Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung von neuen schwefelhaltigen heterocyclischen Verbindungen der allgemeinen Formel

Der Ausdruck «niederes Alkyl» bedeutet im Rahmen der vorliegenden Erfindung geradkettige oder verzweigte Alkyl-gruppen mit 1-6 Kohlenstoffatomen, wie z.B. Methyl, Äthyl, n-Propyl, Isopropyl, n-Butyl, Isobutyl, tert. Butyl, Amyl,
Hexyl und dgl. «Niederes Alkoxy» bedeutet niedere Alkyl-äthergruppen, worin der Ausdruck «niederes Alkyl» die obige Bedeutung hat. «Halogen» umfasst die 4 Halogenatome Fluor, Chlor, Brom und Jod. «Niederes Alkanoyl» bedeutet Alka-noylgruppen mit bis zu 6 Kohlenstoffatomen, wie z.B. Formyl, Acetyl, Propionyl, Butyryl und dgl. «Aryl» bedeutet unsubsti-tuiertes oder substituiertes Phenyl, wobei als Substituenten Halogen, niederes Alkyl, niederes Alkoxy, Nitro und Amino zu verstehen sind. Der im Nachfolgenden verwendete Ausdruck «austretende Gruppe» bedeutet, im Rahmen der vorliegenden Erfindung, bekannte Gruppen wie z.B. Halogen, vorzugsweise Brom oder Chlor, Arylsulfonyloxy wie etwa Tosyl-oxy, Alkylsulfonyloxy wie etwa Mesyloxy oder auch eine Epoxygruppe und dgl.
Erfindungsgemäss werden die Verbindungen der obigen Formel I und deren Säureadditionssalze hergestellt, indem man in einer Verbindung der allgemeinen Formel

worin Ri Wasserstoff oder Alkyl mit 1-5 Kohlenstoffatomen bedeutet, darstellen, die Carbonylgruppen zu Methylengruppen reduziert, und, erwünschtenfalls, eine erhaltene Base in ein Säureadditionssalz überführt.
Erwünschtenfalls kann man in einer erhaltenen Verbindung der Formel I, worin mindestens eines der Symbole Ri, R2, R3, Rs, R6 und R7 niederes Alkoxy oder Aryl-niederes Alkoxy bzw. Benzyloxy bedeutet, diese Äthergruppe(n) durch Behandlung mit einer Säure in Hydroxy überführen. Weiterhin kann man gewünschtenfalls in einer erhaltenen Verbindung der Formel I, worin mindestens eines der Symbole Ri, R2 und R3 Hydroxy bedeutet, dieses durch Veresterung in niederes Alkanoyloxy überführen.
Bevorzugte, unter die obige Formel I fallende Verbindungen können beispielsweise durch folgende Formel dargestellt werden:

Weitere bevorzugte, unter die obige Formel Ia fallende Verbindungen sind solche, worin einer der Reste Ri, R2 und R3 Wasserstoff und die anderen niederes Alkoxy, insbesondere Methoxy, oder zusammen Butadien-l,3-ylen-l,4 darstellen oder, worin zwei der Reste Ri, R2 und R3 Wasserstoff und der dritte Nitro bedeutet und einer der Reste Rs, R« und R7 Wasserstoff und die beiden anderen niederes Alkoxy, insbesondere Methoxy darstellen. Eine besonders bevorzugte Verbindung ist dasN-(3,4-Dimethoxyphenäthyl)-2-(3,4-dimethoxyphenyl)-N-methyl-m-dithian-2-propylamin-l,l,3,3-tetraoxid.
Die Reduktion einer Carbonylgruppe bzw. einer Gruppe A in einer Verbindung der Formel II oder III kann in an sich bekannter Weise durchgeführt werden.
So kann ein Amid der Formel II oder III, d.h. eine Verbindung, worin die Carbonylgruppe direkt an das Stickstoffatom gebunden ist, durch Behandlung mit Metallhydriden wie z.B. Lithiumaluminiumhydrid, Diisobutylaluminiumhydrid oder mit
Diboran u. dgl. reduziert werden. Dies erfolgt zweckmässig in einem, unter den Reaktionsbedingungen inerten organischen Lösungsmittel wie Äther, z.B. Diäthyläther, Tetrahydrofuran usw. oder in Diglym und bei einer Temperatur zwischen etwa 0°C und der Rückflusstemperatur des Reaktionsgemisches, vorzugsweise bei etwa Raumtemperatur.
Die Reduktion von Ketonen der Formel II, d.h. von Verbindungen worin die Carbonylgruppe nicht direkt an das Stickstoffatom gebunden ist, kann ebenfalls in an sich bekannter Weise durchgeführt werden. Insbesondere kann die Reduktion so durchgeführt werden, dass sie zunächst zur entsprechenden Hydroxymethylengruppe führt, welche dann weiter zur Methylengruppe reduziert wird, oder direkt zur Methylengruppe.
Die Reduktion zur Hydroxymethylengruppe kann durch Behandlung mit einem komplexen Metallhydrid, wie einem Alkalimetallaluminiumhydrid oder einem Alkalimetallborhydrid durchgeführt werden.
Die Reduktion mittels eines Alkalimetallaluminiumhydrids oder eines Alkalimetallborhydrids kann zweckmässig bei

