Description

Device for influencing the running of gear drives, preferably worm gears The invention relates to a device for influencing the running of gear drives, preferably worm gears, one of the gear members of which cooperates with it. continuously issued additional positive and negative rotations to their gear member.

The known devices of this type, which aim to achieve a quiet run of the gears produced with them, seek to compensate or ineffectively by increasing the uniformity of the translation, the errors that are transferred to the gear drives produced with them and thereby vibrations and noises produce.

One has z. B to achieve as constant a gear ratio as possible of sub-gears on one of the two interacting links a rotating polar curve is arranged, from which the other gear link is moved by means of levers, Ge threaded spindles, wedges or the like, so that the former is given an additional rotation and his Rotation errors are compensated.

In another device, to increase the kinematic accuracy of gear drives working by means of correction curves, a curve containing the irregularity of a movement was arranged, which axially displaces the one transmission member itself in such a way that the deviations in the movement of the other transmission member from within one turn of this member its uniform rotation can be canceled.

In all of these devices, the position of the pitch error has therefore been left unchanged. All that has been done is to change the size of the pitch error, so that the smallest pitch errors still present in a gearwheel generated with such a corrected driven partial transmission lie in all sections perpendicular to the axis at the same point on the wheel circumference, which is especially true for high-speed transmissions significant vibrations and noises arise.

The invention is also intended to eliminate this disadvantage and provide a device for. B. for part transmissions of the type mentioned are created, which ensures a very high degree of low-noise running of the gears generated with the help of the partial transmission ge.

This is achieved in that, together with the drive connected to a drive shaft, the gear member of the gear transmission is driven, the gear set of which is driven synchronously with the drive shaft has a gear ratio different from 1, which set is followed by a gear unit that generates an additional movement, which transmits this additional movement to the aforementioned driving Ge gear member with its output.

In the drawings, the invention is illustrated as an example.

1 shows a schematic representation of a worm gear unit of a gear hobbing machine operating according to the concept of the invention, FIG. 2 shows a further embodiment of the device according to the invention.

On the drive shaft 1 of the gear arrangement according to FIG. 1 sits on the one hand a worm 2 which drives a worm wheel 3, on the other hand a spur gear 4. The wheel 4 is in engagement with a spur gear 6 arranged on an intermediate shaft 5. Instead of the spur gear pair 4, 6, a gear set consisting of more than two wheels, the gear ratio of which differs from 1, can be arranged. On the intermediate shaft 5, a disc 7 is provided which carries a curve on its circumference. A finger 8 is in contact with this cam 7. This is arranged on a wedge 9 which is constantly pressed against the cam disk 7 by means of a compression spring 11.

On the inclined surface 10 of the wedge 9 is a pressure piece 12, which is kept constantly in contact with the inclined surface 10 by a spring 13.

The mode of operation of this gear arrangement is as follows: The movement of the shaft 1 is transmitted to the disk 7 via the pair of gears 4, 6, the transmission ratio of which is different from 1: 1. The curve provided on the disk 7 moves the wedge 9 back and forth. Through the inclined surface 10, this movement is transmitted via the pressure piece 12 to the shaft 1 and thus also to the screw 2, which thereby experiences a constant change in its axial position in a manner known per se.

The choice of the gear ratio of the gear pair 4, 6 and the design of the curve 7 who made such that the worm wheel 3 constantly ge desired rotational accelerations and delays are given by the axial displacement of the worm, so that only after a certain number of revolutions of the same, the equally faulty revolution occurs again. This means that when this transmission arrangement is used, partial errors of the same size on the generated wheel do not occur parallel to its wheel axis, but rather in a helical manner.

In the embodiment according to FIG. 2, the drive shaft 8 of a worm gear 2, 3 is preceded by an intermediate gear. This consists of a pair of gears 4, 6, the intermediate shaft 5 and a pair of gears 14, 15. The gear 4 of the pair of gears 4, 6, which initiates the drive for the worm gear 2, 3 and is seated on the shaft 1, and that on the shaft 5 of the Gearwheels 6 located in the intermediate gear have a gear ratio close to 1: 1. The gear wheel 14 of the gear pair 14, 15 fastened on the intermediate shaft 5 and the gear wheel 15 seated on the shaft 16 driving the worm 2 of the worm gear 2, 3 have the same, close to 1:

1 horizontal translation ratio. However, the gear ratio of the entire intermediate gear 4, 5, 6, 14, 15 is 1: 1. The gear 14 of the pair of gears 14, 15 is attached to the intermediate shaft 5 eccentrically.

This type of design of the gear arrangement also means that the worm wheel 3 is given additional rotational accelerations and decelerations.
