Description
Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Schädlingsbekämpfungsmittel gemäss Patentanspruch 1, ein Verfahren zur Herstellung dieses Mittels gemäss Patentanspruch 5 und die Verwendung dieses Mittels in einem Verfahren zur Bekämpfung von Schädlingen gemäss Patentanspruch 6.
In der Literatur werden gewisse Mischungen von Wirkstoffen zur Schädlingsbekämpfung vorgeschlagen. Die biologischen Eigenschaften dieser bekannten Mischungen vermögen auf dem Gebiet der Schädlingsbekämpfung jedoch nicht voll zu befriedigen, weshalb das Bedürfnis besteht, weitere Mischungen mit schädlingsbekämpfenden Eigenschaften, insbesondere zur Bekämpfung von Insekten und Vertretern der Ordnung Acarina, zur Verfügung zu stellen. Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäss durch die Bereitstellung des vorliegenden Mittels gelöst.
Gegenstand der Erfindung ist ein Schädlingsbekämpfungsmittel, welches dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass es eine pestizid wirkende Kombination aus der Verbindung der Formel
in freier Form oder in Form eines agrochemisch verträglichen Salzes, und aus einer oder mehreren pestizid wirksame Verbindung(en), welche ausgewählt ist (sind) aus der Gruppe von Wirksubstanzen, bestehend aus den Stoffklassen der Thioharnstoffe, Benzoylharnstoffe, Carbamoyloxime, halogenierten Carbonsäuren, Organophosphate, Organochlorderivate, Nitroenamine, Nitroguanidine, Cyanoguanidine, Carbamate, Thiocarbamate, Carbodiimide, Formamidine, Benzilsäurederivate, Dioxolane, Thiadiazinderivate, unsymmetrischen Triazine, symmetrischen Triazine, Pyridazinone, Pyrrole, Phenoxyphenylether, Sulfonsäureamide, Bacillus thuringiensis-Präparate, Milbemycine, Avermectine und Pyrethroide als Wirkstoff, sowie mindestens einen Hilfsstoff enthält.
Die pestizid wirksame Verbindung 2,3,4,5-Tetrahydro-3-oxo-4-[(pyridin-3-yl)-methylenamino]-6-methyl-1,2,4-triazin (Pymetrozine) der Formel (A) und ihre Herstellung sind beispielsweise aus EP-A 0 314 615 bekannt.
Bei den agrochemisch verträglichen Salzen der Verbindung der Formel (A) handelt es sich beispielsweise um Säureadditionssalze anorganischer und organischer Säuren, insbesondere von Chlorwasserstoffsäure, Bromwasserstoffsäure, Schwefelsäure, Salpetersäure, Perchlorsäure, Phosphorsäure, Ameisensäure, Essigsäure, Trifluoressigsäure, Oxalsäure, Malonsäure, Toluolsulfonsäure oder Benzoesäure. Bevorzugt sind im Rahmen der vorliegenden Erfindung Mittel, welche die Verbindung der Formel (A) in freier Form enthalten.
Bevorzugt ist ein Mittel, welches als Wirkstoff neben der Verbindung der Formel (A) nur noch eine weitere pestizid wirksame Verbindung enthält.
Besonders bevorzugt ist ein Mittel, welches als Wirkstoff zusammen mit der Verbindung der Formel (A) als weitere pestizid aktive Verbindung entweder

Die erfindungsgem{sse Wirkstoffkombination enth{lt den Wirkstoff der Formel (A) und einen der Wirkstoffe I bis LVI vorzugsweise in einem Mischungsverh{ltnis (Gewichtsverh{ltnis) von 1:50 bis 50:1, insbesondere in einem Verh{ltnis zwischen 1:20 und 20:1, besonders zwischen 10:1 und 1:10, ganz besonders zwischen 5:1 und 1:5, besonders bevorzugt zwischen 2:1 und 1:2, vor allem im Verh{ltnis 1:1, oder 5:1, oder 5:2, oder 5:3, oder 5:4, oder 4:1, oder 4:3, oder 3:1, oder 3:2, oder 2:1, oder 1:5, oder 2:5, oder 3:5, oder 4:5, oder 1:4, oder 3:4, oder 1:3, oder 2:3, oder 1:2.
