Description
Gegenstand der Erfindung ist ein Verfahren zur Herstel-15 lung von heterocyclischen Verbindungen.
Das erste erfindungsgemässe Verfahren zur Herstellung von heterocyclischen Verbindungen der Formel I

worin Ri, R2 und n die oben genannte Bedeutung haben, umsetzt.
Geeignete Substituenten R2 sind beispielsweise Halogen wie Chlor und Brom, Ci-C4-Alkyl, Ci-Gt-Alkoxy, Nitro, Trifluormethyl, Cyan, gegebenenfalls substituiertes Carbonamid und Sulfonamid, Acylamino oder Arylamino.
Als Substituenten der Carbonamid und Sulfonamid-gruppen kommen beispielsweise Ci-C4-Alkyl, gegebenenfalls durch Ci-C4-Alkyl, Ci-Gt-Alkoxy, Fluor, Chlor, Brom oder Nitro substituiertes Phenyl und Benzyl in Frage. Als Acyl-gruppen sind insbesondere Ci-C4-Alkylcarbonyl und gegebenenfalls im Benzolkern durch Chlor, Ci-C4-Alkyl, C1-C4-Alkoxy oder Nitro substituiertes Benzoyl zu nennen. Arylamino ist insbesondere gegebenenfalls durch Ci-C4-Alkyl, Ci-C4-Alkoxy, Fluor, Chlor, Brom oder Nitro substituiertes Phenylamino.
Die Verbindungen der Formel I werden durch Umsetzung von funktionellen Derivaten der Malonsäure mit Anthranilsäureamiden der Formel II

Malonsäurederivat und Anthranilsäureamid werden beispielsweise im molaren Verhältnis 1:2 umgesetzt, wobei man im allgemeinen das Anthranilsäureamid im 0,1 bis 10-fachen Überschuss einsetzt. Die Reaktion wird im allgemeinen bei 3s 120 bis 220°C in Substanz oder in einem indifferenten organischen Lösungsmittel wie o-Dichlorbenzol, 1,2,4-Trichlor-benzol, Äthylenglykolidemethyläther, Äthylenglykoldiäthyl-äther, Xylol oder Nitrobenzol, gegebenenfalls in Gegenwart katalytischer Mengen (0,001 bis 0,1 Mol pro Mol Malonsäu-40 rederivat) organischer Basen wie Pyridin, Chinolin, Triäthyl-amin, N,N-Dimethylanilin oder Diazabicyclooctan umgesetzt.
Als Malonsäurederivate kommen insbesondere die Malon-säurehalogenide, vor allem das Malonsäuredichlorid, die 45 Malonsäuredialkylester, vor allem die Dimethyl- und Di-äthylester, die Malonsäureiminoalkylester, insbesondere die Dimethyl- und Diäthylester sowie Malodinitril in Frage.
Die Anthranilsäureamide der Formel II werden beispielsweise durch Umsetzung der entsprechenden Isatosäureanhy-50 dride der Formel III

Die Verbindungen der Formel I sind in organischen Lösungsmitteln im allgemeinen schwer lösliche und hochschmelzende schwachgelbe Verbindungen. Sie eignen sich beispielsweise als Kupplungskomponenten für die Herstellung von Azofarbstoffen, insbesondere für die Herstellung von Azopigmenten.
Besonders bevorzugt ist dabei die Verbindung, in der Ri s Wasserstoff und n O bedeutet.
Ein weiterer Gegenstand der Erfindung ist daher auch ein erfindungsgemässes Verfahren zur Herstellung von Azopigmenten der Formel V

30 Für die Kupplungsreaktionen können mehrere Verfahren angewendet werden:
( 1 ) Die wässrige oder alkalisch wässrige Suspension oder Lösung der Kupplungskomponente wird zu der sauren, wäss-35 rigen Diazoniumsalzlösung gegeben. Man rührt bis zum Ende der Reaktion und reinigt den Farbstoff durch Erhitzen in einem organischen Lösungsmittel wie n-Butanol, Toluol, Chlorbenzol, Pyridin, Nitrobenzol, o-Dichlorbenzol, 1,2,4-Trichlorbenzol, Tetramethylensulfon, Dimethylformamid, 40 N-Methylpyrrolidon, Äthylenglykoldimethyläther oder Äthylenglykoldiäthyläther.
