Description

Richtung C in Fig. 3 gesehen.

Crusher for crushing stones and other breakable materials The invention relates to a crusher for crushing stones, coal, coke and other breakable materials. The invention consists in that an inner breaking body is arranged in a vertical jacket-shaped part, of which parts at least one is driven and of which parts at least one is provided with planar cut surfaces extending from top to bottom, on the periphery facing the other part and between which parts an annular crushing space is left free of a cross-section that decreases in size downwards, to which a calibration device is connected,

which is formed on the one hand from a hollow cylinder and on the other hand from a cylindrical body attached to the crushing body, the outer diameter of which is smaller than the inner diameter of the hollow cylinder, in such a way that a free annular space is created, the gap width of which determines the grain size of the crushed material.

The crushed material is introduced from above into the free space, which completely or partially fills it. Due to the rotating movement of the rotor, the crushed material is crushed as a result of the periodically changing cross section of the free space and moves downwards. So that the crushed material does not exceed a certain desired size, it runs through a calibration device connected to the crusher, consisting of a hollow cylinder and a cylindrical body attached to the rotor, the outer diameter of which is smaller than the inner diameter of the hollow cylinder, so that a free annular space is created, the gap width of which determines the grain size of the crushed material.

In the calibration device, all broken parts of the crushed material that are larger than the free ring cross-section of the calibration device are comminuted to such an extent that they can run through the calibration device together with the smaller broken parts of the crushed material and exit towards the bottom. The breaker thus delivers broken material in a single continuous operation from coarse breakable materials, the grain size of which is given by the free ring cross-section of the calibration device.

An exemplary embodiment of the invention is shown schematically in the drawing.

1 is a vertical section through a crusher designed according to the invention, FIG. 2 is a plan view of the casing, FIG. 3 is the rotor, FIG. 4 is a section along the line AB in FIGS FIGS. 5 and 6 are front views of the rotor in two different positions, including FIG. 6. Direction C seen in FIG.

The fixed shell 1 has a cross section which is delimited inside by an octagonal line 24, with a hollow cylinder 2 connected below as part of a Kaübrieinrichtung. In this example, the inside diameter of the hollow cylinder 2 is equal to the inscribed circle 25 of the octagon 24. The frustoconical rotor 3 has, for example, four inclined, namely flat cut surfaces 4 at an angle 21 (FIG. 5) to the rotor axis 22, and is rotatably guided in an upper bearing 5 and a lower bearing 6.

Angle 21 is greater than angle 23 at which the peripheral parts 26 remained standing to the axis 22. A Zylin of 7 as the lower continuation of the truncated cone 3 forms the inner part of the calibration device. The space 27 between the parts 1, 3 has a downwardly narrowing cross section. The extended rotor shaft end 8 carries a drive element, for example a pulley 9 which is driven by a motor 11 via a belt 10. The crushed material 12 is fed in from above through a channel 13.

The crushed material leaves the crusher at the bottom through the free annular cross section 14 of the calibration device 2, 7 and can be carried away by means of a conveyor belt 15.

The crushed material can also be supplied and removed by other suitable means.

The introduced crushed material 12 first reaches the uppermost zone of the crushing space 27, which it completely or partially fills. Due to the rotating movement of the rotor 3, the crushed material 12 is crushed according to the continuously changing shape of the free working cross-section during rotation and continues down into the narrowing free working cross-section until it finally enters the cylindrical ring cross-section 14 of the heavily shredded form Calibration device 2, 7 arrives in which it is crushed to the grain size corresponding to the gap width.

In other types of construction, the jacket 1 is conical, part 3 is cylindrical; if necessary, jacket 1 is driven and part 3 stands still or both parts 1, 3 are driven in opposite directions. The rotor 3 can be mounted eccentrically to the jacket axis 28, the calibration device 2, 7, however, being concentric to the rotor axis 22.
