Die Herstellung der Verbindungen der Erfindung kann durch Umsetzung eines s-Triazins der allgemeinen Formel II mit 0,9 bis 1,0 Moläquivalenten eines Phosphoryl- oder Thio-nophosphorylhalogenids der allgemeinen Formel III bei Temperaturen von etwa 0 bis 100°C während eines Zeitraums von 1 bis 10 Stunden erfolgen. Die Umsetzung kann unter Rühren in einem Lösungsmittel und erforderlichenfalls in Gegenwart von 0,1 bis 10 Molprozent Kupferpulver, Kupfer(I)-chlorid oder einem Phasentransferkatalysator, beispielsweise einem quartären Ammoniumsalz, einem Phos-phoniumsalz oder einem Kronenäther, durchgeführt werden. Beispiele für verwendbare Lösungsmittel sind Ketone, wie Aceton und Methylisobutylketon, Acetonitril, Benzol,
Toluol und Wasser. Nach vollständiger Umsetzung können die Verbindungen der Erfindung in üblicher Weise isoliert werden. Sie können durch Destillation oder durch Chromatographie an Kieselgel weiter gereinigt werden.
Einige Beispiele für in diesem Verfahren verwendbare Verbindungen der Formel II und III sind nachstehend aufgeführt.

15 Die Verbindungen der Erfindung der allgemeinen
Formel I sind wertvolle pestizide Mittel, insbesondere Insektizide, Akarizide und Nematozide. Sie zeichnen sich durch eine hohe pestizide Wirksamkeit und niedrige Toxizität gegenüber Warmblütern aus. Insbesondere können die Ver-20 bindungen der Erfindung zur Bekämpfung von Stengelbohrern, Zikaden und Käfern in Reisfeldern und Gemüsepflanzungen sowie Obstbäume und Holz befallenden Insekten, beispielsweise Insekten der Gattung Lepidoptera, wie Kohlschabe (Plutella xylostella), Armeewürmer und Erdraupen, 25 Fruchtschalenwickler und der Gattung Orthoptera, wie Grashüpfer, Milben, Nematoden und krankheitsübertragende Mosquitos, Fliegen, Kakerlaken, Zecken, Flöhe und Läuse sowie Schadinsekten in Getreidesilos eingesetzt werden.
In der Praxis können die Verbindungen der Erfindung 30 allein ohne andere Bestandteile oder im Gemisch mit Trägerstoffen und/oder Verdünnungsmitteln und/oder Hilfsstoffen eingesetzt werden. Die üblichen Präparate, wie emul-gierbare Konzentrate, benetzbare Pulver, Stäubemittel, Granulate, feine Granulate, Ölspritzmittel, Aerosole und Köder-35 mittel, können nach üblichen Methoden hergestellt werden. Die Verbindungen der Erfindung können je nach dem Anwendungszweck formuliert und eingesetzt werden. Die Präparate enthalten im allgemeinen 0,1 bis 95 Gewichtsprozent Wirkstoff.
40 Ferner können Mehrzweckpräparate durch Vermischen mit anderen Wirkstoffen hergestellt werden, beispielsweise Insektiziden auf der Grundlage von Organophosphorverbindungen, wie 0,0-Dimethyl-0-(3-methyl-4-nitrophenyl)-thio-phosphat und 0,0-Dimethyl-0-(2,2-dichlorvinyl)-phosphat, 45 Insektiziden auf der Basis von Carbaminsäureestern, wie 1 -N aphthyl-N-methylcarbamat, 3,4-Dimethylphenyl-N-me-thylcarbamat und 3,5-Dimethylphenyl-N-methylcarbamat, Allethrin, 3,4,5,6-Tetrahydrophthalimidomethylchrysan-themat, 5-Benzyl-3-furylmethylchrysanthemat, anderen so Insektiziden, wie B.T., Fungiziden, Nematoziden, Akari-ziden, Herbiziden, Insektenhormonen, anderen landwirtschaftlichen Chemikalien und Düngemitteln.

