Description
Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft neue 5-(Sulf-/Carbamoylmethyl)-cyclohexenonoximether der Formel I EMI1.1 in der die Variablen folgende Bedeutung haben: R<1> C1-C6-Alkyl; R<2> Wasserstoff, C1-C6-Alkyl, C1-C3-Alkoxy-C1-C3-alkyl oder C3-C6-Cycloalkyl; R<3> C1-C4-Alkylsulfonyl oder C1-C4-Alkylcarbonyl; Alk eine C2-C4-Alkylenkette, eine C3- oder C4-Alkenylenkette, eine C3- oder C4-Alkinylenkette, eine C2- oder C3-Alkylenoxykette, wobei jede Kette eine C1-C3-Alkylgruppe tragen kann; X<1>, X<2>, X<3> unabhängig voneinander Wasserstoff, Halogen oder C1-C4-Halogenalkyl, sowie die landwirtschaftlich brauchbaren Salze von I und die Ester von I mit C1-C10-Carbonsäuren oder anorganischen Säuren. Ausserdem betrifft die Erfindung ein in Anspruch 2 und den davon abhängigen Ansprüchen 3 und 4 definiertes herbizides Mittel, ein in Anspruch 5 und in dem davon abhängigen Anspruch 6 definiertes Verfahren zur Herstellung des vorgenannten herbiziden Mittels sowie eine in Anspruch 7 und in dem davon abhängigen Anspruch 8 definierte Verwendung der im Anspruch 1 definierten Verbindung. Aus der Literatur sind bereits herbizid wirksame Cyclohexandione der Formel IV EMI3.1 bekannt, wobei R<b> und R<c> u. a. für die folgenden Bedeutungen stehen: - DE-A 3 838 309 (R<b> = substituierter 4-Phenylbutylen- oder 4-Phenylbutenylenrest; R<c> = substituierter 5- bis 7-gliedriger Heterocyclus); - EP-A 456 068 (R<b> = substituierter 4-Phenylbutinylenrest; R<c> = substituierter 5- bis 7-gliedriger Heterocyclus); - EP-A 456 112 (R<b> = substituierter 3-Phenoxypropylen- oder 2-Phenoxyethylenrest; R<c> = substituierter 5- bis 7-gliedriger Heterocyclus); - WO 92/08 696 (R<b> = substituiertes Alkyl, Alkenyl, Alkinyl, Benzyl; R<c> = N-(Alkylsulfonyl)-N-alkyl-aminoalkyl oder N-(Alkylcarbonyl)-N-alkyl-aminoalkyl). Des Weiteren beschreibt die WO 93/10 081 herbizid wirksame Cyclohexenonoximether, die in 5-Position definitionsgemäss u.a. eine N-(Alkylsufonyl)-N-alkyl-aminoalkyl- oder N-(Alkylcarbonyl)-N-alkyl-aminoalkylgruppe tragen k²nnen. Beispiele für derartige Verbindungen und ihre herbiziden Eigenschaften sind dieser Schrift jedoch nicht zu entnehmen. Da die herbiziden Eigenschaften der bekannten Verbindungen, insbesondere hinsichtlich ihrer Selektivität gegen Ungräser in grasartigen Kulturpflanzen, nicht immer voll befriedigen, lagen der Erfindung neue Cyclohexenonoximether zugrunde, mit denen sich Ungräser in grasartigen Kulturen wie Reis und Mais besser als bisher gezielt bekämpfen lassen. Die neuen 5-(Sulf-/Carbamoylmethyl)-cyclohexenonoximether I sind auf verschiedene Weise erhältlich, und zwar bevorzugt in an sich bekannter Weise aus schon bekannten Cyclohexenonen der Formel II (vgl. z.B. WO 92/08 696) und Hydroxylaminen der Formel III (vgl. z.B. DE-A 3 838 309, EP-A 456 068, EP-A 456 069, EP-A 456 089, EP A 456 112 und WO 93/16 033): EMI4.1 Das Hydroxylamin III wird zweckmässigerweise als geeignetes Ammonium-Salz, insbesondere als Hydrochlorid, eingesetzt. Die Reaktionsführung erfolgt dabei vorteilhaft in heterogener Phase aus Wasser und einem mit Wasser weitgehend unmischbaren inerten organischen L²sungsmittel. Als organische