Description
Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft neue Phenoxyfettsäurederivate vom Typ heterocyclischer Äther (im folgenden als «erfindungsgemässe Verbindungen» bezeichnet) und herbizide Mittel mit einem Gehalt derselben sowie Zwischenprodukte der erfindungsgemässen Verbindungen. so
Seit vielen Jahren sind verschiedene Verbindungen auf ihre praktische Verwendung als Herbizide untersucht worden. Solche Herbizide sind vorgeschlagen und praktisch verwendet worden, um zur Erleichterung der Landarbeit beizutragen und die Produktivitäten von landwirtschaftlichen Nutzpflanzen und Garten- 5; baunutzpflanzen zu verbessern.
Es bestehen aber immer noch Erwartungen, neue Herbizide zu finden, welche überlegene Herbizideigenschaften aufweisen. Herbizide, die für landwirtschaftliche und gartenbauliche Zwecke eingesetzt werden sollen, sind vorzugsweise Verbindun- 60 gen, die bei Anwendung kleiner Dosismengen die Zielunkräuter selektiv bekämpfen, ohne dabei gegenüber Nutzpflanzen toxisch zu sein. Bekannte Herbizide weisen diese optimalen Herbizideigenschaften nicht immer auf.
Die Erfinder haben daher versucht, neue, brauchbare Herbi- 65 zide zu entwickeln, und haben insbesondere Herbizideigenschaften von verschiedenen heterocyclischen Verbindungen untersucht.

In der Formel (I) kann R2 eine -OM-Gruppe sein. Diese -OM-Gruppe kann eine -ONa-, -OK-, -0-l/2Ca-, -0-l/2Mg-, eine -OH-Niederalkylamingruppe, eine OH-Äthanolamingruppe, eine-OH-Niederalkyläthanolamingruppe oder eine-ONH4-Gruppe sein. Derartige Verbindungen sind wasserlöslich und können als wässrige Lösungen verwendet werden.
Die erfindungsgemässen Phenoxyfettsäurederivate vom Typ heterocyclischer Äther der Formel (I), die einen Chinolin- oder Chinoxalinring aufweisen, sind neue Verbindungen.
Die erfindungsgemässen Phenoxyfettsäurederivate vom Typ heterocyclischer Äther der Formel (I) stellen signifikant einzigartige Verbindungen dar, die zur Bekämpfung von Ungräsern wirksam sind, ohne irgendeine Phytotoxizität gegenüber Breitblattnutzpflanzen wie auch Breitblattunkräutern zu zeigen. Das gilt insbesondere bei einer Anwendung nach dem Auflaufen. Derartig einzigartige Eigenschaften sind bisher nicht bekannt.
In der folgenden Tabelle 1 sind typische erfindungsgemässe Verbindungen der Formel (I) zusammen mit ihren physikalischen Eigenschaften aufgeführt. Die vorliegende Erfindung beschränkt sich nicht auf die in Tabelle 1 gezeigten typischen Verbindungen.
In der folgenden Tabelle steht die Abkürzung mp für Schmelzpunkt und die Abkürzung W.C. für «weisse Kristalle».

(A) Die erfindungsgemässe Verbindung kann hergestellt werden, indem man bei geeigneter Temperatur eine Kondensationsreaktion einer Verbindung der Formel

(C) Das mittels des Verfahrens (A) oder (B) erhaltene Produkt wird in eine andere erfindungsgemässe Verbindung durch Hydrolyse, Veresterung, Esteraustausch, Salzbildung oder Ami-dierung umgewandelt.
Bei dem Verfahren (A) wird die Umsetzung vorzugsweise bei 50 bis 200° C, insbesondere bei 80 bis 100° C, durchgeführt. Dabei wird ein Molverhältnis von Verbindung (II) zu 4-Hydroxy-phenoxyfettsäurederivat (III) von 1:0,2 bis 5,0, vorzugsweise 1:0,5 bis 2,0 und insbesondere 1:0,8 bis 1,5, eingesetzt. Die anorganische oder organische Base kann jegliche Base sein, die für die Kondensation von Verbindung (II) und Verbindung (III) brauchbar ist. Die Konzentration der Ausgangsmaterialien in

dem inerten Lösungsmittel kann in einem Bereich von 5 bis 50 Gew.-%, bevorzugt 10 bis 30 Gew.-%, liegen.