55 Beispiel 1
Herstellung der Verbindung Nr. 1 Eine Suspension von 1,91 g (0,01 Mol) des Kaliumsalzes von 2,4-Dimethoxy-6-hydroxy-s-triazin in 30 ml Aceton wird bei Raumtemperatur unter Rühren tropfenweise mit 1,89 g 60 (0,01 Mol) 0,0-Diäthylthiophosphorylchlorid versetzt. Danach wird das Gemisch 1 Stunde unter Rückfluss erhitzt und gerührt und sodann auf Raumtemperatur abgekühlt. Das Reaktionsgemisch wird in 150 ml Benzol gegossen und die Benzollösung mit 5%iger Natronlauge und sodann mit as Wasser gewaschen. Hierauf wird die Benzollösung über Natriumsulfat getrocknet und unter vermindertem Druck eingedampft. Es hinterbleiben 2,3 g eines hellgelben Öls. Dieses Öl wird durch Säulenchromatographie an Kieselgel

Beispiel 2
Herstellung der Verbindung Nr. 8
Eine Suspension von 2,23 g (0,01 Mol) des Kaliumsalzes von 2,4-Diäthoxy-6-hydroxy-s-triazin in 50 ml Aceton wird bei Raumtemperatur unter Rühren tropfenweise mit 2,00 g (0,01 Mol) O-Äthyl-N-isopropylthiophosphoramidochlorid versetzt. Danach wird das Gemisch 90 Minuten unter Rück-fluss erhitzt und gerührt. Hierauf wird das Reaktionsgemisch auf Raumtemperatur abgekühlt und in 200 ml Toluol gegossen. Die Toluollösung wird mit Wasser gewaschen, über Natriumsulfat getrocknet und unter vermindertem Druck eingedampft. Es hinterbleiben 2,0 g eines hellgelben Öls. Das Öl wird durch Säulenchromatographie an Kieselgel gereinigt. Es werden 1,6 g 0-Äthyl-0-(2,4-diäthoxy-s-triazin-6-yI)-N-isopropylthiophosphorsäureamid als hellgelbes Öl erhalten; n2D°-° = 1,5030