(2) Die Diazokomponente VIII wird in einem organischen Lösungsmittel wie Dimethylformamid, Dimethylacetamid, 45 Dimethylsulfoxid, Tetramethylensulfon, Tetraphenylharn-stoff, N-Methylpyrrolidon, Nitrobenzol, o-Dichlorbenzol, 1,2,4-Trichlorbenzol, Äthylenglykoldimethyläther, Äthy-, lenglykoldiäthyläther oder Essigsäure in Gegenwart einer
Säure wie Schwefelsäure, Phosphorsäure, Benzolsulfonsäure, 50 Äthansulfonsäure, p-Toluolsulfonsäure, Naphthalin-2,6-disulfonsäure, Ameisensäure, Essigsäure, Dichloressigsäure, 2,4-Dichlorbenzoesäure, Oxalsäure, Bernsteinsäure, Maleinsäure, Weinsäure oder Terephthalsäure mit organischen Nitriten wie Methylnitrit, Äthylnitrit, iso-Amylnitrit oder 55 vorteilhafterweise mit Nitriten von Glykolen und Glykolde-rivaten wie Methoxyäthylnitrit, Äthoxyäthylnitrit oder Alkalimetallnitriten wie Natriumnitrit diazotiert. Dann rührt man eine Suspension der Kupplungskomponente zweckmässigerweise im gleichen Lösungsmittel ein. Nach beendeter Kupp-60 lung wird das Hochprodukt durch Temperaturerhöhung auf 90 bis 200°C in der Kupplungslösung gereinigt und durch Absaugen isoliert.
Das zweite Verfahren kann auch dahingehend variiert 65 werden, dass man die Diazokomponente und Kupplungskomponente im organischen Lösungsmittel vorlegt und das Alkylnitrit oder Alkalimethannitrit zugibt, so dass Diazotie-rung und Kupplung gleichzeitig erfolgen. Auch bei dieser

Verfahrensvariante schliesst sich zweckmässigerweise eine Temperaturbehandlung zur Reinigung des so hergestellten Pigmentes an.
Die Pigmente der Formel V fallen in einer für Pigmente geeigneten Form an oder können durch an sich bekannte Nachbehandlungsverfahren in die geeignete Form übergeführt werden, z.B. durch Lösen oder Quellen in starken anorganischen Säuren wie Schwefelsäure und Austragen auf Eis. Die Feinverteilung kann auch durch Mahlen mit oder ohne Mahlhilfsstoffe wie anorganische Salze oder Sand, gegebenenfalls in Anwesenheit von Lösungsmitteln wie Toluol, Xylol, Dichlorbenzol oder N-Methylpyrrolidon erzielt werden. Farbstärke und Transparenz des Pigments können durch Variation der Nachbehandlung beeinflusst werden.
Die Pigmente der Formel V eignen sich aufgrund ihrer Licht- und Migrationsechtheit im allgemeinen für die verschiedensten Pigmentapplikationen. Die erfindungsgemäss herstellbaren Pigmente können zur Herstellung von sehr echt pigmentierten Systemen, wie Mischungen mit anderen Stoffen, Zubereitungen, Anstrichmitteln, Druckfarben, gefärbtem Papier und gefärbten makromolekularen Stoffen verwendet werden. Unter Mischung mit anderen Stoffen können z.B. solche mit anorganischen Weisspigmenten wie Titandioxyd (Rutil) oder mit Zement verstanden werden. Zubereitungen sind z.B. Flushpasten mit organischen Flüssigkeiten oder Teige und Feinteige mit Wasser, Dispergiermitteln und gegebenenfalls Konservierungsmitteln. Die Bezeichnung Anstrichmittel steht z.B. für physikalisch oder oxidativ trocknende Lacke, Einbrennlacke, Reationslacke, Zweikomponentenlacke, Dispersionsfarben für wetterfeste Überzüge und Leimfarben. Unter Druckfarben sind solche für den Papier-, Textil- und Blechdruck zu verstehen. Die makromolekularen Stoffe können natürlichen Ursprungs sein wie Kautschuk, durch chemische Modifikation erhalten werden wie Acetylcellulose, Cellulosebutyrat oder Viskose oder synthetisch erzeugt werden wie Polymerisate, Polyaddi-tionsprodukte und Polykondensate. Genannt seien beispielsweise plastische Massen wie Polyvinylchlorid, Polyvinyl-acetat, Polyvinylpropionat, Polyolefine z.B. Polyäthylen oder Polypropylen, Polyester z.B. Polyäthylenterephthalat, Polyamide, Superpolyamide, Polymerisate und Mischpolymerisate aus Acrylestern, Methacrylestern, Acrylnitril, Acrylamid, Butadien, Styrol sowie Polyurethane und Poly-carbonate. Die mit den beanspruchten Produkten pigmentierten Stoffe können in beliebiger Form vorliegen.