Es wurde nun }berraschenderweise gefunden, dass die Kombination des Wirkstoffs der Formel (A) mit einem oder mehreren der Wirkstoffe I bis LVI nicht nur eine prinzipiell zu erwartende additive Erg{nzung des Wirkungsspektrums auf die zu bek{mpfenden Sch{dlinge hervorruft, sondern einen synergistischen Effekt erzielt, der die Wirkungsgrenzen beider Mischungspartner unter zwei Aspekten erweitert:
Einmal werden die Aufwandmengen der Einzelverbindungen (A) sowie I bis LVI bei gleichbleibend guter Wirkung gesenkt. Zum anderen erzielt die kombinierte Mischung auch dort noch einen hohen Grad der Sch{dlingsbek{mpfung, wo beide Einzelsubstanzen im Bereich allzu geringer Aufwandmengen vllig wirkungslos geworden sind. Dies ermglicht einerseits eine Verbreiterung des Spektrums der bek{mpfbaren Sch{dlinge und andererseits eine Erhhung der Anwendungssicherheit.
Die erfindungsgem{ssen Mittel sind auf dem Gebiet der Sch{dlingsbek{mpfung bei g}nstiger Warmbl}ter-, Fisch- und Pflanzenvertr{glichkeit bereits bei niedrigen Anwendungskonzentrationen pr{ventiv und/oder kurativ wertvoll und weisen ein sehr g}nstiges biozides Spektrum auf. Die erfindungsgem{ssen Mittel sind gegen alle oder einzelne Entwicklungsstadien von normal sensiblen, aber auch von resistenten, tierischen Sch{dlingen, wie Insekten und Vertetern der Ordnung Acarina, wirksam. Die insektizide und/oder acarizide Wirkung der erfindungsgem{ssen Mittel kann sich dabei direkt, d.h. in einer Abttung der Sch{dlinge, welche unmittelbar oder erst nach einiger Zeit, beispielsweise bei einer H{utung, eintritt, oder indirekt, z.B. in einer verminderten Eiablage und/oder Schlupfrate, zeigen, wobei die gute Wirkung einer Abttungsrate (Mortalit{t) von mindestens 50 bis 60% entspricht.

Mit den erfindungsgem{ssen Wirkstoffgemischen kann man insbesondere an Pflanzen, vor allem an Nutz- und Zierpflanzen in der Landwirtschaft, im Gartenbau und im Forst, oder an Teilen, wie Fr}chten, Bl}ten, Laubwerk, Stengeln, Knollen oder Wurzeln, solcher Pflanzen auftretende Sch{dlinge des erw{hnten Typus bek{mpfen, d.h. eind{mmen oder vernichten, wobei zum Teil auch sp{ter zuwachsende Pflanzenteile noch gegen diese Sch{dlinge gesch}tzt werden.
Das erfindungsgem{sse Wirkstoffgemisch kann mit Vorteil zur Sch{dlingsbek{mpfung in Getreide, wie Weizen, Gerste, Roggen, Hafer, Reis, Mais oder Sorghum; in R}ben, wie Zucker- oder Futterr}ben; in Obst, z.B. Kern-, Stein- und Beerenobst, wie [pfeln, Birnen, Pflaumen, Pfirsichen, Mandeln, Kirschen oder Beeren, z.B. Erdbeeren, Himbeeren und Brombeeren; in H}lsenfr}chten, wie Bohnen, Linsen, Erbsen oder Soja; in \lfr}chten, wie Raps, Senf, Mohn, Oliven, Sonnenblumen, Kokos, Rizinus, Kakao oder Erdn}ssen; in Gurkengew{chsen, wie K}rbissen, Gurken oder Melonen; in Fasergew{ch sen, wie Baumwolle, Flachs, Hanf oder Jute; in Citrusfr}chten, wie Orangen, Zitronen, Pampelmusen oder Mandarinen; in Gem}se, wie Spinat, Kopfsalat, Spargel, Kohlarten, Mhren, Zwiebeln, Tomaten, Kartoffeln oder Paprika; in Lorbeergew{chsen, wie Avocado, Cinnamonium oder Kampfer; oder in Tabak, N}ssen, Kaffee, Eierfr}chten, Zuckerrohr, Tee, Pfeffer, Weinreben, Hopfen, Bananengew{chsen, Naturkautschukgew{chsen oder Zierpflanzen, vor allem in Getreide, Obst, H}lsenfr}chten, Gurkengew{chsen, Baumwolle, Citrusfr}chten, Gem}se, Eierfr}chten, Weinreben, Hopfen oder Zierpflanzen, besonders in Pfirsichen, Bohnen, Erbsen, Gurken, Citrusfr}chten, Kohlarten, Tomaten, Kartoffeln oder Eierfr}chten, ganz besonders in Pfirsichen, Gurken, Tomaten oder Kartoffeln, eingesetzt werden.