L²sungsmittel kommen vorzugsweise Dimethylsulfoxid, Alkohole wie Methanol, Ethanol und Isopropanol, aromatische Kohlenwasserstoffe wie Benzol und Toluol, chlorierte Kohlenwasserstoffe wie Chloroform und 1,2-Dichlorethan, aliphatische Kohlenwasserstoffe wie Hexan und Cyclohexan, Ester wie Essigsäureethylester oder Ether wie Diethylether, Dioxan und Tetrahydrofuran in Betracht. Bei dieser Ausführungsform arbeitet man üblicherweise in Gegenwart einer Base, wobei eine Basenmenge von etwa 0,5 bis 2 Mol- quivalent, bezogen auf das Hydroxylammonium-Salz, normalerweise ausreichend ist. Als Basen eignen sich z.B. Carbonate, Hydrogencarbonate, Acetate, Alkoholate oder Oxide von Alkalimetall- oder Erdalkalimetallen, insbesondere Natriumhydroxid, Kaliumhydroxid, Magnesiumoxid und Calciumoxid. Des Weiteren sind organische Basen wie Pyridin und tert.-Amine wie Triethylamin brauchbar. Als besonders vorteilhaft hat sich die Umsetzung in Methanol mit Natriumhydrogencarbonat als Base erwiesen. Die Umsetzung kann auch ohne Base mit dem freien Hydroxylamin III vorgenommen werden; je nach verwendetem L²sungsmittel für die Verbindung II erhält man hierbei ein ein- oder zweiphasiges Reaktionsgemisch. Geeignete L²sungsmittel für diese Variante sind beispielsweise Alkohole wie Methanol, Ethanol, Isopropanol und Cyclohexanol, aliphatische und aromatische, gegebenenfalls chlorierte Kohlenwasserstoffe wie Hexan, Cyclohexan, Methylenchlorid, Toluol und Dichlorethan, Ester wie Essigsäureethylester, Nitrile wie Acetonitril und cyclische Ether wie Dioxan und Tetrahydrofuran. Normalerweise setzt man das Cyclohexenon II und das Hydroxylamin III oder dessen Ammonium-Salz in etwa st²chiometrischen Mengen ein. Zur Optimierung des Umsatzes z.B. an Cyclohexenon II kann es jedoch vorteilhaft sein, einen !berschuss an Hydroxylamin III oder dessen Ammonium-Salz, bis ca. 30 mol-%, einzusetzen. Die Reaktionstemperatur liegt im Allgemeinen zwischen 0 DEG C und dem Siedepunkt des Reaktionsgemisches, vorzugsweise zwischen 20 und 80 DEG C. Besondere Bedingungen bezüglich des Drucks sind nicht zu beachten; im Allgemeinen arbeitet man daher bei Normaldruck oder unter dem Eigendruck des jeweiligen Verdünnungsmittels. Die erhaltenen Reaktionsgemische k²nnen mittels üblicher Aufarbeitungsmethoden auf die Verfahrensprodukte I hin aufgearbeitet werden. Hierzu wird normalerweise der nach Entfernen der niedrigsiedenden Anteile erhaltene Rückstand zuerst in Methylenchlorid/Wasser verteilt. Nach Entfernen des organischen L²sungsmittels bei vermindertem Druck erhält man dann die gewünschte Verbindung I. Aufgrund ihres sauren Charakters k²nnen die erfindungsgemässen 5-(Sulf-/Carbamoylmethyl)-cyclohexenonoximether I Salze von Alkali- oder Erdalkalimetallverbindungen sowie Enolester bilden. Alkalimetallsalze der Verbindungen I k²nnen durch Behandeln von I mit Natrium- oder Kaliumhydroxid oder -alkoholat in wässriger L²sung oder in einem organischen L²sungsmittel wie Methanol, Ethanol, Aceton und Toluol erhalten werden. Andere Metallsalze wie Mangan-, Kupfer-, Zink-, Eisen-, Calcium-, Magnesium- und Bariumsalze k²nnen aus den Natriumsalzen in üblicher Weise hergestellt werden, ebenso