protrudes over the lower edge 19 of the transport trolley frame for actuation through the retaining flap 7 .
When the traction cable 9 continues to be wound up, the removal of the transport trolley 1 from the actuating device 2 changes to the position shown in FIG. 2 as a result of the upward pulling component in the carrying cable arrangement 1 causes the original holding position shown, which initially remains secured by the coupling pawl 4 and the locking bolt 3 .
The retaining flap 7 lifts until it, according to the position shown in FIG. 5 , under the influence of the C see ascending hoisting rope 9 comes to rest against the edge 19 , the end 17 of the release lever 10 against the action of the spring 18 upwards and thus swivels the stop 20 on the lever 10 counterclockwise around the pivot point 16 whereby the stop 20 over a shoulder 21 of the lever < B> 5 this pivoted upwards from its coupling position,
so that its hook lifts up over the locking bolt 3 and the coupling between the transport trolley 1 and the actuator 2 is released.
In order to allow the maintenance functions described to come into effect one after the other, the carrier tooth 22 of the carrier lever 6 is connected to it, as in FIGS. 1, 4 and 5 shown, a recess 23 provided on the lever for the path of the nose 24 of the retaining flap 7 when it acts on the release lever end 17 the length 23 of which is substantially greater than the thickness 25 of the nose 24.
In the exemplary embodiments described, the majority of the coupling and holding elements are stored in the transport trolley 1. The --leiehe effect can be achieved if, in full or partial reversal, the arrangement of the main supporting organs is relocated to the actuating device (s).
As in the exemplary embodiments described, at least some of the holding processes in the variants mentioned can also be dependent on the weight of the possibly loaded trolley and thus on the inclination of the suspension cable. This gives a significantly greater security for the holding processes to be carried out and thus practically eliminates the risk of incorrect positions.
