Fig. 1 ist eine Seitenansicht einer Pfahl giessform.
Fig. 9 zeigt eine solche Verbindung hierfür.
Method and device for pouring in-situ concrete piles for foundation purposes In order to reduce the costs of the impeller ramming, for example, in a building, it has already been proposed to pour the pile in a cement form-making device, which is first rammed into the ground instead of the pile. For this purpose, a pipe was provided with a loose tip and the pipe was driven into the ground to the desired depth and then filled with concrete. During the filling, the pipe was gradually pulled up so that the soil surrounding the pipe represented the mold. However, it has been found that this method involves some dangers, as the stake e.g.
B. can lead through water veins, which wash away the binder from the filling compound, so that the pile is unusable. On the other hand, this method has quite a number of advantages, since you can save expensive reinforcement of the pile and the rather high costs of its transport.
The present invention aims to eliminate the hazards associated with the above method. The invention relates to a method for pouring in-situ concrete piles for foundation purposes, using a longitudinally divided propellant pipe. It is characterized by the fact that the pipe is rammed in with the ram head in front of it in such a way that a gap remains between its lower edge and the inner surface of the head, whereupon the driving pipe is filled with concrete mixture,
After the concrete has hardened, something is hammered in again for the purpose of loosening the formed pile and finally pulled out.
The invention is explained in more detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. The drawings show some exemplary embodiments of a form suitable for carrying out the method according to the invention; H. a so-called cladding. Fig. 1 is a side view of a pile mold.
2, 3 and 4 are cross-sections through this mold along lines II-II, III-III and IV-IV in FIG. 1. FIG. 5 is a longitudinal section through a casting mold according to FIG. 1 at a certain point in time during ramming. Figures 6 and 7 are a longitudinal section and a cross section of part of the casting mold, respectively. Fig. 8 shows the mold after the casting work has been completed.
FIG. 9 shows a locking device used in the form of FIG. 1. Fig. 10 is a longitudinal section through another shape at a ge know time during the ramming of the shape. Fig. 11 shows some parts of the same device at a different point in the work. 12 is a section along the line XII-XII in FIG. 10. Finally, FIGS. 13 and 14 show two different designs of the mold tips.
As can be seen most clearly from FIGS. 1 and 2, the shape has two semi-cylindrical parts 1 and 2, of which part 2 is provided with longitudinal flanges 3, which overlap over the longitudinal edges of part 1. Each of the parts 1 and 2 is in the example described here be in turn composed of two components in its longitudinal direction, of which the upper is provided at both ends with a type of claws 4, which in corresponding claws 5 and 6 on the lower component or . Engage at one end piece 7. The claws 4 and 5 are grooved all around.
In this claw grooves semicircular locking bracket 8 are placed, which bind the successively attached components of the moldings with each other. The end piece 7, however, is only loosely attached to the upper end of the mold.
The lower ends of the lower constituent parts 1 and 2 are smooth and are inserted into a cone-shaped tip 9. This tip has a tubular part 10 as a guide for the two cylinder halves 1 and 2. The latter are supported with their two end faces against a tip in the shape 9 inserted plate 11, which is expediently made of resilient material. Furthermore, in the tip of the mold 9 circular guides 12 at the connection point between the two mold halves 1 and 2 are provided.
The form is to be driven into the ground with the help of a ram and for this purpose is provided with a head piece 13, which in turn is provided with a cylindrical guide 14 intended for insertion into the form. Fig. 1 shows the head piece pulled out of the mold. In its ramming position, the downwardly directed jacket 13a of the head piece encloses the upper part of the two upper components 1 and 2 as well as the end piece 7. The head piece also contains an insert 15 made of lead or a similar material.
From the above it can be seen that the casting mold can be extended piece by piece with several components during work until the intended driving depth is reached. It often happens, however, that the soil conditions are such that the lower end of the pile hits rocks. Where this is to be expected, it is advisable to anchor the pole tip in the rock, as can be seen from FIG.