Ammonium-, Phosphonium-, Sulfonium- oder Sulfoxoniumsalze mittels Ammoniak, Phosphonium-, Sulfonium- oder Sulfoxoniumhydroxiden. Die Ester der Verbindungen I sind ebenfalls in üblicher Weise erhältlich (vgl. z.B. Organikum, VEB Deutscher Verlag der Wissenschaften, 17. Auflage, Berlin 1988, S. 405-408). Die 5-(Sulf-/Carbamoylmethyl)-cyclohexenonoximether I k²nnen bei der Herstellung als Isomerengemisch anfallen, wobei sowohl E-/Z-Isomerengemische (Stellung des Oximteils "-O-Alk-Phenyl" relativ zu R<1>) als auch Enantiomeren- oder Diastereoisomerengemische m²glich sind. Die Isomerengemische k²nnen gewünschtenfalls nach den hierfür üblichen Methoden, z.B. durch Chromatographie oder durch Kristallisation, getrennt werden. Im Hinblick auf die herbizide Wirksamkeit der 5-(Sulfamoylmethyl)-cyclohexenone der Formel I sind die folgenden Substituenten einzeln oder in Kombination besonders bevorzugt: R<2> C1-C6-Alkyl; Alk Butylen, 3-Butenylen, 3-Butinylen und C2-C3-Alkylenoxy; X<1> Wasserstoff oder Halogen, insbesondere Halogen; X<2> Halogen und X<3> Wasserstoff. Als Salze der Verbindungen der Formel I kommen landwirtschaftlich brauchbare Salze, beispielsweise Alkalimetallsalze, insbesondere das Natrium- oder Kaliumsalz, Erdalkalimetallsalze, insbesondere das Calcium-, Magnesium- oder Bariumsalz, Mangan-, Kupfer-, Zink- oder Eisensalz sowie Ammonium-, Phosphonium-, Sulfonium- oder Sulfoxoniumsalze, beispielsweise Ammoniumsalze, Tetraalkylammoniumsalze, Benzyltrialkylammoniumsalze, Trialkylsulfoniumsalze oder Trialkylsulfoxoniumsalze in Betracht. Unter landwirtschaftlich brauchbaren Estern sind vorzugsweise die Ester von C1-C10-Fettsäuren, insbesondere C1-C6-Alkylcarbonsäuren wie Methylcarbonsäure (Essigsäure), Ethylcarbonsäure (Propionsäure), n-Propylcarbonsäure (Buttersäure), 1-Methylethylcarbonsäure (Isobuttersäure), n-Butylcarbonsäure, 1-Methylpropylcarbonsäure, 2-Methylpropylcarbonsäure, 1,1-Dimethylethylcarbonsäure, n-Pentylcarbonsäure, 1-Methylbutylcarbonsäure, 2-Methylbutyl carbonsäure, 3-Methylbutylcarbonsäure, 1,1-Dimethylpropylcarbonsäure, 1,2-Dimethylpropylcarbonsäure, 2,2-Dimethylpropylcarbonsäure, 1-Ethylpropylcarbonsäure, Benzoesäure sowie durch Halogen substituierte Benzoesäuren, n-Hexylcarbonsäure, 1-Methylpentylcarbonsäure, 2-Methylpentylcarbonsäure, 3-Methylpentylcarbonsäure, 4-Methylpentylcarbonsäure, 1,1-Dimethylbutylcarbonsäure, 1,2-Dimethylbutylcarbonsäure, 1,3-Dimethybutylcarbonsäure, 2, 2-Dimethylbutylcarbonsäure, 2,3-Dimethylbutylcarbonsäure, 3,3-Dimethylbutylcarbonsäure, 1-Ethylbutylcarbonsäure, 2-Ethylbutylcarbonsäure, 1,1,2-Trimethylpropylcarbonsäure, 1,2,2-Trimethylpropylcarbonsäure, 1-Ethyl-1-methyl-propylcarbonsäure und 1-Ethyl-2-methylpropylcarbonsäure, zu verstehen. Die 5-(Sulf-/Carbamoylmethyl)-cyclohexenonoximether I, deren Salze und Ester, eignen sich - sowohl als Isomerengemische als auch in Form der reinen Isomeren - als Herbizide, insbesondere zur Bekämpfung von Pflanzenarten aus der Familie der Gräser (Gramineen). Im Allgemeinen sind sie verträglich und somit selektiv in breitblättrigen Kulturen sowie in monokotylen (einkeimblättrigen) Gewächsen, welche nicht zu den Gramineen zählen. Einige der