Bei dem Verfahren (B) wird die Umsetzung vorzugsweise bei 50 bis 200° C, besonders bevorzugt bei 100 bis 150° C, durchgeführt. Dabei wird ein Molverhältnis von Verbindung (II) zu Hydrochinon-monobenzyläther (IV) von 1:0,2 bis 5,0, vorzugsweise 1:0,5 bis 2,0 und insbesondere 1:0,8 bis 1,5, eingesetzt. Die anorganische oder organische Base kann jede Base sein, die für die Kondensation der Verbindung (II) oder der Verbindung (IV) brauchbar ist. Die Umsetzung wird vorzugsweise in einem inerten Lösungsmittel bei einer Konzentration des Ausgangsmaterials von 5 bis 50 Gew.-%, vorzugsweise 10 bis 30 Gew.-%, durchgeführt.
Die Hydrierung des resultierenden Zwischenproduktes (V) wird unter den Bedingungen einer Entbenzylierung durchgeführt, um die Verbindung (VI) zu erhalten. Der Wasserstoffdruck liegt vorzugsweise in einem Bereich von 1 bis 5 bar, vorzugsweise 1 bis 2 bar.
Die Umsetzung der Verbindung (VI) mit dem a-Halogenfett-säurederivat (VII) wird vorzugsweise bie 80 bis 100° C und einem Molverhältnis von Verbindung (VI) zu Verbindung (VII) von 1:0,2 bis 5,0, vorzugsweise 1:0,5 bis 2,0 und insbesondere 1:0,8 bis 1,5, durchgeführt. Die anorganischen oder organischen Basen können die gleichen sein wie die zuvor genannten. Die Konzentration der Ausgangsmaterialien in dem inerten Lösungsmittel kann in einem Bereich von 5 bis 50 Gew.-%, vorzugsweise 10 bis 30 Gew.-%, liegen.
Bei dem Verfahren (C) können die Bedingungen für die Hydrolyse, die Esterbildung, den Esteraustausch, die Neutralisation und die Amidierung entsprechend ausgewählt werden. Die Auswahl dieser Bedingungen liegt im Ermessen des Fachmanns.
Ausführungsbeispiele Im folgenden wird die Erfindung anhand von Herstellungsbeispielen näher erläutert.
Herstellungsbeispiel 1
Methyl-2-[4-(2-chinolyloxy)-phenoxy]-propionat (Verbindung Nr. 2)
In 50 ml Dimethylsulfoxid werden 12 g Hydrochinon-mono-benzyläther, 8,2 g 2-Chlorchinolin und 8,3 g Kaliumcarbonat aufgelöst. Die Mischung wird 4 h auf 150 bis 160° C erhitzt und umgesetzt. Nach dem Abkühlen wird die Reaktionsmischung in Wasser gegossen und das Produkt wird mit Äther mehrere Male extrahiert. Die Ätherschichten werden mit einer wässrigen Lösung von Natriumhydroxid und anschliessend mit Wasser gewaschen. Die Ätherschicht wird dann über Natriumsulfat getrocknet. Das Lösungsmittel wird abdestilliert. Die resultierenden, rohen Kristalle werden mit Diisopropyläther gewaschen, und man erhält 12 g (Ausbeute 75 %) 2-(4-Benzyloxyphenoxy)-chinolin. Das gesamte Zwischenprodukt wird in 200 ml einer Lösungsmittelmischung von Tetrahydrofuran und Äthanol (5:1) aufgelöst und es werden 1,5 g Katalysator vom Palladium-Kohlenstoff-Typ zugegeben. In die Mischung werden 800 ml Wasserstoffgas eingeleitet, um bei Atmosphärendruck die Hydrierung durchzuführen. Nach der Hydrierung wird der Katalysator durch eine Saugfiltration abgetrennt, das Lösungsmittel wird abdestilliert und der Rückstand wird mit einem Lösungsmittel vom Chloroform-n-Hexan-Typ gewaschen. Man erhält 6,3 g (Ausbeute 74 %) weisse Kristalle von 2-(4-Hydroxyphenoxy)-chinolin (Fp. 177° C). In50mlMethyläthylketongibtman2,37 gdes Produktes, 2,1g Methyl-a-brompropionat und 2,0 g Kaliumcarbonat. Die Mischung wird 5 h unter Rückfluss erhitzt und umgesetzt. Nach Abkühlen auf Zimmertemperatur wird das ausgefallene Produkt durch Filtration abgetrennt und das Lösungsmittel abdestilliert. Man erhält 2,2 g (Ausbeute 68 %) der angestrebten Verbindung.