When the tip 9 is pushed onto a rock, the ramming work is broken off and the plate 11 is removed with a suitable tool. This can be done, for example, by allowing a claw-like gripper to slide down into the mold, which grasps the plate 11 at its narrowest part. When pulling out the gripper, the plate slips as a result of its springiness from the ends of the mold halves away and can then be pulled out of the mold. Afterwards you can lower a thermite charge into the mold and ignite it in a known manner, the outermost part of the mold tip 9 being burned off.
A guide tube 16, which is provided with centering ribs 17 resting against the inner wall of the tube, so that it lies coaxially, is then lowered into the mold. With its somewhat widened lower end 16a (FIG. 6), the tube 16 then rests on the inside of the now truncated cone (FIG. 5). A drilling tool 18 is then passed down through the guide tube and used in a known manner to machine the rock under the mold, so that a borehole (FIG. 5) is created.
When the borehole in the bedrock has reached the desired depth, the drill 18 is pulled up again, and an anchor iron 19 is lowered into the borehole created in this way so that it protrudes into the mold (Fig. 8 ). Then the guide tube 16 is pulled out. The molded parts are best coated with grease or another lubricant from the very beginning to prevent the concrete from sticking to the wall of the mold. But you can only apply this layer of fat with suitable devices at the point in time that the work has now reached, after which the pouring of the pile can begin. Especially when it comes to greater depths, it is useful here to fill z.
B. to use a cylindrical loading container with a releasable bottom, which container is filled with cement paste and let down to the lower end of the mold. There the cement mass is emptied from the container and the container is pulled up and refilled, whereupon this process is repeated until the mold is filled to the desired height. is. The concrete is then allowed to harden. During the filling of the form, it is useful to shake the concrete.
After the concrete has hardened, the molded parts must be removed from the cast pile. As a result of the plate 11 there is a small space between the tip of the mold 9 and the lower mold parts 1 and: 3. If you replace the Forrnkopfstück 13 by another suitable support, you can only edit one half of the mold with the piling bear something and continue to ram about 1 cm deep so that it detaches from the post.
After attaching suitable fastenings to the upper ends of the mold halves, you can pull them out as a whole or each half individually. Fig. 8 shows schematically how the mold half shown in the figure on the left has been loosened and already partially pulled out, furthermore how the lower end of the pile was anchored ver in crooked rock with the help of an anchor iron 19.
As can be seen from the figures, the connection points between the various components of the mold halves are thicker than the rest of the mold due to the claws 4 and 5. In order to facilitate the ramming, the stronger end of the mold tip 9 is designed with a slightly larger diameter than the mentioned connection points. This creates, at least in theory, a narrow space around the finished pile, which, however, is filled with soil or sand when the molded parts are pulled up.
If desired, the form can only be pulled up about two-thirds so that the post continues to be guided at its upper end, after which it is left for a few days so that the soil surrounding the post is sufficiently settled along the greater part of the length of the post can.
In most cases, the surrounding soil should hold the two halves of the mold together with sufficient force when ramming. However, the two mold halves can also be connected to one another. Fig. 9 shows such a connection for this. Here open rings 20 are attached around the mold, the ends of which are detachably united with one another by a release element 21. All trigger organs? 1 are connected to each other by a loose rope, wire rope or chain 22.
It is easy to see that after casting, the rings 20 can be opened by pulling the rope or chain 22 upward, the rings opening one at a time, starting at the top of the mold. The two halves of the mold are thereby free from each other.
In order to facilitate the ramming of the mold, it is advisable to ram the tip and the tube alternately, as explained below with reference to FIGS. 10 to 12.
Fig. 10 shows a longitudinally divided cylin drical tubular molding 31, the lower end of which is provided with a molding tip 32, from which on both sides of the tube 31 two coaxial cylindrical tube parts 33 and 34 extend upwards, so that the tip telescope-like connected to said tube is. At the upper end of the tube 31, a ram buffer 35 is placed on its edge, which is provided with an insert ring 36 made of lead or similar material.
A ram rod 37 is inserted into the tube 31, the lower end of which is provided with a shoe 38. This shoe is designed so that it fits the conical inside of the tip 32 and can work with this. The shoe has triangular supports 39 for the purposes indicated below. On the upper end of the ram rod 37, a plate 40 is loosely placed with the interposition of an insert 41 made of lead or similar material.
