In die Gewindebohrung 11 ist lose ein Halterring 15 eingeschoben und ist auch ein Abschlussring 16 eingeschraubt. In die Gewinde bohrung 12 ist lose ein Abschlussring 17 eingescho ben. Zwei sich durch die Bohrungen 14 der Innen vorsprünge 13 erstreckende Schrauben 18 durch setzen auch .entsprechend angeordnete Bohrlöcher des Halteringes 15 und greifen in blinde Gewinde löcher des Abschlussringes 17 ein;
Ein Handgriff 19 ist drehbar im A,bschlussring 16 gelagert und dadurch an diesem in Axialrichtung festgehalten, dass ein Teil 20 (siehe auch Fig. 7) unter der Wirkung einer Feder 21 sowohl in eine Innenringnut 22 des Abschlussringes 16 wie auch in eine Aussenringnut 23 des Handgriffes 19 ein greift; bei .der Montage ist der ,Schnappteil 20 ganz in die Aussenringnut 23 einzudrücken, damit er am Abschlussring 16 vorbei eingeschoben werden kann;
Der innere Riegelfallenteil 42 hat die übliche Querausnehmung 42a, in welcher idie Nussarme 27b bzw. 39b arbeiten;
Door lock The invention relates to a door lock with two coaxial nuts, each in operative connection with .einem handle, which can act on a bolt with nut arms present at their adjacent ends in order to either lock them in the closed position or to counter them the resistance stood a spring from the closed position to withdraw.
The invention is based on the object of designing such a door lock so that, with the inclusion of a cylinder lock embedded in one of the handles, different modes of operation are optionally enabled.
This is to be achieved in that a cylinder lock is embedded in a first of the handles, by means of which this handle is non-rotatably connected to the associated first nut in one or the other of two angular positions offset by 90 relative to one another when the key is pulled out, and the second The follower is connected to the second handle so that it cannot rotate but can be moved, and by:
a spring inserted between it and this second handle is pressed against the first nut, d'ass, the nut arms at their ends facing each other in cross-section have an approximately V-shaped end face suitable for the positive coupling of the two nuts and that the rotation of the first handle is limited to the 90 degree by which one of the nuts must be rotated from the central position,
to pull the latch back, whereas the rotation of the second nut and the second handle is limited to the 180 that it takes to lock the latch in the closed position in one end position and to keep the latch in the retracted position in the other end position The 90 turn of the first nut with respect to the first handle enables the first nut to be brought into the locking position in order to:
to couple there with the second socket, whereupon both sockets can be turned into the middle position or into the end position with the bolt retracted.
The accompanying drawing shows an exemplary embodiment of the subject matter of the invention.
Fig. 1 is a horizontal section, Fig. 2 is a vertical section in the axial plane of the longitudinal housing, Fig. 3 is a vertical section in the axial plane of the transverse housing, Figs. 4 and 5 are cross sections along the line IV-IV and V-- V of Fig. 3, Fig. 6 is a perspective view of the three parts of the latch,
and FIG. 7 shows a detail of the mounting of a handle in cross section.
In the drawing, the door leaf is indicated by T and the door frame by R. m a continuous transverse bore of the door leaf sits; the outer cylindrical body 2 of a transverse housing. This body has two internally threaded Querbohrun gene 3, the common axis of which is located at a distance above the axis of this transverse housing body. A longitudinal housing 4 is let into a corresponding bore 5 of the door leaf T and has an external thread 6, which with the threaded bores 3 of the transverse housing body 2 is in engagement.
In addition to this external thread 6, the longitudinal housing 4 has a smooth cylindrical outer jacket surface 7 which fits into the bore 5 with practically no play; at its outer end part, the Längge housing 4 has an external thread 8 which engages the wood of the door leaf T; the core diameter of this thread 8 is the same as the diameter of the lateral surface 7, and the pitch is the same as that of the thread 6 and the threaded bores 3.
The strike plate consists of a sleeve 9 with an external thread 10 which engages in the wood of the door frame R.
The transverse housing body 2 has short internal threads 11, 12 at its two ends and between these two internal projections 13, the mutually facing surfaces of which are parallel to the axis of the two Ge threaded bores. Two narrow screw passage bores 14 extend through these inner projections 13 in the axial plane of the transverse housing body that is at right angles to the axis of the threaded bores 3.
A holder ring 15 is loosely inserted into the threaded bore 11 and a locking ring 16 is also screwed in. A locking ring 17 is loosely inserted into the threaded bore 12. Two through the bores 14 of the inner projections 13 extending screws 18 also set. Correspondingly arranged holes of the retaining ring 15 and engage in blind threaded holes of the locking ring 17;
the retaining ring 15 is supported on the inner projections 13, and; the end ring 17 is supported on the outer end face of the housing body 2 at the threaded bore 12.
A handle 19 is rotatably mounted in the connecting ring 16 and is thereby held in place on it in the axial direction that a part 20 (see also FIG. 7) under the action of a spring 21 both in an inner ring groove 22 of the closing ring 16 and in an outer ring groove 23 the handle 19 engages; during assembly, the snap part 20 is to be pressed completely into the outer ring groove 23 so that it can be pushed past the end ring 16;
after the insertion is complete, it snaps into the inner groove 22 under the action of the spring 21; Disassembly is required, a slim Instru ment through the hole 24 of the retaining ring is introduced and pressed with this instrument on the snap part 20 until. he off; the groove 22 is extended, whereupon the handle 19 can be removed.