Herstellungsbeispiel 2
2-[4-(2-Chinolyloxy)-phenoxy]-propionsäure-N,N-dimethylamid (Verbindung Nr. 6)
In 100 ml Methyläthylketon gibt man 2,3 g des Zwischenproduktes gemäss Herstellungsbeispiel 1 (2-(4-Hydroxyphenoxy)-chinolin), l,8gN,N-Dimethyl-a-brompropionsäureamidund 1,4 g Kaliumcarbonat. Die Mischung wird 5 h unter Rückfluss erhitzt. Nach der Umsetzung werden die ausgefallenen Kristalle durch Filtration abgetrennt. Das Lösungsmittel wird abdestilliert und das Produkt wird unter vermindertem Druck getrocknet. Die resultierenden, rohen Kristalle werden aus Methanol-Wasser umkristallisiert. Man erhält 3,6 g (Ausbeute 88 % ) der angestrebten Verbindung in Form weisser Kristalle.
Herstellungsbeispiel 3
Äthyl-2-[4-(2-chinoxalyloxy)-phenoxy]-propionat (Verbindung Nr. 10)
In 50 ml Acetonitril gibt man 2,1 g Äthyl-2-(4-hydroxy-phenoxy)-propionat und 1,66 g Kaliumcarbonat. Die Mischung wird 1 h unter Rückfluss erhitzt, dann werden 1,65 g 2-Chlorchin-oxalin zugesetzt und die Mischung wird weitere 30 h unter Rückfluss erhitzt. Nach dem Abkühlen wird das ausgefallene anorganische Salz durch Filtration abgetrennt. Das Acetonitril wird aus dem Filtrat unter vermindertem Druck abdestilliert, und man erhält 3,5 g eines öligen Rückstands. Der Rückstand wird durch Silikagel-Säulenchromatographie (Entwicklerlösungsmittel: Chloroform) gereinigt. Man erhält 2,6 g (Ausbeute 77%) der angestrebten Verbindung.
Herstellungsbeispiel 4
2-[4-(2-Chinoxalyloxy)-phenoxy]-propionsäure (Verbindung Nr. 8)
In 10 ml Äthanol gibt man 1,7 g des in Herstellungsbeispiel 3 erhaltenen Esters und 5 ml einer 0,3 g Natriumhydroxid enthaltenen, wässrigen Lösung. Die Mischung wird wird 1 h unter Rückfluss erhitzt. Nach der Umsetzung wird Äthanol abdestilliert und die verbleibende, wässrige Lösung wird mit Schwefelsäure angesäuert. Die ausgefallenen Kristalle werden durch Filtration abgetrennt, mit Wasser gewaschen und getrocknet. Man erhält 1,3 g (Ausbeute 84 %) der angestrebten Verbindung in Form weisser Kristalle.
Herstellungsbeispiel 5
Methyl-2-[4-(6-chlor-2-chinoxalyloxy)-phenoxy]-propionat
(Verbindung Nr. 22)
Zu 150 ml Acetonitril gibt man 2,0 (0,01 Mol) 2,6-Dichlor-chinoxalin, 2,0 g (0,01 Mol) Methyl-2-(4'-hydroxyphenoxy)-propionat und 2,0 g (0,014 Mol) Kaliumcarbonat. Die Mischung wird 24 h unter Rückfluss erhitzt. Nach der Umsetzung wird das Präzipitat durch Filtration abgetrennt und das Filtrat konzentriert und getrocknet. Der Rückstand wird in Chloroform aufgelöst und die Chloroformlösung wird mit einer 5 %igen wässrigen Natriumhydroxidlösung und anschliessend mit Wasser gewaschen. Anschliessend wird die Lösung entwässert, eingeengt und getrocknet. Das zurückbleibende, feste Produkt wird aus Methanol umkristallisiert, und man erhält 3,1g (Ausbeute 86 %) weisse Kristalle der Verbindung Nr. 22, Fp. 124 bis 125°C.
Herstellungsbeispiel 6
2-[4-(6-Chlor-2-chinoxalyloxy)-phenoxy]-propionsäure (Verbindung Nr. 21)
Zu 20 ml Methanol gibt man 3,6 g (0,01 Mol) der in Herstellungsbeispiel 5 erhaltenen angestrebten Verbindung und 5 ml einer wässrigen Lösung von 0,5 g (0,013 Mol) Natriumhydroxid. Die Mischung wird 1 h unter Rückfluss erhitzt. Nach der Umset647 510
zung wird die Reaktionsmischung gekühlt und filtriert. Aus dem Filtrat wird das Methanol unter vermindertem Druck abdestilliert. Die zurückbleibende, wässrige Lösung wird mit Chlorwasserstoffsäure neutralisiert. Der Niederschlag wird durch Filtration abgetrennt, mit Wasser und anschliessend mit einer kleinen Menge Methanol gewaschen und getrocknet. Man erhält 2,9 g (Ausbeute 84%) weisse Kristalle der angestrebten Verbindung, Fp. 130 bis 132,5°C.