At 42, a Ramtnbär or some other ramming device is indicated schematically, which has a bore 43 of larger diameter than the diameter of the ram rod 37 has. The ram is provided with the usual, not shown hanging devices. In the device according to FIG. 10, the ram 42 works on the plate 40 and via the ram 37 on the forming tip 32.
This can therefore be rammed on its own, the length of the ram rod being dimensioned so that this rod cannot be rammed so deep that the tube 31 slips out of the space between the tube parts 33 and 34 at the tip of the mold and thus out of engagement with the tip of the mold comes. When the plate 40 then hits the buffer 35, the plate is lifted and rammed directly against the buffer 35, whereby the pipe 31 is rammed, see FIG. 11. When the pipe 31 hits the bottom of the cylindrical space between the pipe parts 33 and 34 has reached, the plate 40 is again placed and the process repeated.
It can be seen from the above that the mold is rammed by alternately ramming the tube 31 and the mold tip 32. The effect of the ramming is hereby significantly improved, since when Vorwärtsstrei ben only the tip 32, the considerable friction between the pipe 31 and the surrounding ground is omitted, and conversely, in the subsequent ramming of only the pipe 31, the resistance that arises when ramming the tip 32 is avoided is present when they penetrate the soil.
To prevent LTm that the painted on the inner wall of the form 31 and according to the above z. B. made of fat protective layer is removed in that the ram rod head 3,9 moves up and down in the form, the aforementioned supports 39 are attached, which trier the rod head zen, however Do not affect the fat layer significantly.
Here, too, measures must be taken so that the various parts of the shaped pipe can be driven a little further down after the concrete has hardened by ramming, whereby the shaped parts detach from the concrete if they more or less stick or stick to it. ben. The pipe 31 is at a certain distance from its lowest position in the mold tip 32 at the beginning of the casting. After the concrete has hardened, the parts forming the pipe 31 are knocked down a little, possibly each pipe half separately, and finally in Parts pulled out.
Above it was indicated how the outermost tip of the tip of the mold can be burned off in the embodiment according to FIG. 1, for example with the aid of a thermite inspection. The Fi gures 13 and 14 show forming heads that are designed so that you can blow off their outer ends.
Fig. 13 shows two cylindrical mold halves 51 and 5 \? ,, which together form the shape and in a mold head 53 are set. This forming head is designed in the form of a truncated cone which is provided with two pipe parts 5.1 and 55 for the purpose of guiding the two mold halves 51 and 52.
At the narrower part of the conical head is followed by a cylindrical part 56, which is a specific pocket for the explosives and is made, for example, of steel pipe, the wall thickness of this steel pipe is less than that of the actual head. In part 56 there is at some distance from its free end an outwardly curved base 57, which consists of material of lower strength than part 56, for. B. made of relatively weak sheet iron. In order to facilitate the blasting of the outermost end of the forming head, the cylin drical part 56 is seen with longitudinal slots 58 ver, which extend from the inserted bottom to the free edge of the part.
In the embodiment of the mold tip shown in FIG. 14, the truncated cone 59 is adjoined by a cone 60, the cone angle of which is the same as that of the truncated cone, but the material of which has a lower strength. The tip of the mold shown in Fig. 14 is intended for those cases where the mold is not rammed down into natural rock, but where a base plate, i.e. a kind of foundation plate for which the pile wants to pour, which is possible after removing the shaped tip.
The device is designed in such a way that it works as follows: In order to determine the nature of the various layers of earth and possibly also to determine the depth of the soil up to any existing rock, a hole with a larger diameter than the weakened tip part of the form tip is created in the soil, and the casting mold is driven down to the desired depth, whereby the tip of the mold adapts to the local soil conditions. Then a quantity of explosives determined by practical experience, e.g. B.
Dynamite, let down and blown there, whereby the weakened part of the tip of the mold is blown off. The explosive charge must first be covered, which is best done by filling at least the lower part of the tip of the mold with water. You can then use optical observation devices to determine whether the blasting has had the desired effect, and if this is the case, the rock is drilled in a known manner. In the borehole thus obtained, an anchor iron is set and then the concrete pile is poured in the manner described in connection with FIGS. 1-7.
The invention is not limited to the embodiments described above and shown in the drawing sheets.
