Fig. 1 zeigt den Ausschnitt eines Streckenbandes einer eingleisigen Strecke, bei welcher auf jeder Sta tion<I>A, B,</I> C beispielsweise ein mechanisches Stell werk oder ein elektrisches Hebelwerk vorhanden sein möge.
Fig.2 zeigt die Stromkreise der Anschaltrelais <I>A</I> 11,<I>A 14,</I> A 15,<I>A</I> 18, welche den entsprechenden Ausfahrsignalen 11.1, 11.2 bis 18.1, 18.2 zugeord net sind.
Durch den Kontakt A 11.1 des Anschaltrelais A 11 werden die übrigen Anschaltrelais A 14, A 15, <I>A</I> 18 abgeschaltet, solange die Tasten GrT und <I>AST</I> 11 gedrückt sind und das Anschaltrelais <I>A</I> 11 erregt ist. Für den gleichen Zweck sind die Anschalt- relais <I>A 14,</I> A 15 mit den Kontakten<I>A</I> 14.1,<I>A</I> 14.2 und<I>A<B>15.1,</B> A</I> 15.2 und das Anschaltrelais <I>A</I> 18 mit dem Kontakt A 18.2 versehen.
Die Kontakte GrT <I>2</I> und<I>A</I> 11.3 bringen in der mit Fig. 3 gezeigten Schaltung der Wirkstellwicklun- gen BS 11.l, BS 14.1, BS l5.1, BS 18.1 der als Stütz relais ausgebildeten Blockschalter im Stromzweige GrT <I>2 - A</I> 11.3<I>- SM</I> 11.1<I>- SM 14.2</I> - BS11.2.1 -BS11.1 die Wirkwicklung BS 11.1 zum Ansprechen.
Das Kommando-Abgaberelais KA 11 wird im Stromkreis GYT4 -<B>A 11.4</B><I>-</I> BS14.2.4 - BS11.2.4 - KA 11 erregt.
Zu diesem Zweck ist für die Durchfahrt durch den Bahnhof <I>B</I> durch Betätigung der Gruppentaste GrT und der Bahnhofswahltaste <I>B</I> f WT/B das Durchfahrt relais im Stromkreis GrT <I>3 - B f</I> WT/B - BS 11.2.6<I>-</I> DFIB <I>2.1</I> - DFIB <I>1</I> durch Ansprechen seiner Wicklung DFIB <I>1</I> in die Wirkstellung gebracht worden.
Hierdurch sind in der Schaltung der Blockschalter-Rückstellwicklungen (Fig. 4) die Blockschalter-Rückstellwicklung BS 15.2 durch den Kontakt DFIB <I>1.2</I> und der Streckenräu- mungsmelderkontakt StYR/AB durch den Kontakt DFIB 1.3 unwirksam geschaltet und die Blockschal ter-Rückstellwicklung BS 11.2 durch den Kontakt DFIB <I>2.2</I> an den Streckenräumungsmelderkontakt StYRICD
angeschlossen worden. Im Stromkreis der Durchfahrrelais-Rückstellwicklung DFIB <I>2</I> ist der Blockschalterkontakt BS 11.1.3 geöffnet und der Kon takt DFIB 1.1 geschlossen.
Wird jetzt nach der Ein fahrt des Zuges in Station C die Räumungsmelder taste R 17 betätigt, so spricht in der Zentrale der Streckenräumungsmelder StrR/CD an, so dass in Fig. 4 im Stromkreis StrR/CD <I>-</I> DFIB <I>2.2 -</I> HSM 13<I>-</I> BS 11.1.1 - BS 11.2 die Blockschalter-Rückstellwicklung BS 11.2 an spricht. Hiermit ist die Sperrung für den zwischen den Stationen<I>A</I> und<I>B</I> liegenden Streckenabschnitt aufgehoben.
Der Kontakt BS 11.1.3 (Fig. 5) schliesst wieder, so dass sich die Rückstellung des Durch fahrtrelais durch Ansprechen der Rückstellwicklung DF/B <I>2</I> im Stromkreis DF/B 1.1<I>-</I> BS 11.1.3 - BS 18.1.3<I>-</I> DF/B <I>2</I> ergibt.