Herstellungsbeispiel 7
Methyl-D(+)-2-[4-(6-chlor-2-chinoxalyloxy)-phenoxy]-propionat (Verbindung Nr. 74)
Zu 30 ml Acetonitril gibt man 1,36 g (5 mMol) 6-Chlor-2-(4'-hydroxy)-phenoxychinoxalin, 1,55 g (6 mMol) Methyl-L-(-)-lactattosylat und 0,83 g (6 mMol) Kaliumcarbonat. Die Mischung wird 12 h unter Rückfluss erhitzt. Nach der Umsetzung wird das Reaktionsgemisch gekühlt. Das resultierende Kalium-tosylat und Kaliumbicarbonat werden durch Absaugen abfiltriert. Das Filtrat wird konzentriert und getrocknet. Der Rückstand wird in Methylenchlorid aufgelöst und die Methylenchloridlösung wird zweimal mit Wasser gewaschen und getrocknet. Das Methylenchlorid wird dann unter vermindertem Druck abdestilliert. Das resultierende rohe Methyl-D(+)-2-[4-(6-chlor-2-chinoxalyloxy)-phenoxy]-propionat wird in Methylenchlorid aufgenommen und durch Säulenchromatographie mit Silikagel gereinigt. Man erhält 1,35 g (Ausbeute 75%) der gereinigten, angestrebten Verbindung mit [<x]d = + 32,8°
(Chloroform: c = 1,20%), Fp. 112 bis 114°C.
Beispiel 8
Äthyl-2-r4-(6-fluor-2-chinoxalyloxy)-phenoxyl-propionat
(Verbindung Nr. 27)
Eine Mischung von 18,3 g (0,1 Mol) 2-Chlor-6-fluorchinoxalin, 33 g (0,3 Mol) Hydrochinon und 42 g (0,3 Mol) Kaliumcarbonat wird mit 400 ml Àcetonitril versetzt und das Gemisch wird 10 h unter Rühren refluxiert. Nach der Umsetzung wird das Acetonitril unter vermindertem Druck abdestilliert und der Rückstand in 500 ml Eis-Wasser gegossen und mit Chlorwasserstoffsäure angesäuert. Die ausgefallenen Kristalle werden durch Filtration abgetrennt. Die Kristalle werden mehrere Male mit heissem Wasser gewaschen, um nichtumgesetztes Hydrochinon zu entfernen. Man erhält 19,2 g 6-Fluor-2-(4-hydroxyphenoxy)-chinoxalin (Ausbeute 75%).
Zu 100 ml Methyläthylketon gibt man 2,6 g (0,01 Mol) des resultierenden Produktes, 1,8 g (0,01 Mol) Äthyl-a-brom-propionat und 1,4 g (0,01 Mol) Kaliumcarbonat. Die Mischung wird 10 h unter Rückfluss erhitzt. Nach der Umsetzung wird das ausgefallene Salz durch Filtration abgetrennt und das Filtrat abdestilliert, wobei man ein viskoses, öliges Produkt erhält. Das ölige Produkt wird durch Säulenchromatographie an Silikagel (Chloroform) gereinigt. Man erhält 3,2 g (Ausbeute 89%) der gereinigten, angestrebten Verbindung, Fp. 78 bs 79° C.
Beispiel 9
Äthyl-2-r4-(6-chlor-2-chinoxalyloxy)-phenoxy]-propionat
(Verbindung Nr. 23)
Eine Mischung aus 3,5 g (0,01 Mol) 2-[4-(6-Chlor-2-chinoxalyl-oxy)-phenoxy]-propionsäure und 50 ml Thionylchlorid wird 10 h unter Rückfluss erhitzt. Nach der Umsetzung wird überschüssiges Thionylchlorid unter vermindertem Druck abdestilliert. Das zurückbleibende, ölige Produkt wird mit 30 ml wasserfreiem Äther verdünnt und es werden 1 ml Triäthylamin und 1 ml Äthylalkohol zugegeben. Die Mischung wird 3 h unter Rückfluss erhitzt. Nach der Umsetzung wird die Reaktionsmischung in Wasser gegossen. Die organische Schicht wird mit 5 %iger Natriumbicarbonatlösung und anschliessend mit Wasser gewaschen, über wasserfreiem Natriumsulfat entwässert und die

Ätherschicht wird zur Trockene eingeengt. Das resultierende, ölige Produkt wird durch Säulenchromatographie an Silikagel (Chloroform) gereinigt. Man erhält 2,0 g (Ausbeute 53 %) der angestrebten, gereinigten Verbindung, Fp. 84 bis 85°C.