Weitere Anwendungsgebiete der erfindungsgem{ssen Wirkstoffgemische sind der Schutz von Vorr{ten und Lagern und von Material sowie im Hygienesektor insbesondere der Schutz von Haus- und Nutztieren vor Sch{dlingen des erw{hnten Typus.
Bei den erfindungsgem{ssen Sch{dlingsbek{mpfungsmitteln handelt es sich je nach angestrebten Zielen und gegebenen Verh{ltnissen um emulgierbare Konzentrate, Suspensionskonzentrate, direkt verspr}h- oder verd}nnbare Lsungen, streichf{hige Pasten, verd}nnte Emulsionen, Spritzpulver, lsliche Pulver, dispergierbare Pulver, benetzbare Pulver, St{ubemittel, Granulate oder Verkapselungen in polymeren Stoffen, welche die Verbindung der Formel (A) und einen oder mehrere Wirkstoffe I bis LVI enthalten.
Die Wirkstoffe werden in diesen Mitteln in reiner Form, die festen Wirkstoffe z.B. in einer speziellen Korngrsse, oder vorzugsweise zusammen mit - mindestens - einem der in der Formulierungstechnik }blichen Hilfsstoffe, wie Streckmitteln, z.B. Lsungsmitteln oder festen Tr{gerstoffen, oder wie oberfl{chenaktiven Verbindungen (Tensiden), eingesetzt.
Als Lsungsmittel knnen z.B. in Frage kommen: Gegebenenfalls partiell hydrierte aromatische Kohlenwasserstoffe, bevorzugt die Fraktionen C8 bis C12 von Alkylbenzolen, wie Xylolgemische, alkylierte Naphthaline oder Tetrahydronaphthalin, aliphatische oder cycloaliphatische Kohlenwasserstoffe, wie Paraffine oder Cyclohexan, Alkohole, wie Ethanol, Propanol oder Butanol, Glykole sowie deren Ether und Ester, wie Propylenglykol, Dipropylenglykolether, Ethylenglykol oder Ethylenglykolmono-methyl- oder -ethyl-ether, Ketone, wie Cyclohexanon, Isophoron oder Diacetonalkohol, stark polare Lsungsmittel, wie N-Methylpyrrolid-2-on, Dimethylsulfoxid oder N,N-Dimethylform amid, Wasser, gegebenenfalls epoxidierte Pflanzenle, wie gegebenenfalls epoxidiertes Raps-, Rizinus-, Kokosnuss- oder Sojal, und Silikonle.
Als feste Tr{gerstoffe, z.B. f}r St{ubemittel und dispergierbare Pulver, werden in der Regel nat}rliche Gesteinsmehle verwendet, wie Calcit, Talkum, Kaolin, Montmorillonit oder Attapulgit. Zur Verbesserung der physikalischen Eigenschaften knnen auch hochdisperse Kiesels{uren oder hochdisperse saugf{hige Polymerisate zugesetzt werden. Als gekrnte, adsorptive Granulattr{ger kommen porse Typen, wie Bimsstein, Ziegelbruch, Sepiolit oder Bentonit, und als nicht sorptive Tr{germaterialien Calcit oder Sand in Frage. Dar}berhinaus kann eine Vielzahl von granulierten Materialien anorganischer oder organischer Natur, insbesondere Dolomit oder zerkleinerte Pflanzenr}ckst{nde, verwendet werden.