Im Blockschalter-Rückstellstromkreis (Fig. 4) sind nunmehr die Kontakte DFIB 1.3 und DFIB <I>1.2</I> wieder geschlossen und der Kontakt DF/B <I>2.2</I> wie der geöffnet. Dadurch spricht die Blockschalter- Rückstellwicklung BS 15.2 im Stromkreis StYR/CD <I>-</I> DFIB <I>1.2 -</I> HSM <I>17</I> - BS 11.1.2 - BS 15.1.1 - <RTI
B. durch HSM <I>17</I> beim Ansprechen von BS 15.2).
Equipment for central operational control and central operational monitoring on railway lines When modernizing signaling systems for railway lines, the question often arises of how a line blockage, central operational control and central operational monitoring can be achieved with a minimum of resources, without significant changes to the existing interlockings which are preferably operated by guards.
The use of the conventional line block devices in connection with an operations monitoring center in a known design is associated with a large amount of wiring between the stations and between the control center and the stations and also with a large amount of other switching means.
According to the invention, a particularly expedient device for central operational control and central operational monitoring on railway lines with remote order-dependent, guard-operated stations for setting points, routes and signals can be achieved in a simple manner if block switching means are arranged in the operational monitoring center, which switch to a blocking position at the latest when the order submission switching means arranged in the control center respond to enable an exit from a station on a route section,
in which they prevent the setting of travel signals for following, flanking and opposing journeys, and are arranged for route section monitoring in the central message receiver that move the block switching means back to the basic position when the route evacuation report arrives. .
In this case, the device is expediently designed in such a way that a guard can only set a signal to move if he has received a corresponding order from the control center. This can be done, for example, by providing at least one order receiving relay for each signal on each station, the response of which releases the signal setting device for the travel position.
In advantageous forms of the device according to the invention, the various switching means, through which the various orders are given to the individual stations for setting this or that signal, are blocked or released as required depending on the train path in the center for the route block dependencies, so that the block facilities otherwise provided at the individual stations or block locations can be dispensed with.
The facility in the control center works in such a way that after an order to set a signal has been given, an order for a hostile signal and a signal for a follow-up trip cannot be given for so long; until the route in which the approved train journey takes place is cleared again. The creation of this dependency in the control center is not only possible for the signals. which secure the route sections between the stations, but also for the signals that are assigned to the ferry routes of each station.
The only decisive factor for the application of the dependency is that exclusion conditions exist for the signals, that is, that edge, follow-up and / or counter-movements must be prevented. By moving the block switching means to the control center, not only are dependency lines within and between the stations saved, but also a fundamental simplification of the entire block facilities is achieved. In addition, the use of the central block device results in operational advantages for the central train control and monitoring.
In order to keep the facility simple, it is advisable for routes with less dense train traffic to arrange manually operated switches for the end of train and route evacuation reports on the stations, which are preferably operated by the signal box staff.
On routes with denser traffic, it is more advantageous to provide an automatic train closure and route evacuation message and to bring it about using track circuits, inductive, capacitive or electronic track switching devices. Support relays, toggle relays, step switches or similarly acting switching means can preferably be arranged as block switching means in the operation monitoring center.
For passages, it is advisable to arrange at least one drive-through relay, preferably designed as a backup relay or the like, for each station in the operations monitoring center, which connects the block switching means assigned to the individual route sections in the control center during passages in such a way that
that when a route evacuation message is received at the respective destination station, preferably by manually operated buttons or the like, the control center results in a simultaneous or continuous switching back of the block switching means assigned to the individual route sections to the basic position.
With regard to particularly weak times, in which the interlockings are unoccupied, as well as any faults in the remote transmission device, it is advisable to arrange manually operated switches or the like on the stations dependent on the central station, which enable the station to be switched off Operational monitoring center or from the central block facility.
Here, it is also useful in connection with these switching means, if necessary, to bring further switching means into effect, by means of which the necessary switches, safety switches and the like are closed for passage through the dependent station, the routes are determined and the entry and exit points arranged on the through track Driving signals are brought into the driving position and held in this water.
In order to maintain the signal control operation in the event of any remote control malfunctions, it can also be useful to arrange switching means on the dependent stations,
which, preferably by means of emergency buttons with counters, key switches or the same next failure or ineffective switching of the operations monitoring center, enable a replacement switch-on of the order reception alarms for releasing the corresponding signals to the travel control unit.