Beispiel 10
Dimethylamin-2-[4-(6-chlor-2-chinoxalyloxy)-phenoxy]-propionat (Verbindung Nr. 77)
In 30 ml einer 10 %igen wässrigen Dimethylaminlösung gibt man 3,4 g (0,01 Mol) 2-[4-(6-Chlor-2-chinoxalyloxy)-phenoxy]-propionsäure. Nach der Auflösung werden überschüssiges Di-methylamin und Wasser durch Verdampfen mittels eines Rotationsverdampfers entfernt und der Rückstand wird im Vakuum getrocknet. Man erhält 3,5 g (Ausbeute 91%) der blassgelben, angestrebten Verbindung, Fp. 63 bis 67° C.
Beispiel 11
Diäthanolamin-2-[4-(6-chlor-2-chinoxalyloxy)-phenoxy]-propionat (Verbindung Nr. 73)
Gemäss dem Verfahren von Beispiel 10, wobei man jedoch Diäthanolamin anstelle von Diäthylamin verwendet, werden die Umsetzung und die Aufarbeitung durchgeführt, um die angestrebte Verbindung zu erhalten.
Die erfindungsgemässe Verbindung kann als herbizides Mittel verwendet werden. Bei der Herstellung von herbiziden Mitteln kann die erfindungsgemässe Verbindung mit geeigneten Hilfsstoffen einheitlich vermischt oder in denselben aufgelöst werden. Geeignete Hilfsstoffe umfassen feste Trägermaterialien, wie Ton, Talkum, Bentonit, Diatomeenerde; flüssige Trägermaterialien, wie Wasser, Alkohole (Methanol, Äthanol usw.), aromatische Kohlenwasserstoffe (Benzol, Toluol, Xylolusw.), chlorierte Kohlenwasserstoffe, Äther, Ketone, Ester (Äthylacetat usw.), Säureamide (Dimethylformamid usw.), gegebenenfalls zusammen mit einem Emulgator, einem Dispersionsmittel, einem Suspensionsmittel, einem Benetzungsmittel, einem Spreitmittel oder einem Stabilisator zur Bildung einer Lösung, eines emulgierbaren Konzentrats, eines benetzbaren Pulvers, einer fliessfähigen Suspension, eines Staubes oder eines Granulats. Die erfindungsgemässen herbiziden Mittel werden gegebenenfalls nach Verdünnung derselben mit einem geeigneten Verdünnungsmittel angewendet.
Es ist möglich, die erfindungsgemässe Verbindung mit anderen Herbiziden oder Insektiziden, Fungiziden, Pflanzenwuchs-regulatoren oder Synergisten zu kombinieren.
Im folgenden werden Beispiele erfindungsgemässer herbizider Mittel beschrieben. Bei den Beispielen sind Teilangaben Gewichtsteilangaben.

Der Staub, die Lösung, das Granulat usw. werden durch Mischen des aktiven Wirkstoffs mit dem Hilfsstoff hergestellt.