erfindungsgemässen Verbindungen I sind auch zur selektiven Bekämpfung von unerwünschten Gräsern in Gramineenkulturen geeignet. Die selektive Wirkung gegen Unkräuter und Schadgräser in Kulturen wie Weizen, Reis, Mais, Soja und Baumwolle tritt vor allem bei niedrigen Aufwandmengen auf. Die 5-(Sulf-/Carbamoylmethyl)-cyclohexenonoximether I bzw. die sie enthaltenden herbiziden Mittel k²nnen beispielsweise in Form von direkt versprühbaren wässrigen L²sungen, Pulvern, Suspensionen, auch hochprozentigen wässrigen, ²ligen oder sonstigen Suspensionen oder Dispersionen, Emulsionen, \ldispersionen, Pasten, Stäubemitteln, Streumitteln oder Granulaten durch Versprühen, Vernebeln, Verstäuben, Verstreuen oder Giessen angewendet werden. Die Anwendungsformen richten sich nach den Verwendungszwecken; sie sollten in jedem Fall m²glichst die feinste Verteilung der erfindungsgemässen Wirkstoffe gewährleisten. Die Verbindungen I eignen sich allgemein zur Herstellung von direkt versprühbaren L²sungen, Emulsionen, Pasten oder \ldispersionen. Als inerte Zusatzstoffe kommen Mineral²lfraktionen von mittlerem bis hohem Siedepunkt, wie Kerosin oder Diesel²l, ferner Kohlenteer²le sowie \le pflanzlichen oder tierischen Ursprungs, aliphatische, cyclische und aromatische Kohlenwasserstoffe, z.B. Paraffin, Tetrahydronaphthalin, alkylierte Naphthaline oder deren Derivate, alkylierte Benzole oder deren Derivate, Methanol, Ethanol, Propanol, Butanol, Cyclohexanol, Cyclohexanon oder stark polare L²sungsmittel, wie N-Methylpyrrolidon oder Wasser in Betracht. Wässrige Anwendungsformen k²nnen aus Emulsionskonzentraten, Suspensionen, Pasten, netzbaren Pulvern oder wasserdispergierbaren Granulaten durch Zusatz von Wasser bereitet werden. Zur Herstellung von Emulsionen, Pasten oder \ldispersionen k²nnen die Substrate als solche oder in einem \l oder L²sungsmittel gel²st, mittels Netz-, Haft-, Dispergier- oder Emulgiermittel in Wasser homogenisiert werden. Es k²nnen aber auch aus wirksamer Substanz, Netz-, Haft-, Dispergier- oder Emulgiermittel und eventuell L²sungsmittel oder \l bestehende Konzentrate hergestellt werden, die zur Verdünnung mit Wasser geeignet sind. Als oberflächenaktive Stoffe kommen die Alkali-, Erdalkali-, Ammoniumsalze von aromatischen Sulfonsäuren, z.B. Lignin-, Phenol-, Naphthalin- und Dibutylnaphthalinsulfonsäure, sowie von Fettsäuren, Alkyl- und Alkylarylsulfonaten, Alkyl-, Laurylether- und Fettalkoholsulfaten, sowie Salze sulfatierter Hexa-, Hepta- und Octadecanolen sowie von Fettalkoholglykolether, Kondensationsprodukte von sulfoniertem Naphthalin und seiner Derivate mit Formaldehyd, Kondensationsprodukte des Naphthalins bzw. der Naphthalinsulfonsäuren mit Phenol und Formaldehyd, Polyoxyethylenoctylphenolether, ethoxyliertes Isooctyl-, Octyl- oder Nonylphenol, Alkylphenyl-, Tributylphenylpolyglykolether, Alkylarylpolyetheralkohole, Isotridecylalkohol, Fettalkoholethylenoxid-Kondensate, ethoxyliertes Rizinus²l, Polyoxyethylen- oder Polyoxypropylenalkylether, Laurylalkoholpolyglykoletheracetat, Sorbitester, Lignin-Sulfitablaugen oder Methylcellulose in Betracht. Pulver-, Streu- und Stäubemittel k²nnen durch Mischen oder gemeinsames Vermahlen der