Die erfindungsgemäss herstellbaren Pigmente V sind weiterhin beispielsweise ausgezeichnet wasserecht, ölecht, säureecht, kalkecht, alkaliecht, lösungsmittelecht, überlaclcier-echt, überspritzecht, sublimierecht hitzebeständig, vulkanisierbeständig, sehr ergiebig und in plastischen Massen gut verteilbar.
Beispiel 1
In 80 g o-Dichlorbenzol gibt man 19 g Malonsäurediäthyl-ester, 35 g Anthranilsäureamid und 5 g Pyridin. Man erhitzt die Mischung 2 Stunden auf 150 bis 160°C unter Rückfluss und destilliert dann während 3 Stunden bei 170°C ein Gemisch aus Wasser, Äthanol und Pyridin ab. Nach dem Abkühlen auf 50°C saugt man den Niederschlag ab, wäscht mit o-Dichlorbenzol und Methanol und trocknet bei 80°C im Vakuum. Man erhält 30 g (80% der Theorie) der Verbindung der Formel

als gelbliches Pulver, das beim Erhitzen auf300°C nicht schmilzt. Die Zusammensetzung wird durch die Elementaranalyse bestätigt:

Nach dem Beispiel 1 genannten Verfahren werden unter Verwendung substituierter Anthranilsäureamide anstelle von Anthranilsäureamid die folgenden Verbindungen hergestellt und durch Umkristallisation aus Dimethylformamid gereinigt.

Die für die einzelnen Produkte gefundenen Analysenwerte stimmen mit den berechneten Werten gut überein und werden hier nicht gesondert angegeben. Alle Verbindungen sind gelbe Pulver, die bei 300°C noch nicht geschmolzen sind und sich in den üblichen organischen Lösungsmitteln nicht oder nur wenig lösen.
Beispiel 12
a) 35 g l-Amino-5-benzoylaminoanthrachinon (87%ig) werden unter Eiskühlung in 180 g Schwefelsäure gelöst und mit 30 g Nitrosylschwefelsäure (42%ig in Schwefelsäure) diazotiert. Nach Verdünnen mit 250 g Wasser wird der Nitrit-überschuss mit Amidosulfonsäure zerstört und bei 70°C eine Suspension von 30 g der nach Beispiel 1 erhaltenen Verbindung in 150 g 20%iger wässriger Kalilauge portionsweise zugesetzt. Nach 30 Minuten wird heiss abgesaugt und mit heissem Wasser neutral gewaschen. Das Produkt wird abfil-riert und in 300 ml Nitrobenzol bei 130°C durch Destillation vom Wasser befreit.
Danach wird zur Erzielung einer besseren Pigmentqualität in Nitrobenzol auf 160°C kurz erhitzt. Man lässt auf 100°C abkühlen, saugt ab, wäscht mit Nitrobenzol und Methanol und trocknet bei 80° im Vakuum. Man erhält so 52 g (90% der Theorie) des orangefarbenen Pigmentes der Formel

Unter Verwendung der in der folgenden Tabelle aufgeführten Diazokomponenten anstelle von 2-Nitranilin erhält man nach dem in Beispiel 13 beschriebenen Verfahren entsprechende Azopigmente der angegebenen Farbtöne.

