dbr beiden Blech- streifenpaare.
s#ieill>are Zwischenstücke herbeiführen.
Cross field with electromagnetically operated contact devices arranged at the crossing points In the main patent no. 345924 a cross field for telecommunication, in particular telephone systems, is mentioned, which contains crossing line and row coils and additional holding coils which, jv. encompass the entire row or row in question.
At the intersection of these: coils, contact devices are provided, and the contact springs are the magnetic flux that actuates them. to lead. The cross field is equipped with a magnetic shunt containing an iron branch, which serves to render a one-sided excitation ineffective with respect to the contacts.
A special embodiment of such a cross-section, in which contact sets of at least two -electrically operated contacts are arranged in seals at the junctions,
is shown in Fig. 3a of the Swiss additional patwit - 9 no. 352370 . In this construction, there are asenweg contained in the shunt to the protruding contact fields # to # the right-angled contact sets, between each other h-old pairs of sheet metal strips, which are assigned to the relevant entire row of the selector.
Furthermore, this figure shows how the holding coils, of which only the holding coil is drawn, each comprise a whole line of the selector.
These above-mentioned selector parts are shown together with the contact sets in FIG. 1. The other parts of the voter are therefore removed "in order to be able to better explain the functions set out below.
If the holding coil HI is energized, it presses a magnetic flux onto the contacts enclosed by it, which keeps closed contacts in this state. From FIG. 1, it is evident that a magnetic flux Circle exist, which contains, for example, the contact records I and M,
at their outstanding contact spring ends via chde. Biliechstredenpaarc N1IN2 and N91N10 are magnetically connected to each other.
The --arrows shown in the figure 1 indicate the course of the corresponding river ianigccleut # pt. An undesired flow is imposed on the contact set II. This flow runs in the opposite direction as ie # nerwilasch-ter Hialtefluss, as from the direction
The arrows on the contacts are easy to find. If the non-drawn holding coil underneath the half-coil Hl were also excited, the fluxes generated by the two coils would overlap, which would lead to a weakening of the holding flux that actually gave rise to a contact set.
A complete compensation does not occur, however, since the main part of the flow generated by a holding pulp closes via the path surrounding the contact sets in the cage (see Fig. 3a of the Swiss additional patent no. 352370) . The consequence of these üib, i,> rl # agerun # g of the E us,
with excitement two H # al # tcsp # uilen is that the actual # Ha, 1tacrlcgun "-en, must be increased.
, The invention shows a way how this thinness can be avoided. The Krenzfeld according to the invention is characterized by the fact that the two sheet metal meeting pairs,
which establish the magnetic connection to the contact spring ends protruding on the side of the coil coils, are arranged in such a way that they do not create a magnetic connection between contact springs belonging to different coil coils.
The pairs of sheet metal contacts on the other side of the contact support, which provide the magnetic connection to the protruding contact spring ends, are also appropriately arranged so that: They do not create a magnetic connection between contact springs belonging to different holding coils.
It comes up with one. Arrangement in which two outer and one middle pairs of sheet metal strips are provided for each contact set, one of which is an outer pair of sheet metal contacts, a response coil, the other:
äusser.- pair of sheet metal strips the holding coil and the middle pair of sheet metal strips includes the other response coil, the pairs of bias ports encompassing the response coils penetrate one another in slots and thereby provide a magnetic barrier to the moving parts of the contact springs #am Form work air gap.
The Fijog shows a corresponding arrangement. 2. You shows a dial with four intersection points, at which jr, a contact set with four contacts is provided. Of the coils contained in the selector, the line coil A, , the series coil C and the half-length coil Hl are shown. At the intersection of the zoom coil A and the rest coil C , which is at the contacts 11, 12, 13 and 14 formed contact set.
The Haltespulz HI is comprised of the sheet metal strips N7 and N8 existing sheet metal strips, which at the same time, the magnetic connection to the on the on the same side protruding contact spring ends.
The pair of metal sheets formed from the metal strips N3 and N4 is arranged in the same direction as the pair of brackets and includes a coil A . Between these two pairs of metal strips lies the pair of metal strips consisting of the two metal strips N5 and N6 ,
which includes the series coil C . The sheet metal meeting pairs N31N4 and N5IN6 penetrate one another and form here, cb, * # e magnetic connection to the movable parts of the contact springs via the working air gap.
In the arrangement shown in FIG. 2, a magnetic bond between sets of contacts that are not from the same holding coil (see FIG. 1) can only occur on the way. can be produced by a leakage flux running through the air.