Als oberfl{chenaktive Verbindungen kommen, je nach Art des zu formulierenden Wirkstoffs, nichtionische, kationische und/oder anionische Tenside oder Tensidgemische mit guten Emulgier-, Dispergier- und Netzeigenschaften in Betracht. Die nachstehend aufgef}hrten Tenside sind dabei nur als Beispiele anzusehen; in der einschl{gigen Literatur werden viele weitere in der Formulierungstechnik gebr{uchliche und erfindungsgem{ss geeignete Tenside beschrieben.
Als nichtionische Tenside kommen in erster Linie Polyglykoletherderivate von aliphatischen oder cycloaliphatischen Alkoholen, ges{ttigten oder unges{ttigten Fetts{uren und Alkylphenolen in Frage, die 3 bis 30 Glykolethergruppen und 8 bis 20 Kohlenstoffatome im (aliphatischen) Kohlenwasserstoffrest und 6 bis 18 Kohlenstoffatome im Alkylrest der Alkylphenole enthalten knnen. Weiterhin geeignet sind wasserlsliche, 20 bis 250 Ethylenglykolether- und 10 bis 100 Propylenglykolether-Gruppen enthaltende, Polyethylenoxid-Addukte an Polypropylenglykol, Ethylendiaminopolypropylenglykol und Alkylpolypropylenglykol mit 1 bis 10 Kohlenstoffatomen in der Alkylkette. Die genannten Verbindungen enthalten }blicherweise pro Propylenglykol-Einheit 1 bis 5 Ethylenglykol-Einheiten. Als Beispiele seien Nonylphenolpolyethoxyethanole, Ricinusölpolyglykolether, Polypropylen-Polyethylenoxid-Addukte, Tributylphenoxypolyethoxyethanol, Polyethylenglykol und Octylphenoxypolyethoxyethanol erwähnt. Ferner kommen Fettsäureester von Polyoxyethylensorbitan, wie das Polyoxyethylensorbitan-trioleat, in Betracht.
Bei den kationischen Tensiden handelt es sich vor allem um quarternäre Ammoniumsalze, welche als Substituenten mindestens einen Alkylrest mit 8 bis 22 C-Atomen und als weitere Substituenten niedrige, gegebenenfalls halogenierte, Alkyl-, Benzyl- oder niedrige Hydroxyalkylreste aufweisen. Die Salze liegen vorzugsweise als Halogenide, Methylsulfate oder Ethylsulfate vor. Beispiele sind das Stearyl-trimethyl-ammoniumchlorid und das Benzyl-di-(2-chlorethyl)-lauryl-ammoniumbromid.
Geeignete anionische Tenside können sowohl wasserlösliche Seifen als auch wasserlösliche synthetische oberflächenaktive Verbindungen sein. Als Seifen eignen sich die Alkali-, Erdalkali- und gegebenenfalls substituierten Ammoniumsalze von höheren Fettsäuren (C10-C22), wie die Natrium- oder Kalium-Salze der \l- oder Stearinsäure, oder von natürlichen Fettsäuregemischen, die beispielsweise aus Kokosnuss- oder Tallöl gewonnen werden können; ferner sind auch die Fettsäuremethyl-taurin-Salze zu erwähnen. Häufiger werden jedoch synthetische Tenside verwendet, insbesondere Fettsulfonate, Fettsulfate, sulfonierte Benzimidazolderivate oder Alkylarylsulfonate. Die Fettsulfonate und -sulfate liegen in der Regel als Alkali-, Erdalkali- oder gegebenenfalls substituierte Ammoniumsalze vor und weisen im allgemeinen einen Alkylrest mit 8 bis 22 C-Atomen auf, wobei Alkyl auch den Alkylteil von Acylresten einschliesst; beispielhaft genannt seien das Natrium- oder Calcium-Salz der Ligninsulfonsäure, des Dodecylschwefelsäureesters oder eines aus natürlichen Fettsäuren hergestellten Fettalkoholsulfatgemisches. Hierher gehören auch die Salze der Schwefelsäureester und Sulfonsäuren von Fettalkohol-Ethylenoxid-Addukten. Die sulfonierten Benzimidazolderivate enthalten vorzugsweise 2 Sulfonsäuregruppen und einen Fettsäurerest mit etwa 8 bis 22 C-Atomen. Alkylarylsulfonate sind zum Beispiel die Natrium-, Calcium- oder Triethanolammoniumsalze der Dodecylbenzolsulfonsäure, der Dibutylnaphthalinsulfonsäure oder eines Naphthalinsulfonsäure-Formaldehyd-Kondensationsproduktes. Ferner kommen auch entsprechende Phosphate, wie Salze des Phosphorsäureesters eines p-Nonylphenol-(4-14)-Ethylenoxid-Adduktes oder Phospholipide, in Frage.