b) In 80 g Nitrobenzol gibt man 7 g l-Amino-5-benzoylami-noanthrachinon (87%ig), 7,5 g der nach Beispiel 1 erhaltenen 20 Verbindung und 5 g Dichloressigsäure. Bei 70°C werden 3 g Isoamylnitrit in 17 g Nitrobenzol zugetropft. Man rührt 3 Stunden bei 70°C, erhitzt dann kurz auf 160°C, saugt den Niederschlag ab und wäscht mit heissem Nitrobenzol und Methanol nach. Nach dem Trocknen erhält man 11 g (94% 25 der Theorie) des in Beispiel 12a genannten Pigmentes.
c) In 90 g Dimethylformamid werden 7 g l-Amino-5-ben-zoylaminoanthrachinon (87%ig) mit 14 g Nitrosylschwefel-säure diazotiert. Nach Zerstören des Nitritüberschusses mit 30 Amidosulfonsäure setzt man 7,5 g des nach Beispiel 1 erhaltenen Produktes zu und rührt 2 Stunden bei 70°C. Anschliessend wird kurz auf 140°C erhitzt, der Niederschlag bei 80°C abgesaugt, mit Dimethylformamid und heissem Wasser nachgewaschen und getrocknet. Man erhält 9 g (77% der 35 Theorie) des in Beispiel 12a genannten Pigmentes.
d) In 120 g Nitrobenzol gibt man 7 g l-Amino-5-benzoyl-aminoanthrachinon (87%ig), 7,5 g des nach Beispiel 1 erhaltenen Produktes und 2 g Natriumnitrit. Bei 70°C werden 6 g 40 technische Ameisensäure (85%ig) eingetropft. Nach einstündigem Rühren bei 70°C steigert man die Temperatur für kurze Zeit auf 150°C, saugt bei 100°C ab und wäscht mit heissem Nitrobenzol und Methanol. Nach dem Trocknen im Vakuum erhält man 10 g (86% der Theorie) des in Beispiel 12a 45 genannten Pigmentes.
Beispiel 13
4,1 g 2-Nitranilin in 90 g Dimethylformamid werden bei 5°C mit 9 g Nitrosylschwefelsäure (42%ig in Schwefelsäure) diazotiert. Dann gibt man eine Suspension des nach Beispiel 50 1 erhaltenen Produktes in 20 g Dimethylformamid zu und saugt nach 2-stündigem Rühren bei 5°C ab. Nach dem Waschen mit Dimethylformamid und heissem Wasser wird getrocknet. Man erhält 13 g (96% der Theorie) des gelben Pigmentes der Formel

a) 8 g des nach Beispiel 12 erhaltenen feinverteilten Pigmentes werden mit einem Einbrennlack aus 25 g Kokosölal-kydharz (40% Kokosöl), 10 g Melaminharz, 50 g Toluol und 7 g Glykolmonomethyläther auf einer automatischen Hoover-Muller-Anreibemaschine angerieben. Man trägt die Mischung auf die zu lackierende Unterlage auf, härtet den Lack durch Einbrennen bei 130°C und erhält orange Lackierungen sehr guter Überlackierechtheit und hervorragender Licht- und Wetterechtheit.
Pigmentierte Einbrennlacke gleicher Echtheiten erhält man, wenn man 15-25 g des angegebenen Alkydharzes oder eines Alkydharzes auf Basis von Baumwollsaatöl, Ricinenöl, Ricinusöl oder synthetischen Fettsäuren verwendet und statt der angegebenen Melaminharzmenge 10-15 g des erwähnten Melaminharzes oder eines Kondensationsproduktes von Formaldehyd mit Harnstoff oder mit Benzoguanamin einsetzt.
b) Reibt man statt der angegebenen Pigmentmenge 1 bis 10 g einer Mischung von Titandioxid (Rutiltyp) mit dem in Beispiel 51a angebenenen Pigment im Verhältnis 0,5-50:1 in den im Beispiel 51a angegebenen Lack ein, erhält man bei gleicher Weiterverarbeitung Lackierungen gleicher Echtheiten und mit steigendem Titandioxydgehalt nach weiss verschobenem orangem Farbton.
