Additional patent to the main patent no. 360775 kitchen machine The invention relates to a kitchen machine with a separately usable, a handle pointing drive part, in which an electric motor can drive two working shafts arranged transversely to the motor shaft via a reduction gear, on which drive part exchangeable tools for stirring, kneading, Hitting, etc.
can be connected, the motor shaft at one end carrying the grinding knife of a coffee grinder, the container of which is removable from the housing of the drive part, while the front side of the housing opposite the grinding knives is designed as a base for the drive part. It has been shown that the drive part offers improved or new uses in conjunction with other work equipment.
The invention is characterized in that after removing the container of the coffee grinder in its place either a working device can be attached, which can be coupled to the vertical motor shaft via the grinding knife, or: a protective cover can be placed on the housing of the drive, the bottom of which is connected to the free end of the handle gives a standing surface for a second position of the drive device and in this position at least one of the two aforementioned working shafts, with its coupling end directed obliquely upwards, can be coupled to another working device.
The subject matter of the invention is then explained in more detail using an exemplary embodiment shown in the drawing.
Fig. 1 shows the drive part of a mixer as the Nenden kitchen machine in side view with parts in axial section.
Fig. 2 shows the same drive part when used as a juicer for citrus fruits, also if in side view with parts in axial section. In the kitchen machine drive part according to Fig. 1, the housing 1 of the drive part provided with a handle 3 is in the vertical working position on its standing surface 19. On the opposite upper end of the housing 1, the protruding end -9 of the motor shaft, not shown, carries Grinding knife 10 of a coffee grinder, the shell 12 of which receiving these knives is attached to said end face of housing 1.
Instead of a clip-on container belonging to the coffee grinder and described in the main patent, an intermediate ring 50 supported on the edge of the shell 12 is placed on this housing face, which with a snap edge 51 engages under the edge of the shell '12 and has four claws 52 on the outer circumference, which laterally on the housing 1 Adhere tightly and prevent displacement. In the internal thread 53 of the intermediate ring 50, a mixing cup 54 is screwed, the cutting knife 55 via a finger coupling 56 with the Mahlmes fibers 10 are detachably coupled.
When the mixing cup 54 or intermediate ring 50 is attached, one of the claws 52 displaces a contact pusher 16 protruding laterally on the housing 1 in the axial direction of the motor shaft into the housing 1, where a safety contact that interrupts the power supply to the motor is closed.
According to Fig. 2, instead of the mixing cup 54 and the intermediate ring 50 or the Aufsteckbehäl age of the coffee grinder on the aforementioned housing front side of the protective cover 14 described in the main patent, the bottom 57 with the free end 58 of the handle 3 is a standing surface for a second working position of the food processor results.
The two working shafts 8, which are arranged parallel to each other and at right angles to the motor shaft in the drive part and driven by the motor via a reduction gear, are newly described in the main patent, only one of which is shown, are in this working position with their coupling end intended for connecting an implement at an angle upwards directed.
A grating press 60 for citrus fruits is plugged onto the coupling end of the working shaft shown and has a perforated pulp basket 62 with a central grating head 63 rotating with the working shaft 8 in a stationary juice collecting tray 61. As a result of the centrifugal effect, the juice reaches the collecting bowl 61 through the perforations 64 of the basket 62 and flows out through its spout 65.
In order to prevent juice from escaping at the edge 66 of the pulp basket 62, the inside diameter of this catch rim 66 is smaller than the inside diameter of the basket in the zone of the perforations 64.
In the drive part of Fig. 2, the grinding knives of the mixing bowl rotate each with the optionally adjustable step speed of the motor by means of the rotary switch 4, while the speed of the reaming head 63 and the basket 62 of the rubbing press is reduced accordingly by the reduction gear.