wirksamen Substanzen mit einem festen Trägerstoff hergestellt werden. Granulate, z.B. Umhüllungs-, Imprägnierungs- und Homogengranulate k²nnen durch Bindung der Wirkstoffe an feste Trägerstoffe hergestellt werden. Feste Trägerstoffe sind Mineralerden wie Kieselsäuren, Kieselgele, Silikate, Talkum, Kaolin, Kalkstein, Kalk, Kreide, Bolus, L²ss, Ton, Dolomit, Diatomeenerde, Calcium- und Magnesiumsulfat, Magnesiumoxid, gemahlene Kunststoffe, Düngemittel, wie Ammoniumsulfat, Ammoniumphosphat, Ammoniumnitrat, Harnstoffe und pflanzliche Produkte wie Getreidemehl, Baumrinden-, Holz- und Nussschalenmehl, Cellulosepulver oder andere feste Trägerstoffe. Die Formulierungen enthalten im Allgemeinen zwischen 0,01 und 95 Gew.-%, vorzugsweise zwischen 0,5 und 90 Gew.-%, mindestens einer Verbindung I. Die Wirkstoffe werden dabei in einer Reinheit von 90% bis 100%, vorzugsweise 95% bis 100% (nach NMR-Spektrum) eingesetzt. Die erfindungsgemässen Verbindungen I k²nnen beispielsweise wie folgt formuliert werden: I. 20 Gewichtsteile der Verbindung Nr. 1.02 werden in einer Mischung gel²st, die aus 80 Gewichtsteilen alkyliertem Benzol, 10 Gewichtsteilen des Anlagerungsproduktes von 8 bis 10 Mol Ethylenoxid an 1 Mol \lsäure-N-monoethanolamid, 5 Gewichtsteilen Calciumsalz der Dodecylbenzolsulfonsäure und 5 Gewichtsteilen des Anlagerungsproduktes von 40 Mol Ethylenoxid an 1 Mol Ricinus²l besteht. Durch Ausgiessen und feines Verteilen der L²sung in 100 000 Gewichtsteilen Wasser erhält man eine wässrige Dispersion, die 0,02 Gew.-% des Wirkstoffs enthält. II. 20 Gewichtsteile der Verbindung Nr. 1.04 werden in einer Mischung gel²st, die aus 40 Gewichtsteilen Cyclohexanon, 30 Gewichtsteilen Isobutanol, 20 Gewichtsteilen des Anlagerungsproduktes von 7 Mol Ethylenoxid an 1 Mol Isooctylphenol und 10 Gewichtsteilen des Anlagerungsproduktes von 40 Mol Ethylenoxid an 1 Mol Ricinus²l besteht. Durch Eingiessen und feines Verteilen der L²sung in 100 000 Gewichtsteilen Wasser erhält man eine wässrige Dispersion, die 0,02 Gew.-% des Wirkstoffs enthält. III. 20 Gewichtsteile des Wirkstoffs Nr. 1.10 werden in einer Mischung gel²st, die aus 25 Gewichtsteilen Cyclohexanon, 65 Gewichtsteilen einer Mineral²lfraktion vom Siedepunkt 210 bis 280 DEG C und 10 Gewichtsteilen des Anlagerungsproduktes von 40 Mol Ethylenoxid an 1 Mol Ricinus²l besteht. Durch Eingiessen und feines Verteilen der L²sung in 100 000 Gewichtsteilen Wasser erhält man eine wässrige Dispersion, die 0,02 Gew.-% des Wirkstoffs enthält. IV. 20 Gewichtsteile des Wirkstoffs Nr. 1.12 werden mit 3 Gewichtsteilen des Natriumsalzes der Diisobutylnaphthalin- alpha -sulfonsäure, 17 Gewichtsteilen des Natriumsalzes einer Ligninsulfonsäure aus einer Sulfit-Ablauge und 60 Gewichtsteilen pulverf²rmigem Kieselsäuregel gut vermischt und in einer Hammermühle vermahlen. Durch feines Verteilen der Mischung in 20 000 Gewichtsteilen Wasser enthält man eine Spritzbrühe, die 0,1 Gew.-% des Wirkstoffs enthält. V. 3 Gewichtsteile des Wirkstoffs Nr. 1.14 werden mit 97 Gewichtsteilen feinteiligem Kaolin vermischt. Man erhält auf diese Weise ein Stäubemittel, das 3 Gew.