Beispiel 52
In 100 g eines Nitrocelluloselackes, der aus 44 g Collodi-umwolle (niedrigviskos, 35%ig, butanolfeucht), 5 g Dibu-tylphthalat, 40 g Äthylacetat, 20 g Toluol, 4 g n-Butanol und 10 g Glykolmonomethyläther besteht, werden 6 g feinverteiltes Pigment gemäss Beispiel 12 eingerieben. Nach Verstreichen und Trocknen erhält man orangefarbene Lackierungen hervorragender Licht- und Überlackierechtheit. Zu gleichen Ergebnissen kommt man bei Verwendung von Nitrolacken mit 10-15 g Nitrocellulosegehalt, 5-10 g Weichmachergehalt und 70-85 g Lösungsmittelgemisch unter bevorzugter Verwendung von aliphatischen Estern wie Äthylacetat, Butylacetat und Äromaten wie Toluol und Xylol und kleineren Anteilen aliphatischer Äther wie Glykoläther und Alkohole wie Butanol. Unter Weichmachern können z.B. verstanden werden: Phthalsäureester wie Dioctylphthalat, Dibu-tylphthalat, Ester der Phosphorsäure, Ricinusöl allein oder in Kombination mit ölmodifizierten Alkydharzen.
Lackierungen mit ähnlichen Echtheitseigenschaften erhält man bei Verwendung von anderen physikalisch trocknenden Sprit-, Zapon- und Nitrolacken, von lufttrocknenden Öl-, Kunstharz- und Nitrokombinationslacken, ofen- und lufttrocknenden Epoxidharzlacken, gegebenenfalls in Kombination mit Harnstoff-, Melamin-, Alkyd- oder Phenolharzen.
Beispiel 53
5 g in feine Verteilung gebrachtes Pigment gemäss Beispiel 12 werden in 100 g eines paraffinfrei trocknenden ungesättigten Polyesterharzes in einer Porzellankugelmühle angerieben. Mit der Anreibung werden 10 g Styrol, 59% Melamin-Formaldehyd-Harz und 1 g einer Paste aus 40 g Cyclohexa-nonperoxid und 60% Dibutylphthalat gut verrührt und schliesslich 4 g Trocknerlösung (10%iges Kobaltnaphthenat in Testbenzin) und 1 g Siliconöllösung (l%ig in Xylol) beigemischt. Man trägt die Mischung auf grundiertes Holz auf, und erhält eine hochglänzende, wasserfeste und wetterechte orangefarbene Lackierung von hervorragender Lichtechtheit.
Verwendet man statt des Reaktionslackes auf Basis ungesättigten Polyesterharz aminhärtende Epoxidharzlacke mit Dipropylendiamin als Aminokomponente, erhält man oran10
gefarbene Lackierungen hervorragender Wetter- und Ausblühechtheit.
Beispiel 54
s 100 g einer 65%igen Lösung eines aliphatischen Polyesters mit ca. 8% freien Hydroxylgruppen in Glykolmonoäthyläther-acetat werden mit 5 g des nach Beispiel 12 erhaltenen Pigmentes angerieben und sodann mit 44 g einer 67%igen Lösung des Umsetzungsproduktes von 1 Mol Trimethylol-io propan mit 3 Mol Toluylen-diisocyanat gut vermischt. Ohne Beeinträchtigung der Topfzeit ergeben sich nach Auftragen des Gemisches und Reaktion der Komponenten hochglänzende orangefarbene Polyurethanlackierungen hervorragender Ausblüh-, Licht- und Wetterechtheit. is Pigmentierung ähnlicher Echtheit erhält man bei Anwendung anderer Zweikomponentenlacke auf Basis von aromatischen oder aliphatischen Isocyanaten und hydroxylgruppen-haltigen Polyäthern oder Polyestern, sowie mit feuchtigkeits-trocknenden, Polyharnstofflaclcierungen ergebenden Polyiso-20 cyanatlacken.
Beispiel 55
5 g eines Feinteiges, erhalten durch Kneten von 50 g des nach Beispiel 12 erhaltenen Pigmentes mit 15 g eines Arylpo-25 lyglykoläther-Emulgators und 35 g Wasser werden mit 10 g Schwerspat als Füllstoff, 10 g Titandioxid (Rutiltyp) als Weisspigment und 40 g einer wässrigen Dispersionsfarbe, enthalten ca. 50% Polyvinylacetat, gemischt. Man verstreicht die Farbe und erhält nach Trocknen orangefarbene Anstriche 30 sehr guter Kalk- und Zementechtheit sowie hervorragender Wetter- und Lichtechtheit.