Die Mittel enthalten in der Regel 0,1 bis 99%, insbesondere 0,1 bis 95%, eines Gemisches des Wirkstoffes der Formel (A) mit einem oder mehreren der Wirkstoffe I bis LVI, und 1 bis 99,9%, insbesondere 5 bis 99,9%, - mindestens - eines festen oder flüssigen Hilfsstoffes, wobei in der Regel 0 bis 25%, insbesondere 0,1 bis 20%, der Mittel Tenside sein können (% bedeutet jeweils Gewichtsprozent). Während als Handelsware eher konzentrierte Mittel bevorzugt werden, verwendet der Endverbraucher in der Regel verdünnte Mittel, die wesentlich geringere Wirkstoffkonzentrationen aufweisen. Die erfindungsgemässen Mittel können auch weitere feste oder flüssige Hilfsstoffe, wie Stabilisatoren, z.B. gegebenenfalls epoxidierte Pflanzenöle (z.B. epoxidiertes Kokosnussöl, Rapsöl oder Sojaöl), Entschäumer, z.B. Silikonöl, Konservierungsmittel, Viskositätsregulatoren, Bindemittel und/oder Haftmittel, sowie Düngemittel oder andere Wirkstoffe zur Erzielung spezieller Effekte, z.B. Bakterizide, Fungizide, Nematizide, Molluskizide oder Herbizide, enthalten.
Die erfindungsgemässen Mittel werden in bekannter Weise hergestellt, bei Abwesenheit von Hilfsstoffen z.B. durch Mahlen, Sieben und/oder Pressen eines festen Wirkstoffs oder Wirkstoffgemisches, z.B. auf eine bestimmte Korngrösse, und bei Anwesenheit von mindestens einem Hilfsstoff z.B. durch inniges Vermischen und/oder Vermahlen des Wirkstoffs oder Wirkstoffgemisches mit dem (den) Hilfsstoff(en). Das Verfahren zur Herstellung der Mittel ist deshalb ein weitere Gegenstand der Erfindung.
Die Anwendungsverfahren für die Mittel, also die Verfahren zur Bekämpfung von Schädlingen des erwähnten Typus, wie, je nach angestrebten Zielen und gegebenen Verhältnissen zu wählendes Versprühen, Vernebeln, Bestäuben, Bestreichen, Beizen, Streuen oder Giessen, und die Verwendung der Mittel zur Bekämpfung von Schädlingen des erwähnten Typus sind weitere Gegenstände der Erfindung. Typische Anwendungskonzentrationen liegen dabei zwischen 0,1 und 1000 ppm, bevorzugt zwischen 0,1 und 500 ppm Wirkstoff. Die Aufwandmenge kann innerhalb weiter Bereiche variieren und hängt von der Beschaffenheit des Bodens, der Art der Anwendung (Blattapplikation; Saatbeizung; Anwendung in der Saatfurche), der Kulturpflanze, dem zu bekämpfenden Schädling, den jeweils vorherrschenden klimatischen Verhältnissen und anderen durch Anwendungsart, Anwendungszeitpunkt und Zielkultur bestimmten Faktoren ab. Die Aufwandmengen pro Hektar betragen im allgemeinen 1 bis 2000 g Wirkstoff pro Hektar, insbesondere 10 bis 1000 g/ha, vorzugsweise 20 bis 600 g/ha.
