Description

10 in Verbindung steht.

Truck Mountable Crane The present invention relates to a truck mountable crane.

There are cranes, in particular oil hydraulic cranes, which can be firmly built up on a truck and are therefore only suitable for loading the towing vehicle when they are in front of the driver's cab. A complete loading of a longer drawbar bridge or even the trailer must be removed without it. not possible.

No longer material than the space between the cabin and the crane can be loaded. If the crane is installed at the end of the bridge, a short truck train can possibly load the towing vehicle and trailer. But the assembly of a crane, which is supposed to lift up to 1 tonne, is technically unfavorable in terms of driving and loading.

In particular, there are no cranes that can be assembled and disassembled on trucks without tools, which allow side loads to be lifted on both sides of the bridge without hindrance through the truck walls, to load on the truck and trailer and allow it to be on paths, e.g. . B. forest roads to drive, the width of which does not allow attaching the trailer.

The inventive crane bypasses these parts after. It is characterized in that it is equipped as a rail crane with a trolley girder, which has at least one foldable or slidable lateral end part.

An embodiment of the subject matter of the invention will then be explained with reference to the drawing.

It shows: FIG. 1 a gate crane mounted on a truck from behind, FIG. 2 the crane according to FIG. 1 from the side, partly with broken away parts in an upright position and completely lowered position (dashed lines), FIG. 3 a section from FIG. 2, FIG. 4 shows a detail of the gate crane according to FIG. 1. In FIGS. 1 to 3, a gate crane 1 for trucks is shown, which is mounted on a truck bridge 2.

It runs on rails 3 and 4, which are provided with a catwalk 5 and a counter-holding leg 6. The crane has two lower columns 7 and 8 and two upper columns 9 and 10, which are each connected to one another by a joint 11 and 12. Two anti-tilt supports 13 and 14 are attached at right angles to the lower pillars 7 and 8. Reinforcement plates 15 and 16 at the connection points of the lower pillars 7 and 8 and the anti-tilt supports 13 and 14 increase the rigidity of the crane.

The gate crane is provided with front rollers 17 and rear rollers 18, the latter of which BEFE to the Kippicherungsträgem 13 and 14 are rotatably Stigt.

A tubular scraper carrier 19, which runs transversely to the truck bridge 2 and carries a trolley 28, is attached to the upper columns 9 and 10. The trolley 28 is equipped at the top with a pair of supporting rollers 22 and at the bottom with two pairs of supporting rollers 23 and 24. The two support rollers 22 run on an angular support rail 20, while the two pairs of support rollers 23 and 24 are supported on a support rail 21 of the same type.

The support rollers 23 and 24 take stung with off-center Bela: the trolley 28 on the resulting transverse forces and prevent the trolley from pivoting to the side. The carrying and supporting rollers 22 or 23 and 24 are mounted in an upper roller carrier 25 and a lower roller carrier 26, which are both connected by means of a trolley frame 27. On the trolley frame 27 is also a bracket 32 BEFE Stigt, in which a load roller 29 runs, over which a load rope 30 with a load hook 31 is looped.

The tab 32 is also equipped with an eyelet 33.

The trolley carrier 19 has two carrier end parts 40 and 41 which can be folded in via hinges 42 and 43. It is also possible to lower these end parts 40 and 41 telescopically in the middle part of the trolley support 19.

In the fixed central part of the trolley carrier 19, a hydraulic load cylinder 34 is attached, on the piston (not shown) of which there is a piston rod 35 which can be displaced into the interior of the carrier. The free end is with a fork 36 to take on a number, z. B. seven, juxtaposed rollers 38, which are offset according to .dem pipe diameter (analogous to FIG. 3).

At the other end of the cylinder 34 a white tere completely located within the central part fork 65 for receiving rollers 37 is attached. A fixed pulley 39 is attached to the outer end of the movable support end part 41. The load rope 30, the free end of which z. B. is attached to the load cylinder 34, runs back and forth over .die roller groups 37 and 38 to finally be supplied to the load roller 29 via the pulley 39 and a steering roller 66 from, as can be seen from FIGS.

Similarly, a shifting cylinder 51 is located in the movable end part 40 of the carrier, the hydraulically or pneumatically moved piston (not shown) of which moves a fork 53 with a number of juxtaposed rollers against the interior of the trolley carrier 19 via a piston rod 52.

The outer end of the cylinder 51 is equipped with a fork 67 which is used to hold rollers 68. A tether 55 fastened to the inner end of the cylinder runs around the roller groups 54 and 68 and arrives via a deflection roller 59 to the bracket 32 of the trolley 28, where it is fastened to the eye 33.

The lower columns 7 and 8 are each equipped with a tab 60 in which a hydraulic cylinder 61 is pivotably arranged. A piston (not shown) runs in the hydraulic cylinder 61, the piston rod 62 of which is connected to the upper column 9 or 10 via a bracket 63.

To load the truck bridge 2, the crane 1 is pushed into a position in which the goods to be loaded first stood directly behind the driver 45 on the loading bridge 2 can be placed. The crane 1 is secured in this position by means of special wedges attached to the roller webs 5 (not shown). Before or during the insertion of the crane onto the truck bridge 2, the piston and with it the piston rod 62 is ejected by feeding pressure oil from a motor-driven oil pump to the hydraulic cylinder 61, so that, pivoting about the joints 11 and 12,

the upper columns 9 and 10 and with them the trolley carrier 19 with the trolley 28 are lifted.

