Description

Fig. 3).

Device on rail vehicle for suspension of the car body on a bogie It is known to suspend the car body of a railway vehicle on a bogie by means of pendulum links "which are pivotally connected to the lower ends of standing store, which men from Unterrah of the vehicle down to a point below the side frame of the bogie range from which point the pendulum links go up and with. Trä like (bearings) are pivotably connected to the side frame of the bogie.

When such a vehicle writes a curve, the displacement of the pendulum members from their normal vertical position shifts the car body in such a way that a center of gravity - restoring force arises which the bogie would like to return to the degree orientation. This restoring force is proportional to the curvature of the track and the wheelbase of the vehicle and creates an undesirable load on the wheel flanges.

The purpose of the present invention is to provide a device on rail vehicle for suspending the car body on a bogie, which comprises on each side of the bogie the following components: a pair of at rest vertical, parallel links of practically equal length which outside on the relevant side member of the bogie frame and with respect to the direction of movement of the bogie at a distance are arranged one behind the other, the lower end of one connecting member being fastened by means of a pivot connection and the upper end of the other connecting member on said side member by means of a pivot connection ,

a bar extending between said connecting members and pivotably connected by means of joints to the upper end of the first-mentioned connecting member and to the lower end of the second-mentioned connecting member, a bearing part arranged above the bar for a standing journal of the car body and a Fe deraggregat, which is carried by the bar and extends from this to the bearing part for the car body, which is held only by means of the spring unit mentioned above the bar.

The following description relates to the embodiment of the invention presented on the accompanying drawings Darge. In this drawing, Fig. 1 is a schematic plan view of half of a bogie of a rail vehicle and the device for hanging on the car body on the bogie, Fig. \? a side view of the parts of Fig. 1, Fig. 3 is a view of a rubber cushion spring and Fig. 4 and 5 are views of a spring axle bearing.

The device is shown in the drawing in its application to a four-wheel inner frame bogie. The bogie frame, the side members 11, is mounted on the wheels 12 and carries a car body by means of side connection units 13, each of which has a beam and support members for the same, as will be described below.

Beams 14 and 15 project laterally beyond each side member of the bogie frame, one beam 14 being at the bottom to support the link 16, while the other beam 15 is near the top of the side member and the link 17 is from it underhangs. The members 16 and 17 have the same length and are vertical and parallel in the unshifted position of the bogie with respect to the car body. The members 16 and 17 of each frame side member are in one with respect to the direction of movement of the bogie Distance behind one another and on the outside of the side member angeord net, as can be seen from FIG.

A bar 18 is with the free ends of the members 16, 17, that is, with the upper end of member 16 and with the lower end of member 17, in pivot connection. The ball consists of side plates and cross members and is straight for most of its length from the pivot connection with the lower end of the link 17 and then inclined upwards for the pivot connection with the upper end, the link 16.

Rubber springs 19 are arranged between the side panels of the beam 18 so that their compression axes form the legs of a wide open inverted V. The outer ends of the springs 19 are attached to ge inclined cross members 20 of the composite beam. The inner ends of the springs 19 are against. a wedge-shaped member 21 arranged above the beam 18, which box forms a bearing socket for the car, that is.

the member 21 is arranged under the subframe of the vehicle body (only a small part of which is shown in dash-dotted lines) which has a pillow block pin P which extends downwards from the frame. The pillow block journal P has an end part P 'of reduced diameter, which is formed by a bore 21a. is recorded, which is located on the top of the wedge-shaped member 21. Each side of the Un terrafrhmens carries a pillow block P, and the total weight of the part of the vehicle carried by the bogie is on the two pillow pins P on the two wedge-shaped members 27 and from here on the springs 19 and the bars:

18 transferred. The inner ends of the springs 19 are secured to the inclined surfaces of the wedge-shaped member 21 by any suitable means, e.g. B. by bolts or pins attached.

In the normal load position, the apex of the Vs formed by the axes of the springs 1.9 lies in the middle of the line that connects the pivot connections between the Bal ken 18 and the links 16 and 1.7. In order to increase the stiffness of the springs, they are preferably provided with metal spacers (see FIG. 3).

The pivot connections of the links 16 and 17 with the bogie frame Lind the beam 18 are indicated at 23 and 25 and 23 and 26 and contain rubber joints. The joints 23, 25 each have an axial length corresponding to the diameter of the two links 1.6, 17, in order to provide an adequate supporting surface and to give the connection unit 13 sufficient lateral stiffness. Lateral movement of the car body with respect to the bogie is made possible by pivoting the rubber springs 1.9.

On the central longitudinal frame of the bogie a longitudinal strut 27 is attached, which at one end by means of a universal joint. a cross strut on the bogie frame and at the other end, also by means of a universal joint, is connected to the vehicle box subframe.

These joints are indicated at 28. The strut is arranged horizontally, and the small angular movement of the strut as a result of rising or lowering movement of the vehicle body relative to the bogie or as a result of relatively lateral movement between the box and the bogie. is made possible by the joints.

The bogie frame is supported by the wheel axles 29 by suspension units which each have on both sides of the axle opposite, slightly inclined, bar-shaped springs 30 with rubber layers arranged between stiffening plates (see also FIGS. 4 and 5).

Instead of installing the springs 19 in a V-shape in the vertical planes of movement of the connections, en 7.6, 1.7, 18, they can lie in inwardly inclined planes in order to provide the heightened centering force which the lateral deflection of the car body with respect to the bogie opposed to this, which arises in such an arrangement because the car body would like to lift on the side against which it turns.