Die erfindungsgemässen Phenoxyfettsäurederivate vom Typ heterocyclischer Äther zeigen gegenüber verschiedenen Unkräutern, insbesondere gegenüber grasartigen Unkräutern (Ungrä-sern) bei der Bodenbehandlung und bei der Blattbehandlung einen ausgezeichneten Herbizideffekt, ohne dass gegenüber Breitblattnutzpflànzen, wiez. B. Baumwolle, Sojabohnen, Ret-5 tich, Kohl, Auberginen, Tomaten, Zuckerrüben, Erdnüssen, Erbsen, Bohnen, Leinsamen, Sonnenblumen, Safflower (Cartamus tinctorius), Kartoffeln, Tabak, Alfalfa, Zwiebeln usw., irgendeine Phytotoxizität beobachtet wird. Die erfindungsgemässen Phenoxyfettsäurederivate vom Typ heterocyclischer io Äther sind daher als Herbizide im landwirtschaftlichen und gartenbaulichen Bereich, insbesondere bei der oberflächlichen Anwendung, zur selektiven Bekämpfung von Ungräsern in Kulturen von Breitblattnutzpflanzen geeignet. Die erfindungsgemässen Phenoxyfettsäurederivate vom Typ 15 heterocyclischer Äther können auch zur Bekämpfung unter- ■ schiedlicher Unkräuter in landwirtschaftlichen und gartenbaulichen Anwendungsbereichen, wiez. B. der Oberflächenanwendung , der Anwendung auf Nassfeldern und in Obstplantagen, sowie der Anwendung bei Nicht-Kulturland, wie Spielplätzen, 2o Brachland und an Bahndämmen usw. effektiv eingesetzt werden Das herbizide Mittel enthält in konzentrierter Form gewöhnlich 0,5 bis 95 Gew.-% der erfindungsgemässen Verbindung als aktiven Wirkstoff und das Verbleibende an Hilfsstoffen. Die Dosis, in der die erfindungsgemässe Verbindung angewendet 25 wird, hängt von den Wetterbedingungen, den Bodenbedingungen, der Form des Mittels, der Zeit der Anwendung und der Art der Nutzpflanze sowie der Art der Unkräuter ab und liegt gewöhnlich in einem Bereich von 1 bis 5000 g, vorzugsweise 5 bis 1000 g der erfindungsgemässen Verbindung pro 10 Ar. 30 Anhand der folgenden Tests werden die Herbizidwirkungen der erfindungsgemässen Phenoxyfettsäurederivate vom Typ heterocyclischer Äther erläutert.
Bei den folgenden Tests wird der herbizide Effekt der erfindungsgemässen Verbindungen bei einer Nach-Auflaufbehand-35 lung gegenüber Ungräsern einschliesslich Reis gezeigt. Gleichzeitig wird die Nicht-Phytotoxizität der gleichen Verbindungen gegenüber Breitblattnutzpflanzen wie auch Breitblattunkräutern, insbesondere die Nicht-Phytotoxizität der gleichen Verbindungen gegenüber Breitblattunkräutern, bei der Nach-Auflauf-40 behandlung demonstriert. Diese bemerkbare selektive Wirkung wurde bisher bei anderen Verbindungen nicht beobachtet.
Test 1:
45 Test zur Bestimmung des herbiziden Effekts bei der Bodenbehandlung Es wird jeweils eine Kunststoffschachtel mit einer Länge von 15 cm, einer Breite von 22 cm und einer Tiefe von 6 cm mit sterilisiertem Diluviumboden gefüllt. In einer Tiefe von etwa so 1,5 cm werden Samen von Reis (Oryza sativa), Echinochloa crus-galli, Digitaria adscendens, Chenopodium, ficifolium, Postuloca oleracea, Galinsoga ciliata, Rorippa atrovirens gesät. Auf der Oberfläche des Bodens wird jeweils eine Lösung des jeweiligen herbiziden Mittels einheitlich aufgesprüht, wobei eine spezifi-55 sehe Dosis des aktiven Wirkstoffs aufgebracht wird.
Die Lösung wird durch Verdünnen eines benetzbaren Pulvers, eines emulgierbaren Konzentrats oder einer Lösung, wie sie oben in den Beispielen für die Mittel beschrieben wurden, hergestellt, wobei man jedoch den aktiven Wirkstoff variiert. Die 60 Lösung wird mit einem kleinen Sprühgerät versprüht. Drei Wochen nach der Behandlung werden die Herbizideffekte auf Reis und verschiedene Unkräuter beobachtet und nach folgendem Standard bewertet. In Tabelle 2 sind die Ergebnisse zusammengestellt.

Test 2:
Test des Herbizideffekts bei der Blattbehandlung Es wird jeweils eine Kunststoffschachtel mit einer Länge von 15 cm, einer Breite von 22 cm und einer Tiefe von 6 cm mit einem sterilisierten Diluviumboden gefüllt. Samen von Reis, Digitaria adscendens, Chenopodium L. var., Postuloca oleracea, Galinsoga ciliata, Rorippa atrovirens und Tomaten werden punktförmig in einer Tiefe von etwa 1,5 cm gesät. Wenn die Unkräuter bis zum 2- bis 3-Blattstadium gewachsen sind, wird auf die Blätter jeweils eine Lösung des jeweiligen herbiziden Mittels in der in Tabelle 3 angegebenen, jeweiligen Dosis an aktivem Wirkstoff einheitlich aufgesprüht. Die Lösung wird dadurch hergestellt, dass man ein in den Beispielen für die Mittel beschriebenes, benetzbares Pulver, emulgierbares Konzentrat oder eine Lösung mit Wasser verdünnt, wobei man jedoch den aktiven Wirkstoff variiert. Die Lösung wird mittels einer kleinen Sprühvorrichtung auf alle Blätter der Pflanzen aufgesprüht.
