Description
<B>Schmiereinrichtung an</B> Brennkraftmaschinen mit <B>einem</B> Schmiermittelkühler Gegenstand des Hauptpatentes ist eine Schmiereinrichtung an Brennkraftmaschinen mit einem Schmiermittelkühler, welchem das Sehmieimiittel aus dem Ölsumpf der Maschine zugeleitet -wird, wobei der Ölkühler in der Leitung zwischen dem Ölsumpf und den Schmierstellen der Maschine angeordnet und sowohl vor dem Kühler als auch hinter dem Kühler eine Förderpumpe vorgesehen ist,
wel che Pumpen zweckmässig eine gemeinsame Antriebswelle aufweisen.
Die vorliegende Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine weitere Ausbildung dieser Einrich tung und besteht darin, dass in der Scliniier- rnittelleitung vor und hinter der zweiten Pumpe je ein Überdi-Lickventil angeordnet ist.
In der Zeichnung ist die Erfindung in einem Ausführungsbeispiel schematisch dar gestellt. Aus dem Ölsumpf 1 der Maschine 2 wird das Schmieröl durch eine Pumpe 3 einem Ölkühler 4 zugeleitet, von dem es durch eine weitere Pumpe 5 angesaugt und über das Ölfilter 6 den Schmierstellen 7, u. a. ins besondere den Hauptlagern ä der Kurbel welle, zugeleitet. wird. Von dort fliesst das Selimieröl, z. B. als Spritzöl, wieder in den Ölsumpf 1 der Maschine zurück. Die Pum pen 3 und 5, z. B. Zahnradpumpen, können an beliebiger Stelle der Maschine angeordnet sein, bilden jedoch zweckmässig ein gemein sames Aggregat mit gemeinsamer Pumpen antriebswelle.
In dem Ölkreislauf zwischen der Pumpe 3 und der Pumpe 5 befindet sich ein L\berdritekventil 9. Dieses Ventil ist so ein- gestellt, dass es den Druck in der Leitung von der Pumpe 3 begrenzt und für die Pumpe t günstige Ansaugbedingungen schafft. Das Überdruckventil 10 vor der Schmierstelle 7 wird nach den zur Schmierung notwendigen Drücken eingestellt. Die Kühlung des Öls kann durch das Kühlwasser der Maschine er folgen, wobei der Ölkühler auch innerhalb des Kühlwassermantels der Maschine ange ordnet bzw. als solcher ausgebildet sein kann.
Gegebenenfalls kann auch in bezug auf die Ölführung das Ölfilter vor dem Ölkühler 4 in der Schmierölleitung angeordnet sein.