Ein bevorzugtes Anwendungsverfahren auf dem Gebiet des Pflanzenschutzes ist das Aufbringen auf das Blattwerk der Pflanzen (Blattapplikation), wobei sich Applikationsfrequenz und Aufwandmenge auf den Befallsdruck des jeweiligen Schädlings ausrichten lassen. Die Wirkstoffe können aber auch durch das Wurzelwerk in die Pflanzen gelangen (systemische Wirkung), indem man den Standort der Pflanzen mit einem flüssigen Mittel tränkt oder die Wirkstoffe in fester Form in den Standort der Pflanzen, z.B. in den Boden, einbringt, z.B. in Form von Granulat (Bodenapplikation). Bei Wasserreiskulturen kann man solche Granulate dem überfluteten Reisfeld zudosieren.
Die erfindungsgemässen Mittel eignen sich auch für den Schutz von pflanzlichem Vermehrungsgut, z.B. Saatgut, wie Früchten, Knollen oder Körnern, oder Pflanzenstecklingen, vor tierischen Schädlingen. Das Vermehrungsgut kann dabei vor dem Ausbringen mit dem Mittel behandelt, Saatgut z.B. vor der Aussaat gebeizt werden. Die erfindungsgemässen Wirkstoffe können auch auf Samenkörner aufgebracht werden (Coating), indem man die Körner entweder in einem flüssigen Mittel tränkt oder sie mit einem festen Mittel beschichtet. Das Mittel kann auch beim Ausbringen des Vermehrungsguts auf den Ort der Ausbringung, z.B. bei der Aussaat in die Saatfurche, appliziert werden. Diese Behandlungsverfahren für pflanzliches Vermehrungsgut und das so behandelte pflanzliche Vermehrungsgut sind weitere Gegenstände der Erfindung.
Die folgenden Beispiele dienen der Erläuterung der Erfindung. Sie schränken die Erfindung nicht ein.

Die fein gemahlenen Wirkstoffe werden mit den Zusatzstoffen innig vermischt. Man erhält so ein Suspensions-Konzentrat, aus welchem durch Verdünnen mit Wasser Suspensionen jeder gewünschten Konzentration hergestellt werden können.
Es ist oft praktischer, den Wirkstoff der Formel (A) und einen oder mehrere der Mischungspartner I bis LVI einzeln zu formulieren und sie dann erst kurz vor dem Ausbringen im Applikator im gewünschten Mischungsverhältnis als "Tankmischung" im Wasser zusammenzubringen.
Biologische Beispiele

Ein synergistischer Effekt liegt immer dann vor, wenn die Wirkung der Kombination des Wirkstoffes der Formel (A) mit einem oder mehreren der Wirkstoffe I bis LVI grösser ist als die Summe der Wirkung der einzeln applizierten Wirkstoffe.
Beispielsweise kann die zu erwartende pestizide Wirkung We für eine gegebene Kombination zweier Pestizide wie folgt berechnet werden (vgl. COLBY, S.R., "Calculating synergistic and antagonstic response of herbicide combinations", Weeds 15, Seiten 20-22, 1967):
Dabei bedeuten:
X = Prozent Mortalität bei Behandlung mit der Verbindung der Formel (A) mit p kg Aufwandmenge pro Hektar im Vergleich zur unbehandelten Kontrolle (= 0%).

Ist die tatsächlich beobachtete Wirkung grösser als der zu erwartende Wert We, so liegt Synergismus vor.
Der synergistische Effekt der Kombinationen des Wirkstoffs der Formel (A) mit einem der Wirkstoffe I bis LVI wird in den folgenden Beispielen demonstriert.
Beispiel B1:
Wirkung gegen Bemisia tabaci
Buschbohnenpflanzen werden in Gazekäfige gestellt und mit Adulten von Bemisia tabaci besiedelt. Nach erfolgter Eiablage werden alle Adulten entfernt. 10 Tage später werden die Pflanzen mit den darauf befindlichen Nymphen mit einer wässrigen Suspensionsspritzbrühe, die 50 ppm Wirkstoff enthält, besprüht. Nach weiteren 14 Tagen wird der prozentuale Schlupf der Eier im Vergleich zu unbehandelten Kontrollansätzen ausgewertet. Bei diesem Versuch zeigen die Kombinationen des Wirkstoffs der Formel (A) mit einem der Wirkstoffe 1 bis LVI einen synergistischen Effekt.
