Abstract
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Einrichtung zum Garen, insbesondere Grillieren von Lebensmitteln. Sie soll einfach herstellbar und sicher zu handhaben sein. Sie umfasst eine Wanne aus Stahl mit einem Boden, seitlichen Wänden und einer horizontal oder mit einem Winkel bis 5° nach innen zum Boden geneigt angeordneten Heizfläche zum Garen von Lebensmitteln, die mit den seitlichen Wänden verbunden ist. Erfindungsgemäss ist die Wanne (12) quaderförmig, insbesondere kubisch, und weist einen Rahmen auf, an dem der Boden (4), die seitlichen Wände, bestehend aus Seitenwänden (1), Frontseite (2) und Rückwand (3) und die Heizfläche (6) angeordnet sind. Die Heizfläche (6) weist eine Öffnung auf.