Raumtemperatur oder bei einer Temperatur unterhalb oder oberhalb der Raumtemperatur und in einem inerten organischen Lösungsmittel durchgeführt werden. Als geeignete Lösungsmittel bei der Reduktion mit einem Alkalimetallalumi-niumhydrid können u.a. wasserfreie Äther wie Diäthyläther s und Tetrahydrofuran und bei der Reduktion mit einem Alkalimetallborhydrid, Alkanole mit 1-4 Kohlenstoffatomen wie Methanol, Äthanol oder auch Dioxan u. dgl. genannt werden. Als Alkalimetallaluminiumhydrid wird vorzugsweise Lithiumaluminiumhydrid und als Alkalimetallborhydrid vorzugsweise io Natriumborhydrid verwendet.
Die weitere Reduktion einer Hydroxymethylengruppe zur Methylengruppe kann in an sich bekannter Weise durchgeführt werden, insbesondere durch Überführung in die entsprechenden Sulfonsäureester oder in Halogenide und Reduktion der- is selben mit komplexen Metallhydriden.
Diese Reduktionen können in zur vorhergehend beschriebenen Reduktion von Carbonylgruppen analoger Weise durchgeführt werden.
Die direkte Reduktion einer Carbonylgruppe zur Methylen- 20 gruppe kann in an sich bekannter Weise mittels einer Wolff-Kishner-Reaktion erfolgen, d. h. durch Umsetzen des Ketons mittels Hydrazin zum entsprechenden Hydrazon und Zersetzung des Hydrazons unter basischen Bedingungen.
Die als Äusgangsmaterial verwendeten Verbindungen der 25 Formel II und III sind neue Verbindungen. Ein Teil der Amide der Formel II kann beispielsweise dadurch hergestellt werden, dass man eine Säure der Formel

Amins wie Triäthylamin und eines Halogencarbonsäureesters ss wie Chlorameisensäureisobutylester (gemischte Anhydridmethode) in einem inerten organischen Lösungsmittel z.B. Tetrahydrofuran und bei einer Temperatur von etwa 0°C bis etwa 30°C erfolgen.
Die Verbindungen der Formel IV können ausgehend von «o Verbindungen der Formel

