In der Zeichnung ist eine beispielsweise Ausführungsform der Erfindung dargestellt. Darin ist die Schnappvorrichtung ein Hebel- systein, bei dem der Angriffspunkt einer Zugfeder über einen Totpunkt. liinweg@,eliihrt wird;
Automatic switching device for electric compressor motors, dependent on the air pressure. It is known to actively switch off the electric drive motor of compressors when a certain maximum pressure of the air is reached and to switch it on automatically as when the pressure has dropped to a certain minimum. As is known, this can be done with the help of a membrane that the valves to. Control of an air servo motor that operates the switch.
Such a switch can now be controlled very precisely under the influence of air pressure and must act like a snap so that the electrical contact of the switch is not gradually opened and closed.
According to the invention, this is achieved by combining the inlet and outlet valve to form a double valve with a common spindle and this is not controlled directly by the membrane, but with the interposition of a mechanical snap device.
An example embodiment of the invention is shown in the drawing. The snap device is a lever system in which the point of application of a tension spring is above a dead point. liinweg @, eliihrt;
The tension of the spring is greatest at this dead center, and the system is in unstable equilibrium, ewi.elit, while the spring shortens on both sides of the dead center, causing the air valve to switch over. The two positions of the valve and the Sclinappvorriclitung are in the Fi; _ @. 1 and \? illustrated separately.
The container a is connected by a third (-lift line d with the space b with the elastic membrane c. Against which the plate e is pressed by means of the spring f @ t will.
The movements of the membrane c are transmitted through the teeth of the rod 1) to the lever q, which is rotatable about the axis s fixed to the housing g. The lever, which is provided with a wide slot rs, can be rotated around the same axis.
Against one flank of this slot, under the force of the spring, the pin zv, which is attached to the end of the lever l attached to the lever q , is placed.
The body of the double valve la is fastened to the lever t i'-t provided with a slot ic and is moved into its two end positions by it, in such a way that the room i either with the outside air through the opening n. (Fig B>) or through the opening r with the compressed air line- (l,
respectively the container a (Fig. 2) is brought into connection. The space i is connected through the line z to the servomotor which actuates the switch m and which consists of the piston 7e and the spring o counteracting the piston under the piston.
This switch opens and closes the electric circuit of the electric motor that drives the air compressor.
To explain the operation of the device, assume the position in FIG. 1, in which the motor switch is in @ "esclilosseu, so the air pressure in the container a fed by the compressor has not yet reached the desired level.
If the air pressure in container a continues to rise, so be @@ - e @ ri: .-; I under the influence of the mem- 1-aran c the plate e lano-sam upwards, at the same time rotates:
I by arranging the gearing 1) the lever q slowly downwards, whereby the angle between the levers q -ind Z is smaller and the spring v is tightened more. Finally, this angle becomes 0 and when this dead center is rushed over, the spring 2 # suddenly pulls the lever l around to the other side of the lever q.
In doing so, the force acting on the lever t is reversed, and at the same time the pin iv exerts a powerful loop on the upper inside of the slot ic so that the lever <I. >, t. currently turned over to ollen xvird (Fig. 2).
Dia opening .z, is closed by valve h and inlet r is opened, whereby compressed air passes under piston 7e and opens the switch na . This shuts down the compressor and stops generating compressed air.
When the air pressure then drops again, the membrane c gradually gives way again, the plate e - # v is slowly moved downwards by the feet of the f and the lever q is rotated upwards accordingly until the dead center is reached and the spring v snapped down again, as a result of which the state shown in FIG. 1 is restored.