Beispiel B2:
Wirkung gegen Nilaparvata lugens
Zwei Wochen alte Reispflanzen werden mit einer wässrigen Suspensionsspritzbrühe, die 50 ppm Wirkstoffgemisch enthält, behandelt. Nach dem Antrocknen des Spritzbelages werden die Pflanzen mit Nymphen von Nilaparvata lugens besiedelt und dann 14 Tage bei 28 DEG stehengelassen. Anschliessend erfolgt die Auswertung. Aus dem Vergleich der Anzahl frisch geschlüpfter Nymphen der Folgegeneration auf den behandelten und auf unbehandelten Pflanzen wird die prozentuale Reduktion der Folgegeneration (% Wirkung) bestimmt.
Bei diesem Versuch zeigen die Kombinationen des Wirkstoffs der Formel (A) mit einem der Wirkstoffe I bis LVI einen synergistischen Effekt.
Beispiel B3:
Beizwirkung gegen Nilaparvata lugens
In eine Glasflasche oder einen Kunststoffbehälter füllt man 100 g Reissamen und soviel einer Formulierung des Wirkstoffgemisches, dass ein Verhältnis von 0.1, 1 oder 10 g Wirkstoffgemisch pro kg Samen erreicht wird. Durch Rotation und/oder Schütteln des Behältnisses wird der Wirkstoff gleichmässig auf der Oberfläche der Samen verteilt. Die so gebeizten Samen werden in Blumentöpfen ausgesät. Die Jungpflanzen werden nach dem Auflaufen 2 Wochen in einem Gewächshaus kultiviert und dann in Plexiglaszylindern mit je 20 Nymphen (N-3) von Nilaparvata lugens besiedelt. Die Zylinder werden mit einem Netz verschlossen. 5 Tage nach der Besiedlung erfolgt die Auswertung. Aus dem Vergleich der Anzahl überlebender Individuen auf den aus den gebeizten Samen gezogenen und auf aus nicht gebeizten Samen gezogenen Pflanzen wird die prozentuale Reduktion der Population (% Wirkung) bestimmt. Bei diesem Versuch zeigen die Kombinationen des Wirkstoffs der Formel (A) mit einem der Wirkstoffe 1 bis LVI einen synergistischen Effekt.
Beispiel B4:
Beizwirkung gegen Aphis fabae
In eine Glasflasche oder einen Kunststoffbehälter füllt man 100 g Bohnensamen und soviel einer Formulierung des Wirkstoffgemisches, dass ein Verhältnis von 0.1, 1 oder 10 g Wirkstoffgemisch pro kg Samen erreicht wird. Durch Rotation und/oder Schütteln des Behältnisses werden die Wirkstoffe gleichmässig auf der Oberfläche der Samen verteilt. Die so gebeizten Samen werden in Blumentöpfen (3 Samen pro Topf) ausgesät. Die Jungpflanzen werden in einem Gewächshaus bei 25 bis 30 DEG bis zum 2-Blatt-Stadium kultiviert und dann mit Aphis fabae besiedelt. 6 Tage nach der Besiedlung erfolgt die Auswertung. Aus dem Vergleich der Anzahl überlebender Individuen auf den aus den gebeizten Samen gezogenen und auf aus nicht gebeizten Samen gezogenen Pflanzen wird die prozentuale Reduktion der Population (% Wirkung) bestimmt. Bei diesem Versuch zeigen die Kombinationen des Wirkstoffs der Formel (A) mit einem der Wirkstoffe I bis LVI einen synergistischen Effekt.