This leakage flux is all the weaker, yes the magnetic resistance of the iron path connecting the contact spring ends is.
For this purpose, the sheet metal strips N5IN6 of the middle sheet metal strip pair and the sheet metal strips N7IN8 of the outer sheet metal strip pair including the holding coil are angled at the ends facing each other in the direction of the contact spring sets #. These bends meet each other and form the magnetic vcllbj # ndun # g,
dbr both pairs of sheet metal strips. These bends create, on the one hand, a large support surface and a correspondingly low magnetic resistance and, on the other hand, favorably shaped inserts for the coils. The entire structure is expediently braced during assembly 7c in such a way that the individual pairs of sheet metal strips rest firmly against one another for the purpose of making good magnetic contact.
In FIGS. 3a and 3b, a single contact record from the voter arrangement according to Flig. 2, which is provided with the iron branch of the magnetic shunt designed according to the invention. Let this be the contact set with contacts 11 to 14.
Accordingly, the contact and coil designations are also in the Flig. 3a and b milled. 3a shows a view of the contact set as it appears from the side in FIG. 2, and FIG. 3b shows the top view of the same contact set rotated by 9011, if one would look at the voter shown in FIG. 2 from above.
In order to maintain the clarity of the arrangement, the parts of the iron path (and the coils arranged in the direction of view in front of and behind the contact set) are omitted in FIGS. 3a and 3b, so that only the Eisenwegteilie attached to the contact seat are drawn, which appear in the section.
The protective tube contacts are marked with K. They are enclosed at their ends by pairs of sheet metal strips N31N4 and N7 / N8.
These pairs of metal strikers encompass the line coil A on the one hand and the holding coil Hl on the other. The metal strips N3, N4 have no bends on the parts overlapping the protruding contact spring ends (in contrast to the sheet metal strips N7 and N8), are therefore beyond the protective tubes externally smoothly continued,
whereby the voter has openings on the side of the line coil, into which the contacts can be inserted later. Should, due to the lack of the bends in the sheet metal meeting N3, N4 , the magnetic transition stand to the protruding contact spring ends be too large , a good magnetic conclusion can be made using, magae, ti,
bring about intermediate pieces. Between the pairs of sheet metal meets N3, N4 and N7, 1N8, there is a pair of BL strips N57N6,
the one-sided-t-sin sequence corresponding slit penetrates into the pair of sheet metal seats N3 / N4 and creates the magnetic connection between the moving parts of the contact springs at the working air gap and is angled on the other hand, paying attention to the contacts. This pair of sheet metal strips comprises the series coil C.
, The bend - this pair of sheet metal strips - cs N5IN6 meets a corresponding bend in the pair of sheet metal strips N71N8, whereby: the magnetic connection of these two pairs of sheet metal strips is established.
If the contact set shown in FIGS. 3a and 3b is cut at the location of the working air gap, an arrangement results as shown in FIG. The four RTI ID = "0002.0211" WI = "14" HE = "4" LX = "1172" LY = "2506"> contacts K are from four sheet metal strips N3, </ I > N4, N5 and N6 included.
The figure clearly shows that the outer contact springs Fa of the contacts K have a better magnetic connection to these sheet metal strips than the inner contact springs F !. The effect of the magnetic secondary circuit on the individual contact springs is therefore un the same for your contact set shown in FIG.
Based on the filg. 5 : This unequal influence of the magnetic shunt is illustrated. Only one contact K from the contact set shown in FIG. 4 is reproduced here, on which the sheet metal N3 rests on one side.
The small distance between the outer conical contact spring Fa and the metal strip N3 as between the (inner contact fields Fi and this metal strip causes
that the magnetic shunt affects the two contact springs unevenly. With regard to the internal contact springs Fi (that is to say the effect of the magnetic shunt) is reduced in an undesired manner.
This disadvantage can be avoided by inserting magnetizable intermediate layers between the individual protective tube contacts of the contact set which penetrate the contact sets in the area of the working air gap.
Corresponding arrangements are shown in FIGS. 6 and 7. These figures again show contact sets with four protective tube contacts. The contact sets are in the case of FIG. 6 (through a perpendicular to the Kontaktfedarn. & Intermediate layer Zs and in the case.
7 by an intermediate layer Zp running parallel to the contact springs. By means of appropriate magnetic connections to the pairs of lead strips surrounding the contact sets, these intermediate layers cause a derivation of the -trcuflü: s:
se preferably from the internal contact springs Fi. The intermediate layers are expediently stored in slots in the pairs of metal sheets, whereby a good magnetic connection is achieved.