Der durch Kneten erhaltene Feinteig eignet sich gleicher-massen zum Pigmentieren klarer Polyvinylacetat-Disper-sionsfarben, für Dispersionsfarben, die Mischpolymerisate 35 aus Styrol und Maleinsäuren als Bindemittel enthalten, sowie Dispersionsfarben auf Basis von Poly vinylpropionat, Poly-methacrylat oder Butadienstyrol.
Beispiel 56
40 10g des in Beispiel 55 erwähnten Pigment-Teiges werden ■mit einer Mischung aus 5 g Kreide und 5 g 20%iger Leimlösung vermischt. Man erhält eine orangefarbene Tapeten-streichfarbe, mit der man Überzüge hervorragender Lichtechtheit erzielt. Zur Herstellung des Pigment-Teiges können 45 auch andere nicht ionogene Emulgatoren wie die Umsetzungsprodukte von Nonylphenoyl mit Äthylenoxyd oder ionogene Netzmittel, wie die Natriumsalze von Alkylarylsul-fonsäuren, z.B. der Dinaphthylmethandisulfonsäure, Natriumsalze von substituierten Sulfofettsäureestern und Natri-50 umsalze von Paraffinsulfonsäuren in Kombination mit Alkylpolyglykoläthern verwendet werden.
Beispiel 5 7
Eine Mischung aus 65 g Polyvinylchlorid, 35 g Diisooc-55 tylphthalat, 2 g Dibutylzinnmercaptid, 0,5 g Titandioxid und 0,5 g des Pigmentes von Beispiel 12 wird auf einem Mischwalzwerk bei 165°C eingefärbt. Man erhält eine intensiv orangengefärbte Masse, die zur Herstellung von Folien oder Formkörpern dienen kann. Die Färbung zeichnet sich durch 60 hervorragende Licht- und sehr gute Weichmacherechtheit aus.
Beispiel 58
0,2 g Pigment nach Beispiel 12 werden mit 100 g Poly-65 äthylen-, Polypropylen oder Polystyrolgranulat gemischt. Die Mischung kann entweder bei 220 bis 280°C direkt in einer Spritzgussmaschine verspritzt, oder in einer Strangpresse zu gefärbten Stäben bzw. auf dem Mischwalzwerk zu

gefärbten Fellen verarbeitet werden. Die Stäbe bzw. Felle werden gegebenenfalls granuliert und in einer Spritzgussmaschine verspritzt.
Die orangegefärbten Formlinge besitzen sehr gute Licht-und Migrationsechtheit. In ähnlicher Weise können bei 280-300°C, gegebenenfalls unter Stickstoffatmosphäre, synthetische Polyamide aus Caprolactam oder Adipinsäure und Hexamethylendiamin oder die Kondensate aus Terephthal-säure und Äthylenglykol gefärbt werden.
Beispiel 59
1 g Pigment nach Beispiel 12,10 g Titandioxid (Rutiltyp) und 100 g eines in Pulverform vorliegenden Mischpolymerisates auf Basis von Acrylnitril-Butandien-Styrol werden gemischt und auf einem Walzwerk bei 140-180°C eingefärbt. Man erhält ein orangefarbenes Fell, das granuliert und in einer Spritzgussmaschine bei 200-250°C verspritzt wird. Man erhält orangefarbene Formlinge sehr guter Licht- und Migrationsechtheit sowie ausgezeichneter Hitzebeständigkeit.
Auf ähnliche Weise, jedoch bei Temperaturen von 180-220°C und ohne Zusatz von Titandioxid werden Kunststoffe auf Basis von Celluloseacetat, Cellulosebutyrat und deren Gemische mit ähnlichen Echtheiten gefärbt.
Beispiel 60
0,2 g Pigment nach Beispiel 12 werden in feinverteilter Form mit 100 g eines Kunststoffes auf Polycarbonat-Basis in einem Extruder oder in einer Knetschnecke bei 250-280°C gemischt und zu Granulat verarbeitet. Man erhält ein orangefarbenes, transparentes Granulat hervorragender Lichtechtheit und Hitzebeständigkeit.
