Description
Traitement appliqué a) grainage sous une pression d'environ 6 tonnes pour une calandre de 150 cm de table, d'abord sur une face à 90(l avec un dessin à grain fin, puis sur l'autre face à 130o avec un dessin à grain moyen; b) désencollage à 75-80o, suçage et séchage sans tension; c) passage sans tension sur une rame vaporiseuse ; d) impression avec colorants solides, vaporisage, lavage, séchage, apprêt, séchage sans tension avec suralimen tation et léger vaporisage; e) décatissage à la vapeur pendant 3 à 5 minutes;
f) dérompage.
Exemple 2 Constitution du tissu - armure toile - en chaîne: fils acétate réguliers 75 den/24 filaments/160 tours Z - en trame : fils acétate réguliers 150 den/41 filaments/80 tours Z - poids au m2: 102g, 50 fils/cm, peigne 160 dents à 3 fils - largeur au peigne: 100 cm, largeur de métrier : 98,5 cm - trame : 30 coups/cm brut tombé.
Traitement appliqué a) grainage sous une pression d'environ six tonnes pour une calandre de 150 cm de table, d'abord sur une face à 900 avec un dessin à grain fin, puis sur l'autre face à 130o avec un dessin à grain moyen; b) désencollage à 75-800, suçage et séchage sans tension, c) passage sans tension sur une rame vaporiseuse ; d) impression avec colorants solides, vaporisage, lavage, séchage, apprêt, séchage sans tension avec suremen- tation et léger vaporisage ; e) décatissage à la vapeur pendant 3 à 5 minutes;
Process for obtaining fabrics of the wash and wear type based on cellulose acetate The present invention relates to a process for obtaining fabrics consisting essentially of threads or yarns of regular weight based on cellulose acetate, having wash and wear properties and good dimensional stability.
It is known to treat fabrics based on cellulose acetate with appropriate resins with the aim of giving them wash and wear properties. But the results obtained so far by this process are not very satisfactory.
According to German utility models Nos. 1855698 and 1857993, it is possible to manufacture cellulose acetate-based fabrics with good wash and wear qualities by a process which consists of submitting an acetate-based fabric. of cellulose, made up at least of a weft of irregular threads, or a fabric made up, in weft and warp, of regular threads but having a particular weave, for example a slightly bonded weave, with a graining on one side, then with a treatment primer under tension.
It has now been found, and this is what forms the subject of the present invention, a new process making it possible to give fabrics of any type of weave, consisting essentially of threads or yarns of regular weight based on acetate. cellulose, wash and wear properties and good dimensional stability,
said process consisting in subjecting the fabric - to an unbleached graining on both sides with designs of different size, at a temperature between 90o and 1300; - to a succession of finishing treatments, each of which is known per se, avoiding as far as possible exerting on the fabric a tension force both in the direction of the width and in that of the length.
The wash and wear qualities of the fabrics thus treated are particularly good when these fabrics comprise fine plied yarns, and they are made with a loose weave, for example a textured weave, a twill weave or a satin weave.
Articles made from these fabrics, in particular articles of clothing, after washing have a sufficiently satisfactory appearance that they can be used again without having to be re-passed.
Example I Constitution of the fabric - textured weave - in warp : acetate threads 75 den / 50 filaments - in weft: acetate thread 150 den / 75 filaments - number of warp threads: 73 per cm - number of weft threads: 30 per cm.
Treatment applied a) graining under a pressure of about 6 tonnes for a 150 cm table calender, first on one side at 90 (l with a fine-grained pattern, then on the other side at 130o with a medium grain pattern; b) desizing at 75-80o, sucking and drying without tension; c) passage without tension on a vaporizing train; (d) printing with solid dyes, spraying, washing, drying, priming, tension-free drying with overfeeding and light spraying; e) steam decatization for 3 to 5 minutes;
f) derivation.
Example 2 Composition of the fabric - plain weave - warp: regular acetate threads 75 den / 24 filaments / 160 turns Z - weft: regular acetate threads 150 den / 41 filaments / 80 turns Z - weight per m2: 102g, 50 threads / cm, 160 tooth comb with 3 threads - comb width: 100 cm, metrier width: 98.5 cm - weft: 30 strokes / cm gross dropped.
Treatment applied a) graining under a pressure of about six tonnes for a 150 cm table calender, first on one side at 900 with a fine grain pattern, then on the other side at 130o with a medium grain pattern; b) desizing at 75-800, sucking and drying without tension, c) passing without tension on a vaporizing ream; d) printing with solid dyes, spraying, washing, drying, priming, tension-free drying with overstraining and light spraying; e) steam decatization for 3 to 5 minutes;
f) derivation.
The fabric obtained has good wash and wear properties>. It has a width of 96 cm and a weft den sity of 31 cm.