For the security of the operation, it is also advantageous if the dependent stations Re relays, backup relays, step switches or equivalent switching means are arranged, which in the. Depending on regular operations and, in the event of faults, independent of the central block switching means, ensure an additional exclusion of flank, follow-up and / or counter-journeys for the respective associated route section.
It is recommended that the relays, support relays, step switches or the like provided as an additional local section block device be brought into a blocked position by setting the associated exit signal or a hostile signal enabling an opposing drive and using pushbutton switches or track switching means for to move the route evacuation report back to its home position.
In addition, it is useful, if necessary, to use the switching means arranged in the control center for submitting orders and feedback as well as for the central block dependencies also for remote control and remote monitoring, preferably unbe set electrical interlockings.
An exemplary embodiment of the device according to the invention will be explained with reference to FIGS.
Fig. 1 shows the section of a line belt of a single-track line, in which at each station <I> A, B, </I> C, for example, a mechanical control mechanism or an electrical lever mechanism may be present. At each of the stations <I> A, B, </I> C there are guards who set the signals 11.1, 11.2, 12 etc. to 19.1, 19.2, 20 after receiving an order issued by the control center.
Between the exit signals 11.1, 11.2 and the entry signal 12 of station A, the exit signals 14.1, 14.2 or 15.1, 15.2 and the entry signal 13 or 16 of station B are the train control points at which the track switching means SA, SB1, SB2 are arranged and preferably take effect for the evacuation report.
With the help of these track switching means <I> SA, </I> SB1 and SB2, line occupancy reports can also be sent to the control center if the switchgear is designed accordingly. Track circuits, axle counters or the like are advantageous as track switching means, in particular, however, automatic traction detectors that work in a manner known per se with inductive, capacitive or electronic transmission means.
A transmitter at the end of the train influences at least one receiver <I> SA, </I> SB1, SB2, etc. at each train control point, in which the pulse exerted by the transmitter results in a change in the steady electromagnetic state, which results in the circuit as a change in current, contact change or the like noticeable.
Instead of an automatic, manual route evacuation and train closure report can also be sent by the signal box staff at each of the stations <I> A, B, </I> C using the evacuation buttons R 12, R 13, R 16, R 17, R 20 are given. If the evacuation notification occurs automatically during normal operation, the evacuation notification buttons are only used as auxiliary buttons if the corresponding track switching means <I> SA, </I> SB1, SB2 etc. fail. The signal messages stop or
The journey as well as the clearing reports are given by the remote transmission devices ÜA, ÜB, ÜC to the monitoring device UZ of the headquarters.
The entire transmission and monitoring facilities are structurally combined with those for the submission, transmission and reception of remote orders for setting the signals and correspond to the designs known for remote control of signal systems, so that when a suitable system is selected , e.g. B. a code remote control system, two lines along the route are sufficient.
If, for example, a travel order for signal 11.1 is given to station A, the hostile signals 11.2, 14.1, 14.2 are blocked by a back-up relay used as a block switch, which sends further commands for these signals blocks for a long time until the train leaving station A on signal 11.1 brings about the evacuation message via the SB1 receiver installed on the track after entering station B.
The back-up relay used as a block switch also prevents a repetition of a travel order for signal 11.1 until the corresponding clearance message is received. If the entry signals are also released by the control center, the block lock can also extend to the entry signal 12 in the present case.
The arrangement and effect of the block switching means arranged in the control center can be taken from the basic circuit diagrams according to FIGS. 2 to 6, for example.
The circuit diagrams refer to the section of the line according to FIG. 1. For the sake of simplicity, it is assumed that only for the exit signals 11.1, 11.2 to 18.2 remote orders through corresponding order reception relays on stations <I> A, B, </ I > C are recorded and thus make the signal setting device operable. The same operating mode is basically possible for the entry signals, but not necessary and has therefore been omitted.
2 shows the circuits of the connection relays <I> A </I> 11, <I> A 14, </I> A 15, <I> A </I> 18, which correspond to the corresponding extension signals 11.1, 11.2 to 18.1 , 18.2 are assigned. If, for example, an exit from station A is to take place on signal 11.1, the route dispatcher in the control center presses a group key GrT, which closes the contact GrT <I> 1 </I>, and an exit signal key <I> AST </I> 11, which closes a contact <I> AST </I> 11.1,
so that the connection relay <I> A </I> 11 in the circuit GrTl-AST11.1-BS11.2.2-BS14.2.2-All -A14.2-A15.2-A18.2 is excited and responds. The contacts BS 11.2.2 and BS 14.2.2 are controlled by block switches, which correspond to the extension signals 11.1, 11.2 and 14-1; 14.2 and only enable the connection of the A 11 switching relay when there is no train in the section between stations A and B.