In the arrangement according to FIG. 7, standing braid surfaces of the contact springs are each overlaid with a sheet metal strip or an intermediate layer, so that in (this case a more uniform effect of the magnetic shunt, aJs beiedner Arrangement according to Fig. # 6, on the two contact springs a # s contact; is output.
A combination of the arrangement according to FIGS. 6 and 7 shows the prop. 8. Here two #crossing double layers Zp and Zs are provided, so that a separate cage is formed for each contact, which makes the contact symmetrical surrounds. As a result, the most even effect of the magnetic shunt on the individual contact springs is present here.
.The intermediate layers can also be used to achieve a special e-ffek.tc, see below, namely the necessary holding excitation of the holding coils. For this purpose, the intermediate layers are parallel to the axis of the treasure tube contacts, permanently magnetized so that the leakage flux generated thereby closes over the working air gap.
Such a permanently magnetized intermediate layer can be arranged parallel or perpendicular to the contact springs. Since the price of magenta-based active ingredient plays an important role, it is advisable to use the permanently magnetized intermediate position:
to be provided in such a way that it has the highest possible effect, whereby one gets by with a relatively low cost of materials! This is the case if you arrange the permanently magnetized intermediate layer parallel to the contact springs, as shown in Fig. 7. As an advantageous combination, an arrangement such as that shown in Fig. 8 is shown,
in which the intermediate layer Zp is made of magnetically hard material and the intermediate layer Zs is made of magnetically soft material.
The mode of operation of a permanently magnetized intermediate layer is explained with reference to FIG. 9. A protective tube contact K is shown here with an external contact spring Fa and an internal contact spring Fi. On one side of the, contact K, its working air spialt of the sheet strip N opposite,
on the other hand, the permanently magnetized intermediate layer Zp. A leakage flux now emanates from this intermediate layer in the direction of the arrow drawn, which closes over the working air gap, causing a pulling together on the two contact springs. Exerted a force which is not sufficient, however, to keep a closed contact on its own and, as a result, certainly not to close an open contact.
If the flow supplied by the intermediate layer Zp in the working air gap runs in the same direction as the flow driven by the holding coil through the contact springs, the two effects support each other:
so that when a permanently magnetized intermediate layer is used, less 'holding excitation' for the Hialte coil is sufficient. bt the flow caused by the intermediate layer in the working air gap is opposite to that driven by the holding coil, i by the contact threads,
eo the necessary holding device would be increased. Both effects can be used in different operating cases from B, odDutunig, s-ein. It is advisable to use a material for the permanently magnetized intermediate layers that can be rolled and cut in order to facilitate the shaping of the .de.T sheet metal strips.
FIG. 10 illustrates the arrangement of the permanently magnetized intermediate layers in the coordinate selector mentioned above. The shown selector has four crossing points with each a contact set made up of four treasure tube contacts. As a result, the voter has two line coils A and B, two series coils C and D crossing these - and the. two holding coils Hl and H2.
The permanently magnetized intermediate layers are formed by the sheet metal assemblies Zpl and Zp2, which are each provided jointly for a row. By the Pfaihist drawn on the sheet metal strip Zpl, the magnetization seal is indicated in this sheet metal meeting.
In FIGS. 1 la and 1 1 b a set of contacts made up of four protective tube contacts is shown , which is provided with the same magnetic shunt and the mentioned intermediate layers.
This structure corresponds in principle to the arrangement according to Aden Fig. 3a and 3b, which is why the same designations are used for the same parts. FIG. 1 a shows a view of the contact set, and FIG. 11b shows the top view of the same contact set rotated by 900.
As in FIGS. 3a and 3b, the parts of the Easenweg, which are arranged in front of and behind the contact set in the viewing direction, are omitted, that is, only the Eisenwegtelle which are drawn laterally from the contact set ün cut] appear. In the area of the work, 1, air gap, two intermediate layers are provided,
namely, the intermediate layer Zp and the intermediate layer Zs.
It is useful to assign the intermediate layers as well as & e pairs of metal sheets to a whole row or row of the selector. Such continuous intermediate layers are shown in Mg. 2. It also shows Fig. 10.
In the coordinate data selector shown in FIG. 2, (the continuous intermediate layers are designated with Zp and Zs.
They penetrate the contact sets and idic pairs of metal strips in the area where the metal strips N5IN6 and N31N4 are brought up to the contacts. The intermediate layers are held in slots t of these pairs of metal sheets.