Beispiel 61
90 g eines schwach verzweigten Polypropylenglykols mit einem Molekulargewicht von 2500 und einer Hydroxylzahl von 56,0,25 g Endoäthylenpiperazin, 0,3 g Zinn-(II)-octoat, 1,0 g eines Polyäthersiloxans, 3,5 g Wasser, 12,0 g einer Anreibung von 10 g Pigment nach Beispiel 12 in 50 g des angegebenen Polypropylenglykols werden gut miteinander gemischt und anschliessend mit 45 g Toluylendiisocyanat (80% 2,4- und 20% 2,6-Isomeres) innig gemischt und in eine Form gegossen. Die Mischung trübt sich nach 6 Sekunden und die Schaumstoffbildung erfolgt. Nach 70 Sekunden hat sich ein intensiv orangegefärbter, weicher Polyurethanschaumstoff gebildet, dessen Pigmentierung hervorragende Lichtechtheit aufweist.
Beispiel 62
90 g eines schwach verzweigten Polyesters aus Adipinsäure, Diäthylenglykol und Trimethylolpropan mit einem Molekulargewicht von 2000 und einer Hydroxylzahl von 60 werden mit folgenden Komponenten vermischt: 1,2 g Dime-thylbenzylamin, 2,5 g Natrium-Ricinusölsulfat, 2,0 g eines oxäthylierten, benzylierten Oxydiphenyls, 1,75 g Wasser, 12 g einer Paste, hergestellt durch Anreiben von 10 g des Pigmentes nach Beispiel 12 in 50 g des oben angegebenen Polyesters. Nach der Mischung werden unter Rühren 40 g Toluylendiisocyanat (65% 2,4- und 35% 2,6-Isomeres) eingerührt und die Mischung in eine Form gegossen und verschäumt. Nach 60 Sekunden hat sich ein orangegefärbter, weicher Polyurethanschaumstoff gebildet, dessen Einfärbung sich durch sehr gute Lichtechtheiten auszeichnet.
Beispiel 63
Mit einer Druckfarbe, hergestellt durch Anreiben von 35 g Pigment nach Beispiel 12 und 65 g Leinöl und Zugabe von 1 g Sicoativ (Co-Naphthenat, 50%ig in Testbenzin) werden orangefarbene Offset-Drucke hoher Brillanz und Farbstärke und sehr guter Licht- und Lackierechtheit erhalten. Verwendung dieser Druckfarbe in Buch-, Licht-, Stein- oder Stahlstichdruck führt zu orangefarbenen Drucken ähnlicher Echtheiten. Verwendet man das Pigment zur Färbung von Blech-druck- oder niedrigviskosen Tiefdruckfarben oder Drucktinten, erhält man orangefarbene Drucke ähnlicher Echtheiten.
Beispiel 64
Aus 10 g des in Beispiel 55 angegebenen Pigment-Feinteiges, 100 g Traganth 3%ig, 100 g einer wässrigen 50%igen Eialbuminlösung und 25 g eines nichtionogenen Netzmittels wird eine Druckpaste bereitet. Man bedruckt ein Textilfaser-gewebe, dämpft bei 100°C und erhält einen orangefarbenen Druck, der sich durch vorzügliche Echtheiten, insbesondere Lichtechtheiten auszeichnet. Im Druckansatz können anstelle des Traganths und Eialbumins weitere, für das Fixieren auf der Faser verwendbare Bindemittel, beispielsweise solche auf Kunstharzbasis, Britishgum oder Celluloseglykolat verwendet werden.
Beispiel 65
Eine Mischung aus 100 g Crèpe hell, 2,6 g Schwefel, 1 g Stearinsäure, 1 g Mercaptobenzthiazol, 0,2 g Hexamethylen-tetramin, 5 g Zinkoxid, 60 g Kreide und 2 g Titandioxid (Anatastyp) wird auf einem Mischwalzwerk bei 50°C mit 2 g des nach Beispiel 12 erhaltenen Pigmentes eingefärbt und dann 12 Minuten bei 140°C vulkanisiert. Man erhält ein orangegefärbtes Vulkanisat sehr guter Lichtechtheit.
Beispiel 66
100 g einer 20%igen wässrigen Paste des Pigmentes nach Beispiel 12 beispielsweise hergestellt durch Auflösen des Farbstoffes in 96%iger Schwefelsäure, Austragen auf Eis, Filtrieren und Neutral waschen mit Wasser, werden 22,51 einer wässrigen, ungefähr 9%igen Viskoselösung im Rührwerk zugesetzt. Die gefärbte Masse wir 15 Minuten gerührt, anschliessend entlüftet und einem Spinn- und Entschwefe-lungsprozess unterworfen. Man erhält orangegefärbte Fäden oder Folien mit sehr guter Lichtechtheit.