Auf die vorstehend beschriebene Weise werden auch die Verbindungen Nr. 2 bis Nr. 7 und Nr. 9 bis Nr. 41 sowie 0,0-Dimethyl-0-(2,4-diisopropoxy-s-triazin-6-yl)-phosphat (42) hergestellt.
Die Kaliumsalze der 2,4-Dialkoxy-6-hydroxy-s-triazine werden nach dem von K. H. Slotta u. Mitarb., Chem. Ber., Bd. 60 (1927), S. 303, beschriebenen Verfahren hergestellt. Beispielsweise wird das Kaliumsalz von 4,6-Dipropoxy-2-hydroxy-s-triazin folgendermassen hergestellt:
30,0 g (0,163 Mol) Cyanurchlorid werden in 180 ml Isopro-panol gelöst. Die Lösung wird innerhalb 30 Minuten unter Rühren bei 25 bis 30°C mit 19,52 g (0,488 Mol) pulverisiertem Natriumhydroxid versetzt. Die erhaltene weisse Suspension wird 2 Stunden bei 30°C und eine weitere Stunde bei 40°C gerührt und dann filtriert. Das ausgefällte Natriumchlorid wird dreimal mit jeweils 50 ml Isopropanol gewaschen. Das Filtrat und die Waschlösungen werden vereinigt. Das Gemisch wird mit 9,13 g (0,163 Mol) pulverisiertem Natriumhydroxid versetzt. Das Gemisch wird 1 Stunde unter Rück-fluss erhitzt und gerührt und sodann unter vermindertem Druck eingedampft. Es hinterbleiben weisse Kristalle. Die Kristalle werden mit kaltem Isopropanol und sodann mit Diäthyläther gewaschen. Es werden 37,6 g des Kaliumsalzes von 4,6-Dipropoxy-2-hydroxy-s-triazin in weissen Kristallen vom F. 235 bis 236°C erhalten.
Nachstehend wird die Herstellung von Pestiziden Mitteln erläutert.
Präparat A
Jeweils 50 Teile der Verbindungen 1 bis 42 werden in 40 Teilen Xylol sowie mit 10 Teilen eines Gemisches eines anionaktiven und eines nichtionischen Netzmittels als Emul-gator versetzt. Das Gemisch wird gründlich verrührt. Es wird ein emulgierbares Konzentrat der Verbindungen erhalten.
Präparat B
Jeweils 20 Teile 0,Q-Dimethyl-0-(3-methyl-4-nitro-phenyI)-thiophosphat werden mit jeweils 20 Teilen der Verbindungen (1), (2), (3), (5), (12) und (27) versetzt. Die Gemische werden ferner mit 50 Teilen Xylol und 10 Teilen des in Präparat A beschriebenen Emulgators versetzt. Die Gemische werden gründlich verrührt. Es werden emulgier-bare Konzentrate erhalten.
Präparat C
Jeweils 40 Teile der Verbindungen (1) bis (42) werden mit 5 Teilen des in Präparat A beschriebenen Emulgators versetzt. Sodann werden 55 Teile Diatomeenerde einer Korngrösse von etwa 53 Mikron eingetragen. Die Gemische werden in einem Mörser gründlich vermischt. Es werden benetzbare Pulver erhalten.
Präparat D
Jeweils 3 Teile der Verbindungen (1) bis (42) werden in 20 Teilen Aceton gelöst und mit 97 Teilen Talkum einer Korngrösse von etwa 53 Mikron versetzt. Die Gemische werden in einem Mörser gründlich vermischt. Sodann wird das Aceton verdampft. Es werden Stäubemittel erhalten.
Präparat E
2 Teile 3-Methylphenyl-N-methylcarbamat werden jeweils mit 2 Teilen der Verbindungen (6), (14), (16) und (29) versetzt. Die Gemische werden in 20 Teilen Aceton gelöst. Nach Zusatz von 96 Teilen Talkum einer Korngrösse von etwa 53 Mikron werden die Gemische gemäss Präparat D behandelt. Es werden Stäubemittel erhalten.
Präparat F
Jeweils 3 Teile der Verbindungen (1) bis (42) werden mit 5 Teilen Natriumligninsulfonat und 92 Teilen GSM-Ton versetzt und in einem Mörser gründlich vermischt. Danach werden die Gemische mit 10 Gewichtsprozent Wasser versetzt, granuliert und an der Luft getrocknet. Es werden Granulate erhalten.
Präparat G
Jeweils 3 Teile der Verbindungen (1) bis (42) werden mit 5 Teilen Natriumlignisulfonat und 92 Teilen GSM-Ton versetzt und in einem Mörser gründlich vermischt. Danach werden die Gemische mit 10 Gewichtsprozent Wasser versetzt, fein granuliert und an der Luft getrocknet. Es werden feine Granulate erhalten.
Präparat H
Jeweils 0,2 Teile der Verbindungen (1) und (41) werden in Kerosin bis zu 100 Teilen gelöst. Es werden Ölspritzmittel erhalten.
Präparat I
Jeweils 0,2 Teile der Verbindung (17) und 0,1 Teile Tetra-methrin werden in Kerosin bis zu 100 Teilen gelöst. Es wird ein Ölspritzmittel erhalten.
Präparat J
0,2 Teile der Verbindung (6), 0,2 Teile (+)-trans-Allethrin, 7 Teile Xylol und 7,6 Teile geruchfreies Kerosin werden miteinander vermischt. Die erhaltene Lösung wird in eine Sprühdose abgefüllt. Nach dem Aufbringen eines Ventils werden 85 Teile verflüssigtes Erdgas aufgepresst. Es wird ein Aerosolpräparat erhalten.