-% des Wirkstoffs enthält. VI. 20 Gewichtsteile des Wirkstoffs Nr. 1.22 werden mit 2 Gewichtsteilen Calciumsalz der Dodecylbenzolsulfonsäure, 8 Gewichtsteilen Fettalkohol-polyglykolether, 2 Gewichtsteilen Natriumsalz eines Phenol-Harnstoff-Formaldehyd-Kondensates und 68 Gewichtsteilen eines paraffinischen Mineral²ls innig vermischt. Man erhält eine stabile ²lige Dispersion. Die Applikation der herbiziden Mittel bzw. der Wirkstoffe kann im Vorauflauf- oder im Nachauflaufverfahren erfolgen. Sind die Wirkstoffe für gewisse Kulturpflanzen weniger verträglich, so k²nnen Ausbringungstechniken angewandt werden, bei welchen die herbiziden Mittel mithilfe der Spritzgeräte so gespritzt werden, dass die Blätter der empfindlichen Kulturpflanzen nach M²glichkeit nicht getroffen werden, während die Wirkstoffe auf die Blätter darunter wachsender unerwünschter Pflanzen oder die unbedeckte Bodenfläche gelangen (post-directed, lay-by). Die Aufwandmengen an Wirkstoff betragen je nach Bekämpfungsziel, Jahreszeit, Zielpflanzen und Wachstumsstadium 0,001 bis 3,0, vorzugsweise 0,01 bis 2,0 kg/ha mindestens einer aktiven Substanz (a.S.) der Formel I. In Anbetracht der Vielseitigkeit der Applikationsmethoden k²nnen die 5-(Sulf-/Carbamoylmethyl)-cyclohexenonoximether I bzw. sie enthaltende Mittel noch in einer weiteren Zahl von Kulturpflanzen zur Beseitigung unerwünschter Pflanzen eingesetzt werden. In Betracht kommen beispielsweise folgende Kulturen: Allium cepa, Ananas comosus, Arachis hypogaea, Asparagus officinalis, Beta vulgaris spp. altissima, Beta vulgaris spp. rapa, Brassica napus var. napus, Brassica napus var. napobrassica, Brassica rapa var. silvestris, Camellia sinensis, Carthamus tinctorius, Carya illinoinensis, Citrus limon, Citrus sinensis, Coffea arabica (Coffea canephora, Coffea liberica), Cucumis sativus, Cynodon dactylon, Daucus carota, Elaeis guineensis, Fragaria vesca, Glycine max, Gossypium hirsutum, (Gossypium arboreum, Gossypium herbaceum, Gossypium vitifolium), Helianthus annuus, Hevea brasiliensis, Hordeum vulgare, Humulus lupulus, Ipomoea batatas, Juglans regia, Lens culinaris, Linum usitatissimum, Lycopersicon lycopersicum, Malus spp., Manihot esculenta, Medicago sativa, Musa spp., Nicotiana tabacum (N.rustica), Olea europaea, Oryza sativa, Phaseolus lunatus, Phaseolus vulgaris, Picea abies, Pinus spp., Pisum sativum, Prunus avium, Prunus persica, Pyrus communis, Ribes sylvestre, Ricinus communis, Saccharum officinarum, Secale cereale, Solanum tuberosum, Sorghum bicolor (s. vulgare), Theobroma cacao, Trifolium pratense, Triticum aestivum, Triticum durum, Vicia faba, Vitis vinifera, Zea mays. Zur Verbreiterung des Wirkungsspektrums und zur Erzielung synergistischer Effekte k²nnen die 5-(Sulf-/Carbamoylmethyl)-cyclohexenonoximether I mit zahlreichen Vertretern anderer herbizider oder wachstumsregulierender Wirkstoffgruppen gemischt und gemeinsam ausgebracht werden. Beispielsweise kommen als Mischungspartner Diazine, 4H-3,1-Benzoxazinderivate, Benzothiadiazinone, 2,6-Dinitroaniline, N-Phenylcarbamate, Thiolcarbamate, Halogencarbonsäuren, Triazine, Amide, Harnstoffe, Diphenylether, Triazinone, Uracile, Benzofuranderivate, Cyclohexan-1,3-dionderivate, die in 2-Stellung z.B. eine Carboxy- oder