Description

Bridge-like elevated concrete road The increase in traffic, especially in the big cities, requires the construction of roads for high-speed traffic, which are expediently designed as bridges. Because of the traffic density, extremely wide bridges are required, namely 25 m for the four-lane bridge and 31 m for a six-lane bridge.

To solve this problem, structures made of reinforced concrete have recently been developed, especially in the USA. These generally consist of pillars, transverse and longitudinal beams and the deck slab. The normal span is 15 m and the column spacing in the transverse direction is 4 m, so that seven or more columns have to be arranged side by side in a bridge cross-section. There are cross members above these pillars. The roadway is spanned as a T-beam over the latter.

Under the deck there is a large number of supports, which is highly unsatisfactory from an aesthetic point of view and furthermore severely hampers the use of the space under the bridge.

The subject of the invention is a bridge-like elevated road made of concrete, in which these disadvantages are avoided. The same consists of strung together sections of a roadway plate that protrude from columnar supports, have at least approximately rectangular or square plan shape and are biased on their top in the longitudinal and transverse directions. Each section of the deck is divided into at least two interrelated sections,

which thicken from the edges towards the center in the manner of an upside-down pyramid and rest on rib-like beams that protrude from the columnar support. The drawing represents exemplary embodiments of the subject matter of the invention.

Fig. 1 shows a bridge-like high street in view, Fig. 2 is a view from below, the columnar support is cut, Fig. 3 shows a section along the line III-111 of Fig. 2, Fig. 4 is a section along the line IV-IV of Fig. 2, Fig. 5 is an oblique view of part of the bridge-like elevated road with a different design of the support,

Fig. 6 shows an embodiment of the bridge-like elevated road with a rectangular base of the individual sections of the carriageway plate in a front view, Fig. 7 is a view from below of FIG.

In the Ausfüh shown in Figs. 1-5 approximate shape of a bridge-like, consisting of Be ton existing elevated road, the individual strung together sections 1, from which the deck is composed, designed square in plan and on its top, that is, in the upper Area of the cross-section of the deck slab, provided in the longitudinal and transverse directions with not dargestell th prestressing reinforcements. The individual sections from each collar from a columnar support 3.

Each plate section is divided into four contiguous, equally sized sections, which are designed like pyramids on top, so that the thickness increases from the edges of the sections to the center 2 and is at its greatest strength there. From the column-like, solidly designed support 3, each arranged in the center of gravity of a section, rib-like bars 4 protrude diagonally to the pieces and run out in the middle of the pieces into the outer pyramid surfaces.

The simplest basic shape of such a road section is the square. If the Brückenstrasse is 25 m wide, one section covers a floor area of 25 x 25 m. The plate of 25 X 25 m base has on the edges z. B. a thickness (thickness) of 25 cm and is divided into four sections of 12.5 X 12.5 m base area each. You can keep the pavement slab while maintaining the sections, which are designed in the manner of ge on top of the pyramids, but also give a right angular outline, what z.

   B. is useful at sloping road crossings.

In the construction according to FIG. 5, the column-like central support is dissolved into four symmetrical individual supports 3 '. The space between the individual supports 3 'can be used for any purpose, e.g. B. as garages, Ge business premises, shops, etc. are exploited.

If the traffic on each carriageway is only to develop in one direction, the carriageway sections can be run on separate superstructures. The individual sections of the deck slab are narrower in such a case and have the shape of right corners.

In such training, each section of the pavement slab is divided into only two contiguous, at least approximately rectangular sections, which also thicken from their edges towards the center in the manner of an upside-down pyramid and parallel to the longer side of the rectangle from the columnar The rib-like beams protrude from the support.

In FIGS. 6 and 7, two such roadways running parallel to one another are shown on superstructures la, lb arranged separately from one another. The deck slab of each superstructure is rectangular in plan and consists of two parts. The pillars 3a and 3b are provided in the middle of the line of contact of both sections. The rib-like beams 4n., 4b protruding from the columns 3a, 3b run parallel to the long side of the rectangular carriageway slab and run into the underside pyramid surfaces 2a, 2b of the sections out.

If the bridge-like elevated road runs in curves, the individual sections of the roadway slab here are given a floor plan that is only approximately square or rectangular, that is, somewhat closer to the shape of a trapezoid or circular ring section.

In the case of bridge roads that are slightly above the level of the road network, it is necessary to arrange separating joints in the middle between two successive pillars. It is advisable to choose a construction that takes over transverse forces but leaves room for longitudinal movement. If the supports have a greater height, the arrangement of joints between two consecutive supports can be dispensed with, because the flexibility of the supports then makes it possible to dispense with joints.

In such cases, joints are only necessary at greater intervals. In this case, the longitudinal tendons can run through several sections. The transfer of the cantilevered ribs into the supports can be made in various ways.

Through the elevated road described, with a minimum of concrete in the centers of the sections and on the support construction heights he reaches that allow a qua dratic network of steel bars to be arranged as the main reinforcement immediately below the surface of the deck. This network forms the main reinforcement of the entire structure. This reinforcement mesh is prestressed.

Due to the concentration of the aforementioned reinforcement effects in the central zones of the sections and on the support column, the bending moments due to its own weight compared to the usual continuous plates are reduced very much th. The effect of this is that the amount of steel required for the reinforcement is surprisingly small. The formwork is simple because it deviates only slightly from the level and its development only exceeds the area to be covered by a few percent.

The structure is characterized by its clear structure, as the row of columnar supports can be optically detected in the longitudinal, transverse and oblique views, i.e. in any direction. The relatively large construction height above the supports, which is the basis for the economic efficiency of the construction, does not come into its own because it is limited to the base. The space under the road between the supports is completely free and can largely be used for other purposes.

The edges of the road bridges can be secured in a known manner by guard rails 5 who the (Fig. 5).
