  Verfahren zur Herstellung eines zum Baumwolldruck     besonders    geeigneten  Azofarbstoffes.    Es wurde gefunden, dass man durch Kup  peln von     diazotierter        2-Amino-4-chlor-l-oxy-          betizol-6-carbonsäure    mit     1:8-Dioxynaph-          talin-6-sulfo-3-carbonsäure    einen     Azofarbstoff     erhält, welcher sich in Wasser mit rotvioletter,  in konzentrierter Schwefelsäure mit blaugrüner  Farbe löst und auf Baumwolle,     _    nach dem  Chromdruckverfahren bedruckt, seifen-, chlor  und lichtechte blaue Töne gibt.  



  <I>Beispiel:</I>  Die in möglichst konzentrierter Form dar  gestellte     Diazoverbindung    aus 18,7 Teilen       2-Amino-4-chlor-1-oxybenzol-6-carbonsäure     wird mit einer Lösung von 28,4 Teilen 1:8  Dioxynaphtalin-6-sulfo-3-carbonsäure in 100  Teilen 20 % Kalkmilch vereinigt. Nach be  endigter Kupplung wird     finit    Salzsäure ange  säuert, der ausgeschiedene     Farbstoff    mit Soda    gelöst, von Kreide     abfiltriert,    das Filtrat ge  salzen und der abgeschiedene     Farbstoff    fil  triert und getrocknet.