Beispiel 67
10 kg Teile einer Papiermasse, enthaltend auf 100 g 4 g Cellulose, werden im Holländer während etwa 2 Stunden behandelt. Während dieser Zeit gibt man in je viertelstündigen Abständen 4 g Harzleim, dann 30 g einer etwa 15%igen Pigmentdispersion, erhalten durch Mahlen von 4,8 g des nach Beispiel 12 erhaltenen Pigmentes mit 4,8 g Dinaphthylme-thandisulfonsäure und 22 g Wasser in der Kugelmühle, sodann 5 g Aluminiumsulfat zu.
Nach Fertigstellung auf der Papiermaschine erhält man ein orangegefärbtes Papier von hervorragender Lichtechtheit.
Beispiel 68
Das nach Beispiel 67 hergestellt orange pigmentierte Papier wird mit der 55%igen Lösung eines Harnstoff-Formaldehyd-Harzes in n-Butanol getränkt und bei 140°C eingebrannt. Man erhält ein orangegefärbtes Laminatpapier von sehr guter Migrations- und hervorragender Lichtechtheit.
Ein Laminatpapier gleicher Echtheiten erhält man durch Laminieren eines Papiers, das im Tiefdruckverfahren mit einer Druckfarbe bedruckt wurde, die den in Beispiel 55 angegebenen, orangegefärbten Pigmentfeinteig und wasserlösliche bzw. verseifbare Bindemittel enthält.

und unter Zusatz eines Dispergierhilfsmittels und von 50 g einer 10%igen Polyacrylnitrillösung in Dimethylformamid einer Mahlung in einer Perlmühle unterworfen. Die Pigmentmasse wird nach Abtrennung von restlichen Grobteilchen nach bekannten Verfahren anteilsmässig einer Spinnlösung aus PAN zugegeben, homogenisiert und nach einem in der Technik üblichen und bekannten Trocken- oder Nass-Spinn-verfahren zu Fäden versponnen.
Die auf diese Weise erhaltenen Färbungen weisen eine sehr gute Brillanz, Reib-, Migrations-, Hitze-, Licht- und Wetterechtheit auf.
Beispiel 70
Die nach Beispiel 1 erhältliche Verbindung kann auch wie folgt hergestellt werden:
In 1,21 1.2-Dichlorbenzol werden 300 g Malonsäuredi-äthylester, 580 g Anthranilamid und 6 g Diazobicyclooctan 5 Stunden bei 180°C Backtemperatur gerührt. Flüchtige Reaktionsprodukte werden dabei abdestilliert. Bei 80°C wird abgesaugt, mit Methanol nachgewaschen und getrocknet.
Man erhält 480 g (84% d. Th.) der Verbindung der Formel als gelbes Pulver mit einem Schmp. von > 300°C. Die Elementaranalyse zeigt eine gute Übereinstimmung mit den berechneten Werten.
io Beispiel 71
Das nach Beispiel 12 erhältliche Orangepigment kann auch wie folgt hergestellt werden:
In ein Gemisch aus 900 ml Nitrobenzol und 200 ml 85%iger Ameisensäure werden 120 g der nach Beispiel 70 erhaltenen is Kupplungskomponente und 140 g l-Amino-5-benzoylami-noanthrachinon (87%ig) 3 Stunden bei 40°C verrührt. Dann tropft man innerhalb von 60 Minuten eine Lösung von 70 g Natriumnitrit in 100 ml Wasser ein. Nach Entfernen des Wassers im Vakuum wird 1 Stunde bei 150°C gerührt. Bei 20 100°C saugt man ab, wäscht mit Nitrobenzol, Methanol und Wasser und trocknet. Man erhält 215g (92% d. Th.) des in Beispiel 12 a genannten Pigments.

10. Verwendung der nach dem Verfahren gemäss Anspruch 3 erhaltenen Azopigmente der Formel V zum Pigmentieren organischer makromolekularer Stoffe ausserhalb der Textilindustrie.
