Photographic camera with built-in electric motor The invention relates to a photographic camera with built-in electric motor, by which the elevator of the shutter and film transport is effected automatically.
Such cameras are already known and have the advantage, especially compared to cameras in which the shutter and film transport is lifted by a spring mechanism built into the camera, that continuous operation is possible without restricting the number of images and also with the arrangement of a spring mechanism required lift of the same is omitted. On the other hand, when an electric motor is arranged in connection with the elevator gear for locking and film transport, this very large number of image recordings entails the risk that the number of images possible for the film used is exceeded.
The consequence of this is that the film is then torn out of its cartridge, so that not only is it impossible to rewind the film, but it can also result in other gear malfunctions.
These disadvantages are not avoided in the previously known photographic cameras with built-in electric motor, in which a reciprocal control for interrupting and closing the power connection for the electric motor is carried out by the shutter lift and film operated by this or in which the film is transported by an electric Signal device is monitored.
This is mainly due to the fact that both with the alternately controlled interruption and closure of the power connection and with the arrangement of a signaling device, further image-by-image film transport in connection with the shutter lift when the intended number of frames is reached, which is matched to the film length is not prevented.
The invention relates to a photographic camera with a built-in electric motor for jointly actuating shutter lift and film transport, in which the disadvantages set out are avoided. According to the invention, this is essentially achieved in that, in addition to one pair of contacts controlled alternately by the shutter and one by the film transport, a counting disk that can be switched in connection with the film transport is provided,
which after an adjustable number of images by means of control organs simultaneously interrupts the power connection to the electric motor via a pair of contacts and disconnects the film transport wheel from the common drive for shutter lift and film transport. In a preferred further embodiment of the invention, the counting disk is provided with a switching device used to set the number of images, by means of which the slide switch, which controls the interruption of the power connection and the uncoupling of the film transport wheel, can be set to one or the other number of images.
The counting disk is preferably also assigned a spring that locks its switching step, which is pressed when closing the camera back wall and finally the counting disk is under the action of a torsion spring, for example, through which it is returned to the zero position when the camera back wall is opened.
Further advantages of the invention emerge from the preferred exemplary embodiment of a switching device shown in the drawing. The principle of the switching device provided in the housing of a photographic camera in connection with a circuit diagram of the electrical control station is shown here in a partial perspective illustration. All parts and items that are not absolutely necessary for understanding the invention have been omitted.
According to the drawing, the batteries 1 are provided as the power source, which supply the electric motor 2, which drives the film take-up reel 3, with power. The electric motor 2 drives the shaft 4 passed through the film take-up reel 3, which is driven by its pinion 5 via the toothed drives 6, 7, 8 and 9 drives the gearwheel 10, which is connected to the film take-up reel 3 in a known manner via a friction 11.
From the gear 9, wel Ches passes through the gear 8, the gear 14 is driven via the gears 12, 13, which drives a clutch releasable in the axial direction by the release pin 16 through the axis 15, which essentially consists of the parts 17, 18, 19 and 20 consists. The release pin 16 of the clutch is guided in the hollow shaft 15 and when it is actuated, it moves the clutch pin 18 out of the correspondingly designed grooves in the clutch disc 17 against the action of the compression spring 20.
As a result, the film transport wheel 21 is decoupled from the drive wheel 14 and the elevator gear, which is thereby connected to the film take-up reel 3. This decoupling also enables the rewinding of the film, which is shown in dashed lines in the drawing.
The gear wheel 13 has a crank pin 22 in which the lever 23 engages by means of a movement slot and is movably supported around the stationary screw 24. A push rod 26 is connected to the lever 23 by the hinge screw 25 and can be moved in a stationary slot guide 28 by means of a screw 27. On the push rod 26, a pin 29 is attached, which hits the angled tab 30 during the pulling movement, which is connected to the clamping ring of the lens shutter 31, not particularly shown, and thereby causes the same to lift.
The release of the shutter 31 takes place via the release lever 32, which is actuated by the release device arranged on the camera side. This essentially comprises the release button 33 with the release rod 34 on which the button 35 and below the pressure cone 36 is attached. When triggered, the latter acts against the locking lever 38 under the action of a spring 37, which is movably mounted around the stationary Bol zen 39 and works with a locking disk 40 attached to the axis 15 of the film transport wheel 21 and provided with a locking catch.
