Der Kolbenkompressor besteht im wesentlichen aus dem Kurbelgehäuse cu mit einem Deckel de (Fig. 4); einer Kurbelwelle t mit einer Unterlagscheibe Us, Mut ter mu; einer Keilriemenscheibe KrS, die auf der Welle mit einem Schwerspannstift Ssp befestigt ist;
Air-conditioning method for the passenger compartment of vehicles by means of a compressor and accessories. The invention relates to an air-conditioning method for the passenger compartment of vehicles and to the system used to carry out the method.
In known methods for this purpose, outside air is either only fed into the passenger compartment or it is additionally heated before it enters the passenger compartment. The absolute amount of moisture remains the same. However, due to the absorption of transpirate by the passengers, the air reaches the saturation limit in a short time, and the water vapor of the same is deposited on the windows as condensate which hinders visibility.
The aim of the present invention is to avoid these disadvantages by using the air conditioning method according to Swiss Patent 428 461 and the configuration of the method according to the present invention as well as the system required to carry out the method, which is also simplified.
The air conditioning process according to Swiss Patent 428 461 makes use of the phenomenon that the air is able to absorb ever smaller amounts of water with increasing pressure.
The drawings show, for example, a scheme of the system according to the invention (FIG. 1) and parts of the system in section (FIGS. 2-4). In Fig. 3, the throttle-mixing excretion organ of the system is shown.
FIGS. 5 and 6 show further solution possibilities th such organs, of which that according to FIG. 5 acts as a throttle-mixed excretion organ.
The air conditioning method according to the invention takes place as follows: By compressing the air in the compressor cu, b, c, Fig. 1, with adjustable dead space, the water vapor contained in the air largely precipitates as condensate on the path ei-d-e. The remaining residual steam is cooled on the same path at constant or temporarily varying pressure and then expanded in the combined throttle-mixing-excretion-regulating element, FIG. 3, the air also being undercooled.
A further part of the water vapor condenses in the expansion space Er, FIG. 3. This precipitated water is separated from the further course of the process by being discharged through the hole 1w. This hole is directed diagonally against the flow and thus always receives a small driving force to remove the condensate.
On the other hand, the air dried in this way continues to flow and sucks in room air at the sloping suction holes SgL passenger by means of injector action. Here, the dried cold air is mixed with warmer, humid passenger room air, with reheating of the dry cold air and drying of the warm, humid passenger room air being effected at the same time.
As a result, the amount of heat required for reheating the dry cold air is removed from the heat content of the passenger room air, which normally increases as a function of time and the number of passengers. since each occupant emits an average of around 80 kcal / h of heat
In Fig. 1 the passenger compartment is shown by the dash-dotted, framed field. The water separated in the expansion space Er leaves the passenger compartment by running downwards as a result of the adhesion of the mantle line of the obliquely upwardly directed screw connection SV, arriving at pipe e and being led away along the same.
The system for carrying out the process is composed of a piston machine cu, b, c, a cooling section ei-de, where d represents a snake, and a combined throttle-mixing-excretion-regulating element SV with the nozzle Dü , Suction holes SgL, the condensate outlet hole 1w, the seal Di, the expansion space Er and one in place of the friction p in patent 428 461,
k stepping throttle regulating screw DS with nut mu.
The installation of the compressor in the cylinder blocks of vehicles makes operation noise-free, as the air ducts before and after the compressor act like throttles and the engine housing also has noise-absorbing properties. Furthermore, the short residence time in the compressor causes the air to be preheated slightly, which is not a disadvantage because of the dynamic pressure.
The piston compressor consists essentially of the crankcase cu with a cover de (Fig. 4); a crankshaft t with a washer Us, Mut ter mu; a V-belt pulley KrS, which is fastened on the shaft with a dowel pin Ssp;
a screwed into the crankcase cylinder c with several inlet openings a, which is braced with the crankcase cu by means of a counter ring KoRi; and from the screwed into the cylinder bottom check valve body u with the ball v, the spring w, the regulating screw x, the end screw y and the seal z.
If necessary, a line is routed from the throttle-mixed-excretory body SV to the windshield in front of the handlebar or to another point. Part of the body SV is conical. In order to bring very fresh air into the system, the compressor can also be designed with just a single air inlet opening a in the cylinder. In this case, a line leads from outside the vehicle to the air inlet a on cylinder c.
The system can also be designed with a compressor built into the cylinder blocks without an RG regulating thread.
