Beschreibung
Die vorliegende Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine pharmazeutische Zusammensetzung für die Behandlung von Hautleiden, insbesondere Dermatitis, Psoriasis und Ekzemen, Haarverlust usw. sowie auf ihre Herstellung»
Hautleiden sind, obschon sie im allgemeinen gutartig sind, sehr lästig und ihre Heilung ist häufig sehr schwierig. Einige dieser Leiden, wie Psoriasis scheinen unheilbar zu sein. Die Dermatologen können noch kein Mittel angeben, welches dieses Leiden tatsächlich heilt.
Die Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung besteht darin, die Unannehmlichkeit anderer Medikamente zu vermeiden, indem eine pharmazeutische Zusammensetzung zur Verfügung gestellt wird, die Psoriasis und andere Hautleiden, wie Ekzeme, Dermatitis usw. tatsachlich behandelt.
Die erfindungsgemässe Zusammensetzung besteht aus einer homogenen Mischung von Ethanol, Salicylsäure, Alaun und Jodtinktur, vorzugsweise in den folgenden Proportionen:
Ethanol
1000 ml
Salicylsäure
200 g
Alaun (Pulver)
200 g
Jodtinktur
50 ml
Die Komponenten der Mischungen werden hier mit den in der pharmazeutischen Praxis üblichen Namen bezeichnet. Alkohol bedeutet hier 96%-iger Alkohol, Alaun bedeutet Aluminiumkaliumsulphat, das in der Pharmazeutik und in der Medizin als mildes Ätzmittel angewandt wird; Jodtinktur ist im allgemeinen eine Jodlösung in Ethanol, welches als Hautdesinfektionsmittel verwendet wird. Nach DAB besteht Jodtinktur aus 2,5 Teilen Jod, 2,5 Teilen Kaliumiodid, 28,5 Teilen Wasser und 66,5 Teilen 90%-igem Alkohol. Diese Komponenten sind dem Fachmann wohlbekannt und werden deshalb mit ihrem üblichen Namen bezeichnet.
Im erfindungsgemässen Verfahren zur Herstellung der pharmazeutischen Zusammensetzung, werden die Komponenten in der Regel miteinander bei Zimmertemperatur gemischt und homogenisiert. Es wird vorzugsweise folgende Reihenfolge eingehalten:
1. Ethanol
2. Salicylsäure
3. Alaun und
4. Jodtinktur,,
Es wird eine braune, viskose Flüssigkeit erhalten. Diese Flüssigkeit wird normalerweise während 7 Tagen vor ihrer Verwendung stehengelassen. Danach ist sie für die Verwendung bereit.
Wie vorher angegeben, ist die erfindungsgemässe Zusammensetzung zweckmässig für die Heilung von verschiedenen dermatologischen Leiden. Sie ist insbesondere für die Behandlung von verschiedenen Dermatitis, Ekzemen, Haarverlust und insbesondere Psoriasis geeignet. Die bevorzugte Dosierung besteht in zwei Applikationen pro Tag (vorzugsweise am Morgen und am Abend). Die Zusammensetzung wird auf die vom Leiden befallenen Stellen des Körpers aufgetragen.
Die erfindungsgemässe Zusammensetzung wird vorzugsweise für die topische Verwendung eingesetzt.
Formulierunasbeispìel
Dermatologische Lotion für die topische Applikation
Komponenten:
Reines Ethanol
1000 ml
Salicylsäure
200 g
Alaun (Pulver).
200 g
Jodtinktur
50 ml
In einem Reaktionsgefäss, welches Alkohol enthält, werden die anderen Komponenten aufgelöst und miteinander bei Zimmertemperatur in gleicher Reihenfolge gemischt. Es wird eine braune, viskose Flüssigkeit erhalten. Die Flüssigkeit wird in Flaschen mit der gewünschten Grösse abgefüllt und dann während 1 Woche stehengelassen.
Claims (6)
1. Pharmazeutische Zusammensetzung für die Behandlung von Hautleiden, insbesondere von Dermatitis, Psoriasis, Ekzemen und Haarverlust, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie Salicylsäure, Alaun, Jod und Ethanol enthält.
2. Zusammensetzung gemäss Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie die nachstehenden Komponenten im angegebenen Verhältnis enthält:
Salicylsäure
160 bis 240 g
Alaun
160 bis 240 g
Jod
1,5 bis 2,5 g
Kl
1,5 bis 2,5 g
Ethanol
830 bis 1240 ml
Wasser ca. 15 ml
3. Zusammensetzung gemäss Anspruch 1, da durch gekennzeichnet, dass sie die nachstehenden
Komponenten im angegebenen Verhältnis enthält:
Salicylsäure
200 g
Alaun
200 g
Jod
1,75g
Kl
1,75 g
Ethanol
1030 ml
Wasser
14 ml

besondere einer dermatologischen Lotion, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Ethanol, Salicylsäure, pul-verförmiger Alaun und Jodtinktur miteinander gemischt und homogenisiert werden.
5. Verfahren gemäss Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass folgende Komponenten in den folgenden Mengen gemischt werden:
Ethanol 800 bis 1200 ml
Salicylsäure 160 bis 240 g pulverförmiger Alaun 160 bis 240 g
Jodtinktur 45 bis 55 ml und anschliessend bei Zimmertemperatur homogenisiert werden und die so erhaltene Zusammensetzung während 1 Woche stehengelassen wird.
6. Verfahren gemäss Anspruch 4 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass folgende Komponenten:
Ethanol 1000 ml
Salicylsäure 200 g pulverförmiger Alaun 200 g
Jodtinktur 50 ml gemischt und bei Zimmertemperatur homogenisiert werden und die so erhaltene Zusammensetzung während 1 Woche stehengelassen wird.
