Silo for bulk goods
The invention relates to a silo for bulk goods, with a ventable discharge channel.
It is known to use silos for bulk goods, such as flour, feed and the like. a., to be elongated and to be provided with a channel-shaped channel in the area of the outlet in order to put the siliette material in a flowable state. It is also known to cover such channels with roof-shaped inserts in such a way that the material from the silo flows laterally into the channel, so that the flow path is largely relieved from the material stored in the actual silo. It has also already been proposed to provide the silo floors located to the side of the channel with optionally ventilated fields.
These devices can generally be used with good success for the controlled emptying without bridging or encroachment with possible, optional mixing of the material. In an effort to reduce the equipment required for silos to a minimum in special cases (smaller silo cells, certain silo goods, etc.), but still ensure miscibility during the discharge of the goods, a new device is proposed which is expediently designed in this way that there are still selectable zones along the silo that can be emptied individually.
The invention relates to a silo for flowable bulk goods or bulk goods that can be moved into a flowable state, with a discharge chute which can be ventilated through the porous floor and is inclined towards a discharge opening and is characterized in that inclined inserts with mutual, partial ventilation at a distance from the porous floor in the discharge chute Overlapping are provided with the formation of intermediate discharge slots.
This silo has the advantage that, with relatively little effort, the ensiled material does not flow freely directly to the bottom of the channel and can therefore be more easily discharged field by field.
In a continuation of the inventive idea, the inclination of the inserts can be adjusted with the advantage that they can be easily adapted to the angle of repose of the goods. In a continuation of the idea of the invention, the inserts can optionally be ventilated with the advantageous mixing effect.
The drawing shows schematically as an example two embodiments of the invention.
Fig. 1 shows a longitudinal section through the discharge chute first embodiment.
FIG. 2 shows a cross section through the discharge channel along II-II in FIG. 1.
3 shows a partial longitudinal section through the discharge channel of the second embodiment.
As can be seen from FIGS. 1 and 2, the silo walls 1 and 2 are continued in such a way that the side walls 3 and 4 form a discharge channel delimited in the longitudinal direction by the frontal buildings 5 and 6. The bottom of the discharge chute is formed by porous plates 10 and 11, which are provided with ventilation chambers 12 and 13 below. From the side walls 3 and 4 and the end wall 5, lobes 15 and 16 are provided to the porous plates 10 and 11.
At a distance from the porous base plates 10 and 11 with the ventilation chambers 12 and 13, a plurality of adjustable inclination, porous, provided with ventilation chambers, adjustable inclination inserts are provided. These inserts 20, 22, 24 also have certain overlaps with discharge slots 27 and adjustable in the gap width provided between them. 29 on. The attachment of the ventilable inserts 20, 21, respectively. 22, 23, respectively.
24, 25 takes place by screws 30 and nuts 31 on the one hand and by nuts 34 and 34 'wound onto the ventilation pipes 33. The ventilation pipes 33 and thus the individual ventilation chambers 21, 23, 25 are connected to a ventilation fan 38 via valves 36 and a main feed line 37.
The discharge channel opens into a rotary valve 40. The opening point 41 on this rotary valve 40 is covered by a further porous plate 42 with an associated ventilation chamber 43 at a distance from both the porous base plate 11 and the ventable insert 24, 25 located above it. A wedge 17 leads from the end wall 6 onto the porous insert 42.
For the correct functioning of such a device, the inclination of the porous inserts 20, 22 and 24 is first set in such a way that the ensiled material only passes through the slots 27 and 29 to the edge of the adjacent plates 20 and below, according to its own slope angle 22 can be done. The same also applies in the area of the porous plates 24 and 42.
By optionally ventilating the entire bottom of the discharge chute, i. H. the porous plates 10 and 11 through the ventilation chambers 12 and 13 or through the ventilation of one of the inserts 20, 21, respectively. 22, 23, respectively. 24, 25 and 42, 43 at the same time as the lower part of the discharge channel through the porous plates 11 with the ventilation chamber 13, an optional unilateral or even emptying of the silo cell and thus also an optional mixing of the ensiled goods is achieved. The uncontrolled flow of ensiled material via unventilated plates into the area of the discharge lock 40 is no longer possible.
The device has the advantage that a largely bridging-free discharge of bulk material from silo cells is possible with very little expenditure on equipment. The ventilation change from one chamber to the other, respectively. from one porous plate to the other can be done manually or in a manner known per se by automatic selective controls.
The relatively laborious adjustment of the inclination of the ventilatable inserts 20, 22, 24 and thus the setting of the widths of the discharge slots 27, 29 can be replaced by adjustable flaps 50, as shown in FIG. 3. These flaps 50 can be pivoted about the pivot points 51 shown.
This results in an optional adjustment of the width of the discharge slot 27 and thus an adaptation to the angle of slope of the ensiled bulk material. Instead of attaching the flaps 50 to the twisting points 51, these can also be provided with slots and attached to the ventilation chambers 23, respectively. 25 can be clamped.
The arrangement of two similar discharge channels (as shown in FIG. 1) on both sides of the rotary valve 40 naturally belongs to the scope of the inventive idea.