The locking lever 38 has a downwardly angled tab 41, which cooperates with the nose 42 of the locking lever, which is mounted around the fixed screw 44 and is pressed by the spring 45 against the switching cam 46, which is firmly connected to the axis 15 of the film transport wheel 21 is. When triggered by pressing the release button 33, the locking lever 38 is moved out of the detent of the locking disk 40 by the pressure cone 36 and held in this position by the nose 42 of the locking lever 43, which in turn when the shutter is lifted and the film is transported by the the film transport wheel 21 connected cam 46 is caused to release the locking lever 38 in its initial position.
A switching pin 47 is fastened to the drive wheel 14 of the film transport wheel 21 and engages in the teeth of a counting disk 48 which is rotatably supported around the stationary bolt 49. The transmission ratio is selected so that the film transport wheel 21 performs a full revolution with each image transport and the switching pin 47 sitting on the drive wheel 14 moves the counting disk 48 further by one tooth. The counting disk 48 is locked in place by a spring 50 which engages in its switching teeth and is fixed to the housing and has a pin 51.
The rear wall of the camera, not shown in the drawing, adjoins the same, which when closed via the pin 51 presses the spring 50 against the gear teeth of the counting disk 48 and when it is opened releases the spring 50 again from the pressed position. The counting disc 48 is assigned a torsion spring 52 which, when the camera rear wall is opened, after it has released the counting disc 48 by the locking spring 50, moves it back into its starting position or zero position.
The counting disc 48, which can for example be set to a possible number of pictures of 36 pictures with normal film, automatically controls both the interruption of the power connection for the electric motor 2 and the decoupling of the film transport wheel 21 from the elevator gear operated by the electric motor 2 after this number of pictures is reached . The following device is used for this purpose: Below the counting disk 48, two switching pins 53, 54 are attached, which are arranged offset both in terms of their angular position and in terms of their radial distance. The two pins 53, 54 work together with a slide switch 55 which has an angled end 56.
The slide switch 55 is on the one hand by means of a slot guide in the fixed screw 57, on the other hand in the crank pin 58 of an eccentric 59 ge leads, which is adjustable outside of the camera by an adjusting member is not provided. The crank pin 58 simultaneously actuates another one adjusting slide 60, which is provided with an outwardly visible adjustment numbers, for example 20 and 36.
By means of the eccentric disk 59, the slide switch 55 guided by its crank pin 58 can be adjusted in such a way that its angled end 56 protrudes into the drainage area of the pin 53 attached to the counting disk 48 during one setting and into the drainage area of the pin 54 during the second setting. These two pins 53, 54 can, for example, be arranged on the counting disk 48 so that the pin 53 hits the angled end 56 of the slide switch 55 after taking 20 images and the pin 54 after taking 36 images and gives the same a switching movement.
During this movement, the slide switch 55 acts with the angled end 56 on a contact slide 61, which can be moved in the two fixed screws 62 by means of its slot guide. This contact slide 61 has at its end facing the film transport axis 15 a bevel 63 which, when the contact slide 61 moves, lifts the coupling pin 16 and thereby uncouples the film transport wheel 21 from the elevator gear for shutter and film transport. In addition, the contact slide 61 has at its end an angled part 64 which, when the contact slide 61 moves, lifts the electrical contact 65 off the countercontact 66 and thereby interrupts the power connection for the electric motor 2.
From the mating contact 66, a control pin 67 is attached, which cooperates with a kidney-shaped recess 68 provided in the drive wheel 14 of the film transport wheel 21, which causes the interruption and closing of the mating contact 66 to the contact 65. In addition, the two electrical contacts 69, 70 are also provided, which are actuated by the running closure through the tab 30 provided on its clamping ring.
The mode of operation of the exemplary embodiment of the invention explained below is as follows: It is assumed that the shutter lift with the film transport is fully pulled by the electric motor, the rear wall of the camera is closed and, for example, the counter is set to record 36 images. In this standby position, the individual parts take the position shown in the drawing, in which the power connection to the electric motor is interrupted at the same time.
When taking a photograph, which is triggered by pressing the release button 33, the pressure cone 36 attached to the release rod 34 moves the locking lever 38 resting against it out of the remaining section of the locking disk 40. In this position, the locking lever 38 is removed from the nose by means of its tab 41 42 of the locking lever 43 is held, so that the locking lever 38 can initially no longer return to the rest of the locking disk 40. This clears the gearbox for winding the shutter and film transport.