The two carrier ends 40 and 41 are. Also if around. The hinges 42 and. 43 unfolded in its working position. Care is taken to ensure that the pistons and piston rods with the tabs and rollers of the two cylinders 34 and 51 are in a position corresponding to the central position of the trolley 28, otherwise the parts 40 and 41 cannot be pivoted out and in.

By pivoting the end parts 40 and 41, a gate crane is created with the ends protruding over the truck bridge 2, which can be folded again after loading, so that the gate crane in a folded state is not wider than the truck bridge 2.

After unfolding the support end parts 40 and 41, the cargo, which is located, for example, in the form of bundles of wood 46 on a loading area, can be loaded, the trolley 28 moving on the trolley carrier 19 into the corresponding outer position. Moving the trolley without load, for example in the direction against the rollers 39, takes place in that the load hook 31 is pulled in until it is up against a cable guide and locking device 48, whereupon the trolley 28 is moved against the roller 39 until the trolley 28 is practically perpendicular to the loop of the bundle of wood to be loaded.

The load hook 31 is then lowered, hooked in and, by impacting the load cylinder 34, the piston with the piston rod 35, the tab 36 and the rollers 38 are ejected into the interior of the carrier 19, whereby each cable run is extended by the distance of the moving piston and thus at z. B. twice seven rolls 37 and 38, d. H. 13 strand, the rope hook 31 is raised by 13 times the amount of piston travel. In this way, the bundle of wood on the load hook 31 is lifted to the desired height.

When hanging a heavy load, as tests have shown, the truck or its bridge is inclined transversely against this load to be lifted, so that the trolley 28 has the tendency to move further towards the roller 37. This is prevented in that the trolley 28 is held in the desired position by the rope 55 until the bundle of wood is raised in such a way that it can be driven onto the loading bridge 2. In this state, the displacement cylinder 51 is acted upon with pressure fluid, so that the piston and with it the piston rod 52 with the tab 53 and the rollers 54 are moved into the interior of the carrier 19.

Since the total length .des tether 55 does not change, the trolley 28, even on an inclined trolley carrier 19, is pulled into the desired position, the path of which corresponds to the n-fold path of the piston in the cylinder 51 if n the Number of strands and n1 denotes the total number of rollers 54 and 68. It is possible to control the displacement cylinder 51 and the load cylinder 34 at the same time in such a way that the bundle of wood maintains an approximately constant height when it is moved transversely onto the loading bridge 2.

After the load is above the loading bridge 2, it can be lowered by releasing the pressure medium from the load cylinder 34 and thus pressing it back into the cylinder 34 with the piston rod 35 under the load of the bundle of wood.

Similarly, the trolley is shifted to the left side, after which the load 46 tries to pull the trolley 28 against the loading bridge 2 after the bundle of wood has been lifted by depressurizing the sliding cylinder 51 with piston. In order to keep this load at the same level, the load cylinder 34 is therefore acted upon, so that the trolley 28 also runs in the same direction with the rollers 68 sliding against the truck.

For loading and unloading trailer bridges, the securing wedges (not shown) on the roller bars 5 can be removed and the crane can be driven to the rear end of the truck bridge 2, from where it reaches the rails of the trailer via insertable intermediate rails (not shown). By moving the crane 1 back and forth, it is possible to load both trailers and trucks.

It also does not matter whether the loads are on the left or right of the truck or the trailer, since the trolley 28 can be extended to the side of the truck bridge 2 or the trailer bridges at the girder end parts 40 and 41 and therefore it is possible to lift loads without touching the walls of the wagon.

It is also possible to arrange the two cylinders 34 and 51 both in the movable end parts 40 and 41, or both in the stationary central part of the trolley carrier 19.

By attaching several rollers 37, 38 or 54, 68 side by side, the path of the catalytic converter 28 and the lowerable rope length can be increased. This means that loads from pits can also be lifted onto the wagon bridges. This execution requires a correspondingly large amount of force on the hydraulic cylinders. After loading the truck, the crane is normally in its rearmost position at the end of the train. In order to enable the roof to be attached, the crane must be lowered.

For this purpose, first of all, the two protruding support end parts 40 and 41 are folded laterally inwards around the hinges 42 and 43 in the direction of arrow 44. The trolley 28 is thereby held in its position between the two end parts 41 and 40 in its central position. The two upper columns 9 and 10 are then lowered by draining the pressure oil in the pivoting hydraulic cylinder 61 until either the trolley with rope and load hook rests on the loaded load or it is lowered so that the truck roof can be put on.

The gate crane described has the advantage that it can be assembled on the truck by a single man within a few minutes. The crane can also be folded so that it can be supplied under the roof frame of the truck.

It can also be easily moved from the truck directly onto the trailer. It also enables wood to be loaded, which is located next to the trailer, so that loading with minimal removal of the trolley is possible on the narrowest access roads. Owing to the anti-tipping bars, the crane cannot tip over, even with heavy loads.

Due to the protruding, foldable ends of the trolley girder, even bulky loads can be lifted sideways without damaging or touching the truck, while the width of the load is not burdened in any way due to the folding of the ends of the trolley girder.

The gate crane described also has the great advantage that, despite its large width of use, it can be used in narrow forest paths which still allow the truck to pass through without it bumping into anything. Furthermore, the hydraulic device allows the trolley to be moved against the direction of fall and to hold it in any position, even when the trolley girder is inclined.

The supply of the load cylinder with pressurized oil can either take place directly from the engine of the truck or a special oil pump connected to the engine can be provided. Instead of a hydraulic actuation, a pneumatic or even a mechanical actuation of the various pistons can occur.