0,2 Teile der Verbindung (29), 0,1 Teil Tetramethrin, 11,7 Teile geruchfreies Kerosin und 1 Teil eines Emulgators auf Basis eines Monoglycerids werden in 50 Teilen destilliertem Wasser emulgiert. Die erhaltene Emulsion wird zusammen mit 37 Teilen eines 3:1-Gemisches von geruchfreiem Butan und Propan in eine Sprühdose abgefüllt. Es wird ein Aerosolpräparat auf Wasserbasis erhalten.
Beispiel 3
Die in Präparat A erhaltenen emulgierbaren Konzentrate werden mit Wasser auf das lOOOfache verdünnt. Die Verdünnungen enthalten 500 ppm Wirkstoff. Auf den Boden eines Bechers aus Polyäthylen mit einem Durchmesser von 5,5 cm wird ein Filterpapier der gleichen Grösse gelegt, das mit 0,7 ml der erhaltenen Verdünnung versetzt wird. Sodann werden 30 mg Rohrzucker als Nahrung auf das Filterpapier gelegt. Hierauf werden 10 erwachsene weibliche Stubenfliegen in dem Becher freigesetzt, der sodann mit einem Netz abgedeckt wird. Nach 48 Stunden wird die Mortalität berechnet. Die Ergebnisse sind in Tabelle I zusammengefasst.

Die in Präparat A beschriebenen emulgierbaren Konzentrate mit den Wirkstoffen (5), (8), (13), (17) und (32) werden mit Wasser auf das lOOOfache verdünnt. Die erhaltenen Verdünnungen werden auf in Wagner-Töpfen gezogene Reispflanzen in einer Menge von 15 ml pro Topf versprüht. Nach dem Trocknen an der Luft werden die Töpfe mit einem Drahtkäfig bedeckt, in dem 15 erwachsene kleine braune Pflanzenhüfper (Laodelphax striatellus) freigesetzt werden. Zur Bestimmung der Residualwirkung wird eine weitere Gruppe der Pflanzenhüpfer 5 Tage nach dem Sprühen in dem Drahtkäfig freigesetzt. 24 Stunden später wird die Mortalität berechnet. Die Ergebnisse von zwei Versuchen sind in Tabelle II zusammengefasst.

Jeweils 5 ml der in Präparat I erhaltenen Ölspritzmittel werden auf Gruppen von jeweils etwa 100 erwachsenen Stubenfliegen nach der Drehtischmethode von Campbel, Soap und Sanitary Chemicals, Bd. 14, Nr. 6 (1938), S. 119, versprüht. Die Stubenfliegen werden dem Nebel etwa 10 Minuten ausgesetzt. Am nächsten Tag sind in jedem Fall sämtliche Stubenfliegen getötet.
Beispiel 6
Die insektizide Wirkung der in den Präparaten J und K erhaltenen Aerosolpräparate wird an erwachsenen Stubenfliegen nach der Aerosoltest-Methode (Soap und Chemical Specialities, Blue Book, 1965) unter Verwendung einer Peet-Grady-Kammer untersucht. Mit jedem Aerosolpräparat können mehr als 80% der Fliegen 15 Minuten nach dem Spritzen bewegungsunfähig gemacht werden. Am nächsten Tag sind mehr als 70% der Fliegen getötet.
Beispiel 7
Die in Präparat E erhaltenen Stäubemittel werden auf 20 Tage alte Reissämlinge in 10-cm-Blumentöpfen in einer Menge von 3 kg/10 Ar unter einem Druck von 200 Torr verstäubt. Danach werden die Töpfe mit einem Drahtkäfig bedeckt, in dem etwa 20 grüne Reisjassiden (Nephotettix cincticeps) freigelassen werden. Nach 24 Stunden wird die Mortalität berechnet. In jedem Fall beträgt die Mortalität 100%.
Beispiel 8
Auf 9 Tage alten Nierenbohnenpflanzen (1. Blattstadium) werden weibliche erwachsene rote Milben (Tetranychus cin-nabarinus) in einer Menge von 10 bis 15 Milben pro Blatt freigesetzt und bei 27°C eine Woche in einem Raum mit konstanter Temperatur gezüchtet. Nach dieser Zeit werden zahlreiche Milben in verschiedenen Wachstumsstadien gefunden. Zu diesem Zeitpunkt wird eine lOOOfach verdünnte wässrige Lösung der in Präparat A erhaltenen emulgierbaren Konzentrate auf die Nierenbohnenpflanzen in einer Menge von 10 ml pro Blumentopf auf einem Drehtisch versprüht. 8 Tage nach dem Spritzen wird der Schädigungsgrad der Nierenbohnenpflanzen und die Zahl der erwachsenen Milben untersucht. Die Ergebnisse von zwei Versuchen sind in Tabelle III zusammengefasst.