In addition, during this triggering movement, the button 35 connected to the triggering rod 34 actuates the triggering lever 32 of the lens shutter 31 and thus triggers the exposure. The sequence of this triggering is coordinated such that first the locking lever 38 releases the locking disk 40 for the elevator gear and then the button 35 triggers the expiration of the lens shutter 31. At the end of its course, the same hits against the open contacts 70, 69 by means of the tab 30 provided on its clamping ring and closes here through the interrupted power connection for the electric motor 2, so that the same is now put into action.
The electric motor 2 drives the film take-up reel 3 via the axis 4 passed through the film take-up reel 3, via the gears 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10 and the friction 11, and via the gears 12, which are driven at the same time , 13, 14, namely through the gear 13 by means of its crank pin 22 via the lever 23 moved through it and the push rod 26 connected to it, the pin 29 of which engages on the lobes 30 of the lock clamping ring provided by dashed lines, the elevator of the lock.
At the same time, the film transport wheel 21 is driven via the coupling 17, 18 via the drive wheel 14 connected to the gear 13 and thus the image-wise transport of the film shown in broken lines in connection with the likewise driven film take-up reel 3 is effected. The transmission ratio is chosen so that a full rotation of the film transport wheel 21 is a picture-wise film transport is completed.
In this elevator, the switching cam 46 connected to the axis 15 of the film transport wheel 21 moves the locking lever 43 in such a way that it releases the locking lever 38 held by it. This then returns again against the locking disk 40 through the action of the spring 37 and, after its rotation, falls into its locking detent.
Shortly after the winding movement begins, the tab 30 provided on the locking ring leaves the contacts 70, 69 and thus interrupts their power connection; on the other hand, the moving drive wheel 14 coupled to the film transport wheel 21 presses the contact pin protruding into its kidney-shaped recess 68 69 with the mating contact 65 attached thereto, so that the current connection interrupted by the contacts 69, 70 is closed again. During the rotation of the drive wheel 14, its switching pin 47 engages in a tooth of the counting disk 48 and thus switches it on by a tooth step, the detent spring 50 locking the counting disk 48 in each case.
Via the eccentric disk 59, for example, the associated slide switch 55, 56 is set to record 36 images, this image number being visibly displayed to the outside by the adjusting slide 60, which is also moved by the crank pin 58 and carries, for example, the two image numbers 20, 36. When the number of images set to 36 images is reached, the switch pin 53 attached to the counting disk 48 hits the angled end 56 of the slide switch 55 and moves it to the left.
During this movement, the angled end 56 moves the contact slide 61 resting on it in the direction of the axis 15 of the film transport wheel 21 in such a way that the bevel 63 provided on the contact slide 61 lifts the release pin 16 guided in the axis 15 and thereby moves the film transport wheel 21 from the coupling pin 18 Elevator gear disengaged.
At the same time, during this movement, the contact slide 61 strikes with its downwardly angled part 64 against the beveled contact 65 and pushes it off the mating contact 66, so that the power connection to the electric motor 2 is interrupted and this is switched off.
By means of this switching device according to the invention, it is thus achieved that both the film transport 21 is automatically decoupled from the elevator gear and the electric motor 2 is switched off at the same time when the set number of frames is reached. The operation of the switch device according to the Invention, as set out below, is also handled in the same way if, instead of 36 on the eccentric disk 59, the setting slide 60 is set to a smaller number of shots, for example 20 images.
In this setting, the setting slide 60 is adjusted with respect to the counter disk 48 via the eccentric disk 59 in such a way that the other switching pin 54 of the counting disk 48, which is matched to an image number of 20 images, hits the angled end 56 of the switching slide 55 when this image number is reached, which thereby uncouples the film transport in the manner already explained and interrupts the power connection to the electric motor 2. It is obvious that the switching seal according to the invention is not limited to the explained number of images of 36 or 20 images, but can also be set up for a different number of images, for example.
In all possible embodiments, when the camera rear wall is opened, the detent spring 49, 50 actuated by the counting disk 48 is released so that it automatically jumps back to the zero position through the action of its torsion spring 52.
