Description

Trolley The subject of the invention is a two-wheeled trolley consisting of a frame with handles and a shovel attached to the lower end of the frame at right angles to this for receiving and carrying goods of various kinds, which can also be stacked on top of one another. The blades of such carts usually consist of a flat sheet, the strength of which is determined by the desired load capacity. To make it easier to drive under the goods to be picked up, such as boxes, cardboard boxes, barrels and the like, the blades usually have a cutting edge-like leading edge.

It is also already known to provide the blade with longitudinal beads in order to increase its inherent rigidity. This also made it easier to push the shovel plate across the ground.

The object of the invention is to create a trolley with a shovel designed in such a way that, on the one hand, its load-bearing capacity is increased and, on the other hand, it is easier to pick up the loads to be transported.

According to the invention, this object is achieved in that the blade consists of a profiled sheet which has a plurality of longitudinal webs or grooves parallel to one another both on the upper side and on the lower side. The webs advantageously run out at the front edge of the blade into the flat surfaces of the sheet metal parts lying between the webs or the sheet thickness of a blade provided with parallel longitudinal grooves at its front edge is expediently dependent on the material thickness between the grooves containing the grooves on both sides Levels lowered.

The sheet metal is expediently a pressed etc. rolled profile sheet, preferably made of light metal, such as. B. aluminum, which at certain intervals has parallel thickenings on both sides, which form the webs. Conversely, starting from a sheet of greater thickness, it can be milled, pressed or rolled into this mutually parallel grooves, also on both sides, at appropriate intervals.

It is advisable to cut a piece corresponding to the desired length of the blade from a uniformly pressed or rolled profile sheet and then sand the leading edge of the blade at least so far that the webs disappear or the stronger sections between the grooves on the ground planes of the same are weakened so that the leading edge of the shovel can more easily be introduced under the goods to be picked up.

The by the longitudinal webs or grooves advantageously greatly reduced contact surfaces between the shovel and the bottom on the one hand and the goods, for example a box, on the other hand, make pushing the shovel easier. In addition, in the case of a shovel with webs, the upwardly directed webs have the further advantage that, in the case of goods with a relatively elastic or flexible covering, they easily press into the latter and thus the risk of the goods sliding off the side of the shovel Reduce.

Quite apart from that, the profiling of the blade increases the rigidity and thus also the load-bearing capacity of the blade.

An exemplary embodiment of the invention is shown in the drawing.

1 shows a two-wheeled trolley equipped with a shovel having longitudinal webs, FIG. 2 shows, on an enlarged scale, a shovel with a number of longitudinal webs parallel to one another, FIG. 3 is a cross section through the shovel according to the section line III-III in Figures 2 and 4 is a side view of the blade, e.g.

   T. in section along section line IV-IV in FIG. 2.

The trolley consists of a frame 1 with a scoop 2 attached at its lower end at right angles to its plane and runners 3 attached to the rear of the frame, between which the wheel axle with its two wheels 4, 5 is attached in the lower part.

The frame is also stiffened by cross struts and has handle pieces 6, 7 near its upper end. The blade 2 is provided as a profiled sheet with a number of thickenings 8 protruding from the blade surface both on the upper side and the lower side, parallel to one another and expediently also corresponding to one another, forming longitudinal webs, the dimensions and distribution of which are shown in the cross-sectional image of FIG he lets know.

Of course, these webs can also be arranged offset from one another on the top and bottom, it is only essential that the contact surfaces of the shovel both with respect to the bottom and against the underside of the load and thus the friction forces that occur when pushing the shovel under are reduced.

The shovel plate is at its leading edge, as can be seen from FIGS. 2 and 4, formed into a cutting edge which facilitates undercutting, which is achieved by grinding the webs from. The webs run out on the top of the blade into the blade surface, while the blade end is more strongly offset on the underside. At its rear end, the shovel is welded to the ends of the frame spars and to an upstanding delimitation plate 9.