Beispiel B5:
Beizwirkung gegen Myzus persicae
In eine Glasflasche oder einen Kunststoffbehälter füllt man 100 g Zuckerrübensamen und soviel einer aus einem Spritzpulver und wenig Wasser hergestellten, Pasten-Formulierung des Wirkstoffgemisches, dass ein Verhältnis von 0.1, 1 oder 10 g Wirkstoffgemisch pro kg Samen erreicht wird. Das verschlossene Beizgefäss wird solange auf einer Rollbank bewegt, bis sich die Paste gleichmässig auf der Oberfläche der Samen verteilt hat. Die so gebeizten (beschichteten) Samen werden getrocknet und in Plastiktöpfen in Löss-Erde ausgesät. Die Keimlinge werden in einem Gewächshaus bei 24 bis 26 DEG , einer relativen Luftfeuchtigkeit von 50 bis 60% und einer Beleuchtungsdauer von täglich 14 Stunden kultiviert. 4 Wochen nach der Keimung werden die 10 cm hohen Pflanzen mit einer Mischpopulation von Myzus persicae besiedelt. 2 und 7 Tage nach der Besiedlung erfolgt die Auswertung. Aus dem Vergleich der Anzahl überlebender Individuen auf den aus den gebeizten Samen gezogenen und auf aus nicht gebeizten Samen gezogenen Pflanzen wird die prozentuale Reduktion der Population (% Wirkung) bestimmt. Bei diesem Versuch zeigen die Kombinationen des Wirkstoffs der Formel (A) mit einem der Wirkstoffe I bis LVI einen synergistischen Effekt.
Claims (7)
1. Schädlingsbekämpfungsmittel, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es eine pestizid wirkende Kombination aus der Verbindung der Formel
in freier Form oder in Form eines agrochemisch verträglichen Salzes, und aus einer oder mehreren pestizid wirksame(n) Verbindung(en), welche ausgewählt ist (sind) aus der Gruppe von Wirksubstanzen, bestehend aus den Stoffklassen der Thioharnstoffe, Benzoylharnstoffe, Carbamoyloxime, halogenierten Carbonsäuren, Organophosphate, Organochlorderivate, Nitroenamine, Nitroguanidine, Cyanoguantdine, Carbamate, Thiocarbamate, Carbodiimide, Formamidine, Benzilsäurederivate, Dioxolane, Thiadiazinderivate, unsymmetrischen Triazine, symmetrischen Triazine, Pyridazinone, Pyrrole, Phenoxyphenylether, Sulfonsäureamide, Bacillus thuringiensis-Präparate, Milbemycine, Avermectine und Pyrethroide als Wirkstoff, sowie mindestens einen Hilfsstoff enthält.
2. Mittel gemäss Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es die Verbindung der Formel (A) in freier Form enthält.
3. Mittel gemäss Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es als Wirkstoff neben der Verbindung der Formel (A) nur noch eine weitere pestizid wirksame Verbindung enthält.
4. Mittel gemäss Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es als Wirkstoff zusammen mit der Verbindung der Formel (A) als weitere pestizid aktive Verbindung entweder
(I) 2-Methyl-2-(methylthio)propionaldehyd O-Methylcarbamoyloxim (Aldicarb); oder
(II) S-6-Chlor-2,3-dihydro-2-oxo-1,3-oxazolo[4,5-b]pyridin-3-ylmethyl O,O-dimethyl Phosphorothioate (Azamethiphos); oder
(III) S-3,4-Dihydro-4-oxo-1,2,3-benzotriazin-3-ylmethyl O,O-Dimethyl Phosphorodithioate (Azinphos-methyl); oder
(IV) Ethyl N-[2,3-dihydro-2,2-dimethylbenzofuran-7-yloxycarbonyl(methyl)aminothio]N-isopropyl- beta -alaninate (Benfuracarb); oder

5. Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Mittels wie in einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4 beschrieben, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man die Wirkstoffe mit dem (den) Hilfsstoff(en) innig vermischt.
6. Verwendung eines Mittels gemäss einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4 in einem Verfahren zur Bekämpfung von Schädlingen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man die Schädlinge oder ihren Lebensraum mit dem besagten Mittel behandelt.
7. Verwendung eines Mittels gemäss Anspruch 6 zum Schutz von pflanzlichem Vermehrungsgut, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man das Vermehrungsgut oder den Ort der Ausbringung des Vermehrungsguts mit einem Mittel gemäss Anspruch 1 behandelt.
