Description

  Korb

Fig. 1 einen Aufriss des Korbes,
Fig. 2 einen Seitenri¯ desselben,
Fig. 3 den Rohrrahmen,

  basket
With the baskets used so far for relatively heavy loads. it often happens that the attachment of the handles to the basket wall is too weak and the handles are torn off over time. It also happens that the runners, which are sometimes used in such cages, hit with their ends and are damaged. Furthermore, sometimes the base does not hold together firmly enough with the basket walls that it begins to detach from the same, which makes it necessary to repair the basket.

In the basket according to the invention, these disadvantages are eliminated by having a frame with a central part that forms two skids on which the basket base rests, and with two opposing side parts that are bent up with respect to the central part and which are used to stiffen the Basket wall and to form two handles.

The accompanying drawing shows an exemplary embodiment of the Eorbes according to the invention. Show it :
Fig. 1 is an elevation of the basket,
Fig. 2 is a side view of the same,
3 the tubular frame,
FIG. 4 shows a section along the line 4-4 of FIG. 1
The basket has a closed frame 1 made of pipe, e.g. B. aluminum tube.

The middle part 1 'of this frame forms two skids on which the bottom 2 of the basket rests. The two opposite side parts 1 ″ of the frame, which are bent up with respect to the central part, serve to stiffen the basket wall and to form two handles 4. The parts 1 ″ serving to stiffen the basket wall are also flown into the basket wall made of willow branches 5 As can be seen in particular from FIG. 4, the sections of the frame side parts 1 ″ which protrude beyond the basket wall and form the handles 4, 4 are also wrapped with willow branches .

When carrying the basket, the weight is not taken up by the wall of the basket, but by the frame, with the basket bottom being supported from below. There is therefore no risk of the handles tearing off or the bottom becoming loose. The basket rim 6 can very well be weaker. are carried out than the baskets customary to date. The runners have no ends with which they could strike, but go continuously over into the parts facing upwards.

Since the frame is made of tube, it has a relatively low weight and great rigidity.

Instead of aluminum, steel or another light metal could also be used. You could use the frame, also on a vege- table tube, e.g. B. bamboo cane.

The frame 1 doesn’t need an UNTBRANSPRÜCHB 1. Basket according to patent claim, characterized in that the frame is made of light metal tube.

Basket according to patent claim, characterized in that ¯ sections of the upturned side parts of the frame which serve to stiffen the basket wall are braided into the basket walls made of willow rods. 5. 5. Basket according to dependent claim 4, characterized in that the frame is rectangular in the development in a plane. bent rectangular frame. to be ; Instead of a rectangular base, the basket can also be square or round. Furthermore, the bent side parts 1 ″ of the frame could also rest on the outside of the Eorhwandong instead of being partially incorporated into the same, which of course also stiffens the basket wall as it can bulge less easily. .