Contact A 11.1 of connection relay A 11 switches off the other connection relays A 14, A 15, <I> A </I> 18 as long as the GrT and <I> AST </I> 11 buttons are pressed and the connection relay < I> A </I> 11 is excited. The connection relays <I> A 14, </I> A 15 with contacts <I> A </I> 14.1, <I> A </I> 14.2 and <I> A <B are used for the same purpose > 15.1, </B> A </I> 15.2 and the connection relay <I> A </I> 18 with contact A 18.2. This ensures that only one connection relay can reach the active position.
The contacts GrT <I> 2 </I> and <I> A </I> 11.3 bring the active control windings BS 11.1, BS 14.1, BS 15.1, BS 18.1 in the circuit shown in FIG Block switch designed as a backup relay in the branch GrT <I> 2 - A </I> 11.3 <I> - SM </I> 11.1 <I> - SM 14.2 </I> - BS11.2.1 -BS11.1 the active winding BS 11.1 to address.
This also changes the armature of the basic position winding BS 11.2 and its contacts BS 11.2.1 to BS 11.2.6. The block switch BS11.1 / BS11.2 is therefore in the locked position. The active position BS 11.1 is switched off again by the contact BS 11.2.1. The contact BS 11.1.1 has switched on the home position winding BS 11.2 (Fig. 4) in preparation for the reset.
Contact BS 11.2.2 switches off the connection relay <B> All, </B> and contact BS 11.2.3 switches off the connection relay <I> A 14 </I> (Fig. 2).
However, since the contact A 11.4 of the connecting magnet A 11 in the circuit for the command output according to Fig. 6 must still be closed when the command output relay KA 11 transmits the driving command for the signal 11.1 to the station A or:
should trigger, a correspondingly dimensioned armature drop-out delay or a connection (not shown) through additional contacts of preferably available switching means must be provided for the connection relay A 11. The command output relay KA 11 is excited in the circuit GYT4 - <B> A 11.4 </B> <I> - </I> BS14.2.4 - BS11.2.4 - KA 11.
The contact BS 11.2.4 checks that the block switch SB 11 has taken over the blocking of the route for following, flanking and / or opposing journeys and that it remains until the route section between the stations is cleared by a route evacuation message <I> A </I> and <I> B </I> has become free again.
Follow-up journeys are made through contact BS 11.2.2, counter journeys through contact BS 11.2.3 in the circuit of the connection relays <I> A </I> 11, <I> A </I> 14, counter journeys also through the contact BS 11.2.5 in the circuit of the command output relay KA 14 excluded. The dashed lines of the circuit according to FIG. 6 mark part of the telecontrol devices (not shown) in the control center, which are required for station selection, command selection, acknowledgment messages, etc.
The response of the block switch active winding BS 11.1 and thus also the response of the command output relay KA 11 depends on the stop message for the hostile signals 11.2, 14.1, 14.2.
For this purpose, a signal indicator contact SM 11.1 and a signal indicator contact SM 14.2 are arranged in the circuit of the block switch active winding BS 11.1, through which the existence of the stop position or the non-existence of the drive position on the signals 11.2, 14.1, 14.2 controlled becomes.
A common signal indicator arranged, for example, for two exit signals at the same time checks the stop position of the exit signal to be set to travel; for example, the stop position in the BS 11.1 current branch and the contact <I> -SM </I> 11.2 -in the BS 14.1 current branch is checked by the contact SM 11.1 of a signal indicator SM 11, not shown, for both signals 11.1 and 11.2 .
4 shows the circuits of the block switch reset windings BS 11.2, BS 14.2, BS 15.2, BS 18.2. The reset is triggered by the evacuation detector contacts StYR / AB, StYR / CD, StrR / BA, StYR / DC, for BS 11..2 by StrR / AB etc.
The route evacuation detectors (not shown) in the control center can be activated both by the automatic train closure detectors <I> SA, SB 1, </I> <I> SB 2, SC 1 </I> etc. as well as by the train closure buttons R 12, R 13, R 16, R 17 etc. can be controlled at stations <I> A, B, </I> C.