The handle 19 has a central blind bore 25 in which a spring 26 is inserted at the rear and in which the shaft part 27a of a nut 27 is rotatably and displaceably mounted per se; however, this shaft part has a longitudinal groove 28 in which a pin 29 engages, which extends through a transverse hole in the handle 19; This nut 27 is thus connected to the handle 19 in a rotationally fixed manner.
In a transverse hole of the handle 19, a radial bolt 30 is firmly inserted, which engages in a recess 31 of the holding disk 15 (FIG. 5), so that the rotation of this handle 19 and this nut 27 is limited to approximately 180.
A handle 32 is rotatably mounted in the end ring 17 and is axially secured in that its innermost end part carries a pressed-on ring 33 which rests against the inside of the end ring 17.
The handle 32 is equipped with a radial pin 34 which cooperates with a recess 35 in the locking ring 17 in order to limit the rotation of the handle 32 to approximately 90. The handle 32 has a central bore 36 which is widened outward in a stepped manner. In the further, outer part of this bore 36 sits the housing 37 of a cylinder lock which is held in place by screws 38.
The cylinder, not shown, of this known type of cylinder lock consists of one piece with a nut 39, the shaft part 39a of which extends through the narrower part of the central bore 36 of the handle 32. When the key is removed, this cylinder can assume one or the other of two angular positions offset by 90 relative to one another with respect to the housing 37.
A spring plate 40, on which a compression spring 41 is supported, is screwed into the inner end part of the longitudinal housing 4. This strives to push a bolt outward, i.e. in the closed position. This. The latch bolt is composed of the three parts 42, 43 and 44, the parts 42 and 43 being connected to one another in a bayonet-like manner.
The outer bolt latch part 43 can be connected to Aden parts 43 and 44 in two layers offset from one another by 180 about the longitudinal axis; the parts 43 and 44 connected to one another by a transverse pin 45 can be displaced with respect to part 42 so that the outer latch part 43 can retract into the strike plate 9 when it snaps into place, without the one with the sockets 27 and 39 being blocked. cooperating part 42 is moved.
During this retraction, a compression spring 46 is compressed, which waves between parts 42 and 43. The longitudinal housing 4 has on its inside over the entire length (with the exception of the internal thread receiving the spring plate 40) the internal cross-section shown in FIG. 3 with two flat sides opposite one another, to which the flat sides of the latch latch shown in FIG. parts 42 and 43 fit so that the latch can be moved in the longitudinal housing 4,
but is not rotatably mounted.
The inner bolt latch part 42 has the usual transverse recess 42a, in which the nut arms 27b and 39b work;
This recess 42a also has a part in which, when the bolt latch parts 43 and 44 are moved back with respect to, the bolt latch part 42 can move counter to the action of the spring 46, the cylinder segment-shaped head of the bolt latch part 44. The facing, end faces 47 of the nut arms 27b,
39b are approximately V-shaped in cross-section, as can be seen from FIG. 1, so that the nut arms are always positively coupled to one another when they are directed towards one another.
The door lock described above works as follows: In Figs. 1-5, the moving parts assume their central position; the latch 42, 43, 44 is in the closed position, but without being locked. To open the door, one or the other of the handles 19, 32 can simply be turned clockwise (FIG. 2); In this case, the nut arms 27b and 39b, which are coupled to one another with their end faces 47, are rotated in the same direction, acting on the bolt latch part 42 and pulling back the bolt latch.
The handle 19 can also be rotated from the aforementioned, illustrated central position by 90 counterclockwise (FIG. 2); the follower arm 27b is then placed horizontally against the bolt latch part 44, that is to say the entire bolt latch is locked in the closed position.
During such a rotation, the socket 39 cannot follow because firstly the bolt 34 in the handle 32 rests on the upper end of the recess 35 of the locking ring 17 and secondly because the handle 32 is firmly connected to the socket 39 by the cylinder lock when the key is removed.
In order to unlock the lock again, either the handle 19 together with the nut 27 can be turned back to the middle position or the following procedure can be used: the key is inserted into the cylinder lock and with it the nut 39 is turned 90 anticlockwise ( Fig. 2 and 4) rotated.
At the end of this rotation, the socket arms are again positively coupled to one another through their end faces 47, and the socket 39 together with the coupled socket 27 can be turned back into the central position with the key; then, either with the key or after pulling it out with the handle 32, the socket 39 together with the coupled socket 27 can be turned further clockwise (FIGS. 2, 4 and 5) by 90 in order to retract the latch.
It is also possible, with the key inserted in the cylinder lock, to turn the nut 39 together with the coupled nut 27 by 90 counterclockwise (Fig. 2) in order to lock the bolt in the closed position. If the key is then pulled out, the nut 39 can only be turned back to the central position by turning the handle 19 clockwise; During this rotation the handle is connected to the socket 39 in a rotationally fixed manner by the cylinder lock and finally the bolt 34 fixed in the handle 32 strikes the lower end of the recess 35.
The latch is now unlocked, but cannot be withdrawn because, if the handle 19 is turned clockwise, the nut 27 disconnects itself from the nut 39, which is prevented from further rotation, and the latch part 42 with the curved part of its recess 42a on the nut arm 39b come to rest. The latch can then only be withdrawn by turning the nut 39 with the aid of the key inserted into the cylinder lock.