Zwei Wochen nach der Sprühbehandlung werden die Herbizideffekte gegenüber Unkräutern und Tomaten untersucht und nach dem in Test 1 angegebenen Standard bewertet. In Tabelle 3 sind die Ergebnisse zusammengestellt.

Test auf Phytotoxizität gegenüber Nutzpflanzen (Blattbehandlung Es wird jeweils eine Kunststoffschachtel mit einer Länge von 15 cm, einer Breite von 22 cm und einer Tiefe von 6 cm mit einem sterilisierten Diluviumboden gefüllt. In einer Tiefe von etwa l,5cmwerdenpunktförmigSamenvonBaumwolle, Sojabohnen, Rettich, Kohl und Auberginen gesät. Nachdem die Pflanzen bis zum Stadium des Blattschiebens gewachsen sind, wird jeweils eine Lösung des j eweiligen herbiziden Mittels in der in Tabelle 4 angegebenen jeweiligen Dosis des jeweiligen aktiven Wirkstoffs einheitlich auf die Blätter aufgesprüht. Die Lösung wird dadurch hergestellt, dass man ein in den Beispielen für die Mittel beschriebenes benetzbares Pulver, emulgierbares Konzentrat oder eine Lösung mit Wasser verdünnt, wobei man jedoch den aktiven Wirkstoff variiert. Die Lösung wird mittels einer kleinen Sprühvorrichtung auf alle Blätter der Pflanzen einheitlich aufgesprüht. Zwei Wochen nach der Sprühbehandlung werden die Phy totoxizitäten gegenüber den Pflanzen bestimmt und gemäss dem folgenden Standard bewertet. In Tabelle 4 sind die Ergebnisse zusammengestellt.

- 7. Phenoxyfettsäurederivate vom Typ heterocyclischer Äther nach Anspruch 1 mit der Formel cl ch3-ch-COOR5wobei R5 für ein Wasserstoff atom, CH3 oder C2Hs steht.
- 8. Herbizides Mittel, enthaltend als Wirkstoff ein Phenoxyfett-säurederivat vom Typ heterocyclischer Äther der Formel r10ch-c0r2*1*-R42025-O-Niederalkylalkoxygruppe; -O-Phenylgruppe ; -O-Cyclohexylgruppe; -O-Halogenalkylgruppe; -O-Nieder-alkinylgruppe oder-O-Cyanoalkylgruppe bedeutet, wobei R3 und R4 jeweils ein Wasserstoffatom oder eine niedere Alkylgruppe darstellen.
- 2. Phenoxyfettsäurederivate vom Typ heterocyclischer Äther nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie die Formel (I) aufweisen, wobei R2 für -OH, eine O-Alkylgruppe,eine OM-Gruppe, M ist ein anorganisches oder organisches Salz,^,r3 30oder -N steht und wobei A, X, n, R1, R3 und R4 die oben \r4angegebene Bedeutung haben.
- 3. Phenoxyfettsäurederivate vom Typ heterocyclischer Äther nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass A für -N-35 steht und X, n, R1, R2, R3 und R4 die oben angegebene Bedeutung haben.
- 4. Phenoxyfettsäurederivate vom Typ heterocyclischer Äther nach Anspruch 1 mit der Formel40c1ì^vmì ^3o o-ch-coorS-Nwobei Rs für ein Wasserstoffatom, CI13, C2H5 oder ISO-C3H7 steht.
- 5. Phenoxyfettsäurederivate vom Typ heterocyclischer Äther nach Anspruch 1 mit der Formel45XX^o-^o.ch,t 3 «chcoo-r-wobei X für ein Halogenatom steht und R5 für ein Wasserstoff-atom, eine niedere Alkylgruppe, eine niedere Alkylamingruppe, eine Äthanolamingruppe, eine niedere Alkyläthanolamin-gruppe, ein Alkalimetallatom oder ein Erdalkalimetallatom steht.
