  Verpackung für Holzfaserplatten und andere Platten
Als   Transportverpaekung    für Holzfaserplatten   und    andere Platten werden Holzrah  menverschläge    verwendet, die zusätzlich mit   Bandeisen    in der Längs- und Querrichtung verspannt sind, einerseits, um den Rahmen   zelsammenzuhalten,    anderseits, um ein   Her-    ausfallen des Plattenmaterials zu verhindern.



  Bei grösseren Abmessungen hängt das Plattenmaterial trotz der umgebenden Verpakkungsleisten aus dem Rahmen heraus, wenn nicht eine ausreichende Anzahl von Querleisten vorgesehen wird. Diese Leisten sind gewöhnlich auf dem äussern Rahmen befe  stigt;    darüber wird das Bandeisen gespannt.



  Derartige Verpackungen werden beim Transport, insbesondere beim Verschieben auf nicht ebenen Unterlagen, leicht beschädigt; sie beanspruehen übermässig viel Verladeraum und verursachen einen erheblichen Verbrauch an Nägeln und Bandeisen.



   Es sind auch Verpackungen   bekannt,    die aus einem den Plattenstapel umschliessenden Blechrahmen aus   IU-Profilleisten    bestehen, wobei der Abstand der beiden Schenkel jeder Leiste gleich der Stapelhöhe ist. Diese Blechrahmen haben, wenn sie nicht übermässig schwer ausgebildet sind, nur geringe Stabilität, so dass beim Anheben eines grösseren Stapels die   Verpackung    dadurch defekt wird, dass sie durchbiegt. Auch sind derartige Blechrahmen unverhältnismässig teuer.



   Die Erfindung vermeidet die Mängel der bekannten Verpackungen; sie bedient sich ebenfalls eines den Plattenstapel   umsehliessen-    den Rahmens aus im Querschnitt   Usförmigen    Leisten, wobei der Abstand der beiden Schenkel jeder Leiste gleich der Stapelhöhe ist.



  Erfindungsgemäss finden Holzleisten Ver  Wendung,    die an den Stössen verzapft und zweckmässig auch noch   zusammengenagelt    sind.



   In der Zeichnung ist ein Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung dargestellt, und zwar   zeigt : Fig. 1 einen erfindungsgemässen Rah-    men, geschlossen im Schrägriss, Fig. 2 einen Schnitt nach der Linie   A-B    in Fig. 1 und Fig. 3 zwei aneinanderstossende Rahmenleisten vor ihrer   Vereinigung.   



   Der den Stapel 1 aufnehmende Rahmen besteht aus Holzleisten 2, die, wie Fig. 2 zeigt, im Querschnitt   U-förmig    sind, wobei der (lichte) Abstand der beiden Schenkel jeder Leiste der Stapelhöhe entspricht. Das   UFro-    fil wird durch Ausfräsen gewonnen, der Abfall ist bei der   Holzfaserplattenerzeugung    wieder verwertbar. An den Stössen sind die Leisten 2, wie aus den Fig. 1 und 3 hervorgeht, verzapft und zusammengenagelt.



   Der erfindungsgemässe Rahmen beseitigt die eingangs erwähnten Mängel der   bekann-    ten Rahmen; er benötigt keinerlei zusätzliche Querleisten oder sonstige Versteifungen.   



  
 



  Packaging for fibreboard and other panels
Wooden frames are used as transport packaging for fibreboard and other panels, which are additionally braced with iron straps in the longitudinal and transverse directions, on the one hand to hold the frame together and on the other hand to prevent the panel material from falling out.



  In the case of larger dimensions, the plate material hangs out of the frame in spite of the surrounding packaging strips if a sufficient number of transverse strips is not provided. These strips are usually attached to the outer frame; the iron band is stretched over it.



  Such packaging is easily damaged during transport, especially when moving on uneven surfaces; they take up an excessive amount of loading space and cause considerable consumption of nails and straps.



   Packagings are also known which consist of a sheet metal frame made of IU profile strips surrounding the stack of panels, the distance between the two legs of each strip being equal to the stack height. These sheet metal frames, if they are not made excessively heavy, have only little stability, so that when a larger stack is lifted, the packaging becomes defective because it sags. Such sheet metal frames are also disproportionately expensive.



   The invention avoids the shortcomings of the known packaging; it also makes use of a frame surrounding the stack of panels made of strips U-shaped in cross section, the distance between the two legs of each strip being equal to the stack height.



  According to the invention, wooden strips are used that are mortised at the joints and are also appropriately nailed together.



   The drawing shows an exemplary embodiment of the invention, namely: FIG. 1 shows a frame according to the invention, closed in an oblique view, FIG. 2 shows a section along the line AB in FIG. 1 and FIG. 3 shows two frame strips butting against one another before they are united .



   The frame receiving the stack 1 consists of wooden strips 2 which, as FIG. 2 shows, are U-shaped in cross section, the (clear) distance between the two legs of each strip corresponding to the stack height. The U-profile is obtained by milling, the waste can be reused in the production of fibreboard. At the joints, the strips 2, as can be seen from FIGS. 1 and 3, mortised and nailed together.



   The frame according to the invention eliminates the aforementioned shortcomings of the known frames; it does not require any additional crossbars or other stiffeners.