If a transit is to take place at temporarily unoccupied stations, then in the case where the route evacuation message is only given with key buttons or the like, an additional circuit is necessary so that the blocking of all route sections from the destination station can be lifted again. For this purpose, a drive-through relay, preferably designed as a backup relay or similarly acting, is provided for each station,
which connects the block switch resetting windings assigned to the individual successive route sections when passing through so that the individual block switches are switched back simultaneously or continuously by submitting the route evacuation report at the destination station or after receiving it at the control center. The circuit of the drive-through relay provided, for example, for station B with the active winding DFIB <I> 1 </I> and the reset winding DFIB <I> 2 </I> is shown in FIG. 5.
If, for example, a trip from station A to station C has taken place, the two block switch home position windings BS 11.2 and BS 15.2 are to be switched on to lift the line closures.
For this purpose, the transit relay in the circuit GrT <I> 3 - B is required for passage through the station <I> B </I> by pressing the group key GrT and the station selection key <I> B </I> f WT / B f </I> WT / B - BS 11.2.6 <I> - </I> DFIB <I> 2.1 </I> - DFIB <I> 1 </I> by addressing its winding DFIB <I> 1 < / I> has been brought into the operative position.
As a result, in the circuit of the block switch reset windings (Fig. 4), the block switch reset winding BS 15.2 through the contact DFIB <I> 1.2 </I> and the evacuation detector contact StYR / AB through the contact DFIB 1.3 switched ineffective and the block shell ter reset winding BS 11.2 through the contact DFIB <I> 2.2 </I> to the route evacuation detector contact StYRICD
been connected. In the circuit of the drive-through relay reset winding DFIB <I> 2 </I>, the block switch contact BS 11.1.3 is open and the contact DFIB 1.1 is closed.
If the evacuation alarm button R 17 is now actuated after the train has entered station C, the route evacuation alarm StrR / CD responds in the control center, so that in FIG. 4 in the circuit StrR / CD <I> - </I> DFIB <I> 2.2 - </I> HSM 13 <I> - </I> BS 11.1.1 - BS 11.2 the block switch reset winding BS 11.2 responds. The blockage for the route section between stations <I> A </I> and <I> B </I> is hereby lifted.
The contact BS 11.1.3 (Fig. 5) closes again, so that the reset of the transit relay can be achieved by the response of the reset winding DF / B <I> 2 </I> in the circuit DF / B 1.1 <I> - </ I > BS 11.1.3 - BS 18.1.3 <I> - </I> DF / B <I> 2 </I> results.
In the block switch reset circuit (Fig. 4) the contacts DFIB 1.3 and DFIB <I> 1.2 </I> are now closed again and the contact DF / B <I> 2.2 </I> is open again. As a result, the block switch reset winding BS 15.2 speaks in the circuit StYR / CD <I> - </I> DFIB <I> 1.2 - </I> HSM <I> 17 </I> - BS 11.1.2 - BS 15.1.1 - <RTI
ID = "0004.0134"> BS 15.2, so that the blockage of the route section between stations B and C is lifted. For operational safety reasons, it is essential that, particularly at the station where the train has just entered,
the evacuation report is made dependent on the stopping position of the respective entry signal passed, preferably by driving on track switching means, and is checked by appropriate contacts in the circuit of the block switch reset windings (e.g. by HSM <I> 17 </I> at Addressing BS 15.2).
The circuit can also be set up in such a way that the block switches also change back to the basic position simultaneously or one after the other in opposite directions to the direction of travel. Furthermore, in order to increase the safety value of the circuit, at least the contacts that are decisive for a change of state can be doubled.
It can also be useful to duplicate the block switches, the drive-through relays and the connection relays so that an inadvertent change of a relay armature during maintenance interventions does not result in an operationally unintentional change of state of the command delivery or the central block device. Another possibility to rule out an unwanted change of state of the circuit under all circumstances is that the circuit of the backup relay is designed in a manner known per se in such a way that when it is pressed or tightened (e.g.
B. by external current) of a dropped support relay armature which is in the attracted position armature of the other support relay winding remains in its position, either by switching on or by the continued existence of a holding current. The only important thing here is that in each malfunction, either a mechanical or an electrical fixation of the respectively existing operating state is guaranteed. A doubling of the relays is not necessary with this type of connection.