hergestellt werden, indem man diese mit einer Verbindung der Formel worin n die obige Bedeutung hat, umsetzt und, gewünschten-falls, eine so erhaltene Verbindung der Formel IV, worin X ein Schwefelatom bedeutet, durch Oxydation in eine Verbindung der Formel IV überführt, worin X SO oder SO2 bedeutet.
Die Umsetzung einer Verbindung der Formel VI mit einer Verbindung der Formel VII kann in an sich bekannter Weise durchgeführt werden. Zweckmässig erfolgt die Reaktion in einem unter den Reaktionsbedingungen inerten, organischen Lösungsmittel, vorzugsweise in einem polaren Lösungsmittel, wie halogenierte Kohlenwasserstoffe, z.B. Chloroform. Methylenchlorid u. dgl. oder in Äthylenglycoldimethyläther usw. Die Reaktion erfolgt auch zweckmässig in Gegenwart eines wasserabspaltenden Mittels, wie z. B. Schwefelsäure, Halogenwasserstoffsäure, Phosphorsäure usw. und bei einer Temperatur zwischen etwa 0°C und der Rückflusstemperatur des Reaktionsgemisches, vorzugsweise bei Raumtemperatur.
Die Überführung einer so erhaltenen Verbindung der Formel IV, worin X ein Schwefelatom darstellt, in eine Verbindung, worin X SO oder SO2 darstellt, kann, in an sich bekannter Weise, z.B. durch Oxydation mit einer Persäure wie z.B. Peressigsäure, Perphthalsäure, m-Chlorperbenzoesäure u. dgl. erfolgen. Peressigsäure kann beispielsweise in situ aus Eisessig und Wasserstoffsuperoxyd gebildet werden.
Die Verbindungen der Formeln VI und VU gehören bekannten Verbindungsklassen an.
Die Ketone der Formel II können, in an sich bekannter Weise, z.B. durch Oxydation der entsprechenden Alkohole hergestellt werden. Die Oxydation kann beispielsweise mit dem Komplex Chromtrioxyd/Pyridin in Pyridin, bei einer Temperatur von etwa -20°C bis etwa Raumtemperatur, vorzugsweise bei etwa 0°C, erfolgen.
Die Herstellung der übrigen Amide der Formel III kann, in an sich bekannter Weise, z.B. durch Acylierung einer Verbindung der Formel I, worin R4 Wasserstoff bedeutet, erfolgen. Die Acylierung kann beispielsweise mit einem Halogenid einer niederen Carbonsäure in einem tert. Amin z.B. Pyridin, bei einer Temperatur von etwa 0°C bis etwa 30°C, vorzugsweise bei etwa Raumtemperatur, erfolgen.
Die Überführung einer niederen Alkoxy- oder Aryl-niede-ren Alkoxygruppe in eine Hydroxygruppe kann in an sich bekannter Weise durchgeführt werden, beispielsweise durch Erhitzen mit einer konzentrierten Halogenwasserstoffsäure, insbesondere konstant siedender Bromwasserstoffsäure.
Die Veresterung einer vorhandenen Hydroxygruppe kann in an sich bekannter Weise, z.B. durch Umsetzung mit einem entsprechenden Halogenid, bzw. mit einem entsprechenden Säurehalogenid oder einem Säureanhydrid erfolgen.
Die Verbindungen der Formel I können in Säureadditionssalze übergeführt werden, beispielsweise durch Behandlung mit einer anorganischen Säure, wie einer Halogenwasserstoffsäure, beispielsweise Chlorwasserstoff- oder Bromwasserstoffsäure, Schwefelsäure, Phosphorsäure und dgl., oder mit einer organischen Säure wie Oxalsäure, Weinsäure, Zitronensäure, Methansulfonsäure und dgl. Von den Säureadditionssalzen der Verbindungen der Formel I sind die pharmazeutisch verwendbaren bevorzugt. Wird im Verlauf des erfindungsgemässen Verfahrens ein Säureadditionssalz einer Verbindung der Formel I erhalten, so kann ein solches Salz in bekannter Weise, z. B. durch Behandlung mit Alkali, in die freie Base und diese, gewünschtenfalls, in ein anderes Säureadditionssalz übergeführt werden.
Die Verbindungen der Formel I, sowie deren Säureadditionssalze, besitzen wertvolle coronardilatierende Eigenschaften und können somit, unter anderem, zur Behandlung von Angina pectoris Verwendung finden.

Die coronardilatierende Wirkung kann nach folgender Methode gemessen werden:
Für die Untersuchungen werden Bastardhunde im Gewicht zwischen 20 und 38 kg verwendet. Die Versuchstiere werden mit ca. 30 mg/kg i.v. Pentobarbital narkotisiert und die Narkose mit Chloralose-Urethan aufrechterhalten. Die Tiere werden mit Raumluft künstlich beatmet. Nach Öffnung des Thorax wird das Herz freigelegt und um den Ramus circumfle-xus der linken Coronararterie eine vorher geeichte Flowprobe eines elektromagnetischen Flowmeters zur Messimg der durch-fliessenden Blutmenge gelegt. Der arterielle Blutdruck wird über einen Katheter in der Arteria femoralis mit Drucktrans-ducter gemessen. Ferner wird auf die Oberfläche des linken Ventrikels ein kalibrierter Dehnungsmesstreifen zur direkten
Messung der myokardialen Kontraktionskraft aufgenäht. Die Pulswelle des Blutdrucks triggert einen Tachographen zur Messung der Herzfrequenz. Wasserlösliche Präparate werden in isotonischer Kochsalzlösung, wasserunlösliche in Propylen-s glykol gelöst intravenös appliziert oder als Suspension in Gummi arabicum intraduodenal verabreicht. Die maximale Wirkung einer Substanz wird nach jeder Dosierung in Prozent des Ausgangswertes berechnet und graphisch dargestellt. Bei der Messung der Coronardurchblutung wird besonders auch io auf die Wirkungsdauer geachtet.
In der folgenden Tabelle sind die erhaltenen Resultate zusammengestellt, wobei n die Anzahl der verwendeten Tiere bedeutet.

