Deux modes de réalisation de l'objet de l'invention sont représentésà titre d#exempIe au dessin ci-annexé, dans lequel: la fig. 1 est une vue en élévation latérale avec coupes partielles d'un premier mode de réalisation équipé d'une trémie d'alimentation, d'un moteur d#entrainement et d'un dispositif de fixation des sacs; la fig. 2 est une vue en élévation de face la fig. 3 est une vue en élévation,à plus grande échelle, montrant l'agencement d'un guichet réglable pour la trémie; la fig. 4 est une coupe transversale par tielle correspondante;
The present invention relates to a mill-mill comprising a rotor with grinding elements, and a perforated fixed liner at least partially surrounding the circular path of the grinding elements so that the material introduced into the liner is ground by the cooperation. grinding organs with the jacket.
The mill-mill according to the invention is characterized in that ventilation blades are incorporated in the rotor to blow the material through through the jacket.
Two embodiments of the object of the invention are shown to by way of example in the accompanying drawing, in which : FIG. 1 is a side elevational view with partial sections of a first embodiment equipped with a feed hopper, a driving motor and a bag fixing device < B>; fig. 2 is a front elevational view of FIG. 3 is an elevational view, to on a larger scale, showing the arrangement of an adjustable window for the hopper ; in fig. 4 is a corresponding partial cross section ;
fig. 5 is a front elevation of the rotor of the mill-grinder ; in fig. 6 is a section through the axis of the rotor ; in fig. 7 is an axial section of a second embodiment in which the rotor and the stator are mounted directly on the rotor and the stator of a motor.
In the example represented by FIGS. 1 to 6, the mill-crusher comprises a cylindrical housing 1, in which is mounted a concentric cylindrical sieve 2, intended to cooperate with a rotor with hammers 3, integral with ar ber 4, driven by an electric motor 5. The motor by a pulley (not shown) for driving by a transmission belt and a suitable motive power source.
The inlet of the housing 1 is formed by a central opening 6 through which the cereal grains contained in a hopper 7, can pass and which are sucked over a rim 8. The degree of opening of the orifice can be regulated by a window 9 mounted to slide in 10 slides and connected to an operating lever 11 locked by a wing screw 12 ensuring tightening on a curved bar 13, fixed to the housing 1. The rotor 3 is formed by two pairs of spaced plates 14 and 15 arranged in a cross and fixed on a hub 16. At the free ends of these plates are fixed journals 17,
on which are articulated pairs of hammers 18 intended to cooperate with the sieve 2. The plates 14 and 15 also carry between they 19, ventilation vanes which serve to create a violent current of% ir through through the sieve with a view to entrapment of the pulverized material laughed or ground.
The housing 1, is provided at its lower part with a connector 20 for fixing a bag which is qu7on. passes over the orifice to suspend it from the hooks 21. From the upper part of the connector 20 leaves, on one side and in the middle of the side wall of the housing 1, a duct 22, which opens out in the center of the housing and serves for the reintroduction of air through ori fices 22a and 22b into the interior of the screen. In this way, a closed circuit air circulation is obtained.
The whole apparatus is suitably mounted on a plinth, and the connector shown may be replaced by another connector with two or more bagging holes.
In fig. 7, 23 designates a flange which is integral with the crankcase of a motor or is fixed to the latter, the motor possibly being, for example, an electric motor ( not shown). A base 24, formed by two parallel bars, is fixed by bolts to the flange and supports a casing formed by a lower flange 25, a peripheral wall 26 and a flange upper 27. These three elements- elements are assembled by welding and fixed to the base by bolts 28. </ B > An upper plate 27a is fixed by nuts at oreil the 29 to the upper flange 27. The shaft 30 </ B> of the motor is extended and carries a hub 31 on which a disc 32 is mounted,
to which are fixed ventilation pallets 33. Above the disc 32 are fixed trays 34, 35, to which are articulated pairs of hammers 36. These hammers are articulated in pairs on axes 37. Although the figure shows only two diametrically opposed pairs of hammers, < B> it is of course provided for two other similar opposing pairs of hammers, in an axial plane perpendicular to that of the figure. Between the plates 34 and 35 are fixed radial pallets 38. Other pallets 39 are fixed to the periphery of rings 40, integral of the hub 3 1. A the upper end of the hub 31 is mounted a nut 41, provided with two fingers 42.
The upper plate 27a carries a feed hopper 43 whose orifice 44 is regulated by a window 45 mounted to sliding, actuated by a nut at oreil the 46 and a threaded spindle 47. At 45a is shown a threshold over which the material must pass when leaving the orifice regulated by the gui chet 45. Reference 48 designates an orifice intended for the introduction of the material in the envelope. The material to be to be pulverized, which can be cereal grains, is introduced into the hopper 43. During the operation of the mill-grinder, this material is projected by the fingers 42 to </ B > through orifice 44 and passes in a certain proportion under window 45.
This material then passes, over the threshold 45a, into the envelope where it is pulverized by the cooperation of the hammers 36 with a cylindrical screen 49 forming part of the casing of the rotor. The 38 and 39 pallets suck air at through the orifice 48 and discharge by centrifugal force this air with the pulverized material to through the openings 50 of the sieve, for the evacuation of this material.
This thus enters a peripheral corridor 51 and finally exits through an orifice (not shown) made in the peripheral wall 26. The pulverized or ground material cannot accumulate on the end of the corridor 51 to because of a complementary air current created by the ventilation blades 33, which suck the air to through the corridor 52 and the opening 53 to reject it to the outside in order to trap the material which would tend to drop to the end of the corridor 51. The upper plate 27a is removable to allow the replacement of the screen 49.
