Abstract
The packing casing (1) has at least one prepared dividing line (3.1..3.3), which allows a part stack (2.1-2.3) to be sepd. by hand together with a corresp. packing casing part. The sheet-form objects are fitted next to one another in several equally sized part stacks in the packing casing. The packing casing is a flexible foil and the sheet-form objects are paper serviettes or handkerchiefs. The prepared dividing lines are perforation lines. The package has at least three part stacks arranged next to one another. The sheet form objects are at least twice as long as they are wide and the part stacks connect to one another with the correspondingly form long sides.
Description
Technisches Gebiet
Fig. 1 Eine erfindungsgemässe Packung im unversehrten Zustand;
Fig. 2 eine erfindungsgemässe Packung beim Abtrennen eines Teilstapels;
Fig. 3 zeigt die Packungshülle 1 im ungefalteten Zustand.
Technical field
The invention relates to a package containing stacked sheet-like objects, the objects being immediate, i.e. are contained in a common packaging envelope without sub-packaging.
State of the art
Paper napkins, towels and napkins are usually packed in a transparent envelope in the form of small stacks. These cuboid packs are in part themselves combined into a multipack in such a way that a multipack contains a plurality of small packs.
If the multipack is opened, all individual packs must be removed as the corresponding wrapping film has been destroyed. The individual packs can be torn open if necessary and the paper towels can be removed.
For hygienic reasons, it is an advantage that only a few napkins are contained in a single pack. A disadvantage, however, is the considerably larger amount of packaging material required. In the course of the emerging environmental awareness, the avoidance of waste and in particular the reduction of packaging material is becoming increasingly important.
Presentation of the invention
The object of the invention is now to provide a pack of the type mentioned at the outset which manages with the smallest possible amount of packaging material and is nevertheless satisfactory in terms of hygiene.
According to the invention, the object is achieved in that the packaging envelope has at least one prepared dividing line, which allows a partial stack together with an associated packaging envelope part to be separated by hand.
The invention is therefore a type of multipack, which however does not contain individual packs. Rather, part of the total content, including the corresponding wrapping area, is separated off, the remainder remaining largely packaged.
The invention is preferably used in napkins, disposable towels, etc., in which no max. There are hygiene requirements. (If optimal hygiene is essential, the environmental protection concept must recede anyway.) But it is also within the scope of the invention, e.g. Place already individually packed objects as described in a common envelope, provided that the individually packed objects form sheet-like objects.
According to a preferred embodiment, the sheet-like objects are accommodated next to one another in a plurality of sub-stacks of essentially the same size in the packaging envelope, each of the sub-stacks mentioned being separable. If a partial stack is separated, a partial stack of the remaining pack is laterally unprotected. It is important to note that the top and bottom objects are not exposed to any more pollution than any other in between, as they remain covered by the remaining shell.
The packaging envelope is advantageously a flexible and, if desired, transparent film. So it is a plastic or paper film and not a cardboard or any other dimensionally stable material.
The sheet-shaped objects are preferably paper serviettes or paper towels for single use. In principle, paper sheets, plastic films, etc. can also be packaged in this way.
According to a particularly advantageous embodiment, the prepared dividing lines are perforation lines. They can be produced with little effort and in a manner known per se. Instead, tear strips can also be provided. It is important that the packaging envelope can be torn open or broken off by hand along the dividing line without any problems.
The pack preferably contains at least three partial stacks arranged next to one another. In principle, however, the advantage according to the invention already results in two partial stacks. If there are four or more partial stacks, the saving in packaging material is of course also greater. If the separable partial stacks are rather small, then this is advantageous in terms of hygiene.
According to a particularly preferred embodiment, the sheet-shaped objects layered into partial stacks are at least approximately twice as long as they are wide, the partial stacks adjoining one another with their correspondingly formed longitudinal sides.
A film as a package cover for a package according to the invention is characterized by one or more dividing lines which are arranged in such a way that individual partial stacks can be separated by hand after the finished package has been formed.
Further advantageous embodiments and combinations of features result from the detailed description and the entirety of the claims.
Brief description of the drawings
The invention will be explained in more detail below on the basis of exemplary embodiments and in connection with the drawings. Show it:
Fig. 1 An inventive package in the intact condition;
2 shows a pack according to the invention when a partial stack is cut off;
Fig. 3 is a suitable as a packaging cover, provided with dividing lines.
In the figures, the same parts are basically provided with the same reference numerals.
Ways of Carrying Out the Invention
1 shows a package according to the invention in the intact condition. Four sub-stacks 2.1, ..., 2.4, which are of essentially the same size, are accommodated next to one another in a common packing envelope 1. The partial stacks 2.1, ..., 2.4 are formed by rectangular paper napkins, the length of which is approximately two to three times the width. For example, the paper napkins are folded.
The partial stacks 2.1,..., 2.4 are in contact with one another with their long sides (see, for example, FIG. 2, reference number 4).
In the present example, the packaging envelope 1 has three perforation lines 3.1, ..., 3.3 running parallel to one another. The perforation lines 3.1, ..., 3.3 run exactly between the partial stacks 2.1, ..., 2.4.
The package is e.g. welded or glued.
2, the first partial stack 2.1 has been broken off. The remaining pack still contains three partial stacks 2.2, ..., 2.4. The second partial stack 2.2 shows its long side 4. Otherwise, the remaining paper napkins are completely enveloped.
If the second partial stack 2.2 is separated, then it is surrounded by an annular packing envelope part and is accessible from both long sides. The ring-shaped packing envelope part is stripped off and thrown away.
In this way, the partial stacks can be separated one by one if desired.
3 shows the packaging envelope 1 in the unfolded state. It has the three perforation lines 3.1, ..., 3.3, the mutual distance of which is approximately the same size as the width of a (possibly folded) paper napkin or. of a stack.
The invention is not limited to the illustrated embodiment. The individual stacks do not have to lie next to one another in the manner shown. They can also bump against each other with their narrow sides, so that after removal the remaining pack is less open, i.e. whose content is better protected than shown in Fig. 2.
Instead of narrow, elongated paper napkins, square or triangular napkins can of course also be packaged in this way. Triangular napkins can e.g. can be accommodated in a hexagonal package, from which pie-like partial stacks can be broken out.
The packaging envelope shown in FIG. 3 shows only one of many possible perforation line guides. The routing of the perforation lines naturally depends on how the packing envelope 1 is folded to form the packing.
In summary, it can be stated that the invention has created an extremely practical packaging which is economical and versatile in terms of packaging material consumption.