Die Verfahrensprodukte und deren pharmazeutisch verwendbare Säureadditionssalze können als Heilmittel in Form pharmazeutischer Präparate Verwendung finden, welche diese Produkte in Mischung mit einem für die enterale oder parenterale Applikation geeigneten pharmazeutischen, organischen oder anorganischen inerten Trägermaterial wie z.B. Wasser, Gelatine, Gummi arabicum, Milchzucker, Stärke, Magnesium-stearat, Talk, pflanzliche Öle, Polyalkylenglykol, Vaseline usw. enthalten. Die pharmazeutischen Präparate können in fester Form, z.B. als Tabletten, Dragées, Kapseln oder in flüssiger Form, z.B. in Lösungen, Suspensionen oder Emulsionen vorliegen. Gegebenenfalls sind sie sterilisiert und bzw. oder enthalten Hilfsstoffe, wie Konservierungs-, Stabilisierungs-, Netzoder Emulgiermittel, Salze zur Veränderung des osmotischen Druckes oder Puffer.
Die tägliche Dosis bei oraler Verabreichung liegt zwischen etwa 10-200 mg; bei i.v.Verabreichung zwischen etwa 1-20 mg.
Die angegebenen Dosierungen sind jedoch nur als Beispiele zu verstehen und können je nach der Schwere des zu behandelnden Falles und im Ermessen des behandelnden Arztes abgeändert werden.
Beispiel 1
3,4 g Lithiumaluminiumhydrid in 60 ml Tetrahydrofuran werden am Rückfluss erhitzt. Hierauf werden 14,7 g N-(3,4-
Dimethylphenäthyl)-2-(3,4-dimethoxyphenyl)-m-dithian-2-propionamid in 80 ml Tetrahydrofuran tropfenweise zugesetzt. 45 Die erhaltene Suspension wird noch 3 Stunden am Rückfluss erhitzt, dann auf 0°C abgekühlt und mit 50 ml gesättigter Natriumsulfatlösung vorsichtig versetzt. Das Ganze wird dann abgenutscht, die Lösung mit Wasser verdünnt und mit Äther extrahiert. Die ätherischen Extrakte werden mit 1 NNatron-50 lauge, dann mit Wasser gewaschen, mit Magnesiumsulfat getrocknet und eingedampft. Der ölige Rückstand wird an Kieselgel mit Chloroform-Äthanol (95:5) chromatographiert. Die erhaltene Base wird in Aceton gelöst und mit der äquivalenten Menge wasserfreier Oxalsäure versetzt. Der entstan-55 dene Niederschlag wird aus Methanol-Aceton umkristallisiert. Das so erhaltene N-(3,4-Dimethoxyphenäthyl)-2-(3,4-dimeth-oxyphenyl)-m-dithian-2-propylamin-oxalat (1:1) schmilzt bei 186-188°C.

Das als Ausgangsmaterial verwendete N-(3,4-Dimethoxy-phenäthyl)-2-(3,4-dimethoxyphenyl)-m-dithian-2-propiona-mid kann wie folgt hergestellt werden:

