Wahrend es bei der Matratzenherstellung bisher allgemein üblich waT, @dass ein Hersteller die Matratze auf dem Federkern aufbauend vollkommen fertig- stellte, wird es durch die Erfindung möglich;
Mattress The invention concerns a mattress with cinaxn spring core.
When manufacturing the well-known innerspring matratae, the innerspring with the
The so-called feather canvas is covered and the fiber-reinforced core with the cushion filling lying on the outside of the feather canvas is lifted into the outer, so-called form canvas. Now soot the filling - against slipping:
be secured, which is done by sewing the whole mattress through to give the filling between the facade plasterboard and the feather canvas a hold.
The mattress is then garnished by hand with the appropriate distribution of the filling, that is, the edges are sewn in in a bead-like manner in order to secure the filling in the area of the edges of the spring core and to prevent the spring core frame from being pushed through.
A mattress made in this way requires a lot of working time, especially because
Since it is not possible to use machines in any significant way and all essential operations must be carried out by hand.
By using what is known as a quick-release cushion, the production of the mattress can be accelerated, but no so-called molded mattress is obtained in this way. With .these mattresses,
the spring core is covered with a feather canvas on which the padding material, for example seaweed or line, other plant fibers, is already quilted.
This eliminates the work of the 'faissomeme', but then the feather canvas and the filling have a small, firm fit with the form canvas. In this way it is also not possible
To use small-sized filling material, as this material cannot be quilted onto the feather canvas. The invention has set itself the goal of creating a mattress that
in which, on the one hand, a large part of the manual work can be completely saved and replaced by machine work, and in which, on the other hand, a shaped mattress is still obtained that meets all the relevant requirements.
The mattress with a spring core according to the invention differs from the known mattresses in that the feather canvas, the filling and the Fas @ sonleünwanid are connected to one another by stitching machine seams.
In the drawings, an exemplary embodiment of the invention is shown. It, show: Fig. 1 @ a plan view of:
a so-called Fa $ ison mat in the expanded state, FIG. 2 a section through the façade mat according to the figure. 1 corresponding to the section line II-H,
Fig. 3 is a perspective view of a double pelfassonmatte according to the invention, rim. 4 a line cut through the finished mattress with inserted spring core and Fig. 5 legs on top view of the spring core mattress,
of the invention: As will be explained in more detail below, a barrel mat is first produced for the mattress according to the invention. This consists, as can be seen in FIGS. 1 and 2, of the Fassonloinwand 1, the filling 2 and the spring canvas 3. The production of the Faesonmattegehen z.
B. in such a way that first the Federlamnwand is stretched on a square frame, the frame is provided on the inside with a variety of hooks,
ün which the spring canvas RTI ID = "0001.0254" WI = "17" HE = "4" LX = "1527" LY = "2449"> is hung. The filling is poured onto the built-in feather canvas. For the mattress according to the invention, any known Fülhnateral such.
B. Rosshaax, Watte, Afrnk, Kapok etc. in question. Surprisingly, it turned out that it is also possible to use a particularly high-fiber filler material such as B.
Process wool or foam flakes. ; By using short-fiber material, there is no additional work time, as is the case with the well-known Fasson mattresses, where:
the availability of the short-fiber material, especially at the edges, is cumbersome to compensate for soot, rather it is wrongly possible
to distribute the table evenly. Now the framed canvas is placed over it and also hung in: the hook in the frame. The whole structure is:
then quilted by means of a quilting machine, namely along the edge seam 4, which indicates the outer boundary of the filling; Thereby: 4 interruptions of the seam 4 are provided at the corners,; so: that the filling is accessible to compensate the corners! Blemb: t.
A circumferential bead 7 is formed by the line running around the seam 6. Within the seam 6, further seams 8 are attached, which ride together,
the seams @ 6 secure the filling 2 against slipping. The circumferential bead then forms the edge of the finished masttress and sags the frame of the spring core:
so .ab, the feather edge remains soft, while the fassoniorte middle field forms the top or bottom of the mattress.
After quilting, the filling outside the seams 4 is removed again at 9, with the result that the filling has practically the same thickness up to the seam 4.
The fiberglass mat obtained in this way is now sewn together with a second; soft fiberglass mat, approximately along the seams 4, but only ran d =:
Pages, so, sit down, make a sack. It is also possible, if necessary: the in the Fmg. 3 sack produced by the fact that the supply, Fis. 1 twice) be made as large,
@ So that two circumferential beads 7 side by side, turn the disorderly. The assembly, from two facade mats according to Fsg. However, 1 is preferable.
While it has hitherto been common practice in mattress manufacture for a manufacturer to completely complete the mattress based on the spring core, the invention makes it possible;
to subdivide the individual work steps in mattress production in such a way that not only several B: etriabs-:
departments, but also several companies are gradually involved in the production. Not only the Fasson mat according to Fmg. 1, but in particular also the double fast sun mat in:
An open sack according to Fig. 3 for holding the spring core,, are not only an intermediate product, but also a commercial object.
Such a Fassonmatbe or Doppelfastsonmatte can we sentlichen by machine work h, while the main part of the manual work is limited to the rim insertion of the spring core.
In: the sack shown in FIG. 3 - finally - the spring core 5 is inserted, for example only at the end manufacturer. In order to prevent the spring core from getting caught on the spring canvas when it is pushed in, the spring core is first clamped between two metal sheets,
which on the one hand reduce the height of the spring core and on the other hand smooth surfaces that facilitate insertion. These sheets hook into one another at the side and are pulled out one after the other after the spring core 5 has been inserted.
After sewing the open sack, the mattress is essentially:
finished and it is only necessary to garnish @ the mattress edges, i.e. to attach the seams 10 to which the beads 7! ran spring core forcemen 11 are secured.
It is possible to sew relatively large stitches, as these garwer seams do not have the additional task of securing the filling within the two layers of canvas. This,
The task is already performed by the quilted seams 4 and 6.
It has been found that the mattress described, which is to be referred to as a Fagson mattress, can be produced in a third to a quarter of the time: which was previously required for the production of one of the known spring mattresses.
The reason for this advantage is to "seek" that the tedious and difficult manual work can be omitted. In particular, there is no need to sew through to fix the filling.
A shaping is necessary, since the mattress already has its shape when the shaping mat is created according to Füg. 1 received: has. When :
The only manual work is the garnishing, while almost all other work steps and all seams can be done by machine.
The manual and machine work required for: the mattress is also so simple that it can also be done by helpers.
