Description

Folder, especially for hanging files, for. Acceptance of perforated documents Known folders for accepting perforated documents generally consist of an envelope made of cardboard or the like with a spine fold, the spine fold being the aligning means, such as metal tape tongues,

and is stapled to the back of the envelope outside the area of the stringing means. This training does not allow a closed removal of the documents filed in a folder. There are also filing booklet medium for completed documents are known, which consist of a flap provided with a back fold and retracted metal tape tongue in the fold.

It is therefore possible to take the completed documents out of a folder and to staple them in a filing flap in order to free up the folder for further use. However, this measure is cumbersome. In addition, it has been shown that the metal tape tongues are often angled and compressed due to the frequent opening and closing for lining up the writing, so that new writing is difficult to line up.

The invention relates to a folder for holding perforated documents, which does not differ in handling in any way from the known folders with metal tape tongue for holding documents, but in which the documents with its holder in the lined up position are easily removed and taken out as a unit this holder can be replaced by a new holder.

The folder can thus be used as a permanent folder and used one after the other for the most varied processes, in which a new holder is used after the holder has been listening to the written material. The new folder can therefore also be made of stronger and more solid material.

According to the invention, in a folder for receiving perforated documents, with a back fold and a holder for the documents received by this, the folder in the back fold is provided with angular slots for exchangeable reception of the document holder. The document holder can consist of a base with a retracted metal tape tongue.

Before geous, the base is designed as a folding strip that sits on the back fold of the folder and through which the metal strip tongue is pushed.

The metal strip tongue is expediently held in a double order on the strip, so that the center piece of the tongue bridge with the tongue ends is on the same side of the strip. The folding strip. can also be provided with a flap extending from its rear side, which is provided with transverse slits in the area of the tongue ends that can be bent open from the strip,

so that the back flap can be placed as a cover sheet over the stack of documents and held by the tongue ends after the folding strip has been removed from the folder. Appropriately, the flap is seen with a folding embossing leading to a back formation, which facilitates the removal of the flap on the front of the folding strip, this back part can optionally be provided with a form that allows labeling of the type of written material received.

The aforementioned training is particularly suitable for suspension files in which the folders are held by suspension supports that engage in the back fold of the folder and engage behind the stapling and stringing means connecting the back fold with angular slots. In this case, the angular slots of the folder carrier and those of the back fold of the folder are advantageously directed opposite to one another and the same penetrations of the metal tape tongue <RTI

ID = "0002.0020"> assigned in the folding strip, so that through these opposing Win kelschlitze or the hooks formed by them, a clamping of the existing holder for the documents in the folder results from the folding strip and the metal tape tongue, the one-unwanted Loosening prevented.

The training described is explained in more detail below on the basis of the drawing. 1 shows the folder in the open position without the holder for the documents, FIG. 2 shows a simple holder for the documents, FIG. 3 shows the holder for the documents provided with a flap, FIG. 4 shows the folder according to FIG. 1 with an inserted holder 'according to FIG. 2,

Fig. 5 is a diagram of the finished holder for storing the documents according to FIG. 3, -> FIG. 6 shows a folder carrier for storing the holder according to FIG. 5 and FIG. 7 shows a folder carrier for the folder according to FIG. 1 when it is used in a hanging file cabinet. The folder consists in a manner known per se from a base 1 and a cover 2, which is made from a strip of cardboard or the like with the inclusion of a back fold 3.

The cover 2 is provided with a number of embossings 4 near the back fold 3, so that the cover 2 can adapt to the filling of the folder that is growing. The back fold 3 is stapled to the base 1 by staples 5 or the like and takes the stringing means in the middle. This portfolio training is known per se.

However, while in known designs the stringing means, such as a metal band tongue, is inserted in a fixed arrangement through the back fold 3, in the illustrated embodiment the back fold 3 is provided with two angular incisions 6 and 7 arranged one above the other, which noses to form hooks 8 and 9 lead.

According to FIG. 2, a folding strip 10, through which a metal strip tongue 11, which forms the opening element, is inserted, serves as a holder for the writing to be recorded.

In this case, the metal strip tongue 11 is guided again through the folding strip 10 in the region of the passage of its lined up ends through the folding strip 10 and thus also lies with a central bridge part 12 on the upper side of the folding strip 10.

The distances between the various passages of the metal strip tongue 11 through the folding strip 10 and the hooked lugs 8 and 9 are selected so that the folding strip 10 with the metal strip tongue 11 can be placed on the back fold 3 like a rider and moved so that the hooked lugs 8 and 9 engage behind two adjacent penetrations of the metal strip tongue in the folding strip 10 and thus hold the folding strip 10 with the metal strip tongue 11.

The folder can thus be used in the usual way for filing documents. However, the filed documents can be removed from the folder with the string holder formed by the parts 10 and 11 without any other security and stored elsewhere, so that the folder with a new holder 10, 11 is ready to receive further documents .

The folding strip is expediently provided according to FIG. 3 with a bottom flap 16, which tongue 11 has transverse slots 13 approximately at the height of the passage of the lined up ends 11a and 11b of the metal strip. This bottom flap 16 also has some fold embossings 4 adjacent to the fold strip 10, so that it can be folded over the fold strip to form a back 14, the rows 11b and 11b of the metal strip tongue then being passed through the slots 13.

The holder for the documents formed from the folding strip 10 and the metal strip tongue 11 can then be stored using a hanging rail 17. For this purpose, the hanging rail 17 is provided with the line length of the metal strip tongue 11 corresponding to the incisions 15.

The training described is particularly suitable for so-called Hängeregistra structures in which the folders are received by carriers 17, which engage with hooked noses 18 in the back fold of the folder and the stapling of the back fold with the bottom of the folder and the passage of the metal tape tongue in the back fold behind. In this case, the hook lugs 18 or 8 and 9 of the folder carrier 17 and the back fold 3 of the folder are directed opposite to each other, so that an effective clamping of the folder is achieved on the folder.