50 g 3-Veratroylpropionsäure in 400 ml Chloroform und 22,7 g 1,3-Propandithiol werden unter Rühren bis zur Sättigung mit Chlorwasserstoff versetzt. Nach 3 Stunden bei Raumtemperatur wird die Lösung auf 50 ml eingedampft und mit Äther verdünnt. Die entsprechende Lösung wird dreimal mit s 5% Natriumcarbonat extrahiert. Die basischen Phasen werden vereinigt, mit konz. Salzsäure sauer gestellt. Das ausgefallene Produkt wird mit Äther-Methylenchlorid 1:3 extrahiert. Die organischen Extrakte werden getrocknet und eingedampft. Der Rückstand wird aus Äthanol umkristallisiert und man io erhält 2-(3,4-Dimethoxyphenyl)-m-dithian-2-propionsäure mit einem Schmelzpunkt von 134-135°C.
13,2 g 2-(3,4-Dimethoxyphenyl)-m-dithian-2-propionsäure,
4 g Triäthylamin und 180 ml Tetrahydrofuran werden auf 0°C abgekühlt und mit 5,44 g Chlorameisensäureisobutylester in is 80 ml Tetrahydrofuran innert 10 Minuten tropfenweise versetzt. Hierauf wird das Gemisch 3 Stunden bei Raumtemperatur gehalten und dann bei 0°C mit 7,25 g Homoveratrylamin in 40 ml Tetrahydrofuran versetzt. Die Suspension wird 48 Stunden bei 3°C stehen gelassen, dann eingedampft, mit Wasser 20 versetzt und mit Äther-Methylenchlorid 3:1 extrahiert. Die ätherischen Extrakte werden mit Wasser, Natriumbicarbonat,
IN Weinsäure und Wasser gewaschen. Die organische Phase wird mit Magnesiumsulfat getrocknet und eingedampft. Der Rückstand wird aus Methylenchlorid-Äther bei 0°C kristalli- 25 siert. Man erhält das N-(3,4-Dimethyloxyphenäthyl)-2-(3,4-dimethoxyphenyl)-m-dithian-2-propionamid mit einem Schmelzpunkt von 135-136°C.
In zum Vorhergehenden analoger Weise, kann das N-(3,4-
Dimethoxyphenäthyl)-2-(3,4-dimethoxyphenyl)-N-methyl-m-diJo thian-2-propylamin-hydrobromid hergestellt werden. Schmelzpunkt 170-172°C aus Äthanol.
Beispiel 2
1 g Homoveratrumsäure wird in 15 ml absolutem Tetrahydrofuran gelöst und mit 0,15 g Triäthylamin versetzt. Bei 0- 35 5°C werden 0,72 Chlorameisensäure-isobutylester langsam zugetropft und das Gemisch eine Stunde bei 5-10°C gerührt.
Dazu tropft man eine Lösung aus 1,63 g 2-(3,4-Dimethoxy-phenyl)-N-methyl-m-dithian-2-propylamin [hergestellt aus 2-(3-Chlorpropyl)-2-(3,4-dimethoxyphenyl)-m-dithian und 40 Methylamin] in 5 ml Tetrahydrofuran. Das Gemisch wird über Nacht bei Raumtemperatur gelassen. Nach dem Eindampfen des Lösungsmittels wird der Rückstand zwischen IN Salzsäure und Äther verteilt. Die organischen Extrakte werden mit
5 %iger Natriumcarbonatlösung und Wasser gewaschen. Nach 45 dem Trocknen mit Magnesiumsulfat wird das Lösungsmittel eingeengt. Der ölige Rückstand (1,5 g) wird in 15 ml Tetrahydrofuran gelöst und zu einer Suspension von 0,15 g Lithiumaluminiumhydrid unter Rückfluss und Argon zugetropft. Das Gemisch wird 2 Stunden gekocht und dann langsam mit einer so konzentrierten Natriumsulfatlösung in Wasser und dann mit
10 ml Methylenchlorid versetzt. Das Gemisch wird abge-nutscht und die Lösung eingeengt. Der Rückstand wird auf Kieselgel chromatographiert und man erhält das N-(3,4-Dimethoxy-phenäthyl)-2-(3,4-dimethoxyphenyl)-N-methyl-m- ss dithian-2-propylamin in Form eines dicken Öles.

11,2 g 2-[4-(Ben2yloxy)-3-methoxyphenyl]-N-(3,4-dimeth-oxyphenäthyl)-N-methyl-m-dithian-2-propylamin-l,1,3,3-tetraoxid (hergestellt gemäss Beispiel 3) werden mit 100 ml 48%iger Bromwasserstoffsäure 2 Minuten auf dem Dampfbad 15 erwärmt. Die wässrige Lösung wird dann mit Äther extrahiert, im Vakuum eingedampft und mit Äthanol-Benzol dreimal azeotrop destilliert. Der Rückstand wird aus Aceton kristallisiert. Die so erhaltene kristalline Masse wird dreimal aus Methanol-Acetonitril umkristallisiert und man erhält 4-{2 '-[3- 20 ((3,4-Dimethoxyphenäthyl)-methylamino)propyl]-m-dithian-2 '-yl}-2-methoxyphenol-l ',1 ',3 ',3 '-tetraoxid-hydrobromid mit einem Schmelzpunkt von 192°C (Zers.)

