RIVENDICAZIONI
1. Processo per ottenere chetoni di formula generale: CC13 - CH2- CR=CH - CH2 - CH2 - C - R1

Tra i prodotti di partenza della sintesi dei composti di formula I riportati nella suddetta domanda di brevetto vi sono anche I composti di formula:

caratterizzato dal fatto che si fa reagire il tetracloruro di carbonio 10 con un a,<a-diene per dare un addotto insaturo il quale, per reazione con un ß-chetoestere e successiva idrolisi dà il chetone di formula (III), secondo lo schema:

Forma oggetto della presente invenzione un processo per la sintesi dei composti di formula III partendo da materie prime di origine petrolchimica facilmente reperibili.
Tali composti caratterizzati da un gruppo triclorometilico terminale permettono di ottenere secondo il procedimento della copen-dente domanda di brevetto sostanze dotate di buona attività ormonica giovanile e acaricida prive di gruppi terminali instabili che altrimenti, allo stato della tecnica nota, ne limiterebbero l'impiego.
Il processo, oggetto della presente invenzione, è caratterizzato dal fatto che si fa reagire il tetracloruro di carbonio con un a,ra-diene per dare un addotto insaturo il quale, per reazione con un ß-chetoestere e successiva idrolisi dà il chetone di formula (III), secondo lo schema:

La reazione a) viene condotta in autoclave, riscaldando una miscela di CC14 e diene in presenza di CH3CN, una ammina alifa-tica e CuCl2 • 2H20.
La reazione b) viene condotta in un solvente inerte in presenza di NaH ad una temperatura vicina a quella ambiente. La reazione viene quindi completata per riscaldamento alla temperatura di riflusso.
Infine la reazione c) viene condotta in ambiente alcalino acquoso fino a dissoluzione dell'estere e quindi in ambiente acido a caldo.
Con lo scopò di meglio illustrare l'invenzione vengono ora forniti i seguenti esempi.
Esempio 1 :
Preparazione della miscela (E)-l,5,5,5-tetracloro-2-metilpent-2-ene, e (E)-l,5,5,5-tetracloro-3-metilpent-2-ene.

In un'autoclave di acciaio inossidabile da 500 mi viene caricata una miscela di CC14 (153 g, 1 mol), isoprene (34,1 g, 0,5 mol),
CH3CN (39 g, 0,94 mol), CuCl2 -2H20 (0,85 g) e n-butilammina (0,875 g).
Dopo 6 h a 130° C l'autoclave viene raffreddata ed il contenuto io recuperato. Da due identiche prove si ottengono 433 g di un olio scuro che, dopo concentrazione a pressione ridotta, lavaggio con acqua ed essiccamento dà 213 g di una miscela contenente il 17% di (E)-l,5,5,5-tetracloro-2-metilpent-2-ene ed il 66% di (E)-l,5,5,5-tetracloro-3-metilpent-2-ene, avente (la miscela) p. eb. 116-118°C a 15 20 mm Hg.
La separazione dei due isomeri viene effettuata per via gas cromatografica e l'identificazione tramite lo spettro di R.M.N.
Esempio 2:
Preparazione di (E)-2-acetil-7,7,7-tricloro-5-metilept-4-enoato di etile (schema A).

In un pallone da 11 vengono caricati 250 mi di tetraidrofurano- 35 anidro, 9,8 g (0,224 mol) di NaH in una miscela al 55% in olio minerale.
Sotto blanda agitazione, e facendo attenzione a non superare i 33° C si introducono 292 g (0,224 mol) di acetoacetato di etile, e quindi 55 g della miscela di isomeri dell'es. 1 (rispettivamente 0,0867 mol e 0,161 mol).
Si porta a ricadere per 8 h, e quindi si lascia a temperatura ambiente per 12 h.
Si evapora a pressione ridotta il tetraidrofurano, e si versa il residuo in acqua. Si separa una fase organica che viene unita agli estratti dall'acqua con CH2C12. Dopo essiccamento degli estratti in solvente organico su NaS04 ed evaporazione sotto vuoto, si ottiene, per distillazione sotto vuoto del residuo, un olio (42 g, 0,133 mol) costituito da (E)-2-acetil-7,7,7-tricloro-5-metilept-4-enoato di etile p. eb. 108-110°C a 0,001 mmHg.
Il prodotto, purificato per gas cromatografia viene identificato in base allo spettro di R.M.N.
Esempio 3:
Preparazione delP(E)-8,8,8-tricloro-6-metiloct-5-en-2-one.

G. 37,5 (0,119 mol) di 2-acetil-7,7,7-tricloro-5-metilept-4-enoato di etile vengono gocciolati in una soluzione di 7,8 g di KOH all'85% in 100 mi di H20; la miscela viene agitata a temperatura ambiente fino a dissoluzione dell'estere (circa 4 h), ed estratta con etere etilico per allontanare l'estere non reagito.
La fase acquosa, viene acidificata con 30 g di H2S04 al 50%. Si porta a ricadere per 1 h e, dopo raffreddamento, si estrae con etere.
Gli estratti eterei, lavati con acqua ed essiccati su Na2S04 anidro, vengono evaporati sotto vuoto. Il residuo, distillato sotto vuoto, dà un olio (11,6 g, 0,0475 mol) a p. eb.: 70-72°C a 0,1 mm di Hg, accanto a 22,6 g di chetoestere non reagito.
L'olio purificato per gas cromatografia viene identificato come (E)-8,8,8-tricloro-6-metiloct-5-en-2-one in base allo spettro di R.M.N.
