Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 〔産業上の利用分野〕 本発明は皮膚疾患、即ち皮膚炎、乾廚及び湿疹、脱毛等
を処置するための医薬組成物に関し、これらの調製及び
前記疾患を処置するためのこれらの利用に関する。
〔発明の背景〕
皮膚疾患は、それらがたとえ良性のものであったとして
もなお煩わしいものであり、そしてしばしばそれらの治
癒は非常に困難である。かかる疾患のあるもの、例えば
乾廁は直らないように思われている。皮膚科学上の専門
家は、現実にこの疾患を直すいかなる医薬もいまだ知ら
ないと主張する。
〔解決しようとする問題点〕
本発明の目的は、乾唐及び他の疾患、例えば湿疹、皮膚
炎等を現実に治療する医薬組成物を提供することにより
、他の薬物の不便さを回避することにある。
〔問題点を解決するための手段〕
本発明による組成物は、普通のアルコール、サリチル酸
、みょうばん及びヨードチンキの次の配合からなる： アルコール　　　　　　　１０００＋４サリチル酸　　
　　　　　２００ｇ みょうばん（粉末）　　　　２００　ｇヨードチンキ　
　　　　　　５０１Ｉｌ。
ここに、前記混合構成要素は、製薬業におけるそれらの
一船名により記載されている。それ故、アルコールは純
粋エタノール（９６χ）を意味し；みょうばんは、腐蝕
剤として製薬業及び医業において広範に使用される硫酸
アルミニウム＋硫酸カリウムを意味し；ロードチンキは
、皮膚消毒薬として使用される普通のエタノール中ヨウ
素溶液である。
これらのすべての構成要素は、当業者によって広く知ら
れていて、そしてそのために構成要素は、それらの−船
名によって識別されるとみなされる。
上述の組成物を調製するための本発明の方法は次の順序
： 第１に、アルコール 第２に、サリチル酸 第３に、みょうばん、そして 第４に、ヨードチンキ で、室温において前記構成要素を一緒に混合しそして均
質化することより成る。褐色かつ粘性液体が得られる。
該液体は、使用前７日間静置保存される。その後、該液
体は、使用の用意が整う。
前述したごとく、本発明による組成物は、いくつかの皮
膚科学上の疾患を直すために適している。
殊に、本発明の組成物は、いくつかの皮膚炎、湿疹、脱
毛を、そして特に乾唐を処置する場合に適切であった。
好ましい薬量学は、体の患部上に１日に２回適用（好ま
しくは朝及び晩において）である。
本発明による上記組成物は、局所用途に向けられるにす
ぎない。
処方例： 局所適用のための皮膚科学上のローション：構成要素： 純粋アルコール　　　　　　１０１００Ｏサリチル酸　
　　　　　　　　２００ｇみょうばん（粉末）　　　　
　　２００　ｇヨードチンキ　　　　　　　　　５（］
ｗＪ　。
アルコールを含有する容器中、室温において、上記と同
じ順序により、他の構成要素を一緒によく混合した。褐
色かつ粘性液体を得た。この液体を所望のサイズのびん
に充填し、そしてそれを１週間静置保存した。

Claims (1)

  1. 【特許請求の範囲】 １、エチルアルコール、サリチル酸、みょうばん（粉末
    状）及びヨードチンキ（エウ素のエタノール溶液）を一
    緒に混合し、そして均質化することを特徴とする皮膚科
    学上のローションの調製方法。 ２、前記の構成要素を次の量比： アルコール　　　　　８００〜１２００ｍｌサリチル酸
    　　　　　１６０〜２４０ｇ みょうばん（粉末）　１６０〜２４０ｇ ヨードチンキ　　　　４５〜５５ｍｌ、 で混合し、次いで室温で均質化し、そして得られる組成
    物を使用前１週間静置保存することを特徴とする請求項
    １記載の方法。 ３、前記構成要素を、次の割合： アルコール　　　　　１０００ｍｌ サリチル酸　　　　　２００ｇ みょうばん（粉末）　２００ｇ ヨードチンキ　　　　５０ｍｌ、 で混合し、次いで室温で均質化し、そして得られる組成
    物を使用前１週間静置保存することを特徴とする請求項
    １記載の方法。