Beispiel 5
2 g 5-/2'-/3-[(3,4-Dimethoxyphenäthyl)methylamino]pro-pyl/-m-dithian-2'-yl/-2-methoxyphenol-l ',1 ',3 ',3 Metraoxid werden in absolutem Pyridin gelöst und mit einem Überschuss
Essigsäureanhydrid versetzt. Nach 16 Stunden bei Raumtemperatur wird das Lösungsmittel eingedampft und der Rückstand auf Kieselgel chromatographiert. Das 5-/2'-/3-[(3,4-Dimeth-oxyphenäthyl)methylamino]propyI/-m-dithian-2 '-yl/-2-meth-oxyphenylacetat-1 ',1 ',3 ',3 '-tetraoxid wurde als ein dickes öl erhalten.

Beispiel 6
1 g N-(3,4-Dimethoxyphenäthyl)-2-(3,4-dimethoxyphenyl)-m-dithian-2-propylamin (hergestellt gem. Beispiel 1) wird in 20 ml absolutem Pyridin gelöst und mit 200 ml Essigsäureanhydrid versetzt. Nach 18 Stunden wird das Lösungsmittel eingeengt, der Rückstand zwischen Äther und Natriumcarbo-nat (5%) verteilt. Nach dem Eindampfen des Lösungsmittels erhält man ein öl (1,2 g) welches in 20 ml absolutem Tetrahydrofuran gelöst wird. Diese Lösung wird zu einer Suspension von 0,4 g Lithiumaluminiumhydrid und 20 ml absolutem Tetrahydrofuran langsam zugetropft. Das Gemisch wird mit einer konzentrierten wässrigen Natriumsulfatlösung langsam versetzt und dann abgenutscht. Nach dem Eindampfen des Lösungsmittels wird der Rückstand zwischen Äther und Wasser verteilt und die organischen Extrakte aufgearbeitet. Der ölige Rückstand wird mit Oxalsäure in Aceton-Essigester behandelt, wobei das N-(3,4-Dimethoxyphenäthyl)-2-(3,4-Dimethoxyphenyl)-N-äthyl-m-dithian-2-propylamin-oxalat auskristalHsiert: Schmelzpunkt 126-127°C.

3. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man in einer erhaltenen Verbindung der Formel I, worin R einen Rest der Formel (a) darstellt, worin mindestens eines der Symbole Ri, R2 und R3 Hydroxy bedeutet, dieses durch
6s Veresterung in niederes Alkanoyloxy überführt.
4. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man als Ausgangsmaterial eine Verbindung der Formel II oder III verwendet, worin R einen Rest der Formel
5. Verfahren nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass man als Ausgangsmaterial eine Verbindung verwendet, worin einer der Reste Ri, R2 und R3 Wasserstoff und die 15 anderen niederes Alkoxy, insbesondere Methoxy, oder zusammen Butadien-l,3-ylen-l,4 darstellen.
6. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, 4 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man als Ausgangsmaterial eine Verbindung der Formel II oder III verwendet, worin einer der Reste Rs, R.6 20 und R7 Wasserstoff und die anderen niederes Alkoxy, insbesondere Methoxy, darstellen.
7. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 und 4—6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man ein Ausgangsmaterial der Formel II

und III verwendet, worin X ein Schwefelatom oder SO2 darstellt und n die Zahl 3 bedeutet.
8. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 und 4-7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man als Ausgangsmaterial eine Verbindung der Formel III verwendet, worin Y die Gruppe -(CH2)3-darstellt oder eine Verbindung der Formel II, worin Yi einen in die Gruppe -(CH2)3 überführbaren, eine Carbonylgruppe enthaltenden Rest darstellt.
9. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 und 4-8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man als Ausgangsmaterial eine Verbindung der Formel III verwendet, worin (Z)m die Gruppe -(CH2-CH2)m- darstellt, worin m die Zahl 0 oder 1 bedeutet oder eine Verbindung der Formel II, worin Zi einen in die Gruppe -(CH2-CH2)m- überführbaren, eine Carbonylgruppe enthaltenden Rest darstellt.
10. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 und 4—9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man als Ausgangsmaterial eine Verbindung der Formel II verwendet, worin R4 die Methyloder Äthylgruppe bedeutet oder eine Verbindung der Formel III, worin A die Formyl- oder Acetylaminogruppe darstellt.
11. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass N-(3,4-Dimethoxyphenäthyl)-2-(3,4-dimethoxyphenyl)-N-methyl-m-dithian-2-propylamin-l,i,3,3-tetraoxid oder ein Säureadditionssalz hiervon hergestellt wird.