- 6. Phenoxyfettsäurederivate vom Typ heterocyclischer Äther nach Anspruch 1 der Formel05- „-@-0.CH,-CH-COOR3wobei R5 für ein Wasserstoffatom, CH3 oder C2H5 steht.6065wobeiA für -CH- oder -N- steht,X ein Halogenatom bedeutet,für 0,1 oder 2 steht,ein Wasserstoffatom oder eine niedere Alkylgruppe bedeutet, und für -OH; eine -O-Alkylgruppe; eine -OM-Gruppe,M ist ein anorganisches oder organisches Salz;^R3; eine -O-Niederalkenylgruppe; eine -O-Benzyl-\r4gruppe, eine -O-Niederalkylalkoxygruppe; eine -O-Phenylgruppe; eine-O-Cyclohexylgruppe; eine-O-Halo-genalkylgruppe; eine-O-Niederalkinylgruppe oder eine -O-Cyanoalkylgruppe steht, wobei R3 und R4 jeweils ein Wasserstoffatom oder eine niedere Alkylgruppe bedeuten.

Herbizides Mittel nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der aktive Wirkstoff die Formel (I) aufweist, wobei R2 für -OH, eine O-Alkylgruppe, eine -OM-Gruppe, M ist ein• ^R3anorganisches oder organisches Salz, oder -N steht und\r4wobei A, X, n, R1, R3 und R4 die oben angegebene Bedeutung haben.
- 10. Herbizides Mittel nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es 0,5 bis 95 Gew.-% des aktiven Wirkstoffs und 99,5 bis 5 Gew.-% eines Hilfsstoffes enthält.
- 11. Herbizides Mittel nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es in Form einer Lösung, eines emulgierbaren Konzentrats oder eines benetzbaren Pulvers vorliegt.
- 12. Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Phenoxyfettsäurederivats vom Typ heterocyclischer Äther der Formel r'och-cor2(l)wobeiA für -CH- oder -N- steht,ein Halogenatom bedeutet,für 0,1 oder 2 steht,ein Wasserstoffatom oder eine niedere Alkylgruppe bedeutet, undR2 für -OH; eine -O-Alkylgruppe; eine -OM-Gruppe,M ist ein anorganisches oder organisches Salz;^R3-N ; eine -O-Niederalkenylgruppe; eine -O-Benzyl-\r4gruppe, eine-O-Niederalkylalkoxygruppe; eine-O-Phenylgruppe; eine-O-Cyclohexylgruppe; eine-O-Halo-genalkylgruppe; eine-O-Niederalkinylgruppe oder eine -O-Cyanoalkylgruppe steht, wobei R3 und R4 jeweils ein Wasserstoffatom oder eine niedere Alkylgruppe bedeuten,55 X n R13647 510dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man eine Verbindung der Formel(vi)wobei A, X und n die oben angegebene Bedeutung haben, mit einem Halogenid der FormelR1 ioHal-CH-COR2 (VII)wobei R1 und R2 oben angegebene Bedeutung haben und Hai für ein Halogenatom steht, umsetzt; oder eine Verbindung der Formel 15Hai(II)wobei A, X und n die oben angegebene Bedeutung haben und Hai für ein Halogenatom steht, mit einem 4-Hydroxy-phenoxyfettsäurederivat der FormelAus der ungeprüften japanischen Patentpublikation 106735/ 1976 sind substituierte Pyridyloxyphenoxyfettsäure-Herbizide als Phenoxyfettsäurederivate vorn Typ heterocyclischer Äther bekannt. Die Benzimidazol-, Benzthiazol- und Benzoxazol-derivate sowie die Herbizideffekte dieser Verbindungen sind aus der ungeprüften japanischen Patentpublikation 40767/1978 bekannt.Es ist Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung, neue Phenoxyfettsäurederivate vom Typ heterocyclischer Äther zu schaffen. Weitere Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung ist es, herbizide Mittel zu schaffen, die eine ausgezeichnete Herbizidaktivität gegenüber verschiedenen Unkräutern, insbesondere Grasunkräuter, aufweisen, die jedoch im wesentlichen gegenüber Breitblattnutzpflanzen keine Phytotoxizität zeigen. Weitere Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es, ein Verfahren zur Herstellung solcher herbizider Verbindungen zu schaffen.Diese Aufgaben werden erfindungsgemäss dadurch gelöst,dass man neue Verbindungen der Formel20 1nì 0- -O-CH-COR2HO
- n.-^^-OCH-COR225(I)(III)wobei R1 und R2 die oben angegebene Bedeutung haben, 30 jeweils in Gegenwart einer anorganischen oder organischen Base umsetzt.
- 13.Mittel zur Ausführung des Verfahrens nach Patentanspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man als Ausgangsstoff ein heterocyclisches Oxyphenol der Formel35oh wobei A für -CH- oder -N- steht; X ein Halogenatom bedeutet und n für 0,1 oder 2 steht, verwendet.4045
