Fig. 2 eine Einzelheit zu Fig. 1.
Winding device for spinning, twisting and winding machines with adjustable electric motor
Drive the roll
In the main patent, a winding device for spinning, twisting and winding machines is described, the electromotive drive of which is to be controlled depending on changes in a predetermined thread tension in that the active part of the field winding or the induced part of the motor in their longitudinal position to each other by means of an automatic responsive adjusting member can be adjusted in the direction of the motor axis, whereby the flow of force lines and thus also the speed changes.
The invention aims to improve the winding device according to the claim of the main patent. It consists in the fact that both the stator package and the rotor, which are each equipped with either the field winding or the winding to be induced, are axially displaceable and can be controlled in their longitudinal position to one another by means of automatic adjusting elements simultaneously and independently of one another.
In an exemplary embodiment of the invention, it is achieved that the basic control is carried out by axially displacing the field winding and the correction control is carried out by axially displacing the induced motor part. Conversely, however, the shifting of the induced motor part can also be used for basic control and the shifting of the field winding for correction control. In addition, the basic control can also be made using a template controller, e.g. B. a drum or disc curve, which are effective over the time of the winding process.
Control devices for electric motor drives of spinning, twisting and winding machines are already known, in which a stencil controller is a coarse control and a controller controlled by the thread tension, z. B. a fluid transmission, a fine control takes over. The known drive devices are, however, complicated and expensive in their overall construction and have therefore not achieved general importance in textile machine construction. In contrast, the proposed arrangement is considerably simpler and cheaper and also less prone to interference.
An exemplary embodiment of the subject matter of the invention is shown in the accompanying drawing, namely:
Fig. 1 is a longitudinal section through the controllable electromotive drive and
FIG. 2 shows a detail of FIG. 1.
The winding device for spinning, twisting and winding machines described in the main patent is driven by a motor, the load-dependent speed of which is controlled by the active part of the field winding or the induced motor part at constant terminal tension on the field winding depending on changes in a predetermined thread tension curve can be adjusted in their longitudinal position to each other in the motor axis direction. As a result of such a change in position, the flow of the lines of force changes and thus the load-dependent engine speed.
Both the stator package and the rotor, which are each equipped with either the field winding 1 or the winding 2 to be induced, are axially displaceable in such a way that they are in their longitudinal position to each other simultaneously by means of corresponding automatic adjustment elements, for example by means of the winding head swivel arm 3 by means of the dancer arm 4 or the like can be controlled automatically. Either the basic control by axially shifting the field winding and the correction control by axially shifting the induced motor part, or vice versa.
The control as such is expediently done in the individual case in such a way that the basic control takes place depending on the changing winding diameter via the movable swivel arm 3 of the winding head and the correction control takes place depending on the respective actual thread tension during operation via the dancer arm 4.
In the illustrated embodiment, the rotor carrying the winding 2 to be induced is supported with its shaft 5 in ball bearings 6, which allow both rotary movements and, within certain limits, longitudinal movements of the motor part 2 to be induced, and is, as has already been described in detail in the main patent, over the pin 7 or the roller 8 adjusted in a cam groove. The stator package with the field winding 1 is seated in a sleeve 9 in the interior of the motor housing 10 and is also axially displaceable within certain limits in this. The stator assembly is adjusted via the cam groove 11 in the adjustment cup 12 and the pin 13 with roller 14 guided in this cam groove 11, the pin 13 being guided in the slot 15 in the motor housing 10.
While the wandering bobbin winder swivel arm causes the stator package to move automatically via its linkage 3 and thus the desired basic control, the rotor is axially shifted and thus the correction position via the dancer arm 4.The latter then only compensates for the deviations from the predetermined thread tension that have remained from the basic control . Only a small pivot angle is therefore required for the dancer arm 4. In this way, the adjustment path is shorter, which in turn enables a flatter slope of the drum cam. Apart from the space-saving overall length, the balance of forces for the axial displacement of the rotor is more favorable. This is the particular advantage of the proposed arrangement.