Carbimino-Gruppe tragen, Chinolincarbonsäurederivate, Imidazolinone, Sulfonamide, Sulfonylharnstoffe, Aryloxy-, Heteroaryloxyphenoxypropionsäuren sowie deren Salze, Ester und Amide und andere in Betracht. Ausserdem kann es von Nutzen sein, die Verbindungen I allein oder in Kombination mit anderen Herbiziden auch noch mit weiteren Pflanzenschutzmitteln gemischt, gemeinsam auszubringen, beispielsweise mit Mitteln zur Bekämpfung von Schädlingen oder phytopathogenen Pilzen bzw. Bakterien. Von Interesse ist ferner die Mischbarkeit mit Mineralsalzl²sungen, welche zur Behebung von Ernährungs- und Spurenelementmängeln eingesetzt werden. Es k²nnen auch nichtphytotoxische \le und \lkonzentrate zugesetzt werden. Herstellungsbeispiele Beispiel 1 2- 1-Ç2-(4-Chlorphenoxy)propoxyÊimino-butylµ-3-hydroxy-5- (N-ethylsulfonyl-N-methylamino)methylÊ- 2-cyclohexen-1-on (Verbindung Nr. 1.04) Eine Mischung aus 1,5 g (4,7 mmol) 2-Butyryl-3-hydroxy-5- (N-ethylsulfonyl-N-methylamino)methylÊ-2-cyclohexen-1-on und 1,2 g (5,9 mmol) 0- 2-(4-Chlorphenoxy)-propylÊhydroxylamin in 50 ml Methanol wurde 24 Std. gerührt und anschliessend bei reduziertem Druck eingeengt. Die Aufarbeitung auf das Produkt hin erfolgte wie üblich. Ausbeute: 77% (\l); <1>H-NMR (200 MHZ, in CDCl3): siehe Tabelle 2. Beispiel 2 2-(1- 2-(4-Fluorphenoxy)propoxyÊimino-propyl)-3-hydroxy-5- (N-ethylcarbonyl-N-methylamino)methylÊ-2-cyclohexen-1-on (Verbindung Nr. 1.141) Eine Mischung aus 1,35 g (5,0 mmol) 3-Hydroxy-5- (N-ethylcarbonyl-N-methylamino)methylÊ-2-propionyl-2-cyclohexen-1-on und 0,93 g (5,0 mmol) 0- 2-(4-Fluorphenoxy)-propylÊhydroxylamin in 20 ml Methanol wurde 24 Std. gerührt und anschliessend bei reduziertem Druck eingeengt. Die Aufarbeitung auf das Produkt hin erfolgte wie üblich. Ausbeute: 2,1 g (\l). <1>H-NMR siehe Tabelle 2. In der folgenden Tabelle 1 sind weitere 5-(Sulf-/Carbamoylmethyl)-cyclohexenonoximether I aufgeführt, die auf die gleiche Weise hergestellt wurden oder herstellbar sind. Physikalische Daten von Verbindungen I sind der Tabelle 2 zu entnehmen. Tabelle 1 EMI15.1 EMI16.1 EMI17.1 EMI18.1 EMI19.1 EMI20.1 EMI21.1 Tabelle 2 EMI22.1 Anwendungsbeispiele Die herbizide Wirkung der 5-(Sulf-/Carbamoylmethyl)-cyclohexenonoximether der Formel I liess sich durch Gewächshausversuche zeigen: Als Kulturgefässe dienten Plastikblument²pfe mit lehmigem Sand mit etwa 3,0% Humus als Substrat. Die Samen der Testpflanzen wurden nach Arten getrennt eingesät. Bei Vorauflaufbehandlung wurden die in Wasser suspendierten oder emulgierten Wirkstoffe direkt nach Einsaat mittels fein verteilender Düsen aufgebracht. Die Gefässe wurden leicht beregnet, um Keimung und Wachstum zu f²rdern, und anschliessend mit durchsichtigen Plastikhauben abgedeckt, bis die Pflanzen angewachsen waren. Diese Abdeckung bewirkte ein gleichmässiges Keimen der Testpflanzen, sofern dies nicht durch die Wirkstoffe beeinträchtigt wurde. Zum Zweck der Nachauflaufbehandlung wurden die Testpflanzen je nach Wuchsform erst bis zu einer Wuchsh²he von 3 bis 15 cm angezogen und erst dann mit den in Wasser suspendierten oder emulgierten Wirkstoffen behandelt. Die Testpflanzen wurden dafür entweder direkt gesät und in den