Die Eimasse von Reisstengelbohrern (Chilo suppressalis) unmittelbar vor dem Ausschlüpfen wird auf Reispflanzen im Bestockungsstadium gegeben. Die Reispflanzen werden in Wagner-Töpfen gezogen. Nach 4 Tagen wird ein gemäss Präparat F erhaltenes Granulat mit der Verbindung (17) als Wirkstoff in einer Menge von 3 kg/10 Ar auf die Töpfe aufgebracht. Zum Vergleich wird in gleicher Menge ein 3%iges Diazinongranulat auf Reispflanzen aufgebracht. 5 Tage nach 5 der Anwendung des Granulats werden die Reisstengel geschnitten, und die toten und lebenden Larven werden gezählt. Es werden zwei Versuche durchgeführt. Der Wasserspiegel in den Töpfen beträgt während der Versuchsdauer 3 cm. In Tabelle IV sind die Ergebnisse zusammengefasst.

Ein gemäss Präparat A hergestelltes emulgierbares Konzentrat mit der Verbindung (1) als Wirkstoff wird mit Wasser auf das 500fache verdünnt. Danach werden 10 ml der erhaltenen Verdünnung mit 0,5 ml einer Lösung versetzt, die zahl-25 reiche Nematoden (Panagrellus redivivus) enthält. Nach 48 Stunden werden die toten und lebenden Nematoden unter einem Mikroskop gezählt. Es wurde festgestellt, dass sämtliche Nematoden abgetötet sind.

Verfahren zur Herstellung von Organophosphorestern der Formel I, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man ein s-Triazin der Formel:OR,CDMO—f N V(II)worin R einen Alkylrest mit 1 oder 2 C-Atomen bedeutet, Ri einen Alkylrest mit 1 oder 2 C-Atomen, einen Alkoxyrest mit 1 oder 2 C-Atomen, eine Alkylaminogruppe mit 1 bis 4 C-Atomen, eine Phenyl- oder Phenoxygruppe bedeutet, R2 und R3, die gleich oder verschieden sind, jeweils einen Alkylrest mit 1 bis 5 C-Atomen, einen Alkenylrest mit 2 bis 5 C-Atomen oder einen Methoxyalkylrest mit 2 oder 3 C-Atomen im Alkylrest darstellen und X Sauerstoff oder Schwefel bedeutet.
- 2. Organophosphorester nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Rzund R3 beide Isopropyl darstellen.
- 3. 0,0-Diäthyl-0-(2,4-diisopropoxy-s-triazin-6-yl)-thio-nophosphat der Formel:
- OR.worin M Natrium oder Kalium ist und R2 und R3 die im Anspruch 1 angegebene Bedeutung haben, mit einem Phos-phoryl- oder Thionophosphorylhalogenid der Formel:20XIIY-P<.OR -Ri(III)25iso-C^H^Oiso-C^H^ONOP/OC2H5\0CoHc 2 5(17)nach Anspruch 2.
- 4. 0,0-Dimethyl-0-(2,4-diisopropoxy-s-triazin-6-yl)-thionophosphat der Formel:iso-C^H^Oworin Y ein Halogenatom ist und R, Ri und X die im Anspruch 1 angegebene Bedeutung haben, kondensiert.
- 8. Insektizides, akarizides und/oder nematozides Mittel, 30 dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es eine insektizid,akarizid und/oder nematozid wirksame Menge einer Verbindung der Formel I enthält.
- 9. Mittel nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es zusätzlich einen inerten Träger enthält.35 10. Verwendung von Verbindungen der Formel I zur Bekämpfung von Insekten, Milben und/oder Nematoden.(16)iso-C^H^O'nach Anspruch 2.
