Photographic camera with film transport device
The invention relates to a photographic camera with a film transport device for constant film lengths in each case with a constant actuation stroke of the transport rocker.
There are known film transport devices of this type, the transport rocker covering an increasing dead path as the number of frames progresses before it can be coupled to the take-up reel. The increasing enlargement of the dead path is done by a step counter. Different winding diameters of the inserted film, caused in particular by the use of films of different lengths, are not taken into account, so that there are deviations in the image distances for films of shorter length compared to films of greater length. Further known film transport devices have feeler levers for scanning the winding diameter of the take-up reel.
These feeler levers control stops which limit the stroke of the transport rocker as the winding diameter increases, so that continuously decreasing actuation strokes of the transport rocker result.
The object of the invention is to achieve constant image distances despite the insertion of films of different lengths with the aim of improving the film transport device of the type mentioned at the beginning.
According to the invention, the new film transport device consists of a transport rocker which can be moved against a return spring from an initial position determined by an initial stop into an end position determined by an end deflection and has a driving flank, a transport wheel which is coupled to the film key for the take-up reel via a freewheel and has a coupling pin and a control pin, the coupling pin protruding into the transport path of the driving flank, a stop wheel that has a stop edge and is coupled to a sensing lever that scans the winding diameter of the take-up reel, and a return spring that contacts the control pin of the transport wheel seeks to turn with the stop edge of the stop wheel.
The transport rocker, the transport wheel, the stop wheel, the film key and the take-up reel are expediently mounted on the same axis. According to an advantageous embodiment, the feeler lever is rotatably mounted on an adjusting axis arranged parallel to the axis of the take-up reel and is coupled to a toothed segment that meshes with a toothing of the stop wheel; The toothed segment is preferably in engagement with the toothing of the stop wheel via an intermediate wheel. In addition, the freewheel axis is expediently arranged parallel to the axis of the take-up reel and is in engagement with the transport wheel via a drive wheel and with the film key via a driven wheel.
The invention is explained using an exemplary embodiment shown in the drawing and described below.
In a partially shown camera housing 23, a transport rocker 7 is rotatably mounted on a transport axis 24.
A return spring 12 seeks to pull the transport rocker 7 against an initial stop 5. An end stop 6 fixed to the housing limits the transport stroke of the transport rocker 7.
The transport rocker 7 has a driving flank 13, in the path of which a coupling pin 8 of a transport wheel 3 is arranged. The transport wheel 3 is also rotatably mounted on a transport axis 24 and has a control pin 9. In the path of the control pin 9, a stop edge 15 of the stop wheel 2 is arranged, the teeth 18 of which is in engagement with a toothed segment 17 via an intermediate gear 19. The toothed segment 17 is firmly connected to a control axle 4, at the opposite end of which a sensing lever 1 is attached.
A drive wheel 21 which is rigidly attached to a freewheel axle 20 is in engagement with the transport wheel 3. The freewheel axle 20 carries a spring claw 26 which engages in the crown toothing 25 of a driven gear 22. A return spring 16 seeks to rotate the drive wheel 21 counterclockwise.
The mode of action is as follows:
In the rest position, the parts of the film transport device assume the position shown. The return spring 16 seeks to rotate the drive wheel 21 counterclockwise and the transport wheel 3 in the opposite direction. The control pin 9 rests against the stop edge 15 of the stop wheel 2.
The stop wheel 2 is connected via the gear chain 18, 19, 17 to the feeler lever 1, which is supported on the outer circumference of the film roll of the take-up reel 14.
As the winding diameter increases, feeler lever 1 is swiveled counterclockwise.
This movement of the sensing lever 1 is communicated to the toothed segment 17 via the control axis 4. The stop wheel 2 is rotated counterclockwise via the gear 19, so that the stop edge 15 assumes a position corresponding to the respective winding diameter of the take-up reel 14. The control pin 9 resting on the stop edge 15 gives the transport wheel 3 an initial position which is characterized by a distance between the coupling pin 8 and the driving flank 13 of the transport rocker 7. This distance between the coupling pin 8 and the driving flank 13 changes in direct proportion to the winding diameter of the take-up reel 14. The film is transported to the extent of one frame by rotating the transport rocker 7 counterclockwise around the transport axis 24.
After leaving the initial stop 5, the transport rocker 7 covers a dead path until the driving flank 13 meets the coupling pin 8. Up to the stop of the driving flank 13 on the end stop 6, the transport wheel 3 is carried along via the coupling pin 8 and the drive wheel 21 is rotated against the return spring 16. The spring claw 22 firmly connected to the drive wheel 21 engages in the crown toothing 25 and rotates the output wheel 22 in the same way. As a result of the tooth engagement between the driven gear 22 and a film key 11, the take-up reel 14 is rotated counterclockwise, which increases the winding diameter and, in the manner already described, the distance between the coupling pin 8 and the driving flank 13.