gleichen Gefässen aufgezogen oder sie wurden erst als Keimpflanzen getrennt angezogen und einige Tage vor der Behandlung in die Versuchsgefässe verpflanzt. Die Aufwandmenge für die Nachauflaufbehandlung betrug 0,25, 0,125 oder 0,06 kg/ha an aktiver Substanz (a.S.). Die Pflanzen wurden artenspezifisch bei Temperaturen von 10 bis 25 DEG C bzw. 20 bis 35 DEG C gehalten. Die Versuchsperiode erstreckte sich über 2 bis 4 Wochen. Während dieser Zeit wurden die Pflanzen gepflegt, und ihre Reaktion auf die einzelnen Behandlungen wurde ausgewertet. Bewertet wurde nach einer Skala von 0 bis 100. Dabei bedeutet 100 kein Aufgang der Pflanzen bzw. v²llige Zerst²rung zumindest der oberirdischen Teile und 0 keine Schädigung oder normaler Wachstumsverlauf. Die in den Gewächshausversuchen verwendeten Pflanzen setzten sich aus folgenden Arten zusammen: <tb><TABLE> Columns=3 <tb>Head Col 1: Lateinischer Name <tb>Head Col 2: Deutscher Name <tb>Head Col 3: Englischer Name <tb><SEP>Echinochloa crus-galli<SEP>Hühnerhirse<SEP>Barnyardgrass <tb><CEL AL=L>Oryza sativa<SEP>Reise<SEP>Rice <tb><SEP>Setaria faberii<SEP>Borstenhirse<SEP>Giant foxtail <tb><CEL AL=L>Setaria viridis<SEP>Grüne Borstenhirse<SEP>Green foxtail <tb></TABLE> Das Ergebnis zeigte, dass mit den Verbindungen Nr. 1.04 und Nr. 1.149 selektiv unerwünschte Gräser in Reis als Beispielkultur sehr gut bekämpft werden k²nnen. Eine aus der Wo 92/08 696 bekannte (Tabelle 1, Nr. 1.22) und zum Vergleich ebenfalls getestete Verbindung EMI24.1 schädigte dagegen neben den Ungräsern auch die Kulturpflanze in untolerierbar hohem Masse.
Claims (9)
1. 5-(Sulf-/Carbamoylmethyl)-cyclohexenonoximether der Formel I

R<1> C1-C6-Alkyl;
R<2> Wasserstoff, C1-C6-Alkyl, C1-C3-Alkoxy-C1-C3-alkyl oder C3-C6-Cycloalkyl;
R<3> C1-C4-Alkylsulfonyl oder C1-C4-Alkylcarbonyl;
Alk eine C2-C4-Alkylenkette, eine C3- oder C4-Alkenylenkette, eine C3- oder C4-Alkinylenkette, eine C2- oder C3-Alkylenoxykette, wobei jede Kette eine C1-C3-Alkylgruppe tragen kann;
X<1>, X<2>, X<3> unabhängig voneinander Wasserstoff, Halogen oder C1-C4-Halogenalkyl,
sowie die landwirtschaftlich brauchbaren Salze von I und die Ester von I mit C1-C10-Carbonsäuren oder anorganischen Säuren.
2. Herbizides Mittel, enthaltend eine herbizid wirksame Menge mindestens einer Verbindung gemäss Anspruch 1.

Herbizides Mittel nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es mindestens einen inerten flüssigen und/oder festen Trägerstoff enthält.
4. Herbizides Mittel nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es mindestens ein Adjuvans enthält.
5. Verfahren zur Herstellung eines herbiziden Mittels nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man eine herbizid wirksame Menge mindestens einer Verbindung gemäss Anspruch 1 und mindestens einen inerten flüssigen und/oder festen Trägerstoff mischt.
6. Verfahren nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man mindestens ein Adjuvans dazumischt.
7. Verwendung der Verbindung nach Anspruch 1 zur Bekämpfung von unerwünschtem Pflanzenwuchs.
8. Verwendung nach Anspruch 7 durch Einwirkenlassen auf Pflanzen oder deren Lebensraum.
9. Verwendung nach Anspruch 7 durch Einwirkenlassen auf Saatgut.
